Description

[0001] The invention relates to a container for receiving loose parts, in particular bulk material, with vertical side walls, with a bottom which closes off the side walls at the bottom to delimit a receiving space which is closed at the bottom, with an optionally closable or releasable removal opening in the bottom, wherein two removal openings are arranged in the bottom and that a partition wall for dividing the receiving space into two sub-spaces is connected to the side walls and the bottom and that a removal opening is arranged on each side of the partition wall.

[0002] Such a two-chamber container is known, for example, from DE 20 2014 100 745 U1. In this two-chamber container, two chambers are arranged in a housing, each with a bottom flap. Two handles located in the upper area of the two-chamber container allow the bottom flaps to be moved into the open or closed position.

[0003] EP 0 712 7956 A1 discloses a container in which a chamber has two base plates. A lever mechanism is used to control the base plates.

[0004] GB 2 263 898 A discloses a container with two pivoting floor panels. When the container is closed, the floor panel bolts are held by hooks arranged on a side wall.

[0005] Such a container is known from DE 10 2018 132 820 A1 and has a base plate mounted on a side wall. The base plate is connected to the side wall via a locking device. The base plate closes a removal opening located in the base.

[0006] However, in confined spaces, it is desirable for the container to be particularly flexible in its use. Separating different recyclable materials and waste is particularly necessary during building demolition work. Using multiple containers for each type of recyclable material or waste is often impractical within buildings.

[0007] The invention is based on the problem of developing a container of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it can be used in a particularly versatile manner even in confined spaces.

[0008] This problem is solved according to the invention in that the partition wall is detachably held on the side walls and two opposite side walls each have a guide for inserting the partition wall (23) and in that the guides are open on the side facing away from the floor.

[0009] This design allows the container to be used for two different bulk materials. Thanks to the invention, the number of containers for different recyclables and waste can be halved. In addition, the container can be emptied either through one or the other opening, even in confined spaces, as the container only needs to be accessible over half its size. This makes the container according to the invention particularly versatile. The container can be used either with one receiving compartment or with two partial compartments because the partition is detachably held on the side walls. The installation and removal of the partition is particularly easy because two opposite side walls each have a guide for inserting the partition and because the guides are open on the side facing away from the floor.

[0010] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the container is particularly simple in design if the base has two pivotally mounted base plates, and if the base plates each open or close a removal opening. In the simplest case, the base consists of the two base plates.

[0011] According to another advantageous development of the invention, pivoting of the floor panels in the center can be easily achieved if bearings for the floor panels are arranged between the floor and the side walls.

[0012] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the two compartments of the container can be used independently of each other if the base plates can be controlled individually. This allows one or the other compartment to be opened as required, allowing one or the other compartment to be emptied. This design is particularly important when different bulk materials are to be collected and processed separately.

[0013] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the container can be used in a particularly versatile manner if at least one of the side walls has two doors and if one door is assigned to each of the sub-compartments.

[0014] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the container can be approached from each side with a forklift truck if the floor has two receptacles on each side for inserting the forks of a forklift truck.

[0015] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the container's versatility is further enhanced if each of the side walls has two upwardly facing brackets on its outer side for inserting the forks of a forklift. Since the brackets are arranged on the outer side of the side walls, several containers can be stacked, with the brackets of the lower container preventing the upper container from slipping.

[0016] According to another advantageous development of the invention, it contributes to the further securing of containers stacked on top of one another if the side walls have swivel hooks on their outer sides and if the swivel hooks are designed in a size and position in which they can be connected to brackets of a container located underneath.

[0017] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the container has particularly high stability if the side walls, the base plates, and the brackets are connected to frame parts. Preferably, the frame parts form a closed frame.

[0018] The invention permits numerous embodiments. To further clarify its basic principle, one of them is shown in the drawing and is described below. This shows in Fig. 1 a side view of a container, Fig. 2 a front view of the container Fig. 1, Fig. 3 the container Fig. 2 when emptying, Fig. 4 greatly enlarged a locking device of a base plate of the container from Fig. 1.

[0019] Fig. Figure 1 shows a side view of a container 1 for holding bulk material with four vertical side walls 2 - 5 and a bottom 6. At the bottom 6, the container has two bow-shaped receptacles 7, 8 for inserting forks of a forklift truck (not shown). Fig. As shown in Figure 2 in a frontal view offset by 90° from the side view, the base 6 has additional receptacles 9, 10 for inserting the forks of the forklift. These receptacles 7-10 are accessible from each side of the container 1. Likewise, each of the side walls 2-5 has upwardly directed brackets 11-14 on their outer sides. The container 1 can also be gripped from each side with the forks of the forklift using the brackets 11-14.

[0020] Fig. Figure 2 shows that at least one of the side walls 2 has two doors 15, 16, each with a locking device 17, 18. The locking devices 17, 18 lock the doors 15, 16 individually relative to a frame part 19, 20 arranged on the base 6 and the upper area.

[0021] Dash-dotted lines are in Fig. 1 shows another container 1' stacked on top of the container 1. This additional container 1' is constructed in the same way as the first container 1. Schematically, Fig. 1 swivel hooks 48, 49 are shown, which are designed for positive connection with brackets 11 - 14 of a container 1, 1' located underneath.

[0022] Fig. 3 shows the container 1 from Fig. 2 with open doors 16, 17 and two open base plates 21, 22. A partition 23 is arranged within the container 1 to divide a receiving space 24 for bulk material into two sub-spaces 25, 26. The open doors 16, 17 and base plates 21, 22 each expose independent removal openings 44-47 of the container. The partition 23 is inserted into an upwardly open guide 27 and can be easily pulled out upwards to combine the two sub-spaces 25, 26 into the common receiving space 24. The doors 16, 17 and the floor panels 21, 22 close the compartments 25, 26 individually and each have locking devices 28-31 that can be operated with one hand. The floor panels 21, 22 have bearings 32, 33 on the frame part 19 of the floor 6. The doors 15, 16 have bearings 34, 35 on a lateral frame part 36, 37.

[0023] Fig.4 shows an enlarged view of one of the locking devices 30 of the base plates 21. The locking device 30 has a rod 38 arranged perpendicular to the plane of the drawing with hooks 39 fastened thereto in a rotationally fixed manner. A manually operable lever 40 is fastened to the rod 38 in a rotationally fixed manner and is secured to a securing pin 41 with a cotter pin 42. The rod 38 is rotatably mounted on the base plate 21. A bolt 43 opposite the hook 39 is fastened to the frame part 19 of the base. With the base plate 21 closed, after loosening the cotter pin 42, the rod 38 can be pivoted by hand via the lever 40 and thus the hook 39 can be pivoted in or out behind the bolt 43 as desired.
