Description

[0001] The invention relates to a switching device for displacing a shift fork of a gearshift device and a gearshift device for changing a power flow in a transmission.

[0002] Conventional gearshift devices comprise a shift fork, a shifting mechanism, and a shifting device. The shifting device transmits the movement of the shifting mechanism to the shift fork, allowing it to move a shift sleeve, which can be used to interrupt or establish the power transmission between two gears.

[0003] In the course of electromobility, proven concepts from the combustion engine sector are being built upon. However, greater emphasis is being placed on lightweight construction measures and installation space, so that the range of electrically powered vehicles can be increased.

[0004] As prior art, reference is made, for example, to DE 10 2009 044 621 A1, which discloses a switching device which can be read from the preamble of patent claim 1.

[0005] Further prior art is referred to CN 1 05 697 767 A1, DE 102 11 297 A1, DE 196 27 980 A1 and DE 197 34 023 A1.

[0006] Against this background, it is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a switching device for displacing a shift fork of a gearshift device and a gearshift device for changing a power flow in a transmission, which can be manufactured with a low weight and which can be implemented in a space-saving manner.

[0007] This problem is solved by the features of the independent patent claims. Further advantageous developments are the subject of the dependent claims.

[0008] A first aspect of the present invention comprises a switching device for displacing a shift fork of a gearshift device. A switching device serves, for example, to accommodate an actuating movement of a shifting device of a gearshift device, to convert and / or transmit this actuating movement, and to convert it into an actuating movement for, for example, a shift sleeve.

[0009] The shifting device comprises an input unit that can be connected to a shifting device of a gearshift mechanism. A shifting device can be designed, for example, as an electric actuator or a servomotor. Thus, the input unit can be moved by a shifting device of a gearshift mechanism.

[0010] The shifting device further comprises an output unit with which a shift fork of a gearshift device can be displaced. The output unit can thus move a shift fork of a gearshift device.

[0011] Furthermore, the input unit and the output unit are connected to one another in such a way that a movement, such as a translational movement, of a shifting device of a gearshift mechanism, which acts on the input unit in or against a first direction, can be converted into a movement of the output unit in or against a second direction. Thus, the output unit can act on, for example, a shift fork in a different direction than a shifting device of a gearshift mechanism. In other words, the movement of the input unit of the shift mechanism can be transmitted to the output unit.

[0012] Here, the input unit and the output unit are designed to be movable relative to one another. In other words, the switching device comprises two units, namely an input unit and an output unit, which are movable relative to one another and / or are connected to one another. Thus, an actuating movement of a sliding device of a gearshift mechanism can be received by the input unit of the switching device, transmitted from the input unit to the output unit, and converted into an actuating movement for a shift sleeve by means of the output unit of the switching device. Furthermore, this design ensures high efficiency of the switching device, but also low weight and a space-saving solution. In addition, the switching device can be actuated with little effort.

[0013] The input unit and the output unit can be arranged in two planes spaced apart from each other. In other words, the input unit and the output unit can be arranged one above the other and / or spaced apart from each other, similar to two sheets of metal lying on top of each other, but movable relative to each other, for example.

[0014] The input unit and the output unit can also be designed to be movable relative to each other in two spaced-apart planes. The input unit and / or the output unit can each be formed by a sheet metal element.

[0015] The first and second directions may intersect each other and / or be skewed to each other.

[0016] The input unit and the output unit can be rotatable relative to each other.

[0017] The first and / or second direction may be a rotation around a common axis of rotation.

[0018] Furthermore, the first and second directions may not be aligned parallel to each other and / or may not be aligned congruent to each other.

[0019] Furthermore, the input unit can be arranged movable and / or rotatable on a fastening unit of the switching device and / or on at least one holding part of a fastening unit of the switching device.

[0020] The output unit can be arranged movable and / or rotatable on a fastening unit of the switching device and / or on at least one holding part of a fastening unit of the switching device.

[0021] Furthermore, the input unit and the output unit can have a common axis of rotation about which the two units or the input and output units can be rotated relative to one another.

[0022] The input unit can also form the common axis of rotation.

[0023] In addition, the input unit can have a first support area that forms the common axis of rotation. The first support area can be designed, for example, as a pin or stud and / or can be pressed into a bore in the input unit.

[0024] Furthermore, the switching device can have a fastening unit with which the switching device can be fastened to a housing of a gearshift device.

[0025] The fastening unit can comprise at least one fastening part with which the fastening unit can be fastened to a housing of a gearshift device. The at least one fastening part can comprise at least one passage for a fastening means. The at least one fastening part can comprise two passages, each for a fastening means, so that the fastening unit can be fastened to a housing of a gearshift device with one fastening means and the fastening unit can be fastened to the input and / or output unit with the other fastening means.

