Description

The present application relates to a training door for emergency personnel.Emergency personnel such as fire fights and police are frequently exposed to situations in which doors block rescue routes which have to be overcome as quickly and efficiently as possible. For such purposes, the present application proposes a training door with which different door types can be simulated, thus training a break-up or overcoming of doors for rescue operations. The possibility of simulating different types of doors allows testing of the use of the correct tools or the efficient use of these tools.Up to now, door breakage has been trained on real doors available on the market. This has the disadvantage that in most cases the door is destroyed after breaking and has to be at least partially replaced or repaired. Another disadvantage of such a training method is that there are a great many different door leaf shapes and door frame shapes or door leaf profiles, each of which requires different approaches for efficiently breaking up or overcoming this door.Known training doors are usually designed only for a break-open procedure and are not capable of covering reality, in particular on account of the different door types or else the different time requirements for a break-open.Against this background, the object of the present application is to specify a training door which can simulate various door leaf profiles, door frame profiles or door leaf structures or door frame structures without destroying the door during breaking open. Another object is to adjustably choose the level of difficulty in breaking a door to simulate various additional safety mechanisms in training emergency personnel. The object is achieved by the features of the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the dependent claims. In a first embodiment, a training door for emergency forces is specified, which comprises a door frame which is fastened on a base plate, wherein a door leaf is fastened to the door frame, and the door leaf is suspended at at least two hinges in the door frame. At least one of the hinges is provided with an adjustable pressing device for adjusting the pressing pressure of the door on the door frame. In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an emergency training door comprising a door frame attached to a floor panel, a door panel being mounted in the door frame, the door panel being suspended at at least two hinges in the door frame. Furthermore, a receiving device for a replaceable module is arranged on a lock side of the door frame, in order to simulate different door frame profiles and / or door leaf profiles. Alternatively or additionally, a receiving device for a door leaf change module can be arranged on the lock side of the door leaf in order to simulate different door leaf profiles. The frame change module or the door leaf change module makes it possible to simulate both different profiles and different materials on the door frame and to simulate different door leaf profiles and door leaf materials for the door leaf. The frame change module and / or also the door leaf change module are designed in such a way that they are replaceable, so that if they are damaged by different training attempts they can be replaced easily without the door leaf or the door frame having to be replaced. The frame change module and / or also the door leaf change module are constructed symmetrically to one another. This makes it possible to practice the door to be opened from both sides. For this purpose, it is only necessary to rotate the door leaf about a horizontal center axis by 180°.The hinges can have hinge bolts, by means of which the upper and the lower hinge are coupled to the door leaf and the hinge eye, respectively. During the turning, the door leaf is turned such that the lower hinge comes up after the turning and vice versa. For this purpose, a hinge can each have two bores into which the hinge bolt can be inserted. The adjustable pressing device for the hinge makes it possible to simulate simply a pressing pressure of the door leaf on the frame on the lock side. It is thus possible to simulate a fixed door and also to simulate a door which is loosely seated in the door frame. Likewise, by means of the adjustable contact pressure, it is possible to increase the forces required for breaking open the door.By means of the adjustable pressing device, the pressing pressure of the door leaf is adjusted from the hinge side in the direction of the lock side. In this case, pressing devices that can be adjusted on both hinges are preferably considered. An adjustable pressing device can be realized by means of a spring, the spring travel of which is adjustable. In this case, a predetermined value of the contact pressure can be selected or set by selecting the length of the spring travel, each of the predetermined values representing a door type in each case. The adjustable pressing device preferably has a central guide bolt around which the spring is arranged. This provides a secure guiding of the spring. The length of the guide bolt can be changed by screwing it in or unscrewing it from the hinge, as a result of which the spring travel can be adjusted. The spring and / or the guide bolt can preferably extend horizontally. In order to fasten a frame change module to the door frame, the door frame has a receiving device for the frame change module. The receiving device can be realized by a plurality of bores in the door frame profile, into which screw heads of the frame change module are inserted. Additionally or alternatively, it is possible for the frame to have a cutout into which the frame change