Description

The invention relates to a sound influencing device for a diaphragm microphone, in particular for a sonar drum. The invention further relates to the use of the sound influencing device on a diaphragm microphone. The invention also relates to a combination instrument and a percussion instrument having such a sound influencing device.By way of overt use, diaphragm phones, in particular drums, for example in the manner of a sonar drum, are known. Such diaphragm phones are recorded individually or in combination with further percussion instruments, for example as a component of a percussion instrument. The sound of a diaphragm microphone is determined substantially by its construction. The possibilities for influencing the sound are limited. The use of a plurality of diaphragm phones with different sound behavior is space-intensive and results in high acquisition costs. It is an object of the invention to provide a sound influencing device which increases the flexibility of use of a diaphragm microphone and is economically producible and space-saving.This object is achieved by a sound influencing device having the features of claim 1. It has been recognized that a sound influencing device for a diaphragm microphone, in particular for a sonar drum, can have a mass body for providing a weight force and a diaphragm contact means for transmitting the weight force of the mass body to the diaphragm of the diaphragm microphone in order to be able to influence the sound behavior of the diaphragm microphone in a flexible manner. Due to the adjustability of the sound behavior, additional diaphragm microphones with different sound behavior can be dispensed with. Costs for obtaining additional diaphragm phones can be avoided. The space required for additional diaphragm phones can be saved. The sound influencing device thus increases the flexibility of use of the diaphragm microphone and makes it possible to avoid the space otherwise required for additional diaphragm microphones and the costs associated with additional instruments.A diaphragm microphone is understood to mean a percussion instrument having a body and a diaphragm, in particular a fur. Diaphragm phones comprise drums, in particular large drums, for example bass drums, and small drums, in particular sonar drums. A characteristic of a diaphragm microphone is the generation of sound by means of a tensioned diaphragm. The sound influencing device acts on the diaphragm microphone, in particular on the diaphragm, by means of its mass. The weight force provided by the mass body may result in an increase in the stress in the membrane. Furthermore, the mass of the mass body leads to an inertial force which is directed opposite to the oscillatory movement of the diaphragm. The sound behavior that can be changed by means of the sound influencing device can comprise a variable resonant frequency and / or a variable decay duration. The sound influencing device is preferably designed to reduce the decay time. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly clear sound, in particular at a high impact rate. Alternatively or additionally, the resonance frequency of the diaphragm microphone can be changed, in particular reduced, by means of the sound influencing device. The membrane contact means preferably has a membrane contact plane in which contact, in particular point and / or surface contact, between the membrane contact means and the membrane can be reversibly produced.According to a particularly preferred, but not absolutely necessary aspect of the invention, the sound influencing device, in particular the mass body, is designed as an additional musical instrument, preferably as an idiotype phone. An idiotype sound is understood to mean a self-sounding instrument, i.e. an instrument without a diaphragm or without strings. The idiotype phone is preferably designed in the manner of a cow's bell instrument, which is also referred to as a cowbell. In particular, the mass body can be designed in the form of an idiotype phone. For this purpose, the mass body can have a stop body with a stop surface, in particular for stopping by means of drum blocks. The design of the sound influencing device as an idiotype phone leads to a functional compaction with a correspondingly additional space saving potential. The stop surface preferably has a distance from the membrane contact plane of at least 2 cm, in particular at least 3 cm, in particular at least 4 cm, and / or a maximum of 10 cm. A stop body with the stop surface can be designed as a wall which is preferably oriented parallel to the base wall and / or to the membrane contact plane. Preferably, the stop surface is arranged spaced apart from the bottom wall. The stop wall may be a top wall. Between the top wall and the bottom wall, the sound generation can be particularly intensive.According to a further aspect of the invention, the sound influencing device can have a fastening means for fastening the mass body, in particular alternatively to the arrangement on the membrane, to a stand rod. The sound influencing device can thereby also be used flexibly as an idiotype independently of the diaphragm microphone. Alternatively, the sound influencing device is designed without such a fastening means.Preferably, the sound influencing device has a sound chamber. The sound chamber can have at least one, in particular at least two, in particular at least three, in particular at