Description

The invention relates to a device for cable routing for high-voltage lines of a vehicle. The invention further relates to a vehicle comprising such a device for cable guidance. In electrically driven vehicles, a large number of electrical consumers are typically found, which operate at least partially with electrical voltages which are in the high-voltage range. In order to supply these loads with the required voltage, corresponding high-voltage lines must be laid through the vehicle. A typical high-voltage battery of a vehicle may be connected, for example, to eight HV lines, of which two to four may be connected, for example, to an electric motor. In this case, it should be ensured that the cables are laid in an orderly manner and that they are protected from damage, for example due to excessive mechanical loading. In order to achieve this, lines, in particular high-voltage lines, in vehicles are typically laid in cable guide elements provided for this purpose, for example in cable shafts. In some embodiments, the lines are at least partially surrounded by the cable guide elements, so that the lines are advantageously protected from undesired external loads and from unauthorized access. However, the disadvantage of this is that the lines are difficult to access as a result, so that assembly and maintenance of the electrical components is made significantly more difficult. The object of the invention is therefore to provide an improved technique for guiding high-voltage lines of a vehicle, with which disadvantages of previously known solutions can be prevented or at least reduced. In particular, it is an object of the invention to provide a cable guide which both offers protection for the high-voltage lines and permits simple assembly and maintenance. This object is achieved by the features of the independent claim. Advantageous refinements are specified in the dependent claims and the description.A first general aspect of the present disclosure relates to a cable routing device for high-voltage lines (hereinafter referred to as HV lines for short) of a vehicle. The device for cable guidance is preferably a cable duct. The vehicle is preferably a commercial vehicle. The vehicle may be, for example, a partially or fully electrically driven vehicle. The cable guide device comprises a holding device for holding and guiding the HV lines and a cover for covering the HV lines. The cover is detachably connectable and / or connected to the holding device by means of latching connections. In other words, the device comprises a holding device which is designed to hold the HV lines and to guide them at least in sections, and a cover which can be positioned on the holding device in order to at least partially cover HV lines held by the holding device, for example as a contact protection. The holding device and the cover are detachably connected and / or connectable to one another by means of at least one latching connection, i.e. the connection is designed such that the two parts can be connected at locations provided for this purpose and can be separated from one another again at a later point in time. A snap-in connection, which can also be referred to as a clip connection or snap-in connection, is a plug-in connection for joining components, in which a snap-in element deforms elastically when the plug-in parts are plugged together and hooks, i.e. latches, with the associated counter-piece when the end position is reached. In the case of a releasable latching connection, the latching can be reversed again, so that the plug-in parts can be separated from one another again. Preferably, the disconnection of the plug-in parts can take place non-destructively, so that the two parts can subsequently be joined together again by means of the latching connection. The combination of the holding device for receiving and guiding the HV lines with the protective cover, which can be or are connected to one another in a releasable manner by a latching connection, advantageously provides a device by means of which HV lines are guided through the vehicle in an orderly manner. The cover protects the HV lines at least from direct unauthorized access, as well as from external mechanical stress and external environmental influences. At the same time, the latching connection represents a connection which can be connected in an uncomplicated manner and can subsequently be released again, so that an uncomplicated and thus cost-effective assembly and maintenance is made possible.According to an advantageous embodiment, the latching connections can each be selectively released from a first side (e.g. upper side) facing the cover and from a second side (e.g. lower side) of the device for cable guidance facing the holding device, preferably by releasing latching noses of the latching connections by means of a pin-shaped tool. In other words, the latching connections (the clip connection) can be released from two sides, preferably from two opposite sides, of the device for cable guidance. The releasability of the latching connection from two sides enables a particularly flexible and efficient accessibility of the HV cable guide within the vehicle. For example, the access to the HV lines during assembly can be effected from above, where this is particularly quick and efficient for assembly reasons, and the access to the HV lines for maintenance purposes can be