Description

The invention relates to a hose arrangement having an inner hose and an outer braid, wherein an outer braid is formed from at least two strands. The invention further relates to the use of a stiffening element in an outer braid for increasing the buckling stiffness and pressure resistance of a hose arrangement. The invention further relates to a series of structures, in particular for a hose arrangement, having at least two variants, wherein the variants have a matching inner hose and an outer braid different from one another.Such outer braids are known and are frequently formed by the strands being formed from similar threads and are usually used in the area of drinking water admission, in particular in pull-out hoses of sanitary fittings, in connection hoses of sanitary fittings and in shower hoses. The invention is based on the object of improving the use properties of the hose arrangement. To achieve the object mentioned, the features of claim 1 are provided according to the invention. In particular, in order to achieve the object mentioned, it is thus proposed according to the invention in a hose arrangement of the type described at the beginning that at least one strand of the at least two strands has a stiffening element, by means of which, inter alia, the buckling rigidity and / or the pressure resistance is increased. For example, the stiffening elements can be designed in the form of supporting monofils. Thus, external stresses such as tension, thrust, bending and torsion acting on the hose assembly can be compensated for and thereby the stability of the hose assembly can be increased. An improvement in the use properties, in particular with regard to buckling rigidity and / or pressure resistance, of the hose arrangement is thus achieved. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the outer braid comprises a braid supporting itself. For example, the outer braid may have a helical structure or helix. It can thus be avoided that the inner hose has to be designed as a corrugated hose or as a spiral hose, which has a positive effect on the flow rate even in the curved state and on the generation of noise. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the stiffening element wraps around the jacket of the inner tube in a curve with a preferably constant gradient and / or that the stiffening element crosses only monofilaments, threads and / or strands with low buckling stiffness, so that a helix along the axis of rotation is formed by the combination of rotation (rotation) and displacement (translation) and the stiffening element defines a radial outer dimension. The stiffening element thus forms a supporting structure for the inner tube. By not crossing the stiffening elements, it is possible to prevent the hose arrangement from becoming too stiff. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that at least one strand comprises at least one thread, which is in particular configured as the stiffening element. Thus, by configuring the thread, the strand can be configured according to the individual requirements or applications and thereby the use properties and the variability in the characteristics of the strands can be increased. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that at least one thread is braided from at least one monofilament. Thus, a compact structure can be produced within the outer braid. For example, it can be provided that a thread or a strand is designed as a stiffening element, so as to increase the stiffness of the outer braid and thus prevent the buckling of the hose arrangement. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that at least one thread is formed as a single monofilament and / or is composed of individual monofilaments. For example, the thread is designed according to the desired geometric size, in particular the desired cross-sectional area or height, in order thus to obtain an application-related geometry. It has been found that the width is generally selected to be the same in order to achieve the result that the individual strands can be braided together without gaps and without offsets. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that at least one thread differs in its material selection from the material selection of at least one thread from another strand and / or that the stiffening element differs in its material selection from a thread and / or from a monofilament of its strand and / or another strand. A material selection or the geometry can thus be defined in an application-related manner. For example, it can be provided that the thread is made of a filament structure of metal, a metallic alloy and / or plastics. It has been found to be particularly advantageous if the plastic is a thermoplastic. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that at least one strand and / or at least one thread is produced from different plastic materials and / or from a combination of plastics and metal and / or from different materials. Thus, outer braids can be formed in a simple manner, which differ in their color, area, shape and condition and can thus be adapted to the respective individual requirements. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the cross section of the stiffening element differs in terms of a geometric size and / or geometric configuration from a cross section of at least one thread from another strand. Thus, different design and design possibilities can be provided. For example, the cross section of one geometric variable can be described as shape, dimension, symmetry, surface area. The shape of the cross section can be described as a circle, rectangle, square triangle, ellipse or other geometric shape. The cross section is defined by a boundary contour. The boundary contour gives information about its shape, symmetry and arrangement of the corner points or curves. The boundary contour can have different shapes and features. For example, the boundary contour can be a smooth, curved line without corners and edges. In a further embodiment, the boundary contour consists of lines which meet at the corner points and form a closed contour. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the geometric variable is a surface area. The surface area of a geometric variable refers to a measurable extent of the surface area occupied by this geometric variable. For example, it can be provided that the geometric variable is an area of a rectangle, a circle, a polygon, or a polygon. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the geometric variable has a maximum extent, preferably transversely to a direction of extension of the stiffening element. The maximum dimension refers to the largest possible distance or dimension that can be detected by the geometric shape. For example, in the case of a rectangle, the maximum extent corresponds to the length or the width, depending on the direction in which the rectangle is extended. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the geometric variable has a number of corners. The number of corners indicates how many points the boundary of an object has as a geometric size. For example, this can describe the geometric size three, four, six, eight corners. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the geometric variable is a number of sign changes of a curvature of a circumferential contour of the cross section. Thus, shapes are usable that increase the strength properties of the stiffening element. For example, it can be provided that the circumferential contour has a plurality of circumferential sections which form curvatures which differ from one another. For example, the number of sign changes may be two, four, six or a multiple thereof. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that at least one strand and / or thread deviates from at least one strand and / or at least one thread in its cross-sectional area upward by a factor greater than 1.5 to 2 or greater than 2, for example 4 but at least greater than 10%. Due to the different configuration of the cross-sectional areas, one strand and / or thread thus serves as a support element of the respective other strand and / or thread. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that at least one strand and / or thread deviates from at least one strand and / or thread in its height upwards by a factor greater than 1.5 to 2, or more than 2, for example 4, but at least by 10%. Due to the different configuration of the height, one strand and / or thread thus serves as a support element of the respective other strand and / or thread. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that at least one strand and / or thread is greater in height than at least one strand and / or thread. This produces a structure of normal strands and threads and of particularly emphasized strands and / or threads, so that the stiffening element determines a maximum radial outer dimension. As a result, the stiffening element can serve as a supporting structure for a further outer braiding. In a preferred embodiment, it can be provided that the stiffening element determines a maximum radial outer dimension, in particular wherein this outer dimension results from the radial extension of the stiffening element and a support of other strands, threads or monofilaments. Thus, a larger cross section of the stiffening element can be achieved with the same internal dimensions. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the inner tube is smooth on the inside and / or on the outside. Thus, in contrast to corrugated hoses, no so-called dead zones can form on the inside, in which deposits can form and are thus hygienically problematic. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that at least one outer braid of the inner tube is provided with at least one further outer braid. Thus, a protection against mechanical damage which arises as a result of filaments which have been lifted out particularly, for example if the thread is formed to be particularly thick, can be achieved.Alternatively or additionally, to achieve the stated object, the features of the subordinate claim directed to use are provided according to the invention. In particular, to achieve the object mentioned, the use of a stiffening element in an outer braid is thus proposed according to the invention for increasing the buckling rigidity and / or pressure resistance of a hose arrangement, in particular in the sanitary area, wherein the hose arrangement ( 1) can have drinking water approval. It can thus be avoided that the inner hose has to be designed as a corrugated hose or as a spiral hose. This in turn has great advantages in the flow, in particular for the flow in the curved state and in the generation of noise.Alternatively or additionally, to achieve the object mentioned, the features of the subordinate claim directed to a series are provided according to the invention. In particular, in order to achieve the object mentioned, it is thus proposed in a series of construction, in particular on a hose arrangement, in particular of the type described at the beginning, that at least two variants, which are each formed according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the variants have a matching inner hose and an outer braiding that differ from one another, in particular wherein at least one outer braiding is formed from different materials and / or different filament numbers and / or different braiding angles. In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that in at least one of the variants, an outer braid is formed without a stiffening element. The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments. It should be noted, however, that the invention is not limited to the embodiments. Further exemplary embodiments result from the combination of the features of individual or multiple claims with one another and / or with individual or multiple features of the exemplary embodiments. It shows: FIG. 1 shows a hose arrangement according to the invention in a schematic illustration, FIG. 2 shows the hose arrangement in a further view FIG. 3 shows the hose arrangement in a third view FIG. 4 shows the hose arrangement in a fourth view FIG. 5 is a cross-section through the hose arrangementFIG. 1 shows a hose arrangement 1 according to the invention, denoted overall by 1, in a simple schematic illustration in a plan view.FIGS. 2 to 4 show further views of the hose arrangement 1 shown in FIG. 1.The hose arrangement 1 has an inner hose 2 and an outer braid 3 which surrounds the inner hose 2.Due to the supporting structure of the outer braid 3, it is possible to form the inner tube 2 of the tube arrangement 1 smooth on the inside as well as on the outside. In a further embodiment of the hose arrangement 1 according to the invention, which is not shown, the outer braid 3 of the inner hose 2 can be provided with a further outer braid 3 as an additional reinforcing layer or as a protective structure. The outer braid 3 is braided from a plurality of strands 4,8. Depending on the hose arrangement 1, the strands 4, 8 can run parallel or crossed to one another. The strands 4, 8 are each composed of different threads 5, which in turn are composed of individual monofilaments 6.It can be seen in FIGS. 1 to 5 that one of the strands 4 has a stiffening element 7. By means of this stiffening element 7, the buckling rigidity of the hose arrangement 1 is increased, so that the outer braid 3 serves as a braid supporting itself. The stiffening element 7 is integrated as a thread 5 in the hose arrangement 1 and differs in its geometrical size from the other threads 5 of the outer braid 3.In exemplary embodiments of the hose arrangement 1 which are not shown in more detail, the geometric variable or the geometric configuration can be defined, for example, as the surface area, maximum extent, number of corners of the end pieces or as the number of changes in sign of a curvature of a circumferential contour of the cross section. The different geometric size ratios between the stiffening element 7 and the other threads 5 of the outer braid 3 ensure that the stiffening element 7 wraps around the jacket of the inner tube 2 in a curve with a constant gradient. The stiffening element 7 of FIGS. 1 to 5 differs, for example, in its material selection from the other threads 5 of the outer braid 3.FIG. 5 shows a cross-sectional representation of the outer braid 3 of a hose arrangement 1 according to the invention. The stiffening element 7 is integrated as a thread 5 in one of the strands 5 into the outer braid 3. The strand 4 with the integrated stiffening element 7 has a greater height than the other strands 5 of the outer braid 3, so that a structure of normal strands and strands lifted out is formed. In the ideal case, the height or the cross-sectional area of the stiffening element 7 deviates upward from the other threads by a factor of 1.5 to 2 or more than 2, for example 4 or more than 4, but at least by 10%.The hose arrangement 1 according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 can be part of a series of construction. The variants of the series all have an identical inner tube 2 and differ in the type and configuration of the outer braid 3.Likewise, within the series of construction of the hose arrangement 1, a variant can be configured in the form that the outer braid 3 does not have a stiffening element 7.In a hose arrangement 1 according to the invention having an inner hose 2 and an outer braid 3 receiving the inner hose 2, wherein an outer braid 3 is formed from at least two strands 4, it is thus proposed that at least one strand 4 of the at least two strands 4, 8 has a stiffening element 7, by means of which a buckling stiffness is increased.List of reference characters1 Hose arrangement 2 Inner hose 3 Outer braid 4 Strand 5 Thread 6 Monofilament 7 Stiffening element 8 Strand without stiffening element 9 Direction of extension