module can be inserted and then to be fastened in the bulge in the door frame, for example with screws or bracing elements. That is to say that the receiving device can be realized in the simplest case by holes in the door frame, to which holes a frame change module is fastened. Likewise, alternatively or additionally, a recess can be provided in the door frame profile, into which recess the frame change module is at least partially inserted. An even more stable fastening of the frame change module can thus be realized. It is also possible to use a plurality of frame change modules, which are each arranged in a plurality of recesses, in order thus to simulate a different resistance in the lock region than in the head or foot region of the door, in which, for example, additional securing bolts are located between the door leaf and the door frame, which have to be additionally overcome. The door leaf has a door leaf frame which has a receiving device for the door leaf change module. The receiving device for the door leaf change module can be realized by a receiving bulge in the door leaf frame. The receiving bulge or recess in the door leaf frame can receive either only the door leaf change module or the door leaf change module and the frame change module.Since most doors have the highest resistance in the lock area of the door, the door leaf change module and / or the door leaf change module and the frame change module are arranged in this area.By means of the receiving device in the door leaf frame, a sufficiently large area or space can be provided in which the door leaf change module and / or the frame change module can find space and can be securely fastened in each case to the door leaf frame or to the door frame. It is also possible to screw the door leaf change module to the door leaf frame, so that the door leaf change module comes to rest against the door frame. The frame change module and / or the door leaf change module can be designed as a double fold or a single fold. That is, each of the removable modules may have a cross-sectional profile in which one or more shoulders are formed so as to simulate different door leaf profiles and / or different door frame profiles. In addition to the different profiles, different materials can also be used for the door leaf replacement module and / or the frame replacement module. It is thus possible to produce both interchangeable modules from wood and / or metal.Furthermore, insertion devices, for example in the form of round or angular eyes, are provided on one or both sides of the door frame and / or of the door leaf, through which insertion devices locking elements can be pushed in order thus to simulate a break-in latch of a door, which represents an additional closing element of the door and has to be overcome by the insertion forces. The plurality of insertion devices can be fastened at different door heights, so that a plurality of locking elements can also be simulated. These insertion devices and correspondingly inserted locking elements also make it possible to simulate complicated high-safety doors with locking bolts outside the lock region.Preferably, plug-in devices are arranged on the door frame on both sides (front side and rear side of the door leaf), which are arranged at the same height. As a result, the door leaf can be easily rotated and a different opening direction can be simulated. The plug-in devices on the door frame then fit with the plug-in devices on the door leaf when the door leaf is rotated. That is to say that before the door leaf is rotated, the insertion devices on the door frame are at a height with the insertion devices on the front side of the door leaf. In this case, the door opens to the apron side (outward). After the door leaf has been rotated about its horizontal central axis, the hinge bolts are inserted into the bores aligned to the rear side of the door and the door opens to the rear side (inward). In this case, the insertion devices of the door leaf are on the rear side and at a height with the insertion devices on the rear side of the door frame. In a further embodiment, the floor panel has a floor panel frame into which floor sheets or floor panels can be inserted which can have different floor coverings, in order thus to simulate different floor coverings. The base plate can be height-adjustable in order to put the door into a training state in which the base plate is securely standing on the floor or into a transport state in which the base plate is raised in order to be moved. The sheets of standing surface may be perforated or corrugated sheets. Moreover, the floor panel may be provided with wheels that are height-adjustable or foldable in order to move the door.Additionally or alternatively, it is possible for the training door to have insertion spars in order to be able to insert a lifting carriage or forks of a fork lift truck in order to move the door. The door frame of the training door is preferably made of metal and is designed, for example, as a rectangular hollow profile. In one embodiment, the door frame is welded to the base plate or plugged onto frame attachments of the base plate and screwed to the door frame. The door leaf has a surrounding door leaf frame, for example also made of a rectangular hollow profile. One or more panels can be inserted into the door leaf frame, which panels can be made from different materials or can have different thicknesses (thicknesses) in order to simulate different door structures. The door leaf can have one or more subframe regions, into each of which a plate made of different materials or different thicknesses can be inserted in order to simulate