Description

Field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a buckle fastening arrangement and a child seat. Background of the invention

[0002] Child safety seats are arranged on vehicle seats so that children can be placed in the child safety seat and be better protected, which can effectively improve children's driving safety. A child safety seat's safety belt system usually includes a shoulder belt and a crotch strap arranged between the user's legs. The conventional crotch strap is connected to a buckle at one end and a metal bracket at the other end to connect to the seat body of the child safety seat. The conventional crotch strap has many shortcomings. For example, when the crotch strap is not in use, the crotch strap connected to the buckle often falls to the center of a seat cushion due to the weight of the buckle. Consequently, when a child is to be placed in the child safety seat, the crotch strap and buckle prevent the child from being placed on the child safety seat, so the crotch strap must be removed first. When a caregiver holds the child with both hands, it is often difficult for the caregiver to remove the crotch strap first. In addition, the crotch strap is connected to the seat body via a metal bracket, and the connection structure is complicated and difficult to disassemble, which is inconvenient for cleaning and replacing the crotch strap. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a buckle fastening device with a simple structure and easy detachability that is convenient for caregivers to use.

The positioning component is adapted to position the engagement element at a distance from the seat base, and the engagement element is adapted to engage the lap portion of the safety belt. Furthermore, the guide element is configured to urge the lap portion of the safety belt toward the pelvic region of an occupant secured in the child seat with the safety belt.

[0004] US 9 238 424 B1 discloses a seat cushion with safety belt engagement arms that engage the lap belt and shoulder straps, if present, of a safety belt structure and spread them away from the center of the stroller or other seat to allow easier access so that a user can be placed on the seat.

[0005] DE 60 2005 004 635 T2 discloses a child car seat, comprising a backrest, a seat section, a fork piece extending through the seat section and straps which can be removably connected to the fork piece in order to secure a child in the child seat, wherein the straps extend through the backrest and are connected on a side remote from the seat section to at least one tensioning strap, with the aid of which the straps can be tensioned in a tensioning direction, wherein the tensioning strap extends under the seat section in the direction of a locking device which, in a closed position, locks the tensioning strap against movement at least counter to the tensioning direction, whereas the locking device can be moved by means of the fork piece into a release position in which the tensioning strap can be moved counter to the tensioning direction.

[0006] EP 2 662 233 B1 discloses a belt assembly for a child safety seat configured between a latched state and an unlatched state. The belt assembly includes a plurality of shoulder straps, each having a buckle tab. The belt assembly further includes a buckle assembly having a buckle adapted to receive the buckle tabs for storing the shoulder straps in the latched state. The buckle assembly also includes a buckle pad, at least a portion of the buckle pad being generally aligned with and abutting the buckle. A buckle strap extends from the buckle to secure the buckle to the child safety seat, and a biasing member is engageable with the buckle pad to bias the buckle assembly to a first position away from an occupant of the child safety seat in the unlatched state.A suitable child safety seat is also provided. The belt body 200 includes a protective pad 210 and a positioning structure 220. One end of the positioning structure 220 is connected to the cushion body 110, another end of the positioning structure 220 passes through the through-hole 111 to be connected to the protective pad 210, and the positioning structure 220 is configured to bias the protective pad 210 away from a use position. That is, the protective pad 210 can be positioned in the use position by overcoming a restoring force of the positioning structure 220. A buckle device 300 is arranged on the belt body 200. After releasing the buckle device 300, the positioning structure 200 can move the protective pad 210, which is connected to the buckle device 300, away from the use position into an unloaded state, thereby increasing seating comfort.

[0027] It should be noted that the belt body 200 may be a crotch belt or a shoulder belt, but is not limited thereto. The cushion body 110 may be a cushion pad arranged on the seat portion 101, but is not limited thereto. In particular, the crotch belt is only cited as an example but is not limited thereto, since the belt body 200 is a crotch belt, the buckle device 300 connected to the belt body 200 is used to connect to the shoulder belt on the child safety seat 100 to form a safety belt system of the child safety seat 100, thus enabling safe protection for children. The buckle device 300 may be a buckle or belt connection form, but is not limited thereto. Furthermore, the positioning structure 220 may be elastic, that is, the positioning structure 220 may be made of elastic material. For example, the positioning structure 220 may be an elastic plate, a spring, etc. In particular, the positioning structure 220 may be a PE plate, but is not limited thereto. Furthermore, one end of the positioning structure 220 may be fixedly or detachably connected to the cushion body 110, and the other end of the positioning structure 220 may be fixedly or detachably connected to the protective pad 210. For example, according to the invention, one end of the positioning structure 220 may be fixedly connected to the cushion body 110 with a sewing connection, adhesive connection, or buckle connection, and the other end of the positioning structure 220 may be fixedly connected to the protective pad 210 with a sewing connection, adhesive connection, or buckle connection.

