Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The invention relates to a trolley, in particular a handle structure of a trolley. State of the art
[0002] A trolley is a means of transportation that is manually pushed and pulled. The conventional trolley has a loading section with several wheels on the bottom and a pulling frame arranged on one side of the loading section. The pulling frame contains two spaced vertical bars. A handlebar is provided between the upper ends of the two vertical bars and / or a handle extends backward from the upper ends of the two vertical bars. During use, the load is placed on the loading area. The user holds the handlebar or handle with both hands to push or pull the trolley. It is very convenient for transporting objects over short distances. Therefore, it is widely used in production and everyday life.
[0003] However, the above-mentioned conventional trolley has only a single handle. It is impossible to choose different holding angles and heights according to the user's height and usage requirements, which affects the trolley's operation and causes inconvenience during use. Its applicability is poor and needs to be improved.
[0004] Means of transport that can be pushed and pulled manually are known, for example, from document DE 10 2005 045 962 A1, which describes a saddle cart for storing and transporting riding equipment, or document DE 10 2013 102 911 A1, which discloses a transport cart with a pivoting handle arrangement. Furthermore, document US 2016 / 0 101 794 A1 describes a load transport device for pushing or pulling heavy loads across the ground, which has ground-contacting wheels driven by a motor. Object of the invention
[0005] The object of the invention is to enable the user to choose the position to be held according to the height and usage requirements, thereby facilitating the operation of the trolley and improving the convenience of use and increasing applicability. Technical solution
[0006] The invention relates to a trolley handle structure comprising a pair of handles arranged symmetrically on a trolley, comprising: a first attachment portion for attachment to the trolley; a second attachment portion for attachment to the trolley and located below the first attachment portion; and a handle body located between the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion, one end being connected to the outside of the first attachment portion and the other end being connected to the rear of the second attachment portion, the handle body having a first extension portion, a first connecting portion, a second extension portion, a second connecting portion, and a third extension portion, wherein the first extension portion, the first connecting portion, the second extension portion, the second connecting portion and the third extension portion allow different angle and height changes for the user, wherein the direction in which one end of the handle body is connected to the first fastening portion differs from the direction in which the other end of the handle body is connected to the second fastening portion, thereby forming an offset angle relative to the axis line between the first extension portion and the third extension portion, and wherein the offset angle is between 30° and 135°. Short description of the drawings Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the invention, Fig. 2 shows a partially exploded view of the embodiment of the invention, Fig. 3 shows a partial sectional view of the embodiment of the invention, Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the handle of the embodiment of the invention, Fig. Figure 5 shows a plan view of the handle of the embodiment of the invention, Fig. 6 shows a representation of the lying state of the embodiment of the invention, Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of the invention, Fig. 8 is a perspective view of another embodiment of the invention, Fig. 9 is a perspective view of the separated state of the first part and the second part of the handle of the further embodiment of the invention. Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
[0007] As in the Fig. 1 to Fig. As shown in Figure 5, a trolley handle structure of the present invention includes a pair of handles 10 symmetrically arranged on a trolley 20. The trolley 20 has a loading section 21 for carrying cargo, at least one pull frame 22 arranged on one side of the loading section 21, and a plurality of rollers 23 arranged on the underside of the loading section 21. The pull frame 22 includes left and right vertical bars 221 spaced apart and having a D-shaped cross section. The handles 10 each include a first attachment portion 11, a second attachment portion 12, and a handle body 13.
[0008] The first attachment portion 11 is a sleeve with a D-shaped cross-section and is used to attach to the upper part of the vertical rod 221 of the trolley 20. A screw element 14 fastens the first attachment portion 11 to the trolley 20.
[0009] The second attachment portion 12 is a sleeve with a D-shaped cross-section and is used to insert into the upper part of the vertical rod 221 of the trolley 20 and is located below the first attachment portion 11. A screw element 14 attaches the second attachment portion 12 to the trolley 20. The first attachment portion 11 and the second attachment portion 12 lie on the same axis line A1.
[0010] The handle body 13 is shaped like a round tube and is located between the first attachment portion 11 and the second attachment portion 12. One end is connected to the outside of the first attachment portion 11, and the other end is connected to the rear of the second attachment portion 12. The handle body 13 includes a first extension portion 131, a first connecting portion 132, a second extension portion 133, a second connecting portion 134, and a third extension portion 135. In this embodiment, the first extension portion 131 extends outward from the first attachment portion 11. The first extension portion 131 is connected to the first connecting portion 132, which extends rearward. The first connecting portion 132 is connected to the second extension portion 133, which extends rearward and outward. The second extension portion 133 is connected to the second connecting portion 134, which extends forward and downward. The second connecting portion 134 is connected to the third extension portion 135, which extends forward and downward. The third extension portion 135 is connected to the second fixing portion 12. The first extension portion 131 and the second extension portion 133 are almost horizontal. The third extension portion 135 is inclined. The first connecting portion 132 and the second connecting portion 134 are curved. The angle of the second connecting portion 134 is larger than the angle of the first connecting portion 132.
[0011] The position where the handle body 13 is connected to the first attachment portion 11 is different from the position where the handle body 13 is connected to the second attachment portion 12. The direction in which one end of the handle body 13 is connected to the first attachment portion 11 is different from the direction in which the other end of the handle body 13 is connected to the second attachment portion 12. This means that an offset angle θ is formed relative to the axis line A1 between the first extension portion 131 and the third extension portion 135. The offset angle θ is between 30° and 135°. The offset angle θ is preferably between 65° and 85°.
[0012] Therefore, the first extension section 131, the first connecting section 132, the second extension section 133, the second connecting section 134, and the third extension section 135 allow for various angle and height adjustments. The user can select the holding position according to their height and usage requirements, and hold the handle body 13 at the most appropriate angle and height. This facilitates the operation of the trolley 20.
[0013] As in Fig. 6, when the trolley 20 lies flat on the ground, the second connecting portion 134 of the handle body 13 can lie on the ground to create a supporting and positioning effect.
[0014] Fig. Figure 7 shows another embodiment of the present invention. The difference between this other embodiment and the above embodiment is that the first fastening portion 11 and the second fastening portion 12 are formed by a tube A2. The first fastening portion 11 and the second fastening portion 12 are thus integrally formed.
[0015] Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 show another embodiment of the present invention. The difference between this another embodiment and the above-mentioned embodiment is that the handle body 13 is cut in the middle to form a first part 13A and a second part 13B. The first part 13A is connected to the first attachment portion 11. The second part 13B is connected to the second attachment portion 12. The first part 13A and the second part 13B each have a flat parting surface.
[0016] The advantages of the above-mentioned embodiments are as follows: In the handle structure of the trolley of the present invention, the handle body 13 includes a first extension portion 131, a first connecting portion 132, a second extension portion 133, a second connecting portion 134, and a third extension portion 135 to allow for various angle and height adjustments. The user can select the holding position according to the height and usage requirements, and hold the handle body 13 at the most appropriate angle and height. The operation of the trolley 20 is thus facilitated. Therefore, the convenience of use and applicability are increased.