least ten, chamber openings. The sound chamber is preferably formed by the mass body. The sound chamber is preferably bounded on at least 60%, in particular at least 70%, in particular at least 80%, in particular at least 90%, of its outer surface by walls and / or is open to the extent of at least 10%. The sound chamber can also be referred to as a resonance chamber. The at least one chamber opening is preferably formed on a front side of the sound influencing device, in particular formed in that the cuboid mass body is formed free of a front wall. The sound chamber may have substantially the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped.Alternatively, the mass body can be designed, for example, in the form of an upright letter C with two horizontal and one vertical wall, in particular as a cuboid without front and / or side walls. The sound influencing device is preferably designed to rest on a substantially horizontally oriented membrane, in particular in a self-adhering manner, in particular in the membrane contact plane. A substantially horizontal orientation is understood to mean that the normal vector to the membrane encloses an angle to the vertical direction of at most 45°, in particular at most 30°, in particular at most 10°, in particular at most 5°.According to one aspect of the invention, the total mass of the sound influencing device is in a range from 0.1 kg to 10 kg, in particular from 0.2 kg to 7.5 kg, 0.5 kg to 5 kg, in particular 0.75 kg to 2.5 kg. As a result, the decay time of the diaphragm microphone can be reduced considerably, in particular if it is a sonar drum. The mass body preferably comprises a material having a density of at least 2 kg / dm 3, in particular at least 4 kg / dm 3, in particular at least 7 kg / dm 3, and / or rigid material, in particular it consists at least predominantly, in particular completely, of this. The mass body preferably comprises a metallic material, in particular an iron-based material, in particular a steel, in particular consists thereof. As a result, the sound influencing device can be realized in a particularly space-saving manner. The sound influencing device can be made of a stainless material and / or have a rust-proof coating. As a result, the sound influencing device has a particularly long life.Preferably, a center of gravity of the sound influencing device is arranged in the lower half, in particular in the lower third, in particular in the lower quarter, with respect to the vertical extension of the sound influencing device, starting from the membrane contact plane.According to a preferred embodiment variant, the sound influencing device comprises at least two walls with different wall thicknesses. A base wall, to which the membrane contact means directly adjoins, can have a greater wall thickness than another wall, in particular a wall located higher. This achieves a lower center of gravity of the sound influencing device, in particular arranged particularly close to the membrane contact plane. The sound influencing device can thereby be arranged on the membrane in a particularly stable manner. The wall thicknesses differ preferably by at least 10%, in particular at least 20%, in particular at least 30%, in particular at least 50%, in particular at least 100%, based on the smaller wall thickness. The walls are preferably each planar and / or substantially constant in wall thickness.Particularly preferably, the sound influencing device, in particular the mass body, has a base wall arranged closer to the membrane contact plane and a stop body with the stop surface arranged at least in sections further away from the membrane contact plane. The membrane contact means may be arranged on the bottom wall. As a result, the sound behavior of the idiotype can be designed to be particularly flexible, and in particular a particularly high volume can be achieved.A maximum dimension, in particular a length, of the sound influencing device, in particular of the sound chamber, in particular parallel to the membrane contact plane, is preferably in a range from 5 cm to 25 cm, in particular from 10 cm to 20 cm. A width of the sound influencing device can be in a range from 5 cm to 25 cm, in particular 8 cm to 16 cm. A vertical dimension of the sound influencing device, in particular perpendicular to the membrane contact plane, is preferably in a range from 1 cm to 8 cm, in particular from 2 cm to 6 cm.The membrane contact means preferably has at least one, in particular at least two, in particular at least three, in particular at least ten, adhesive bodies for arranging the sound influencing device, in particular the mass body, on the membrane in a slip-proof manner. The at least one adhesive body can be designed such that the sound influencing device does not slip when the diaphragm microphone is played. The at least one adhesive body provides the necessary static friction for this purpose under the action of the weight force of the mass body. This makes it possible to mount the sound influencing device on the diaphragm particularly uncomplicated and time-efficient.The attachment of the sound influencing device to the membrane is preferably effected exclusively by means of the at least one adhesive body. Alternatively, at least one additional fastening means can be provided for the force- and / or form-fit fastening of the sound influencing device, in particular on the body of the diaphragm microphone. The