[0028] It will be Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 is referred to. Since the positioning structure 220 and the protective pad 210 are detachably connected, for example, by directly inserting the positioning structure 220 into the protective pad 210, the protective pad 210 is easy to replace. When the belt body 200 is not in use, the positioning structure 220 covered by the protective pad 210 can push the protective pad 210 away, that is, the positioning structure 220 can move the protective pad 210 away from the use position, so that the protective pad 210 is moved away from a central portion of the child seat 100, thereby not interfering with the child's seating and improving seating comfort.

[0029] It will be Fig. 2. In the first embodiment, the protective pad 210 includes a first end 211, a second end 212, and a central portion 213 between the first end 211 and the second end 212. A width of the first end 211 and a width of the second end 212 are respectively larger than a width of the central portion 213, and the width of the central portion 213 of the protective pad 210 is larger than a width of the through-hole 111. The structural configuration of the protective pad 210 with larger ends and a smaller center can not only enable an aesthetic appearance but also prevent the protective pad 210 from falling out of the through-hole 111. The configuration with wider ends can also ensure that children are not touched.Furthermore, a first positioning device 231 is arranged at one end of the protective pad 210, and a second positioning device 232 is arranged on a lower surface of the cushion body 110 and configured to engage with the first positioning device 231. The first positioning device 231 can engage with the second positioning device 232 so that the belt body 200 can be stably attached to the cushion body 110. For example, the first positioning device 231 can be a male snap fastener, and the second positioning device 232 can be a female snap fastener for attachment to the male snap fastener, but is not limited thereto. For example, the first positioning device 231 can engage with the second positioning device 232 by means of a hook-and-loop fastener. There may be multiple sets of the first positioning device 231 and the second positioning device 232 according to the actual design requirements to increase the stability of the connection, but is not limited thereto.

[0030] It will be Fig. 3. In the first embodiment, the belt body 200 passes through the through-hole 111 on the cushion body 110. Specifically, the second end 212 of the protective pad 210 is disposed on the upper surface of the cushion body 111, and the first end 211 of the protective pad 210 passes through the through-hole 111 to be connected to the cushion body 111. Preferably, the first end 211 of the protective pad 210 passes through the through-hole 111 to be disposed on the lower surface of the cushion body 111. Therefore, the first positioning device 231 is disposed at the first end 211, allowing connection with the second positioning device 232. The protective pad 210 may be made of flexible material with a certain thickness, and the inside of the protective pad 210 may be filled with foam or other fillers to prevent the protective pad 210 from being too thin, which could cause harm to children.

[0031] It will be Fig. 5 and Fig. 7 is referred to. Fig. 5 shows a structural view of the belt body 200 according to a second embodiment of the present application. Fig. 6 shows a view of a part of the belt body 200 arranged on the upper surface of the cushion body 110 according to the second embodiment of the present application. Fig. Figure 7 shows a view of a portion of the belt body 200 disposed on the lower surface of the cushion body 110 according to the second embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, one end of the positioning structure 220 is detachably connected to the cushion body 110, as shown in Fig. 7, and the other end of the positioning structure 220 is detachably connected to the protective pad 210, as shown in Fig. 6. The connections between the positioning structure 220, the cushion body 110, and the protective pad 210 are not fixed connections, which simplifies assembly and disassembly, and the protective pad 210 is separately removable for cleaning. In particular, as shown in Fig. 7, a receiving space 112 is formed on the lower surface of the cushion body 110 and for receiving one end of the positioning structure 220 within the cushion body 110 to enable detachable connection. An opening is formed on the protective pad 210 and for receiving the other end of the positioning structure 220 within the protective pad 210 to enable detachable connection. However, the other end of the positioning structure 220 can also be used to insert, pass through, or extend into the protective pad 210 through the opening, but is not limited thereto. The protective pad 210 may also cover or enclose the other end of the positioning structure 220 through the opening, but is not limited thereto. The protective pad 210 may also provide support for the positioning structure 220.

[0032] Furthermore, in the second embodiment, the width of the first end 211 of the protective pad 210 is smaller than the width of the second end 212 of the protective pad 210, and the positioning structure 220 can extend through the protective pad 210 from the first end 211. The first end 211 of the protective pad 210 may or may not extend through the through-hole 111. Since the width of the first end 211 of the protective pad 210 is larger than the width of the through-hole 111, the protective pad 210 can be prevented from falling out of the through-hole 111. Since the width of the first end 211 of the protective pad 210 is less than or equal to the width of the through hole 111, the protective pad 210 can be partially received in the through hole 111, and the friction between the protective pad 210 and the cushion body 110 can prevent the protective pad 210 from slipping during use.In this embodiment, both ends of the positioning structure 220 are respectively connected to the cushion body 110 and the protective pad 210 by insertion, which enables easy connection and allows easy replacement, but is not limited thereto.

[0033] It will be Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 is referred to. Fig. 8 shows a view of a part of the belt body 200 arranged on the upper surface of the cushion body 110 according to a third embodiment not according to the invention. Fig. 9 is a view showing a part of the belt body 200 disposed on the lower surface of the cushion body 110 according to the third embodiment not according to the invention.