[0026] Furthermore, the fastening unit can comprise a fastening means for fastening the switching device to a housing of a gearshift device. The fastening means can be designed as a bolt, e.g., with a locking ring, or as a screw, a pin, or a rivet. Using the fastening means, at least one holding part of the fastening unit can be connected or fastened to a housing of a gearshift device.

[0027] It is also possible for the fastening means to connect the input unit and the output unit in a rotatable manner.

[0028] The fastening element can form a rotation axis for the input unit and the output unit, allowing both to rotate around a common rotation axis.

[0029] Furthermore, the fastening unit can comprise at least one holding part on which the input unit and the output unit are arranged to be movable and / or rotatable.

[0030] The at least one holding part can comprise a passage for a fastening means for fastening the switching device to a housing of a gearshift device.

[0031] The dimensions of the at least one holding part can be geometrically adapted to the available installation space in such a way that one of its edges lies so closely opposite a displacement device of a gearshift device that rotation of the at least one holding part about a fastening means of the fastening unit can be prevented in an angular range greater than 10 degrees.

[0032] The at least one retaining part can be made of reinforced plastic or sheet metal. The at least one retaining part can also be made of plastic.

[0033] Two retaining parts can also be spaced apart using spacer bushings or molded-on or separate spacer bushings. Furthermore, two retaining parts can be connected to each other using methods such as clipping, welding, and / or gluing.

[0034] In addition, according to the invention, the switching device comprises a force accumulator in order to apply force to a shift fork of a gearshift device, so that in comparison to the input unit at least a time-delayed displacement of the output unit and thus of a shift fork of a gearshift device can be ensured if two gearwheels to be connected are, for example, tooth to tooth at the moment of joint connection.

[0035] The energy storage device can be arranged between the input unit and the output unit.

[0036] The energy storage device can also preload the output unit in a direction in which the energy storage device acts. This causes a delayed displacement of the output unit and thus of a shift fork of a gearshift device if two gears to be connected are, for example, tooth to tooth at the moment of joining.

[0037] In addition, the energy storage device can preload the output unit against a stop section of the input unit.

[0038] The energy accumulator can be designed as a spiral spring or a leg spring. The energy accumulator designed as a leg spring can be arranged on a first support area of the input unit.

[0039] The energy accumulator can also be designed as a compression spring.

[0040] Furthermore, the input unit can have a stop section with which the relative movement of the output unit to the input unit can be limited.

[0041] The input unit may have a stop portion which limits the relative movement of the input unit and the output unit in a direction in which a force accumulator of the switching device acts.

[0042] Furthermore, the input unit can be L-shaped or have an L-shape. One of the two legs of the L-shape can form the stop section.

[0043] Alternatively, the input unit may be U-shaped or have a U-shape, wherein one of the two equally oriented legs may be shortened compared to the other.

[0044] One of the two equally oriented legs of the U-shape can also form the stop section.

[0045] Furthermore, the shortened leg can form the stop section.

[0046] In addition, the input unit and / or the output unit can be formed by a sheet metal.

[0047] The stop section can be formed by a bent end of a leg.

[0048] Furthermore, the input unit can comprise a first support area, against which a force accumulator of the switching device rests to generate a force. The first support area can be designed as a pin or a stud.

[0049] The output unit may comprise a second support region against which a force accumulator of the switching device rests to generate a force. The second support region may be designed as a pin.

[0050] A force accumulator of the switching device can be arranged between the first support area of the input unit and the second support area of the output unit and can apply a compressive force to the two support areas in opposite directions.

[0051] Furthermore, the input unit can include a recess or window for a force accumulator of the switching device. The recess can be rectangular. The recess can also have at least one raised or upright edge at its edge to hold a force accumulator of the switching device in position. The raised or upright edge can protrude from a plane of the input unit.

[0052] Furthermore, the recess can have at least one dome extension or at least one projection for engaging with a force accumulator of the switching device, thus ensuring its position. The at least one dome extension or the at least one projection can extend from the outside into the recess.

[0053] The recess of the input unit can form a stop section that limits the relative movement of the input unit and output unit in a direction in which a force accumulator of the switching device acts. The stop section can be formed by a part of the recess.

[0054] Furthermore, the recess can comprise a support section on which a force accumulator of the switching device is supported in order to generate a force.

[0055] The support section can be arranged opposite the stop section, whereby a force accumulator of the switching device can be arranged between the stop section and the support section. This allows the force accumulator to be clamped between the stop section and the support section.

