Description

State of the art

[0001] Devices for moving a movable part of furniture, particularly for kitchen appliances such as ovens or microwave ovens, are already known in a variety of forms.

[0002] German utility model 20 2022 100 393 U1 discloses a microwave cooking appliance comprising a rail extension device with a first or inner rail and a second or outer rail, which is movable relative to the first or inner rail along a longitudinal axis and is made of an electrically conductive material. The idea is to shield the interior of the rail extension device from microwave radiation, particularly from a microwave source. Objects and advantages of the invention

[0003] The object of the invention is to provide an alternative guide device for the displaceable guidance of a sliding element, which is used in particular in a microwave cooking appliance or microwave oven.

[0004] The problem is solved by the features of the independent claims.

[0005] Advantageous and expedient embodiments, variants and further developments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims.

[0006] The invention is based on a guide device for displaceably guiding a sliding element and for arranging it on a side wall inside a piece of furniture or a kitchen appliance, for example a microwave cooking appliance or microwave oven, in particular a pyrolysis-capable microwave oven or for example a conventional baking oven, wherein the guide device comprises a fixed rail which can be assigned to the side wall and a pull-out rail which can be coupled to the sliding element and which is displaceable relative to the fixed rail, wherein rollers are provided between the fixed rail and the pull-out rail for displaceably guiding the rails relative to one another.

[0007] The essence of the invention is that both the fixed rail and the pull-out rail have a base section, to which side sections are connected on the same side, at opposite ends of the base section in a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal extent of the rails, which side sections extend away from the base section and thus form the fixed rail and the pull-out rail, wherein on an inner side of the side sections of the rails the rollers roll along a longitudinal extent of the side sections to form a displaceable guide, wherein the rails are nested with rollers in between in such a way that a side section of one rail overlaps a side section of the other rail transversely to a longitudinal extent of the rails and wherein each rail has an outer and an inner side section. Through this type of nesting of e.g.By combining a fixed rail and an extension rail, the interior of the guide device, such as guide rollers or another included extension mechanism, can be shielded from microwave radiation from an external microwave source. Furthermore, the type of nesting in the cross-section of the rails, viewed vertically in the installed position, advantageously creates a particularly compact structure, which nevertheless allows for comparatively large, reliable rollers between the nested rails.

[0008] The rails preferably each have a C-shaped profile when viewed in cross-section. However, another shape is also conceivable, in particular, for example, a U-shaped profile, so that, for example, the fixed rail and the pull-out rail are nested within each other as a U-shaped profile, according to the invention.

[0009] Furthermore, the rails are preferably designed identically in their extension from one side section to the opposite side section, as is the case, for example, with regard to an extension perpendicular thereto from the base section to the respective longitudinal end edge of the side sections, which preferably extend identically laterally along the base section for one rail. The base section is designed to be flat, for example. Advantageously, in an intended installation position of the guide device, the respective base section is aligned vertically. For example, the base sections of the rails lie opposite one another in the assembled state and are both aligned vertically, in particular parallel, and in particular, the base sections are exactly vertical in the installed position.

[0010] In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, two rollers are arranged on the base section of the rails, each over a roller axis.

[0011] The roller axles are preferably provided with a sliding coating and / or a sliding varnish coating.

[0012] The roller axes preferably extend perpendicular to the respective base section, which is preferably flat. The roller axes are firmly fixed to the base section, for example, pressed, riveted, or welded.

[0013] In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the roller axes of the rollers on a rail are offset when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the rail.

[0014] The roller axes of the rollers on a rail are therefore at different vertical distances from the longitudinal axis of the rail. In other words, when viewed in the longitudinal direction, the roller axes, and thus the rollers, are preferably not aligned, but rather offset vertically. This makes it possible for rollers that, for example, have a smaller diameter than the furthest vertical distance between the side sections to still rest against the inside of the side sections, with one roller on one side section of a rail and the other roller on the opposite section of the same rail.

[0015] In this way, the rail with the rollers running inside, which are mounted on the other rail, is guided on the side sections via the rollers, particularly tightly to the other rail.

[0016] This rail, which is particularly tightly guided, also has corresponding rollers which rest on the side sections of the other rail in the same way and roll by a particularly comparable positioning of the rollers with different vertical distances to the longitudinal axis of the rail.

[0017] Furthermore, it is preferred that the material of the rollers comprises, for example, sintered bronze and / or graphite.

