Description

The invention relates to a fixing system having the features of patent claim 1 and to a waste collection vehicle having such a fixing system.Waste collection vehicles typically include various assemblies that are assembled differently as needed and as designed. This is, on the one hand, the chassis or the substructure which comprises the motorization and the driver's cab. A structure is arranged on the chassis, which comprises a collecting container, the volume of which depends on the respective requirements for use. Depending on this is also the lifting tilting or tilting device, which is arranged on the front or rear side or also on the side. The final composition thus depends on the respective requirements, so that during the production of waste collection vehicles, different superstructures with different add-on parts, i.e. lifting, tilting or tilting devices or rear doors, are combined. The different attachment parts are fastened to the superstructures in different ways, which makes it necessary to produce the connections individually. This leads to increased outlay in terms of production and storage. It is therefore the object of the present invention to improve the production process in this respect. The object is achieved by a fixing system having the features of patent claim 1 and a waste collection vehicle having the features of patent claim 18.The invention relates to a fixing system for a waste collection vehicle comprising at least one profile and at least one adapter piece which can be arranged on or in the profile, wherein the profile and adapter piece are designed to be arranged on a superstructure of a waste collection vehicle and to enable attachment of an attachment to the superstructure, wherein the profile is designed such that different adapter pieces matched to specific attachment parts can be arranged at different positions, such that the adapter pieces form attachment points for the attachment part. The profiles can be used universally for different types of add-on parts. This means that only one type of profile has to be manufactured and held on bearings. This allows savings in financial expenses and storage space. In addition, the assembly is facilitated, since only one type of profile has to be attached to the structure.Adapter pieces of matching design are provided for each add-on part, which are attached to or in the profile. The profile provides corresponding connection possibilities for the different adapter pieces. This means that on the completely assembled profile only the matching adapter pieces need to be attached at the positions provided for the respective attachment part. The adapter pieces are designed such that they can be fastened both to or in the profile and also provide connection possibilities for the respective attachment part, thus forming connection points for these. In addition to the simplified assembly, this has the additional advantage that, in the case of changed requirements for use, the change from one add-on part to another add-on part is also possible in a very simple manner. Only the adapter pieces have to be exchanged, so that a structure of a waste collection vehicle can be easily combined with different add-on parts and can be correspondingly converted. The profile and adapter pieces are preferably manufactured from a metallic material, for example steel or aluminum. The profile is preferably a profile which is closed at least in sections. The profile is thus very stable with minimized weight. Particularly preferably, the profile has a substantially rectangular cross section. In sections where the profile is not closed, it preferably has a C-shaped cross section. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the profile has a first wall which can be brought into contact with the superstructure of a waste collection vehicle and in which first openings are provided for fixing the adapter piece. The profile is preferably brought into contact with the structure over its entire surface. The profile is preferably connected to the structure in a materially bonded manner, particularly preferably by welding. This makes it possible for a stable and permanently durable connection to be produced between the profile and the structure. With the aid of the first openings, it is possible to connect the adapter pieces to the profile, for example by screw connection. The structure preferably has corresponding openings, so that the adapter piece can be screwed to the profile through the wall of the structure. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, different types of first openings are provided in order to fix adapter pieces adapted to different add-on parts. The adapter pieces have different shapes depending on the add-on part. Since the add-on parts are connected at different positions on the superstructure of the waste collection vehicle, the corresponding adapter pieces must also be attached at the associated positions on or in the profile. For this purpose, the different types of first openings, i.e. different hole patterns or connection positions, are provided.A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the profile has a second wall which can be brought into contact with an attachment part of a waste collection vehicle and in which second openings are provided for fixing the attachment part. Here too, the profile preferably comes to bear over the entire surface with the attachment part and is preferably connected thereto by screw technology. The screw connection is effected through the openings. It is preferably provided that different types of second openings are provided in order to fix different add-on parts. The attachment parts have mutually different hole patterns for fixing and are also fixed at different positions. By providing different types of openings for different hole patterns and connection positions, different attachment parts can be fitted flexibly.Furthermore, it is preferably provided that second openings are provided