[0056] The output unit may include a recess or window for a force accumulator of the switching device. The recess may be rectangular.

[0057] Furthermore, the recess can comprise a stop region for striking against a stop section of the input unit, so that the relative movement of the output unit and the input unit can be limited in a direction in which a force accumulator of the switching device acts.

[0058] The stop area can be formed by part of the recess.

[0059] The stop area can also protrude from a plane of the output unit to form a contact surface for a force accumulator of the switching device. The stop area can form a stop that can strike against a stop section of the input unit.

[0060] The recess may also comprise a holding area on which a force accumulator of the switching device is supported in order to maintain its position.

[0061] The holding area can be arranged opposite the stop area, so that a force accumulator of the switching device can be arranged between the stop area and the holding area. This allows the force accumulator to be clamped between the stop area and the holding area.

[0062] In addition, the input unit can be designed in two parts.

[0063] The input unit can have an upper and lower shell, wherein the upper and lower shells each comprise a recess for a force accumulator of the switching device and / or can form a common stop for a force accumulator.

[0064] Furthermore, the input unit and / or its upper and / or lower shell can have at least one lubricating oil section, whereby less friction between the shells and / or less component wear can be achieved.

[0065] In addition, the at least one holding part can have at least one lubricating oil section, whereby a lower friction between the at least one holding part, the input unit and the output unit can be achieved.

[0066] The at least one lubricating oil section can be recessed in comparison to the surface of the input unit and / or the surface of the upper and / or lower shell and / or in comparison to the surface of the at least one holding part in order to facilitate or enable collection of lubricating oil.

[0067] In addition, the output unit may comprise or form a sliding finger for engaging in a connecting device of a shift fork of a gearshift device.

[0068] It can also be provided that the switching device has a coupling unit which is rotatably connected on the one hand to a shifting device of a gearshift device and on the other hand to the input unit.

[0069] The input unit and the output unit can together form a first part of a coupling mechanism. The switching device can additionally have at least one rocker, for example a first and a second rocker, which forms a second part of a coupling mechanism and which connects the input unit to the output unit. The at least one rocker or a first rocker can be rotatably arranged on the input and / or the output unit. The at least one rocker or a second rocker can be rotatably arranged on the input and / or the output unit. The at least one rocker or the first or the second rocker can also be rotatably arranged on a housing of a gearshift device or rotatably on the input unit. The first and second rocker or a plurality of rockers can be aligned in the same direction. Basically, a special coupling mechanism, a so-calledA double rocker arm can be formed. With a double rocker arm, for example, a first and second rocker arm can only perform oscillating movements (back and forth movements). Furthermore, the coupling mechanism formed by the first and second parts can be configured and designed such that a definable trajectory can be reached or followed by the output unit. The definable trajectory can be an almost ideal straight line. With such a design, for example, it is possible to move a shift fork of a gearshift device using the output unit.

[0070] A second aspect of the present invention includes a gear shifting device for changing a power flow in a transmission.

[0071] It is expressly pointed out that the features of the switching device as mentioned under the first aspect can be used individually or in combination with one another in the gearshift device.

[0072] In other words, the features relating to the gearshift device mentioned above under the first aspect of the invention can also be combined with further features here under the second aspect of the invention.

[0073] A gearshift device for changing a power flow in a transmission has a switching device according to the first aspect.

[0074] In addition, the gearshift device comprises a shift fork for moving a shift sleeve using the shifting device.

[0075] The shift fork may have a connecting device, e.g. a shift jaw, with which a movement can be transmitted to the shift fork.

[0076] The shift fork may comprise a guide bushing and two arms, each arm being connected to the guide bushing.

[0077] The connecting device can be connected to the guide bush, e.g. in one piece or in one piece, so that a displacement of the connecting device causes a displacement of the entire shift fork.

[0078] The connecting device can also have a receptacle into which the output unit of the switching device or into which a sliding finger of the output unit can engage.

[0079] However, it is also possible that the connection to the shift fork is realized by means of a fork connection, a straight connection or even with the help of a ball joint and a socket.

[0080] Furthermore, the gearshift device may comprise a displacement device arranged on the input unit of the shifting device in order to move the input unit in or against a first direction.

[0081] The displacement device can be arranged rotatably on the input unit.

[0082] Furthermore, the displacement device can be designed as an electrical actuator or as an electrical linear actuator.

[0083] It is also possible for the gearshift device to comprise a shift sleeve which can be moved by the shift fork in order to establish or interrupt a flow of power between two gears.