[0018] This choice of material allows for self-lubrication of the rollers and thus smooth, quiet rolling.

[0019] In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the roller axes of the rollers of the fixed rail are viewed in the longitudinal direction of the rail, offset perpendicularly to the roller axes of the rollers of the extension rail.

[0020] For example, perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rails, the roller axes of the rollers of the fixed rail on the base section are offset towards an upper section, while the roller axes of the pull-out rail on the base section are offset towards a lower section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.

[0021] It is also preferred if the rollers of a rail project beyond a cutout in a side section beyond the outer contour of the rail, which is defined by the side section.

[0022] This measure makes it possible for a roller of the rail to which the roller is attached to reach a side section of the other rail, which overlaps a side section of the rail to which the roller is attached, for rolling thereon.

[0023] Viewed in the installed position, a cutout is preferably provided in an inner upper side section of one rail, wherein a second cutout is formed with the projecting rollers of the other rail on the inner lower side section of the other rail.

[0024] Thus, the inventively nested rails with overlapping side sections and the rollers rolling thereon can be guided in a defined manner across all extension positions until, in a fully extended position of the extension rail relative to the fixed rail, the rollers of one rail move as close as possible to the rollers of the other rail. The rollers of one rail are preferably guided tightly in the side sections of the other rail, in particular with pre-tensioning for rolling, and vice versa.

[0025] Furthermore, it is advantageous if the rollers of a rail are arranged in the end area of the respective rail.

[0026] Preferably, the rollers of a rail, for example, the fixed rail, and the rollers of the extension rail are each arranged at the end of the rail. This allows for maximum extension of the extension rail.

[0027] This condition is achieved, for example, when the rollers of one rail move towards the rollers of the other rail, which are all arranged in the end area.

[0028] It is further advantageous for the rollers of one rail to be arranged off-center with respect to a longitudinal center axis of the rail. The off-center position is particularly adapted, depending on the diameter of the rollers, so that each roller can roll on one side section of the other rail, specifically in such a way that one roller rolls on one side section and the other roller rolls on the other side section.

[0029] It is also preferred if the side sections are channel-shaped. A channel-shaped side section extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail enables, for example, secure guidance of the rollers, particularly with respect to lateral offset, particularly perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the rails and / or perpendicular to the vertical extent of the rails.

[0030] This applies in particular if the rollers have an outer shape which, viewed in cross-section, corresponds to the shape of the groove on its inner surface on which the guide roller rolls, at least in sections, preferably completely in a contact area.

[0031] Furthermore, the roller axes are preferably anchored in the base section of the rails, for example pressed in or welded in, or riveted in.

[0032] In a further essential aspect of the invention, a piece of furniture or kitchen appliance is equipped with two opposing guide devices according to one of the above embodiments.

[0033] In particular, a guide device according to the invention is used in a microwave cooking appliance, for example, a microwave oven. For example, a food carrier can be stored inside the microwave oven using the guide devices according to the invention, which can be pulled out like a drawer when the microwave oven is opened, for example. Drawings:

[0034] Several embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings, indicating further advantages and details. They show: Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a microwave oven with guide devices according to the invention for the guided movement of a food carrier, Fig. 2 in a front view the basic arrangement of rails of a guide device, Fig. 3 in three-dimensional representation a rail with guide rollers arranged on it, Fig. 4 the rail to Fig. 3 cut in a plane through the roller axis of the first guide roller, Fig. 5 a front view of a guide device with a fixed and a pull-out rail, Fig. 6 the guide device according to Fig. 5 in a perspective view, Fig. 7 a guide device in a fully extended state, Fig. 8 the guide device according to the Fig. 7 in a fully collapsed state. Description of the embodiments

[0035] In Fig. 1 shows a microwave oven 1 with opposing guide devices 2, 3 according to the invention in an extended state. A food support 6 is slidably arranged on the pull-out rails 4, 5. The pull-out rails are movable on fixed rails 7, 8. The fixed rails 7, 8 are provided, for example, on side walls 9, 10 or on a support grid on the side wall of an interior 11 of the microwave oven 1, for example, fixed or height-adjustable.

[0036] The structure of a guide device with regard to the arrangement of rails 12, 13 is shown in Fig. 2 in a front view. For example, rail 12 is a fixed rail, and rail 13 is a pull-out rail. Rail 13, for example, has an anchoring element 14 for a food support.

