Description

The present invention relates to a tailgate support for a motor vehicle having the features of the preamble of claim 1 and to a motor vehicle which comprises a body, a tailgate and such a tailgate support.Various tailgate supports for motor vehicles are known from the prior art.DE 10 2015 200 071 A1 discloses a damping arrangement for a pivotable flap or a pivotable cover of a motor vehicle having a hinge which has a hinge arm. The hinge arm is fixedly connected at one end to the flap or the cover and at the other end is pivotably mounted on a bearing block. On the bearing block, a damping body made of an elastomer limiting the pivot range of the hinge arm and absorbing impact forces is arranged. The damping body is formed by a profile which is open when viewed in cross section and has a profile web and two profile flanges. Between the profile flanges, a cavity is formed with an insertion opening for temporarily receiving the hinge arm. The damping body forms a stop buffer on the profile web side. The stop buffer is formed by a closed profile as seen in cross section.DE 195 20 492 A1 describes a tailgate support for two components which are located opposite one another in the closed state and can be moved relative to one another, in particular for a fixed body part and a tailgate. The tailgate support includes a stop buffer. The stop buffer is fixed on the stationary body part and is adjustable in such a way that it abuts a stop of the tailgate in the closed state of the tailgate.By means of the tailgate support described in DE 195 20 492 A1, a stop of the tailgate on the stationary body part is buffered when the tailgate is closed. In addition, the tailgate is fixed in position in a first direction in the motor vehicle vertical direction and / or in a first direction in the motor vehicle longitudinal direction. Fixing the tailgate in position in the transverse direction of the motor vehicle is not possible by means of the tailgate support known from DE 195 20 492 A1.Proceeding from the tailgate support described in DE 195 20 492 A1, it is an object of the present invention to provide a tailgate support for a motor vehicle which buffers a tailgate of the motor vehicle striking a body of the motor vehicle when the tailgate is closed, secures the tailgate in a first direction in the motor vehicle vertical direction, in the motor vehicle longitudinal direction and in the motor vehicle transverse direction in each case and can also be mounted in a simple manner. It is a further object of the present invention to provide a motor vehicle having such a tailgate support. This object is achieved according to the invention by the tailgate support for a motor vehicle having the features of patent claim 1 and the motor vehicle having the features of patent claim 8.According to the invention, therefore, a tailgate support for a motor vehicle is provided, which comprises a stop buffer and a wedge. The stop buffer serves for buffering a stop of a tailgate of the motor vehicle on a body of the motor vehicle in the motor vehicle longitudinal direction (x direction) and / or in the motor vehicle vertical direction (z direction). Furthermore, the stop buffer serves for fixing the position of the tailgate relative to the vehicle body in a closed position of the tailgate in the motor vehicle vertical direction and in the motor vehicle longitudinal direction. By means of the wedging, the tailgate can be fixed in position, in particular can be compressed, relative to the body in the closed position in the motor vehicle transverse direction (y direction). The stop buffer is connected to the wedge via a connecting element in such a way that the stop buffer is pivotable relative to the wedge. The tailgate support includes a hinge connecting the stop buffer to the wedge. The core idea of the invention is therefore to provide a tailgate support which comprises a stop buffer and a wedge, wherein the stop buffer and the wedge are connected to one another pivotably relative to one another by means of the connecting element which connects the stop buffer and the wedge to one another. This enables mounting of the tailgate support, in addition to a planar surface, also on an angled surface, comprising a first surface section and a second surface section which has an orientation which differs from the orientation of the first surface section. The stop buffer can thus be mounted on the first surface section and the wedge can be mounted on the second surface section. Thus, the orientation of the stop buffer relative to the wedging can be variably adapted to respective circumstances of the motor vehicle. In addition, the tailgate support according to the invention can be produced more easily. In the closed position, the tailgate closes an opening of the motor vehicle. Here, the tailgate is partially surrounded on the circumference by the body, so that parts of the tailgate are opposite parts of the body. The stop buffer can be an x stop buffer, a z stop buffer or an x-z stop buffer. The stop buffer can therefore damp a stop of the tailgate on the body in the motor vehicle longitudinal direction, in the motor vehicle vertical direction or in the motor vehicle longitudinal direction and in the motor vehicle vertical direction. In addition, the stop buffer can thus secure the tailgate in the closed position against displacement relative to