[0084] In addition, the gearshift device may comprise a housing in which the shift fork and / or the shift sleeve and / or the switching device and / or the shifting device are arranged.

[0085] The gearshift device may comprise a housing to which the fastening unit of the switching device is fastened via its at least one fastening part.

[0086] It can also be provided that the gearshift device comprises an output-side gearwheel and a drive-side gearwheel, both of which can be connected to one another by means of a shift sleeve of the gearshift device so that they are connected in a torque-transmitting manner, or both of which can be separated from one another by means of a shift sleeve of the gearshift device so that the torque flow from the drive-side gearwheel to the output-side gearwheel can be interrupted.

[0087] In the following, the inventive concept presented above is expressed again and additionally in other words.

[0088] This idea can be simplified into a Disconnect Unit (DCU) or a switching device that is integrated between a drive unit and an intermediate shaft or between an intermediate shaft and a differential in a drive train.

[0089] Depending on the driving situation, the DCU or the shifting device engages or disengages the gears. By moving a shift sleeve, a gear on the drive side can be positively connected to a gear on the output side, e.g., an idler gear.

[0090] The axial displacement of the shift sleeve can be achieved by controlling an electric actuator or a displacement device, which can move a shift fork and thus a sliding sleeve axially via the switching device.

[0091] When open, the shift sleeve can only engage the drive-side gearing. When the DCU or the shifting device is closed, the shift sleeve slides over the output-side gearing, e.g., of an idler gear, equivalent to the axial movement of the shifting device.

[0092] The switching device ensures that the translation or movement of the displacement device can be aligned in a different effective direction and, in addition, meshing with a tooth-to-tooth position can be enabled via a spring element or a force accumulator.

[0093] The connection of the sliding device to the switching device can be realized by means of a fork connection, a straight connection or also via a ball joint and socket.

[0094] The connection of the switching device to a housing can be achieved by means of sheet metal brackets or cast eyes provided for this purpose or a fastening unit for the switching device.

[0095] In summary, the presented DCU can be positioned between a drive and an intermediate stage or between an intermediate stage and a differential.

[0096] The DCU can be implemented as a disconnect unit with an electrical actuator in a “normally stay” variant, which can also be controlled quickly and precisely.

[0097] The invention is explained in more detail below using exemplary embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The drawings schematically show: Fig. 1 a schematic side view of a gearshift device with a switching device; Fig. 2 a spatial view from a top perspective of a gearshift device with a switching device according to a first embodiment; Fig. 3 a similar spatial view of the gearshift device from Fig. 2; Fig. 4 a spatial view from a lower perspective of the gearshift device from Fig. 2; Fig. 5 a spatial view from a top perspective of a gearshift device with a switching device according to a second embodiment; and Fig. 6 a spatial view from a lower perspective of the gearshift device from Fig. 5.

[0098] In the following description, the same reference symbols are used for the same items.

[0099] Fig. 1 shows a schematic side view of a gearshift device 40 with a switching device 1.

[0100] Here, the switching device 1 has an input unit 2 and an output unit 3, which converts a translational movement of a displacement device 48 of the gearshift device 40, which acts on the input unit 2 in or against a first direction R1, into a movement of the output unit 3 in or against a second direction R2.

[0101] The output unit 3, in turn, engages a shift fork 41 to move a shift sleeve 42 along the second direction R2. This allows a power flow between two gears 49, 50 to be established or interrupted.

[0102] The situation just described is described in more detail below.

[0103] So in Fig. 2 shows a spatial view from an upper perspective of a gearshift device 40 with a switching device 1 according to a first embodiment. Fig. 3 shows a similar spatial view of the gearshift device 40 from Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 a spatial view from a lower perspective of the gearshift device from Fig. 2.

[0104] For the sake of simplicity and brevity, the following are the Fig. 2 to 4 described together.

[0105] Thus, as already mentioned, the figures show a gear shifting device 40 for changing a power flow in a transmission.

[0106] The gearshift device 40 has a shifting device 1 and a shift fork 41 for moving a shift sleeve 42 with the aid of the shifting device 1.

[0107] The shift fork 41 has a connecting device 43, e.g., a shift jaw, with which a movement can be transmitted to the shift fork 41. The shift fork 41 has a guide bushing 44 and two arms 45, 46, each arm 45, 46 being connected to the guide bushing 44.

[0108] The connecting device 43 is in accordance with the Fig. 2 to 4 are connected to the guide bush 44 in one piece or in one piece, so that a displacement of the connecting device 43 causes a displacement of the entire shift fork 41.