different door structures. The door leaf is fastened to the door frame or in different bores at the hinges in order to simulate a door opening in both directions, in order thus to simulate a door which can be opened inwards or outwards and is also struck on the left and right. The structure of the training door is described below with reference to the figures. FIG. 19 shows a hinge from the outside.FIG. 1 shows a front view of a training door 10 with a door frame 20, a door leaf 30 and a base plate 40. The door leaf 30 has a lock side 31 and a hinge side 32. The door leaf 30 has a peripheral door leaf frame 33 which has different partial frame regions 36 a- 36 cin which plates 38 can be inserted. In the example of the door according to FIG. 1, a door leaf change module 35 is shown, which is arranged in a receiving region 37 of the door leaf frame 33 in the region of the lock of the door leaf 30. Furthermore, a frame change module 25 is shown, which is arranged in a receiving region 21 of the door frame 20 and lies opposite the door leaf change module 25.The receiving region 37 of the door leaf 30 or more precisely of the door leaf frame 33 is formed by a bulge in the encircling door leaf frame 33, wherein the door leaf frame 31 jumps inward into this region and thus forms a receiving space for the door leaf replacement module 35. This receiving region 37 can also serve to also receive a part of the frame change module 25. As a result, the two interchange modules 25 and 35 can be arranged opposite one another in a predefined space. In this way, a wide variety of frame and door leaf profiles can be reproduced, the change modules 25 and 35 being replaceable easily and quickly.FIG. 2 shows a perspective illustration of the training door 10 according to the invention. A predefined gap is present on the hinge side 32 between the door leaf 30 and the door frame 20. Since the critical locations of a training door 10 are located on the lock side 31, a gap may be present on the hinge side 32. This allows the door leaf 30 to be easily hung into the hinges 50. As shown in FIG. 2, the corner regions of the door leaf frame 33 can be provided with oblique cross braces in order to increase the rigidity of the door leaf 30.FIG. 3 shows a side view of a door frame 20 according to the invention, to which two hinges 50 are attached. Plug-in devices 60 in the form of square eyes are attached to the lock side 31, which plug-in devices allow the insertion of locking elements 70 (not shown), in order thus to simulate additional locking bolts or securing mechanisms of doors.FIG. 4 shows a sectional view of the door frame 20 from the inside based on FIG. 3 As shown in FIG. 4, the insertion devices 60 can be arranged on both sides of the door frame 20, in particular at the same height on the inside and the outside of the door frame 20. Wood modules can be inserted between the subframe modules 25 a, 25 band the frame change module 25 in order to also exert a leverage thereon. The frame change module 25 and auxiliary frame modules 25 a, 25 bare hollow, so that an adapted piece of wood can be used. The sectional view of a hinge 50 is shown in FIG. 5. This shows a helical spring 56, the spring travel of which can be varied, as a result of which the contact pressure of the hinge 50 on the door leaf 30 is increased, with the result that the door leaf 30 is pressed with more or less pressure onto the door frame on the lock side 31.Alternatively, a threaded end piece can also be screwed onto a guide bolt 58 and the spring travel shortened. The guide bolt 58 itself has an external thread. The spring surrounds the guide bolt 58 within the door frame 20, and when the threaded end piece is screwed further onto the spring bolt 56, the sleeve moves further into the cavity of the door frame and shortens the spring length and thus increases the prestress. The door leaf 30 is inserted with insertable hinge bolts into holes 59 of the hinge 50. The hinge 50 has at least two bores 59 for being able to hang the door on both sides of the door frame 20 in order thus to simulate different opening directions of the door.It is also possible to rotate the guide bolt 58 so that the spring travel of the spiral spring 56 is changed and thus the contact pressure for the door is changed. The guide bolt 58 running centrally in the spiral spring 56 ensures reliable guidance of the spring 56 in the cavity of the door frame 20, but it is also possible to arrange the spring 56 outside the cavity.A thread is present on the guide bolt 58, on which a guide nut 57 runs, which is fastened to the door frame 20, as a result of which the spring travel changes when the guide bolt 58 is screwed in or out.The hinge 50 has a hinge frame 54 that extends around the door frame 20 and is guided by the door frame 20 in a horizontal direction when the guide bolt 58 is rotated. When the guide bolt 58 is screwed in, the hinge frame 54 is thus pushed in the direction of the lock side 31, as a result of which the door leaf, which is suspended in the bores 59 in the hinge frame 54, also moves in the direction of the lock side 31 and thus increases the contact pressure.FIGS. 6-8 show different cross-sectional profiles of the door frame 20 and the door leaf 30, and FIG. 6 shows a profile of a fire protection door. For this purpose, a single-fold module is arranged on the door frame 20 as a frame-changing module 25. For this purpose, a stop 26 is located on the frame change module 25 against which the door leaf 30 or the door leaf change module 35 abuts or abuts against it in the closed state of the door. The door leaf change module 35 has a quadrangular cross section screwed to the