for fixing a specific attachment part at different heights. This means that a hole pattern for fixing a specific attachment part at a connection position is provided multiple times at different heights. This relates to the installation position of the profile, which usually extends with its longitudinal direction in the vehicle vertical direction. This enables attachment of an attachment part in different positions in the vehicle vertical direction. In chassis of different manufacturers, the support surface for the superstructures is at different heights. At the same time, for example, the height of the tilting edge is standardized. By providing second openings for a specific attachment at different heights, the different geometries of the chassis can be compensated. Production-related tolerances can also be compensated in this way. Since in this embodiment of the invention the adapter pieces are arranged at different second openings, first openings varying in height must likewise also be provided in the first wall of the profile. Alternatively, the adapter pieces can also provide different holes for connecting the attachment part at different heights. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the profile has a third wall, in which third openings are provided for inserting tools or for assembly purposes and which preferably points away from the structure of a waste collection vehicle. The third openings allow the adapter pieces and the attachment part to be fastened, since the first and second openings are thereby accessible. In addition, the third openings can be used to guide the adapter pieces within the profile to their intended position. In particular, third openings can be provided in order to introduce a painting head into the profile and to guide it in the profile in order to paint the inner surface of the profile. The profile preferably has an interior space into which the at least one adapter piece can be introduced. Preferably, the adapter piece is introduced into the hollow profile at one end thereof and is pushed within the profile to its intended position. The third openings are preferably spaced apart such that the adapter piece can be gripped through them and slid further. By positioning the adapter piece in the interior of the profile, it is largely protected from contamination, which prevents corrosion. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the adapter piece has a first surface section which can be brought into contact with the first wall and a second surface section which can be brought into contact with the second wall. As a result, the adapter piece can preferably be brought into contact with the corresponding walls over its entire surface and can be fastened in a stable manner.Particularly preferably, the first surface section has at least one hole which, in the installed position, is arranged in alignment with a first opening of the first wall, such that the adapter piece can be fixed by screw technology. A bolt is passed through and fastened to the first opening of the first wall and the hole of the first surface portion. The adapter piece is thus easily mounted at its intended position with little effort and can likewise be easily removed again. Preferably, the screw is guided into the holes from the construction of the waste collection vehicle and fixed on the profile side, for example by a nut.It is further preferably provided that the second surface section has at least one hole which, in the installed position, is arranged in alignment with a second opening of the second wall, so that an attachment part can be fixed by screw technology. Preferably, the screw is guided into the holes from the attachment part and fixed on the profile side, for example by a nut. This corresponds to the conventional attachment of the add-on parts, so that no changes are necessary in this respect.Particularly preferably, the second surface section has a hole pattern matching the fastening device of an add-on part. This also leads to the attachment part being able to be mounted in a conventional manner. The fixation system can therefore be introduced into existing production lines without problems.A particular embodiment of the invention provides that the holes of the adapter piece are provided with nuts for the screw-type fixing, wherein the nuts are preferably connected to the adapter piece in a materially bonded manner, particularly preferably are connected to the adapter piece in a welded manner. The nuts are attached to the adapter pieces during the production thereof. During assembly, it is therefore not necessary, both when fixing the adapter piece to or in the profile and when attaching the add-on part, to hold the nut against one another when tightening the screws. It is only necessary to retain the adapter piece itself, which is simpler to carry out and simplifies the assembly.Furthermore, the adapter piece preferably has tabs on the end side. On these tabs, which are preferably provided on the upper and lower ends of the adapter pieces in the installed position, the adapter piece can be gripped during the insertion into the profile. The tabs are manufactured by a simple bending process. When an adapter piece is assembled, it is introduced into the profile and gripped by an opening in the profile on a tab and pushed through the profile until it can be gripped again by a further opening arranged in the longitudinal direction of the profile. This method is made very easier by the provision of tabs according to the invention. In a particular embodiment of the invention, the holes in the first surface section and the second surface section of the adapter piece are designed such that the adapter piece can be attached to different positions in or on the profile, in particular such that the adapter piece can be attached in or on a profile on a left side of the superstructure and in or on a profile on a right side of the superstructure. An attachment part is often screwed to different connection points with different hole patterns. All different hole patterns can be provided in an adapter piece. If it is desired to attach an adapter piece both in or on a profile on a left side of the superstructure and in or on a profile on a right side of the superstructure, the hole pattern for a connection point must be provided twice, each rotated through 180 degrees. By providing all possible hole patterns for all connection points of an attachment part in an adapter piece, this can be manufactured as a constant part. Manufacturing costs and bearing outlay are thereby optimized.Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the profiles have further openings, in particular in the first and / or second and / or third wall, for attaching further components. The profiles are thus advantageously used to attach further components to the structure of the waste collection vehicle. These may be further body supports, but also lighting fixtures, monitoring devices, operating elements and the like. The invention further relates to a waste collection vehicle having a fixing system described above. Such a waste collection vehicle is advantageously designed with regard to assembly, maintenance and refitting. For details, the foregoing is referred to in order to avoid repetitions. Preferably, on the waste collection vehicle on the rear superstructure, on the right and on the left a profile is arranged, preferably welded on. The connection points for an add-on part are thus provided, so that conventional mounting of the add-on part is possible.Further features of the invention will become apparent from the following drawings and the associated description. The following are shown: FIGS. 1a, b show a profile in various perspectives, FIGS. 2a, b show a first embodiment of an adapter piece, FIG. 3 shows a structure of a waste collection vehicle with a first connection scheme for an attachment part, FIG. 4 shows a detailed illustration of the first connection scheme, FIGS. 5a, b show a second embodiment of an adapter piece, FIG. 6 shows a structure of a waste collection vehicle with a second connection scheme for an attachment part, FIG. 7 shows a detailed illustration of the second connection scheme, FIGS. 8a, b show a third embodiment of an adapter piece, FIG. 9 shows a structure of a waste collection vehicle with a third connection scheme for an attachment part, FIG. 10 shows a detailed illustration of the third connection scheme. The exemplary embodiments presented here relate to so-called rear loaders, i.e. waste collection vehicles which have a rear-side filling opening with corresponding lifter systems on the superstructure 1. However, the invention is not limited thereto. The fixing system according to the invention can also be used in other embodiments of waste collection vehicles. The invention is distinguished in that a wide variety of add-on parts can be mounted on one and the same structure 1, without having to provide individual hole patterns for screw-technology mounting for this purpose. A fixing system is used which comprises profiles 2 and adapter pieces 3. The profiles 2 are designed in such a way that different adapter pieces 3 matched to specific add-on parts can be arranged at different positions, so that the adapter pieces 3 form attachment points for the add-on part. The profiles 2 thus have both connection possibilities for different types of adapter pieces 3, and different connection possibilities for different add-on parts are also provided. The profile 2 shown in FIGS. 1 a, bin various perspectives has a rectangular cross section and is closed in sections. It has a first wall 4 which can be brought into contact with the superstructure 1 of a waste collection vehicle and in which first openings 5 are provided for fixing adapter pieces 3.For each possible attachment, all of which are mounted in different ways on the structure 1, an adapter piece 3 is provided, which can be fixed at different positions of the profile 2. For this purpose, the profile 2 in this exemplary embodiment has first openings 4 for fixing the adapter pieces 3. The first openings 5 for a specific adapter piece 3 are arranged at different heights of the profile 2 according to the specifications for positioning the adapter piece 2. It is also taken into account here that the profile 2 can be arranged on both sides of the rear of the waste collection vehicle in the sense of identical part production. The adapter pieces 3 are also designed such that they can be arranged both in a right-hand profile 2 and in a left-hand profile 2 of a superstructure 1. Accordingly, the profiles 2 also provide first openings 5 for both possible arrangements. In the present exemplary embodiments, the profile 2 is secured thereto over its entire surface in contact with the structure 1 and by welding. This gives a stable, durable compound. The profile 2 furthermore has a second wall 6, which can be brought into contact with an attachment part of a waste collection vehicle and in which second openings 7 are provided for fixing the attachment part. The fixing is generally effected by screwing, so that hole patterns typical for the screw connection are provided on the structure 1 for the mounting of a specific add-on part. Hole patterns are now provided in the profiles 2 according to the invention for all possible add-on parts. In this case, a plurality of holes can result in a hole pattern for a connection point 8. The attachment points 8 for an attachment part can also be designed differently. As already explained above, for the purposes of identical part production, hole patterns are also provided for connection points 8 for a right and a left profile 2.The adapter pieces 3 provided in each case have matching holes which receive the screws for attaching the attachment part. The superstructures 1 are usually mounted on a chassis, which are from different manufacturers and which are of different heights. This is accompanied by the fact that the superstructures 2 have to be