[0109] As can be seen, the connecting device 43 comprises a receptacle 47 (cf. Fig. 3), into which an output unit 3 of the switching device 1 or into which a sliding finger 21 of an output unit 3 of the switching device 1 engages.

[0110] Furthermore, the Fig. 2 to 4, the gearshift device 40 comprises a displacement device 48, which is arranged on the input unit 2 of the shifting device 1 in order to move the input unit 2 in or against a first direction R1. The displacement device 48 is rotatably arranged on the input unit 2, specifically by means of a coupling unit 22 of the shifting device 1, which is rotatably connected on the one hand to the displacement device 48 and on the other hand to the input unit 2.

[0111] Furthermore, the displacement device 48 is designed as an electrical actuator or as an electrical linear actuator.

[0112] In addition, the Fig. 2 to 4, that the gearshift device 40 comprises a shift sleeve 42 which is displaceable by the shift fork 41 in order to establish or interrupt a flow of power between two gears 49, 50.

[0113] The figures also show that the gearshift device 40 comprises a housing 51 in which the shift fork 41, the shift sleeve 42, the shifting device 1, and the displacement device 48 are arranged. A fastening unit 5 of the shifting device 1 is attached to the housing 51 via its fastening parts 6, 7.

[0114] As already indicated, the gearshift device 40 has an output-side gearwheel 49 and a drive-side gearwheel 50, both of which can be connected to one another by means of the shift sleeve 42, so that they can be connected in a torque-transmitting manner, or both can be separated from one another by means of the shift sleeve 42. Thus, the torque flow from the drive-side gearwheel 50 to the output-side gearwheel 49 can be interrupted.

[0115] The switching device 1 is a switching device 1 for moving the shift fork 41 of the gearshift device 40.

[0116] The switching device 1 comprises according to the Fig. 2 to 4 an input unit 2 which is connected to the displacement device 48 of the gearshift device 40, and an output unit 3 with which the shift fork 41 of the gearshift device 40 can be displaced.

[0117] The input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are connected to one another in such a way that a translational movement of the displacement device 48 of the gearshift device 40, which acts on the input unit 2 in or against a first direction R1, can be converted into a movement of the output unit 3 in or against a second direction R2. The input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are designed to be movable relative to one another.

[0118] Described in more detail, with regard to Fig. 2, the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are configured to be movable relative to each other in two spaced-apart planes. In other words, the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are arranged one above the other, similar to two sheets of metal lying on top of each other but movable relative to each other.

[0119] According to Fig. In Figures 2 to 4, the first and second directions R1, R2 are arranged skewed relative to each other. Thus, the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are, strictly speaking, rotatable relative to each other.

[0120] Furthermore, the Fig. 2 to 4, the input unit 2 is arranged so as to be movable or rotatable on a fastening unit 5 of the switching device 1. The output unit 3 is also arranged so as to be movable and rotatable on a fastening unit 5 of the switching device 1.

[0121] Furthermore, the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 have a common axis of rotation D, about which the two units 2, 3 are rotatable relative to each other.

[0122] Also show Fig. 2 to 4, that the switching device 1 has a fastening unit 5 with which the switching device 1 is fastened to the housing 51 of the gear shift device 40.

[0123] The fastening unit 5 comprises two fastening parts 6, 7, with which the fastening unit 5 is fastened to the housing 51. Furthermore, each fastening part 6, 7 has two passages for fastening means 8A, 8B.

[0124] Strictly speaking, the fastening unit 5 comprises fastening means 8A, 8B for fastening the switching device 1 to the housing 51. The fastening means 8A, 8B are designed as a screw or as a bolt with a locking ring (cf. Fig. 2 and Fig. 4).

[0125] The fastening means 8A, 8B rotatably connect the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 to one another, wherein the fastening means 8A form a rotation axis D for the input unit 2 and the output unit 3.

[0126] In addition, the Fig. 2 to 4, that the switching device 1 comprises a force accumulator 11 in order to apply force to the shift fork 41 of the gearshift device 40, so that in comparison to the input unit 2 at least a time-delayed displacement of the output unit 3 and thus of the shift fork 41 can be ensured when two gear wheels 49, 50 to be connected are tooth to tooth at the moment of joint connection.

[0127] The energy accumulator 11 is arranged between the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 and preloads the output unit 3 in a direction in which the energy accumulator 11 acts.

[0128] Furthermore, the energy accumulator 11 preloads the output unit 3 against a stop section 12 of the input unit 2. The energy accumulator 11 is designed as a compression spring.