door leaf frame 31. A metal sheet 39 is bent around the cross section of the door leaf change module 35, which sheet runs from a stop side around the end side of the door leaf change module 35 and, when it strikes the frame change module 25, partially covers the latter.FIG. 7 shows a profile for a door with a single fold on the door frame 20. The door leaf 30 strikes the door frame 20 in a blunt manner and ends flush. For this purpose, a single-fold module with a centrally arranged stop 26 is arranged on the door frame 20 as a frame-changing module 25. The door leaf change module 35 has a quadrangular cross section, in particular with the same thickness as the door leaf frame. The door leaf change module 35 is fastened to the door leaf frame 33 in the receiving region 37. For this purpose, bores can be provided in the door leaf frame 33, into which bolts are screwed in order to fasten the door leaf replacement module 35 to the door leaf frame 33. Alternatively, openings with a subsequent elongated hole 25 cmay be provided on the door leaf replacement module 35, into which protruding bolt heads from the door leaf frame 33 are inserted. The region at the height of the lock (not shown) is thus formed by the receiving region 37 for the door leaf change module 35 and the receiving region 21 for the frame change module 25. This region is filled by both the door leaf replacement module 35 and the frame replacement module 25 so that they abut each other. The door leaf change module 35 and the frame change module 25 can be of the same length or have the same height. The width of the door leaf change module 35 corresponds to the door leaf frame 33.Alternatively, one or more threaded bolts can protrude from the frame 20 or also from the door leaf 30, onto which the door leaf replacement module 35 or the frame replacement module 25 is then placed with bores and can be tightened by means of a nut.The door leaf change module 35 and the frame change module 25 preferably have the same height, so that they can abut against one another again when the door leaf rotates about the horizontal central axis, wherein the direction of movement of the door leaf is then different. In the first position or before the rotation, the door leaf 30 opens outwards, i.e. towards the front side. After the rotation, the door leaf opens inwardly. Thus, in particular, residential doors that open inwards can be simulated. However, there are also many situations where the operating forces strike a door that opens outward. The upper and lower portions above and below the door leaf frame 33 within the door frame 20 are open or closed (not shown) and may be filled with suitable materials as required.Preferably, the door leaf 30 is divided into three substantially equally sized partial regions 36 a- 36 c.The frame change module 25 and / or the door leaf change module 35 preferably has the same height as the central sub-region 36 b.FIG. 8 shows a profile for a door with a double fold on the door frame 20 and on the door leaf 30, To this end, a double fold module with a centrally arranged first stop 26 and a smaller second stop 27 is arranged on the door frame 20 as the frame change module 25. The stoppers 26 and 27 are disposed on a central axis of the door frame 20 and the frame switching module 25. The door leaf change module 35 has a quadrangular cross section which is fastened to the door leaf frame 31 in the receiving region 37. A door leaf stop 34 (smaller square cross section) is fastened to the door leaf replacement module 35, which stop is adapted to the distance between the frame replacement module 25 and the first stop 26. The profile depth of the door leaf change module 35 is adapted to the impact depth on the frame, i.e. between the outer side of the door frame 20 and the stop side on the second stop 27.The door leaf change module 35 can be screwed to the door leaf frame 30 or bores can be provided in the door leaf change module 35 into which bolts are screwed in order to fasten the door leaf change module 35 to the door leaf frame 31. Alternatively, openings with a subsequent elongated hole 25c (see also FIG. 8a) can be provided on the door leaf replacement module 35, into which openings protruding bolt heads from the door leaf frame are inserted. The replacement modules can also be fastened by means of quick-release fasteners, i.e. the replacement module is placed on the protruding bolt head and then moved upwards, downwards or laterally (into the slot), wherein the quick-release fastener, similar to the bicycle, takes on the function of the nut and, by folding over a lever, pulls on the bolt head and thus fixes the replacement module to the door frame or to the door leaf. The individual replacement modules should be welded or firmly screwed or connected to one another, since the training door between the door leaf replacement module 35 and the frame replacement module 25 breaks open. Each of the exchangeable modules 25 or 35 can have milled-out portions ( 25 c) on the rear side in order to fasten them to the door frame 20 or door leaf frame 33 by means of a bolt with quick release.FIG. 9 shows a top view of a floor panel 40 with a floor panel frame 41, on which the door frame 20 stands. In the region of the hinge 50, the pressing device 55 is arranged around the door frame 20, wherein by rotating the guide bolt 58 the pressing pressure can be adjusted with which the door leaf 30 presses against the door frame 20 on the lock side 31. Into the open areas of the base plate 40 above and below the door leaf 30, base plates with different coverings or surfaces, not shown, can be inserted.FIG. 10 ashows a side view of a door leaf 30 