effected from below, if, for example, fewer other vehicle components would have to be removed from below than if the access had to be effected from above.Such a latching connection (clip connection) which can be released on two sides can be produced, for example, by using clipping and / or by using a latching lug which is arranged on an elastic latching element in such a way that the latching lug can be released from one side, for example the first side, by pressure from the outside onto the latching lug, and can be pulled away from the latching point by means of a pin-shaped tool from the other side, for example the second side. For this purpose, the tool can be moved, for example, into a tab, a hook or a cavity of the latching element provided for this purpose, which is / is arranged on a surface of the latching element opposite the latching lug.According to a further embodiment, the cover is designed as a shell-shaped component, preferably as a cable shaft upper shell. The shell-shaped design of the cover makes it possible to cover the HV lines and thereby protect them, while at the same time sufficient space is available to the HV lines so that the HV lines are not squeezed and possibly damaged. The holding device can furthermore comprise a plurality of cable receptacles, preferably for the parallel guidance of the HV lines, which can be detachably fastened and / or fastened to the cover at predetermined positions parallel and spaced apart from one another by means of the latching connections. The cable receptacles can be connected to one another or can be designed as components which are separate from one another. The cable receptacles serve for the mounting and guiding of the HV lines. A design of the cable receptacles as separate components enables space-saving and flexible placement or fixing of the HV lines at the provided positions.According to an advantageous development, the cable receptacles are designed as cable combs. The cable receptacles, preferably embodied as cable combs, can be detachably fastened and / or fastened, for example, as cross struts on the cover by means of the latching connections parallel and spaced apart from one another at predetermined positions. In cable combs, tine-shaped holding regions and trough-shaped receiving regions alternate several times in cross section. In each of the receiving regions, space is provided for one or more HV lines. The holding portions hold the HV wires at the provided locations. In this way, the HV lines can be guided in a particularly simple and ordered manner. The HV lines are fixed in the receiving regions assigned to them in each case, so that a plurality of HV lines can be guided next to one another in receiving regions lying next to one another, for example can be guided in parallel, without becoming entangled or being bent too much. Damage to the HV lines can be correspondingly avoided.According to a further embodiment variant, the cable receptacles each have a plurality of latching elements or a plurality of counter-latching elements for forming the latching connections. The latching elements can be manufactured, for example, from an elastic plastic material. Locking elements are the structured areas or devices on the parts to be connected, which insert or lock into one another in order to secure the connection. These may take the form of hooks, grooves, protrusions, tabs, or other suitable shapes. Counter-latching elements are elements which are located on the part of the connection opposite a latching element. The mating latching elements interact with the latching elements to complete the connection. They are designed in such a way that they receive and hold the latching elements securely. The plurality of latching elements or counter-latching elements can prevent both slipping and twisting of the cable receptacles. Accordingly, damage to the HV lines due to excessively strong local torsion can be avoided. In a further advantageous embodiment variant, the cable receptacles have a marking, for example an arrow, and / or an asymmetric support surface in order to ensure correct positioning during assembly. Depending on the design, the cable receptacles can be designed such that they can be detachably connected to the cover only in a specific, predefined orientation. A marking can indicate, in a straightforward manner, according to an engineer, in which orientation the cable receptacle has to be positioned. By means of an asymmetric support surface, for example produced by a one-sided folding, it can be ensured that the cable receptacle can be installed geometrically only in the correct orientation. For this purpose, for example, a mounting jig can be used which is adapted to the asymmetric support surface. Alternatively, for example, the cover can likewise have an asymmetric shape, such that the cable receptacles can be connected to the cover only in the correct orientation.According to a further embodiment, the device for cable routing (e.g. the cable duct) further comprises a receptacle for a cylindrical compressed air container. The receptacle is arranged on an outer side of the cover facing away from the holding device. The receptacle is preferably designed to receive a cylindrical compressed air container, for example to serve as a support for a cylindrical compressed air container. The device for cable routing can thus be used advantageously in an additional