[0129] In addition, the input unit 2 has a stop section 12 (cf. Fig. 3 and Fig. 4), with which the relative movement of the output unit 3 to the input unit 2 can be limited. In other words, the stop section 12 limits the relative movement of the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 in a direction in which the force accumulator 11 acts.

[0130] In addition, Fig. 2 to 4, that the input unit 2 comprises a recess 15 or a window for the energy storage device 11. Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 shows that the input unit 2 is constructed in two parts, i.e., has an upper shell 2A and a lower shell 2B. Thus, the upper and lower shells 2A, 2B each have the recess 15 for the energy accumulator 11 of the switching device 1 and form a common stop for this.

[0131] As can be seen, the recess 15 is rectangular and has a raised or upright edge at its edge to hold the energy accumulator 11 in position. The raised or upright edge rises from a plane of the input unit 2.

[0132] The recess 15 can have several dome projections or protrusions (not shown) to engage the force accumulator 11, thus securing its position. The dome projections or protrusions can extend from the outside into the recess 15.

[0133] The recess 15 of the input unit 2 also forms the stop section 12, which limits the relative movement of the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 in a direction in which the energy accumulator 11 acts. The stop section 12 is formed by a part of the recess 15.

[0134] Furthermore, the recess 15 has a support section 16, against which the force accumulator 11 rests to generate a force. The support section 16 is arranged opposite the stop section 12, whereby the force accumulator 11 is arranged between the stop section 12 and the support section 16.

[0135] The output unit 3 has according to Fig. 2 also has a recess 17 or a window for the energy accumulator 11 of the switching device 1. This recess 17 is also rectangular.

[0136] The recess 17 has a stop area 18 for abutting against the stop section 12 of the input unit 2, so that the relative movement of the output unit 3 and the input unit 2 can be limited in a direction in which the force accumulator 11 acts. The stop area 18 is formed by a portion of the recess 17.

[0137] Furthermore, the stop area 18 rises from a plane of the output unit 3 in order to form a contact surface for the energy accumulator 11 (cf. Fig. 2). The stop area 18 forms a stop that can strike against the stop section 12 of the input unit 2.

[0138] Furthermore, the recess 17 has a holding area 19 against which the energy accumulator 11 rests to maintain its position. The holding area 19 is arranged opposite the stop area 18, so that the energy accumulator 11 is arranged between the stop area 18 and the holding area 19.

[0139] How Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the input unit 2 or its upper and lower shells 2A, 2B has several lubricating oil sections 20, whereby a lower friction between the shells 2A, 2B can be achieved.

[0140] The lubricating oil sections 20 are recessed compared to the surface of the input unit 2 or to the surface of the upper and lower shells 2A, 2B in order to facilitate collection of the lubricating oil.

[0141] Furthermore, the switching device 1 has a coupling unit 22 which is rotatably connected on the one hand to a displacement device 48 of the gearshift device 40 and on the other hand to the input unit 2.

[0142] Finally, it should be noted that the output unit 3 has a sliding finger 21 for engaging the connecting device 43 of the shift fork 41 of the gearshift device 40. Thus, the shift fork 41 can be moved using the shifting device 1.

[0143] The following briefly describes the operation of the first embodiment according to Fig. 2 to 4 described.

[0144] In order to connect the two gears 49, 50 in a torque-transmitting manner via the shift sleeve 42 and the shift fork 41, the displacement device 48 moves the input unit 2 to the left. This causes it to move or rotate around the rotational axis D. At the same time, the output unit 3 moves or rotates around the rotational axis D, as it is connected to the input unit 2 via the energy accumulator 11. Thus, the input unit 2 and output unit 3 move simultaneously.

[0145] By the movement of the output unit 3, the sliding finger is pressed by the compression spring forces in the direction of engagement or against the second direction R2.

[0146] The cushioning of the meshing when the two gear wheels 49, 50 are in tooth-to-tooth position is taken over by the energy accumulator 11.

[0147] The disengagement is realized by the stop section 12 of the input unit 2 by means of force and without spring action on the output unit 3, in that the output unit 3 is displaced rotationally with its displacement finger 21 in the second direction R2.

[0148] Fig. Fig. 5 shows a spatial view from an upper perspective of a gearshift device 40 with a switching device 1 according to a second embodiment, wherein Fig. 6 a spatial view from a lower perspective of the gearshift device 40 from Fig. 5 shows.

[0149] For the sake of simplicity and brevity, the following are the Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 together, whereby the description is based on the description of Fig. 1 sets up.

[0150] Thus, the figures mentioned show a gear shifting device 40 for changing a power flow in a transmission.

[0151] The gearshift device 40 has a shifting device 1 and a shift fork 41 for moving a shift sleeve 42 with the aid of the shifting device 1.

