Abstract

Device for unloading bulk goods from vehicles with an inclined entry ramp (1) and an inclined exit ramp (2), where all surfaces through which the wheels of the vehicle roll are horizontal in cross-section, characterized in that the entry ramp (1) and the exit ramp (2) are each inclined downwards in the direction of travel so that they are arranged parallel to each other, wherein the entrance ramp (1) serves only for the movement of the row of wheels of the vehicle (4), which are located on the unloading side, and the exit ramp (2) serves only for the movement of the row of wheels located opposite the sides of the vehicle (4), wherein the entry ramp (1) and the exit ramp (2) are adjacent to the horizontal surface (3) at the bottom.

Description

The invention relates to a drivable device for unloading bulk material, in particular cereals, from vehicles. From the laid-open specification DE 10 2020 000 054 A1 a device for unloading bulk material from vehicles is known, into which there is the upwardly inclined entrance ramp for the entry of the row of wheels of the loaded vehicle, which lie on the opposite side of the vehicle with respect to the unloading point. For the exit from the device after unloading, there is the downwardly inclined exit ramp. The upward movement through the entrance ramp of the wheels of the loaded vehicle for unloading is accompanied by the great energy consumption of the vehicle. In the laid-open specification DE 10 2019 006 922 A1, a device for unloading bulk material from vehicles is also described. This device has the entry ramp inclined downwards and the exit ramp inclined upwards. In contrast to DE 10 2020 000 054 A1 by the entrance ramp and the exit ramp, the wheels which are located on the side of the unloading roll. In this device, the wheels of the already unloaded vehicle roll upward. Therefore, the additional energy consumption of the vehicle is already less here, but nevertheless it is.The prior art discloses a further device for unloading bulk material from vehicles (DE 10 2019 009 005 A1). The device consists of an elongated horizontal platform and an upwardly inclined entry ramp and a downwardly inclined exit ramp. The platform is located higher than the level of the access path. However, this height of the platform is insufficient for the vehicle to tilt to necessary angles for unloading. In order to tilt the vehicle to the necessary angle for unloading, the platform must be lifted together with the vehicle, and it is therefore supplied with the hydraulic cylinders. The raising of the platform together with the loaded vehicles requires additional energy consumption and, moreover, this device has the very complicated construction. In addition, the additional energy consumption at the entrance and exit of the vehicle in these structures increases the exhaust gases to be discharged, thus damaging the environment. The object of the invention is therefore to design the device for unloading bulk material from vehicles in such a way that the additional energy consumption during the entrance and the exit of the vehicle during the unloading is completely ruled out. This object is achieved with the features of the claim. The embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the device (vehicle not shown) FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the apparatus with the inclined vehicle. The device for unloading bulk material from vehicles consists of an entrance ramp 1 inclined downwards in the longitudinal direction up to the horizontal surface 3, through which during unloading the row of wheels of the loaded vehicle 4 that are on the unloading side rolls. The access path 5 through which other row of wheels of the vehicle 4 roll remains horizontal during unloading. This is followed by the exit ramp 2 which, like the entrance ramp 1, is inclined downwards as far as the horizontal surface 3.All surfaces through which the wheels of the vehicle roll are horizontal in cross sectionFor unloading, the loaded vehicle 4 first travels through the entrance path 5 to the unloading location, then the row of its wheels, which are closer to the unloading location, rolls down over the entrance ramp 1 onto the horizontal surface 3 and further through this surface. In this case, the opposite row of wheels continues to roll horizontally on the entry path 5. As a result, the vehicle is inclined to the angle necessary for unloading and the bulk material is unloaded into the receiving hopper 6.After the discharging operation is completed, the discharged vehicle 4 exits the facility. In this case, the lower row of its wheels continues to roll through the horizontal surface 3. And other row of wheels leaves the horizontal entrance path 5 and rolls down through inclined down exit ramp 2 and further also rolls through the horizontal surface 3, i.e. after leaving the facility, the vehicle 4 travels with all wheels on the plane of the horizontal surface 3.This device has no mechanisms at all, and the vehicle consumes the additional power neither at the entrance nor at the exit and does not mean to increase the discharge of the harmful exhaust gases.

Claims

Device for unloading bulk material from vehicles, having an inclined entry ramp (1) and having an inclined exit ramp (2), all surfaces through which the wheels of the vehicle roll being horizontal in cross section, characterized in that the entry ramp (1) and the exit ramp (2) are each inclined downwards in the direction of travel, so that they are arranged parallel to one another, wherein the entry ramp (1) serves only for the movement of the row of wheels of the vehicle (4) which are on the side of the unloading, and the exit ramp (2) serves only for the movement of the row of wheels which are on the opposite side of the vehicle (4), wherein the entry ramp (1) and the exit ramp (2) are on the bottom of the horizontal surface (3).