function, namely for receiving and / or holding a compressed air container, as a result of which a receptacle for a compressed air container can be provided in a cost-effective and space-saving manner. In one embodiment variant, the receptacle comprises two curved, preferably concavely curved, receiving surfaces for mounting the compressed air container. The curvature of the support surfaces is preferably adapted to the curvature of a cylindrical housing of the compressed air container, so that the housing can be positioned flat on the support surfaces. Below the receiving surfaces, a passage, preferably for a clamping band, can optionally be arranged in each case. A clamping band can comprise, for example, a plastic material and / or a metal, as well as a clamping device, e.g. a clamping screw. The passage underneath the receiving surfaces enables a particularly compact and at the same time secure fixing of the compressed air container, for example by winding a tightening strap through the passage and around the compressed air container and clamping it to itself.According to a further embodiment, the cover has passage openings arranged in a grid-like manner and / or slot-shaped for ventilation and / or cooling. Live lines, in particular HV lines, can emit heat during operation, which can be emitted through the openings for ventilation and / or cooling. However, too many openings oppose the protective function of the cover for the HV lines. The grid-like arrangement or the slot-like shape of the through-openings enables the cover to span the HV lines, for example in a grid-like manner, and thus to protect and fix them, but the HV lines can emit heat, and thus to be protected from overheating. In addition, superfluous material and thus costs and weight can be saved. In a further advantageous embodiment, the cover is a component formed in one piece, which is advantageous with regard to production costs and installation costs. Additionally or alternatively, the (optional) cable receptacles can each be designed as components formed in one piece. The cover and the individual receptacles of the holding device can be produced, for example, as injection molded parts or by means of deep-drawing methods. In a further advantageous embodiment, the cover can have at least one guide groove on its upper side facing away from the holding device for receiving a clamping band. A guide groove can be formed, for example, by a notch and / or by added edges for receiving the tension band. By means of the tension band, the device for cable guidance can be fixed, for example, at a position provided for this purpose in the vehicle and additionally secured.Furthermore, the cover can have a predetermined fastening point on its upper side facing away from the holding device for the detachable fastening of a fluid line, preferably a compressed air line. Fluid lines, e.g. polyamide lines, can be used to transport various fluids, e.g. compressed air, lubricating oil, or cooling fluids, in the vehicle between the generating, storage and application sites. It is important that the fluid lines are not damaged or excessively kinked in order to avoid fluid leakage or jamming within the line. Fastening points on the cover are particularly advantageous because the fluid lines can be mounted in the vehicle in such a flexible manner without, for example, having to alter support structures of the vehicle or having to mount additional components in the vehicle. Accordingly, costs and material can be saved. The fastening points can be provided, for example, as circular through-openings of the cover, into which releasable retaining elements, for example pine tree clips, can be arranged and / or arranged in each case for retaining a fluid line.According to another general aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a vehicle comprising a cable guide device as described herein. In other words, the features described in this document in connection with the device for cable routing per se are also to be disclosed and claimable in connection with the vehicle. The vehicle is preferably a commercial vehicle. In this context, a commercial vehicle can generally be understood to mean a vehicle which, by virtue of its design and device, is designed specifically for transporting persons, for transporting goods or for towing trailer vehicles. The commercial vehicle is preferably a truck. In a commercial vehicle, many lines must be installed in a particularly robust manner because of the tasks to be accomplished and the loads occurring. Accordingly, a device for cable routing as described above is particularly advantageous in the commercial vehicle sector. In an advantageous embodiment, the vehicle comprises a storage device, for example a traction energy storage device, for electric drive energy of the vehicle. The storage can comprise a plurality of battery modules, which are housed in a housing and each consist of a plurality of battery cell stacks.Furthermore, the vehicle comprises HV lines which are electrically coupled and / or couplable to the storage unit and which are held in sections in the device for cable guidance. The cover of the device for cable routing (the cover of the cable duct) is preferably releasably fastened to the housing of the storage unit by means of at least one tension band. For this purpose, the cover can have at least one guide groove for receiving a tension