[0152] The shift fork 41 has a connecting device 43, e.g., a shift jaw, with which a movement can be transmitted to the shift fork 41. The shift fork 41 has a guide bushing 44 and two arms 45, 46, each arm 45, 46 being connected to the guide bushing 44.

[0153] The connecting device 43 is connected to the guide bush 44 in one piece or in one piece, so that a displacement of the connecting device 43 causes a displacement of the entire shift fork 41.

[0154] As can be seen, the connecting device 43 comprises a receptacle 47 (cf. Fig. 5), into which an output unit 3 of the switching device 1 or into which a sliding finger 21 of an output unit 3 of the switching device 1 engages.

[0155] Furthermore, the Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, the gearshift device 40 comprises a displacement device 48, which is arranged on the input unit 2 of the shifting device 1 in order to move the input unit 2 in or against a first direction R1. The displacement device 48 is rotatably arranged on the input unit 2, specifically by means of a coupling unit 22 of the shifting device 1, which is rotatably connected on the one hand to the displacement device 48 and on the other hand to the input unit 2.

[0156] Furthermore, the displacement device 48 is designed as an electrical actuator or as an electrical linear actuator.

[0157] In addition, the Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, that the gearshift device 40 comprises a shift sleeve 42 which is displaceable by the shift fork 41 in order to establish or interrupt a flow of power between two gears 49, 50.

[0158] It also emerges from the Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 shows that the gearshift device 40 comprises a housing 51 in which the shift fork 41, the shift sleeve 42, the shifting device 1, and the displacement device 48 are arranged. A fastening unit 5 of the shifting device 1 is attached to the housing 51 via its fastening parts 6, 7.

[0159] As already indicated, the gearshift device 40 has an output-side gearwheel 49 and a drive-side gearwheel 50, both of which can be connected to one another by means of the shift sleeve 42, so that they can be connected in a torque-transmitting manner, or both can be separated from one another by means of the shift sleeve 42. Thus, the torque flow from the drive-side gearwheel 50 to the output-side gearwheel 49 can be interrupted.

[0160] The switching device 1 is a switching device 1 for moving the shift fork 41 of the gearshift device 40.

[0161] The switching device 1 comprises according to the Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 an input unit 2 which can be connected to the displacement device 48 of the gearshift device 40, and an output unit 3 with which the shift fork 41 of the gearshift device 40 can be displaced.

[0162] The input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are connected to one another in such a way that a translational movement of the displacement device 48 of the gearshift device 40, which acts on the input unit 2 in or against a first direction R1, can be converted into a movement of the output unit 3 in or against a second direction R2. The input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are designed to be movable relative to one another.

[0163] Described in more detail, with regard to Fig. 5, the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are configured to be movable relative to each other in two spaced-apart planes. In other words, the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are arranged one above the other, similar to two sheets of metal lying on top of each other but movable relative to each other.

[0164] According to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, the first and second directions R1, R2 are arranged skewed relative to each other. Thus, the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are, strictly speaking, rotatable relative to each other.

[0165] Furthermore, the Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, that the input unit 2 is arranged movable or rotatable on one or two holding parts 9, 10 of a fastening unit 5 of the switching device 1.

[0166] The output unit 3 is also arranged movable or rotatable on the holding parts 9, 10 of the fastening unit 5 of the switching device 1.

[0167] Furthermore, the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 have a common axis of rotation D, about which the two units 2, 3 are rotatable relative to one another. The input unit 2 forms the common axis of rotation D. Furthermore, the input unit 2 has a first support region 13, which forms the common axis of rotation D. The first support region 13 is designed as a pin and is pressed into a bore of the input unit 2.

[0168] In addition, the switching device 1 has a fastening unit 5 with which the switching device 1 is fastened to the housing 51 of the gear shift device 40.

[0169] The fastening unit 5 comprises two fastening parts 6, 7, with which the fastening unit 5 is fastened to the housing 51. Furthermore, each fastening part 6, 7 has two passages for fastening means 8A, 8B.

[0170] Strictly speaking, the fastening unit 5 comprises fastening means 8A, 8B for fastening the switching device 1 to the housing 51. The fastening means 8A, 8B are designed as a screw or as a bolt with a locking ring (in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 only the fastening elements 8A can be seen).

[0171] Two holding parts 9, 10 of the fastening unit 5 are connected or fastened to the housing 51 by means of the fastening means 8A.

[0172] This is how the Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, that is, the fastening unit 5 comprises two holding parts 9, 10 (cf. Fig. 6), on which the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are arranged to be movable and rotatable.