the vehicle body forwards in the motor vehicle longitudinal direction, that is to say downwards in the direction of travel, downwards in the motor vehicle vertical direction or forwards in the motor vehicle longitudinal direction and downwards in the motor vehicle vertical direction. The wedge is, for example, a y-wedge, i.e. it secures the tailgate in the closed position against movement relative to the body in the motor vehicle transverse direction. For example, the stop buffer can be fixed to the vehicle body by means of a bayonet lock. The wedge can be screwed to the body, for example. For example, a nut for fixing the wedge on the vehicle body can be screwed onto the wedge. In a preferred embodiment of the tailgate support according to the invention, the stop buffer is pivotable about exactly one pivot axis relative to the wedge. The connecting element thus ensures that the wedge can only be pivoted about a single pivot axis relative to the stop buffer. That is to say that the connecting element excludes a relative movement of the wedge relative to the stop buffer about a further pivot axis deviating from the pivot axis. It is thus excluded that the wedge is unintentionally rotated during assembly, i.e. when it is fixed to the vehicle body. The pivot axis may extend orthogonally to an axis connecting the stop buffer and the wedge. The pivot axis may extend in the transverse direction of the motor vehicle when the tailgate support is functionally mounted on the motor vehicle.According to the invention, the connecting element is a hinge which connects the stop buffer to the wedge. The hinge is, for example, a single-joint hinge, which connects the stop buffer and the wedge to one another so as to be movable relative to one another about the pivot axis. The hinge is, for example, a film hinge. The tailgate support can thus be produced in a simple manner. The connecting element is thus formed, for example, in one piece with the stop buffer, in particular a base plate of the stop buffer and the wedge, in particular a base plate of the wedge, consists of the same material as the stop buffer, in particular the base plate of the stop buffer and as the wedge, in particular the base plate of the wedge, but is thinner than a region of the stop buffer and a region of the wedge which adjoin the connecting element. The connecting element thus forms, for example, a fold which enables the wedge to be pivoted relative to the stop buffer, wherein the pivot axis extends along the fold, that is to say in the longitudinal direction of the fold. The connecting element enables, for example, a pivoting of the wedge relative to the stop buffer by 90 degrees, in particular starting from a parallel orientation of the wedge, in particular of the base plate of the wedge and of the stop buffer, in particular of the base plate of the stop buffer. The connecting element enables, for example, a pivoting of the wedge relative to the buffer stop, starting from a parallel orientation of the wedge, in particular of the base plate of the wedge and of the buffer stop, in particular of the base plate of the buffer stop, by approximately 35 degrees in a first direction and by approximately 60 degrees in a second direction opposite the first direction.According to the invention, the connecting element comprises a soft component. The soft component can connect the stop buffer to the wedge. The soft component consists, for example, of a first plastic. The first plastic is, for example, elastic. The soft component can be made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and / or of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM).In a preferred embodiment of the tailgate support according to the invention, the soft component surrounds the hinge at least partially. The soft component can thus reduce a force acting on the hinge. This extends a service life of the connecting element. Furthermore, in the event of a breakage of the hinge, the soft component ensures that the stop buffer and the wedge are connected to one another. The hinge is connected to the stop buffer and the wedge in each case via a soft component clamping element. The hinge is connected to the stop buffer and the wedge in each case via a soft component clamping element. The soft component clawing element can comprise at least one hole, in particular a multiplicity of holes, in which the soft component is arranged for fixing, in particular clawing, the soft component to the soft component clawing element. The soft component can completely fill the at least one hole for fixing the soft component to the soft component clawing element. The soft component clamping element is formed, for example, in one piece with the hinge and / or the stop buffer or the wedge. In a preferred embodiment of the tailgate support according to the invention, the hinge is formed from a second plastic. The second plastic is made, for example, of polyamide 6 with 30% glass fiber (PA 6 GF30).The second plastic can have a higher strength than the first plastic. The second plastic can thus be more resistant to deformation than the first plastic. At least parts of the hinge, in particular the base plate and / or a housing of the hinge, are made of the second plastic, for example. For example, at least parts of the wedge, in particular the base plate and / or a housing of the wedge, are made of the second plastic. The scope of application of the back door support according to the invention is not limited to a body and a back door. The tailgate support can be used for a large number of different components which are located opposite one another in the closed state and can be moved relative to one another.Furthermore, the invention relates to a motor vehicle having at least one tailgate support described aboveThe tailgate support is fixed, for example, to the body of the motor vehicle. In a preferred embodiment, the motor vehicle according to the invention comprises two tailgate supports described above. The tailgate supports are arranged mirror-symmetrically, for example, with respect to a motor vehicle longitudinal center plane, in particular fixed to the vehicle body. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing. The following are shown: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a tailgate support according to the invention; FIG. 2 shows a detailed view of a region A in FIG. 1 ; and FIG. 3 is a view corresponding to FIG. 2, but without showing a soft component of a connecting element.FIG. 1 shows a tailgate support 2 for a motor vehicle according to the invention. The tailgate support 2 is fixed to a body (not shown) of the motor vehicle in such a way that the tailgate support 2 dampens an impact of a tailgate (not shown) on the body when the tailgate is adjusted into a closed position, in which the tailgate closes an opening of the motor vehicle. In addition, the tailgate support 2 secures the tailgate in the closed position against undesired movement of the tailgate relative to the body in the motor vehicle longitudinal direction (x direction) forwards, in the motor vehicle transverse direction (y direction) to the left and right and in the motor vehicle vertical direction (z direction) downwards. For this purpose, the tailgate support 2 comprises a stop buffer 4 and a wedge 6.The stop buffer 4 comprises a base plate 20 and a stop buffer element 24 which is mounted on the base plate 20 so as to be displaceable orthogonally to the base plate 20. If the tailgate is in the closed position, it bears against the stop buffer element 24. Thus, an impact of the tailgate on the body can be damped when the tailgate is closed. Furthermore, in the closed position, the tailgate is secured against movement relative to the body in the motor vehicle longitudinal direction and in the motor vehicle vertical direction in each case in a first direction. The stop buffer 4 is thus an x-z stop buffer. The wedge 6 includes a base plate 22, a wedge housing 28 disposed on the base plate 22, and a wedge member 26. Thus, the tailgate can be laterally clamped in the closed position in the motor vehicle transverse direction by means of the wedge 6, in particular in conjunction with a further wedge (not shown), which is fixed on the vehicle body in mirror symmetry with respect to the wedge 6 with respect to a motor vehicle longitudinal central plane. As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, the base plate 20 of the stop buffer 4 and the base plate 22 of the wedge 6 are connected to one another via the connecting element 8. The connecting element 8 comprises a hinge 12, a soft component 14 and two soft component clamping elements 16.The hinge 12 is a film hinge formed of the same material as the base plate 20 of the bumper 4 and the base plate 22 of the wedge 6, but having a thickness smaller than the base plate 20 of the bumper 4 and the base plate 22 of the wedge 6. Thus, the stop buffer 4 is pivotable relative to the wedge 6 about a pivot axis extending in the motor vehicle transverse direction, which extends along the longitudinal extension of the hinge 12.This makes it possible to fasten the base plate 20 of the buffer stop 4 on a first surface section of the body and to fix the base plate 22 of the wedge 6 on a second surface section of the body, wherein the first surface section and the second surface section have a different orientation. The hinge 12 is surrounded by the soft component 14. The soft component 14 is made of an elastic first plastic. The first plastic has a lower strength than a second plastic, from which the hinge 12, the soft component clamping elements 16, the base plate 20 of the stop buffer 4 and the base plate 22 of the wedge 6 are formed. The soft component 14 reduces a force acting on the hinge 12 and thus extends a service life of the connecting element 8, and in the event of a breakage of the hinge 12, the soft component ensures that the stop buffer 4 and the wedge are still connected to one another. In order for the soft component 14 to be secured sufficiently to the hinge 12, the connecting element 8 comprises two soft component clamping elements 16, which are arranged between the hinge 12 and the base plate 20 of the stop buffer 4 or the hinge 12 and the base plate 22 of the wedge 6.The soft component clamping elements 16 have a plurality of holes 18, in which the soft component 14 is arranged for fixing to the hinge 12.List of reference numbers:2 Tailgate support 4 Stop buffer 6 Wedge 8 Connecting element 12 Hinge 14 Soft component 16 Soft component clawing element 18 Hole 20 Base plate 22 Base plate 24 Stop buffer element 26 Wedgeing element 28 Wedge housing x Motor vehicle longitudinal direction y Motor vehicle transverse direction z Motor vehicle vertical direction