according to the invention. the door leaf 30 is surrounded by a revolving door leaf frame 31 which has hinge eyes 33 aon the hinge side 31, with which the door leaf frame 31 or the door leaf 30 can be suspended in the bores 59 of the hinge 50. Three distinct or separate sub-frame regions 36a-36c are shown separated by portions of the door leaf frame 31. Various panels 38 may be inserted into the sub-frame portions 36a-36c. For this purpose, for example, the fastening strips 38a are used, to which the plates 38 can be fastened. As a result, different door leaf materials, such as solid wood, metal or furniture panel or door profiles filled with cardboard, can be simulated. In particular, the spring property of the door leaf can be simulated as a result. Additionally, sawing or derailing of the panels 38 may be trained. The door leaf is connected via the hinge eyes 33a by a bolt to the hinge 50 via hole 59. The bolts can be loosened and the door leaf can be removed and rotated through 180 degrees to be hooked on the other side. Thus, we can present: left-opening door inward and outward, and right-opening door inward and outward. In the central portion 36b, a metal attachment (for example, a steel plate) can also be fastened, which serves as a ram attachment. This panel can be driven together with a ram without damaging the door leaf 30.FIG. 10 bshows a view of a door leaf 30 according to the invention from the end side, i.e. from the side which, in the closed state of the door, bears against the door frame 20.FIG. 11 shows a representation of a lower section of a base plate 40, in which a lever roller or a height-adjustable wheel 43 is represented.FIGS. 12-14 show different profiles for the door leaf change module 35; FIG. 12 shows a double fold change module. FIG. 13 shows a single fold change module. FIG. 14 shows a fire door replacement module in which body is made of hardwood around which a steel sheet extends.FIG. 15 shows a door frame 20 with a single fold module 25 and a section of a door leaf 30 likewise with a single fold module 35 made of hardwood.FIG. 16 shows a door frame 20 with a double-fold module as in FIG. 6 or FIG. 7.FIG. 17 shows a frame change module 25 with an opening 25 bfor a locking cylinder insert, with which milling, drilling or breaking out, knocking out or breaking away of a locking cylinder can be carried out. Since an intact lock door is locked, the lock cylinder inserted frame change module 25 is preferably attached to the door frame 20 which provides the most durability for practice. It is also possible (not shown) to fasten the replaceable module with a locking cylinder insert to the door leaf.FIG. 18 shows a door frame 20 with a single-fold module 25 with a stop 26 and a door leaf 30 with a fire protection door module, as in FIG. 6, The metal sheet covers the frame change module 25, as a result of which the insertion of a crushing iron is made more difficult.FIG. 19 shows a hinge 50 according to FIG. 5 from the outside. The guide bolt 58 is unscrewed into a sleeve and the spring 56 engages in the interior. Laterally thereto, fine adjustment screws 58 aare arranged, with which the gap between door leaf and door frame can be adjusted precisely. The guide bolt 58 presses with the sleeve on the spring, which then changes the distance between the hinge frame 54 and the door frame 20 when screwing in and thus changes the distance between the door frame 20 and the door leaf 30.The training door of the invention has several independent elements or properties, with or on which different breakage techniques can be practiced under different conditions. In this case, the use of different tools and their mode of operation can be trained. This is important in particular because the correct or best tool cannot always be gripped in real use. Therefore, the exercise with various tools is very useful. Furthermore, the time requirements for opening a door are also different. There are situations where there are seconds and where the condition of the door after break is unimportant. In other situations, time plays a minor role and maintenance of the door is more important. With the door according to the invention, it is thus possible to lever open between the door leaf and the door frame at different points. Furthermore, many different interchangeable modules can be used and combined with which different door leaf profiles and door frame profiles can be simulated. If they are destroyed during the lever-open, they can be replaced without difficulty. The lock cylinder swap module may train a lock draw or bore. The invention also relates to insertion devices at different positions on the door frame and also on the door leaf. Size and position matched or aligned with each other allow simulating a sealed door additionally secured with locking beams and posts.By means of an eyelet 75 on the door frame 20 and a padlock (not shown) fastened thereto, a break-up of a padlock can be trained by striking or by means of a bolt cutter. A chain may also be attached to the eyelet 75 laterally attached to the outer door frame to effect a chain detachment or break-up.The movable base plate 40 ensures a fixed position for training and allows the training door according to the invention to be moved away after training. The solid or stable steel frames 20 and door leaf frames 33 represent a robust structure for the reusable training insert. The plates 38 which can be inserted into the door leaf frame 33 can be used to train the sawing-up or entry or driving-in of doors, but also different different oscillation characteristics of door leaves, for example made of solid wood, for hollow-chamber doors, metal, etc.