mounted at different heights due to the design. At the same time, certain dimensions, such as the height of the tilting edge, are standardized. In order to compensate for the discrepancy in the different heights and also in order to be able to compensate for production-related tolerances, the hole patterns of a connection point 8 are provided at different heights in the installation position of the profile. The adapter pieces 3 either also have correspondingly height-varying holes or the first openings 5 are also provided at a plurality of heights. The profile 2 also has a third wall 9 with third openings 10, 11 serving different purposes. These are firstly mounting openings 10, which serve to bring the adapter pieces 3 to their intended positions, to grip them through the mounting openings 10, for example, and to guide them inside the profile 2, or to insert tools for mounting the adapter pieces 3 into the inside of the profile 2.On the other hand, adapter holding openings 11 are provided, which serve to introduce the adapter pieces 3 into the profile 2 and to hold them in their intended position.FIGS. 2 aand 2 b show a first exemplary embodiment of an adapter piece 3. FIG. 3 shows the mounting points provided for this purpose on the profiles 3 arranged on a superstructure 1, which form the attachment points 8 for the add-on part. The adapter piece 3 has a first surface section 12 which can be brought into contact with the first wall 4 and has a second surface section 13 which can be brought into contact with the second wall 6. In the first surface section 12 there are provided holes 14 which, in the installed position, can be aligned with a first opening 5 of the first wall 4. The holes 14 are provided with welded-on nuts 15. For assembly, a screw is inserted into the relevant first opening 5 from the construction side and screwed to the nut 15 through the hole 14. As a result, the adapter piece 3 is fixed to the profile 2. Depending on the design boundary conditions, one or more screws can be used for this purpose. If the same adapter piece 3 is used in a right and a left profile 2, it is rotated once by 180 degrees. That is, the holes 14 must be provided to fit the right and left sides, respectively. Ideally, the holes 14 and optionally first openings 5 are made using balances, so that the holes 14 can be used in several situations. The second surface section 13 has at least one hole 16, which in the installed position is arranged in alignment with a second opening 7 of the second wall 6, so that an attachment part can be fixed by screw technology. These holes 16 are also provided with welded-on nuts 17. The bolts are inserted from the attachment through the second openings 7, pass through the holes 16 and are screwed into the nuts 17. The holes 16 have a hole pattern that fits to a fastening device of an add-on part. As described above, the attachment parts differ in the positions at which they are fastened by the number of screws. The hole images of the second surface section 13 are adapted thereto and are likewise provided for use in a right and a left profile 2.At the upper end of the adapter piece 3 in the installed position, an upper tab 18 is provided, at the lower end, a lower tab 19, which tabs 18, 19 serve to push the adapter piece 3 through the profile 2.During assembly, a profile 2 is first arranged on the right and left sides at the rear end of the superstructure 1 and fixed there by welding. An adapter piece 3 is then introduced into the profile 2 at the lower, open end and the profile 2 is pushed through its interior in the longitudinal direction. The third openings 10, 11 allow the lugs 18, 19 of the adapter piece to be gripped and the adapter piece 3 to be pushed in the profile 2 until it has reached its intended position. Already in this case, the first surface section 12 is in contact with the first wall 4 and the second surface section 13 is in contact with the second wall 6.In a further step, at least one screw is guided from the body 1 through a first opening 5 and a hole 14 and screwed against a nut 15, so that the adapter piece 3 is fixed to the profile 2.These method steps are repeated until all adapter pieces 3 are arranged in the profile 2 and form connection points 8 (FIGS. 3 and 4 ).Thereafter, an attachment is mounted by passing bolts through respective fastening devices of the attachment, passing through the second openings 7 of the profile 2 and the respective holes 16, and being screwed against the nuts 17.At the end, the profiles 2 are closed with cover plates to protect their interior from dirt. Openings can also be provided in the profiles 2 for this purpose, for example, in order to firmly clip a cover plate.FIGS. 2 to 4 show a first exemplary embodiment of the invention; FIGS. 5 to 10 show, in an analogous manner, further exemplary embodiments together with their respective connection scheme. The same reference numerals designate the same features and the above explanations relating to the first exemplary embodiment also apply analogously to the further exemplary embodiments, and reference is therefore made to these to avoid repetitions. The examples demonstrate the variability of the invention and the flexibility associated therewith. The fixing system according to the invention is not only distinguished in that the mounting of different add-on parts on identically designed superstructures is made possible in a simple manner. At the same time, the outlay for storage and logistics is also reduced. Moreover, a convertible of a waste collection vehicle is made possible by just having to replace the adapter pieces 3.Reference numerals denote reference numerals1 Structure 2 Profile 3 Adapter piece 4 First wall of 2 5 First openings 6 Second wall of 2 7 Second openings 8 Connection point 9 Third wall of 2 10 Third opening, assembly opening 11 Third opening, adapter holding opening 12 First surface section of 3 13 Second surface section of 3 14 Hole 15 Nut 16 Hole 17 Nut 18 Upper tab 19 Lower tab