band, as has been described above. The holding device for holding and guiding the HV lines can in this case lie loosely on the housing of the storage device. The holding device can lie directly on the housing, or an intermediate material, e.g. an insulating material, can be arranged between the holding devices and the storage or the housing of the storage. The fact that the holding device rests only loosely on the storage means enables a particularly simple and flexible arrangement and mounting of the device for cable guidance. The cover is fastened to the housing of the storage unit and indirectly fixes the holding devices to the storage unit, so that slipping of the HV lines is effectively prevented. The cable guiding device is positioned, for example, by means of a tension band in conjunction with hooks or positioning ribs which abut on the side of the battery.According to a further embodiment, the vehicle further comprises a connecting plate for connecting the storage device to a further storage device. The cover can furthermore be screwed to the connecting plate. A plurality of accumulators can be connected to one another by means of the connecting plate, as a result of which a stabilization of the individual accumulators in the vehicle can be improved. By means of a possible screwing of the cover to the connecting plate, a fixing of the device for cable guidance to the respective storage unit can be achieved without any mechanical change being carried out on the storage unit itself. In a further embodiment, the vehicle further comprises a compressed air container which is arranged on the receptacle for a cylindrical compressed air container which is arranged on an outer side of the cover facing away from the holding device.Additionally or alternatively, the vehicle comprises a compressed air line which is fastened at the fastening point for the detachable fastening of a fluid line. The fastening point is preferably an opening provided in the cover, in which a detachably inserted receiving piece, for example a pine-tree clip, is arranged, on which the compressed air line is held. Furthermore, the vehicle can comprise at least one clamping band which is mounted in the at least one guide groove for receiving a clamping band and is fastened on the end side to the store. The above-described preferred embodiments and features of the invention can be combined with one another as desired. Further details and advantages of the invention are described below with reference to the attached drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of a device for cable routing for HV lines according to one embodiment; FIGS. 2 a- 2 c show a schematic illustration of a holding device according to one embodiment; FIG. 3 shows a schematic illustration of a device for cable routing for HV lines with a storage for electrical drive energy according to one embodiment; and FIG. 4 shows a vehicle with a storage for electrical drive energy and a device for cable routing for HV lines according to a further embodiment of the invention. The embodiments shown in the figures correspond at least partially, so that similar or identical parts are provided with the same reference numerals and for their explanation reference is also made to the description of the other embodiments or figures in order to avoid repetitions.FIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of a device 1 for cable routing for HV lines according to an embodiment of the invention. HV lines are used in vehicles in order to transport high electrical voltage, for example, from an energy store to an electrical load. It is important that the HV lines are conducted through the vehicle in a safe and orderly manner. Preferably, the HV lines should be protected from external mechanical stress and from unauthorized access. At the same time, the HV lines should be accessible as uncomplicated as possible both for the first installation and for later maintenance work. For this purpose, the device 1 shown in FIG. 1 comprises a holding device 4 for guiding HV lines 2 and a cover 5 for covering the HV lines 2. the cover 5 and the holding device 4 are detachably connected to one another by means of latching connections 6. A latching connection 6 is a plug connection (clip connection) for joining components, in which a latching element deforms elastically when the plug parts are plugged together and hooks onto the associated counterpart when a predetermined position is reached. The latching connection 6 can be designed, for example, in such a way that a latching element, for example a latching nose 9, latches into a counter latching element 12, for example an indentation or a material cutout. In this way, the components are fixed to one another. If the fixation is to be released again, i.e. the two components, here the holding device 4 and the cover 5, are separated from one another again, the latching nose 9 can be pressed out of the counter latching element 12, so that a removal of the previously connected components is made possible. The latching connection 6 can preferably be released selectively from a first side 7 facing the cover 5 (here the upper side) and from a second side 8 facing the holding device 4 (here the lower side). The latching connection 6 can be released from the first side 7, for example, by the latching nose 9 being pressed and thus disengaging from the counter latching element 