at least one adhesive body of the membrane contact means can comprise, in particular consist of, a rubber-elastic material, for example silicone. This ensures the non-slip arrangement on the membrane in a particularly reliable manner. The rubber-elastic material can have a Shore A hardness in a range from 10 to 100, in particular from 20 to 90, in particular from 30 to 85, in particular from 40 to 80, and / or a Shore D hardness of at most 50, in particular at most 40, in particular at most 30. The thickness of the at least one adhesive body can be in a range from 0.5 to 10 mm, in particular from 1 mm to 6 mm, in particular from 1.5 mm to 4 mm. A membrane contact surface, via which the sound influencing device abuts the membrane, is preferably a maximum of 50 cm 2, in particular a maximum of 10 cm 2, in particular a maximum of 1 cm 2, and / or at least 1 cm 2, in particular at least 3 cm 2, in particular at least 10 cm 2.The membrane contact means, in particular the at least one adhesive body, can be connected to the mass body in a non-detachable manner, in particular in a non-destructive manner, or in a reversibly detachable manner, in particular in a non-destructive manner. The reversibly detachable connection simplifies maintenance. In addition, this makes it possible to use the mass body optionally with membrane contact means which differ, in particular with regard to their rigidity, as a result of which the coupling behavior between the mass body and the membrane can be adjusted.Particularly preferably, the membrane contact means is designed to transmit forces perpendicular to the membrane contact plane with a stiffness in a range from 10 Nmm to 10 kN / mm, in particular from 100 N / mm to 1 kN / mm. This makes it possible to ensure a sufficiently tight coupling of the mass body to the membrane and a sufficiently non-slip connection.According to a particularly preferred aspect of the invention, the sound influencing device can have at least one additional mass body that can be connected reversibly, in particular directly, to the mass body. The reversible connection is understood to mean a connection that can be produced as often as desired and can be released again in a non-destructive manner. Preferably, the additional mass body can be connected to the mass body without tools and / or can be detached therefrom. The additional mass body preferably has an additional mass in a range from 0.1 kg to 3 kg, in particular from 0.2 kg to 1 kg, in particular from 0.4 kg to 0.8 kg. The additional mass body is preferably designed for reversible fastening directly to the mass body, in particular to the bottom wall and / or at least in sections, in particular completely, in the sound chamber.Preferably, the reversibly detachable connection between the additional mass body and the mass body is designed as a magnetic connection. For this purpose, the mass body and / or the additional mass body can have at least one permanent magnet. A corresponding counter-connecting element of the mass body and / or of the additional mass body can comprise a magnetic material. In particular, the additional mass body can be designed for connection to a further additional mass body. In the sound chamber, a plurality of the additional mass bodies can be arranged next to one another or stacked one above the other. The additional mass body can have an engagement, in particular for at least one finger, for better handling. The invention also relates to a use of the sound influencing device on a diaphragm microphone.A further object of the invention is to provide an improved combination instrument which can be used in particular in a particularly flexible and space-saving manner and is economical to obtain. This object is achieved by a combination instrument having a diaphragm microphone, in particular a sonar drum, and a sound influencing device. The diaphragm microphone has a body with at least one diaphragm arranged thereon. The sound influencing device rests against the membrane, in particular against the membrane. The sound influencing device is reversibly removable from the membrane, in particular without tools, in particular without closures. The advantages of the combination instrument preferably correspond to the advantages of the sound influencing device. The combination instrument can be further developed with at least one of the features described above in connection with the sound influencing device. The maximum dimension, in particular the length and / or the width, of the sound influencing device is preferably less than the maximum dimension of the membrane, in particular as the membrane diameter, in particular less than the half of the maximum dimension, in particular less than the radius, of the membrane. The use of the combination instrument is preferably effected in such a way that a normal vector to the membrane relative to the vertical direction encloses an angle of at most 45°, in particular at most 30°, in particular at most 20°, in particular at most 10°, in particular at most 5°. As a result, the sound influencing device is arranged on the membrane in a particularly reliable slip-proof manner.A further object of the invention is to provide an improved percussion tool which is particularly flexible and space-saving in use and economical to obtain. This object is achieved by a percussion device having the combination instrument and at least one further percussion instrument.