[0037] If the rail 12 is a fixed rail, its base section 15 is mounted, for example, on the side wall of a microwave oven. Side sections 16, 17 extend from the base section 15 to one side toward the other rail 13, which is then a pull-out rail. The rail 13 also has a base section 18, from which side sections 19, 20 extend to one side toward the rail 12. The rails 12, 13 are nested in such a way that the lowest side section 16 of the rail 12 overlaps the side section 20 of the rail 13 at the bottom, while its uppermost side section 19 overlaps the side section 17 of the rail 12 at the top.

[0038] In this way, a space is created in which guide rollers can be accommodated, and at the same time, due to the type of nested arrangement, prevents microwaves, particularly those radiating from outside, from penetrating the nesting.

[0039] This arrangement thus shields, for example, guide rollers in a “nested” space 21 from microwaves in order to prevent unwanted parasitic effects there.

[0040] Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 shows a rail 22 with guide rollers 23, 24 arranged thereon. The guide rollers are rotatably mounted, for example, on roller axles 25, 26. The roller axles 25, 26 are fixedly mounted in a base section 27, for example as in Fig. 4, as indicated in the cross-sectional view. The guide rollers 23, 24 advantageously roll easily and silently on the roller axes 25, 26, for example, with the aid of a lubricating medium.

[0041] The rail 22 has, as shown in the Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, a notch 28. The reason for this is that in particular a guide roller, for example the guide roller 24, projects beyond an outer edge 29 of a side section 30 of the rail 22, which adjoins the base section 27.

[0042] Thus, the guide roller 24 can reach a side section 31 of another rail 32, which is for example a pull-out rail, overlapping the side section 30, and roll on an inner side of this side section 31 (see Fig. 6).

[0043] The roller axis 26 for the roller 23, however, is arranged lower than the roller axis 25 for the guide roller 24, viewed over a height of the rail 22, so that the guide roller 23 does not roll on the side section 31 like the guide roller 24, but on the opposite side section 33 of the rail 32.

[0044] The roller axes 25, 26 are preferably arranged offset perpendicular to a longitudinal extension of the rail 22 on the base section 27, so that the guide rollers 23, 24 preferably roll tightly in a clear width of the rail 32 on the inside of the respective side sections 30, 33 and thus a well-defined guidance of the rail 32 in relation to the rail 22 is achieved.

[0045] Fig. 6 shows, for example, a perspective front view, where Fig. 5 a rear view of the rail arrangement from Fig. 6 shows.

[0046] In Fig. 5 it can be seen that the rail 22, which according to Fig. 6 in the front area provides the guidance of the rail 32 via the guide rollers 23, 24, and is now in turn guided via guide rollers 34, 35 which are arranged on a base section 36 via roller axes 37, 38.

[0047] The guide roller 34 rolls on an inner side 39 of the side section 30 of the rail 22, whereby the guide roller 35, of which in Fig. 5, only the portion not overlapped by the guide roller 34 is visible, rolls over the roller axes 38, of which only the portion not overlapped by the roller axes 37 is visible, on an inner side 40 of a side section 41 of the rail 22. The roller axes 38 are mounted on the base section 36 of the rail 32; for example, the roller axes 38 are fixedly mounted, for example, pressed into the base section 36.

[0048] This means that in the Fig. 6 opposite end region of the rail arrangement defines the guidance of the rail 22 in relation to the rail 32.

[0049] In order to enable the guide roller 35 to reach the side section 41 of the rail 22, the rail 32 is provided with a notch 42 in a mounting area of the guide rollers 34, 35 as well as in the opposite end area of the rail 22, corresponding to the notch 28.

[0050] The Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 show a guide device 45 in an extended, fully extended state in Fig. 7 and in a fully collapsed state in Fig. 8.

[0051] As explained above, the rail 32 can be considered, for example, as a pull-out rail, with an anchoring element 14 and a further anchoring element or stop element 44 for a food carrier, whereas the rail 22 represents the fixed rail, which is designed, for example, for fixed mounting on a side wall of an interior of a microwave oven or with fastening means on a holding grid on a side wall.

[0052] The rails according to Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 are shown transparent so that the guide rollers 23, 24 and 34,35 are visible.

[0053] In Fig. 7, the guide rollers are pushed together completely, at maximum extension. In contrast, according to Fig. 8 the rails 32, 22 are pushed into each other, thus representing the state of a food carrier inserted into a microwave oven, for example.