[0173] Each holding part 9, 10 has a passage for a fastening means 8A for fastening the switching device 1 to the housing 51 of the gearshift device 40. The dimensions of the holding part 9 are geometrically adapted to the available installation space in such a way that one of its edges K lies so closely opposite the displacement device 48 of the gearshift device 40 that rotation of the holding part 9 about the fastening means 8A of the fastening unit 5 can be prevented in an angular range greater than 10 degrees.

[0174] In addition, the Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, that the switching device 1 comprises a force accumulator 11 in order to apply force to the shift fork 41 of the gearshift device 40, so that in comparison to the input unit 2 at least a time-delayed displacement of the output unit 3 and thus of the shift fork 41 can be ensured when two gear wheels 49, 50 to be connected are tooth to tooth at the moment of joint connection.

[0175] The energy accumulator 11 is arranged between the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 and preloads the output unit 3 in a direction in which the energy accumulator 11 acts.

[0176] Furthermore, the energy accumulator 11 preloads the output unit 3 against a stop section 12 of the input unit 2. The energy accumulator 11 is designed as a leg spring. The energy accumulator 11, designed as a leg spring, is arranged on the first support area 13 of the input unit 2.

[0177] In addition, as already indicated, the input unit 2 has a stop section 12 (cf. Fig. 5), with which the relative movement of the output unit 3 to the input unit 2 can be limited. In other words, the stop section 12 limits the relative movement of the input unit 2 and the output unit 3 in a direction in which the force accumulator 11 acts.

[0178] In addition, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, that the input unit 2 is L-shaped or has an L-shape, wherein one of the two legs of the L-shape forms the stop section 12.

[0179] Alternatively, the input unit 2 is U-shaped or has a U-shape, with one of the two equally oriented legs being shortened compared to the other. Here, the shortened leg forms the stop section 12. Strictly speaking, the stop section 12 is formed by a bent end of one leg.

[0180] The input unit 2 and the output unit 3 are formed from a sheet metal, whereas the holding parts 9, 10 are formed from a plastic.

[0181] According to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, the input unit 2 has a first support area 13, against which the energy accumulator 11 of the switching device 1 rests to generate a force. The first support area 13 is designed as a pin or a stud.

[0182] In addition, the output unit 3 includes a second support area 14, against which the energy accumulator 11 of the switching device 1 rests to generate a force. The second support area 14 is also designed as a pin.

[0183] The energy accumulator 11 of the switching device 1 is arranged precisely between the first support area 13 of the input unit 2 and the second support area 14 of the output unit 3 and applies a compressive force to the two support areas 13, 14 in opposite directions.

[0184] How Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 also show, the holding parts 9, 10 have a lubricating oil section 20, whereby a lower friction between holding parts 9, 10, input unit 2 and output unit 3 can be achieved.

[0185] The lubricating oil section 20 is recessed compared to the surface of the holding parts 9, 10 in order to facilitate the collection of lubricating oil.

[0186] In addition, the switching device 1 has a coupling unit 22 which is rotatably connected on the one hand to the displacement device 48 and on the other hand to the input unit 2.

[0187] Finally, it should be noted that the output unit 3 has a sliding finger 21 for engaging the connecting device 43 of the shift fork 41 of the gearshift device 40. Thus, the shift fork 41 can be moved using the shifting device 1.

[0188] The following briefly describes the operation of the second embodiment according to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 described.

[0189] In order to connect the two gears 49, 50 in a torque-transmitting manner by means of the shift sleeve 42 and the shift fork 41, the displacement device 48 moves the input unit 2 to the left or opposite to the first direction R1. This causes it to move or rotate about the rotation axis D.

[0190] Since the input unit 2 is connected to the output unit 3 via the force accumulator 11, the output unit 3 is displaced rotationally with its displacement finger 21 against the second direction R2.

[0191] The cushioning of the meshing when the two gear wheels 49, 50 are in tooth-to-tooth position is taken over by the leg spring 11 or the energy accumulator 11.

[0192] In order to release the torque transmission between the two gears 49, 50, the displacement device 48 moves the input unit 2 to the right or in the first direction R1.

[0193] The disengagement is realized by the stop section 12 of the input unit 2 by means of force and without spring action on the output unit 3, in that the output unit 3 is displaced rotationally with its displacement finger 21 in the second direction R2.

[0194] To ensure the above sequence, the translational movement caused by the displacement device 48 must be converted into a rotational movement of the input unit 2. This is done by means of a coupling unit 22 of the switching device 1, which is rotatably connected on the one hand to the displacement device 48 and on the other hand to the input unit 2.