12. From the second side 8, for example, a pin-shaped tool, e.g., a slotted screwdriver, can be inserted from below into a cavity of the holding device 4 adjoining the latching nose 9, and the latching nose 9 can be pulled off the counter latching element 12.Depending on the embodiment of the latching connection 6, the two plug-in parts can be connected to one another only in a predetermined installation direction. In order to ensure the correct direction of installation of the holding device 4 with respect to the cover 5 corresponding to the latching connection 6, the holding device 4 can have a marking 13, here for example an arrow pointing forwards in the direction of travel of the vehicle. The holding device 4 is largely covered by the cover 5 in FIG. 1 and is described in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 2 ato 2 c.The cover 5 located at the top in FIG. 1 is, for example, a preferably integrally formed, shell-shaped component which can be designed, for example, as an upper cable shaft shell. The terms "upper" and "lower" here refer to a typical installation direction in the vehicle. Of course, the device 1 can also be used in another installation direction. The holding device 4 lying below can comprise, for example, a plurality of, for example five, cable receptacles 10, which are releasably fastened to the cover 5 at predetermined positions by means of the latching connection 6. Four cable receptacles 10 are visible in FIG. 1. In addition, further cable receptacles 10, which are not visible from above, can be arranged under the cover 5, which for example do not necessarily have to be connected to the cover by a latching connection. Particularly preferably, all cable receptacles 10 are designed identically (identically constructed) and are positioned parallel to and spaced apart from one another. An embodiment in which the cable receptacles 10 are embodied differently from one another is however likewise possible. It can be seen in FIG. 1 that the cover 5 can have a plurality of passage openings 18 arranged in a grid-like manner and / or slot-shaped. These through openings 18 serve, for example, for ventilating or cooling the HV lines 2 arranged underneath, so that they do not overheat during operation. Due to the grid-shaped arrangement or the slot-shaped configuration of the through-openings 18, good cooling or ventilation of the HV lines is achieved without excessively limiting the stability and / or the protective effect of the cover 5.For fastening the device 1 in the vehicle, clamping straps (not shown in FIG. 1 ) can be used, for example, which press the cover 5 against a further surface. A clamping band can be designed, for example, as a narrow, flat band and can comprise a plastic material and / or a metal, and a clamping device, e.g. a clamping screw. In order to hold the tension straps on the cover 5 in the position provided for this purpose or in order to prevent the tension straps from slipping, the cover can have at least one guide groove 19 for receiving the tension strap. In the example of FIG. 1, the cover 5 has two guide grooves 19 for receiving clamping straps. In addition, the cover 5 can have a receptacle 14 for a cylindrical compressed air container (not shown) on an outer side 15 of the cover facing away from the holding device. The receptacle 14 can be formed, for example, by two concavely curved receptacle surfaces 16 for mounting the compressed air container. Below the receiving surfaces 16 a passage 17 can be arranged, through which for example a clamping band can be passed, by means of which the compressed air container can be tightened on the receiving means 14 and thus securely fixed.Furthermore, the cover 5 can have fastening points 21 at predetermined points for the detachable fastening of fluid lines (not shown). In vehicles, fluid lines, for example lines made of polyamide, are used to conduct various fluids, for example compressed air, cooling liquid or lubricating oil, through the vehicle. It is important that the fluid lines are protected from damage in order to prevent the fluid contained therein from leaking out. Likewise, the fluid lines should not be bent too much, since the fluid could otherwise become jammed therein and no longer flow, or no longer sufficiently flow, to the destination. In order to ensure reliable guidance of the fluid lines, they can be fixed in the vehicle. The fastening points 21 of the cover allow fixing of fluid lines, for example by means of pine tree clips, which can be inserted into the fastening points 21.FIGS. 2 ato 2 cschematically illustrate an exemplary embodiment of the holding device 4 for holding and guiding the HV lines. FIG. 2 ashows the holding device 4 in an isometric view, FIG. 2 bshows the holding device 4 from one side, FIG. 2 c finally from above. The holding device 4 can comprise a plurality of, preferably a plurality of identically designed, cable receptacles 10, which are each positioned parallel to and spaced apart from one another. FIG. 2 shows, by way of example, a holding device 4 with a cable receptacle 10.As already described with reference to FIG. 1, the holding device 4 of FIGS. 2 ato 2 ccomprises latching elements 11 which can be releasably connected to the counter latching elements of the cover. By way of example, the holding device 4 comprises four latching elements 11. each of the latching elements 11 comprises an elastic element, for example an elastic tongue 26, with a latching nose 9 arranged thereon, which latches into the associated counter-latching element of the cover, and thus fixes the holding device 4 to the cover. The elastic tongue 26 of the latching connection, sometimes also referred to as a latching arm, can be pressed in in order to release the latching lug 9. The elastic tongues 26 are hollow from below, so that a user can insert a pin-shaped tool into the elastic tongue 26 from below, and thus can release the latching nose 9 from below. In the example shown, the holding device 4 has latching elements 11 which can latch into mating latching elements of the cover in order to join the two parts together. An embodiment in which the cover comprises latching elements and the holding device 4 comprises correspondingly configured counter-latching elements would, however, also be possible. As shown in FIGS. 2 ato 2 c, the cable receptacles 10 can each be designed as a cable comb in which tine-shaped elements with valley-shaped indentations alternate in cross section. One or more HV lines can be guided in each of the valleys of the cable comb, so that unintentional twisting and / or entanglement of a plurality of HV lines can be prevented. In order to facilitate the mounting of the holding device 4 in the correct installation direction, the holding device 4 can have a marking 13, here for example as an arrow in the forward direction of travel of the vehicle. Furthermore, the holding device 4 can have an asymmetrical bearing surface. It can be seen in FIG. 2c that the holding device 4 has a bent portion at the top left for this purpose. During the assembly of the device, this asymmetrical support surface can be used to ensure a correct alignment of the holding device 4, for example by using an assembly jig, e.g. in the form of a frame. The shape of the mounting jig can be adapted to the bearing surface of the holding device 4, so that the holding device 4 can only be placed in the correct orientation in the mounting jig.FIG. 3 again shows a schematic illustration of a device 1 for cable routing for HV lines 2, this time in the installed state with an electric drive energy store 22 according to a further embodiment of the invention. The HV lines 2 are electrically coupled to the electrical storage unit 22 and are held in sections in the cable routing device 1. For this purpose, a holding device 4 and a cover 5 are detachably connected to one another by means of a detachable latching connection 6, as described above. The holding device 4 preferably only rests loosely on the storage 22. The cover 5 is detachably fastened to the housing of the storage device 22 by means of at least one tightening strap 20. The fastening of the clamping band 20 can be effected, for example, by means of a clamping bolt or a clamping screw which is / is clamped to a fastening 27 which in turn can be screwed to the housing of the store 22. The clamping band 20 thus pulls the cover 5, and thus indirectly also the holding device 4 connected thereto, against the storage 22 and thus fixes the device 1 in the vehicle. In order to release the fixing, the fastening 27 can be released from the clamping band 20, for example by means of the clamping bolt or the clamping screw, both from above and from below. For additional securing, the cover 5 can be screwed to an optional connecting plate 23, by means of which the storage unit 22 can be connected, for example, to a further storage unit (not shown). If the reservoir 22 is removed, for example for maintenance purposes, by pulling the reservoir 22 downward, the latching connections 6 can be released, so that the holding device 4 together with the HV lines 2 and the reservoir 22 is removed downward from the cover 5.As described above, the cover 5 may include a receptacle for a compressed air container 24. FIG. 3 shows how a compressed air container 24 rests on the receiving surfaces 16 for the compressed air container 24. By way of example, two tension bands 20 are wound around the compressed air container 24. The clamping bands 20 are also drawn through the feedthroughs 17 below the receiving surfaces 16, so that the compressed air container 24 is securely fixed. Fluid lines 25, here embodied as compressed air lines by way of example, can be detachably connected to fastening points 21 for fluid lines by means of fastenings, e.g. pine tree clips. The fastenings can be released from the fastening points 21 both from above (by pulling) and from below (by pressing by means of a pin-shaped tool)FIG. 4 shows a schematic illustration of a vehicle 3 with a device 1 for cable routing according to an embodiment of the invention. The vehicle 3 is designed, for example, as a commercial vehicle, e.g., as a truck. The vehicle 3 can comprise a storage device for electric drive energy, a compressed air container, a compressed air line and a clamping band. It is understood that the techniques and features described with reference to FIG. 4 can be combined with the techniques and features described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, individually or in any combination.Although the invention has been described with reference to certain embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not intended to be limited to the disclosed embodiments, but is intended to include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
