Description

[0001] The invention relates to a central locking mechanism for displacing a movable sliding sash perpendicular to its plane relative to a frame or another sash, with a bolt movable by a control device perpendicular to the intended plane of the sliding sash, with a strike plate to be arranged opposite the bolt, wherein the bolt is coupled to the control device and has a first leg extending from the control device to the strike plate.

[0002] A displacement device for the forced displacement of a sliding sash is known, for example, from DE 20 2022 104 653 U1. In this displacement device, a locking bolt has a plate at its free end. A locking element has an element that applies spring force to the locking bolt opposite its longitudinal axis and transversely to the main plane of the sliding sash. The locking bolt is only brought into engagement with the locking element by actuating a handle.

[0003] From EP 3 208 408 A1, a locking fitting with a locking element that interacts with a strike plate is known. The locking element is connected to an actuating mechanism. The actuating mechanism has a push button for detecting the position of the strike plate. Only after the push button has been actuated can the locking element be driven by the actuating mechanism to create a positive fit between the strike plate and the locking element.

[0004] The invention is based on the problem of designing a central locking mechanism of the type mentioned above in such a way that it enables a positive locking between the sliding sash and the frame, or the further sash, even without actuating a handle or an actuating mechanism.

[0005] This problem is solved according to the invention by the fact that the bolt has a second leg and that the second leg is arranged in the sliding direction of the sliding sash when the center butt locking mechanism is mounted, so that the second leg can be inserted into the strike plate when the sliding sash is moved.

[0006] This design ensures that, when the center-mounted locking mechanism is installed, the positive locking between the bolt and the strike plate is created by the movement of the sliding sash. No handle or operating mechanism is required because the bolt engages the strike plate as soon as the sliding sash is moved into its end position. Thus, even without actuating the control device, the center-mounted locking mechanism allows the second arm of the bolt to engage the strike plate, thereby providing a high level of burglary protection.

[0007] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the center-joint locking mechanism enables a simple, tight seal with the adjacent frame or the other sash if the control device has a coupling element for connection to a locking rod fitting of the sliding sash and if the second leg of the bolt is movable perpendicular to the plane of the sliding sash when a locking rod of the locking rod fitting is actuated. Locking rod fittings are frequently used in modern doors and windows to lock the respective sash to the adjacent frame or another sash. Thanks to the invention, the center-joint locking mechanism, when installed, allows the bolt to move perpendicular to its plane when the locking rod fitting is actuated, thus pulling the sliding sash into place.

[0008] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the center-lock mechanism is particularly compact and exhibits high stability when the control device has a base body provided for connection with the sliding wing, when an actuating element is guided on the base body perpendicular to the intended plane of the sliding wing, and when the bolt is connected to the actuating element.

[0009] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the connection of the bolt with the actuating body exhibits high stability if the connection of the bolt with the actuating body has an eccentric.

[0010] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, setting a home position for the bolt is particularly simple if the connection between the bolt and the actuating element has a toothed row arranged perpendicular to the plane of the sliding sash in the assembled state and has locking means for connecting the bolt to the actuating element in a predetermined toothed row position. This design allows the bolt to be fixed in its home position relative to the strike plate during the assembly of the center-lock mechanism. Further movement of the bolt is then effected by the drive rod.

[0011] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the connection of the bolt with the actuating body exhibits high stability when the tooth row is arranged on the first leg of the bolt, when the locking means have a locking plate with teeth penetrating into the tooth row, and when the eccentric is designed to preload the locking plate against the actuating body.

[0012] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the stability of the center-joint locking mechanism is further increased if the locking plate is positively engaged in the actuating body. Preferably, this positive engagement is achieved by two webs of the actuating body that laterally support the locking plate.

[0013] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, coupling the movement of the bolt with the drive rod of the drive rod fitting is particularly simple if the control device has a cam guide and if a control pin connected to the coupling element engages in the cam guide. Preferably, the cam guide is arranged on the actuating body.

[0014] A particularly precise fine adjustment of the bolt's initial position can be achieved according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention if the control pin is designed eccentrically and is held in a frictional manner in a connecting rod linked to the coupling element. A coarse adjustment of the bolt's initial position relative to the base body can initially be made via the toothed row. Due to its eccentric design, the control pin then allows for precise fine adjustment by simple rotation.

[0015] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, adjusting the actuator is particularly convenient if the actuator has a recess arranged in a home position of the control pin. This design makes the control pin easily accessible and allows it to be adjusted via an adjustment recess using a tool.

[0016] According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the center-lock mechanism exhibits high stability and yet can be adjusted particularly smoothly if the control pin has a first bearing ring for support in a longitudinal guide of the base body and a second bearing ring for support in the cam of the actuating element. Preferably, the bearing rings are mounted on the control pin with sliding bearings.

[0017] The invention allows for numerous embodiments. To further illustrate its basic principle, two of these are shown in the drawing and described below. This shows in Fig. 1 a window with a sliding sash and a center locking mechanism, Fig. 2 enlarges the center impact locking mechanism Fig. 1 in a first final position in perspective representation, Fig. 3. Disengage the center impact locking mechanism Fig. 2 in a second end position, Fig. 4 a first assembly of the center impact locking mechanism made of Fig. 2, Fig. 5 a second assembly of the center impact locking mechanism Fig. 2, Fig. 6 Another embodiment of the center impact locking mechanism in perspective view.

[0018] Fig. Figure 1 shows a sliding window with a sliding sash 2 that can be held in place by a frame 1 and moved relative to it. The sash 2 is shown in a sliding position, in which it is held in place by the frame 1 and can be moved relative to it. A second sash 3, which in this embodiment is fixed, is also arranged in the frame 1. On its lower side, the sliding sash 2 has two carriages 5, 6 guided on a track 4, and on its upper side, two slidably guided stays 7, 8. Furthermore, the sliding window has a schematically depicted locking bar 9 with a locking bar 11, which is longitudinally displaceable by a handle 10, for locking the sliding sash 2 in the frame 1. The locking bar 9 is also coupled to a center latch 12 via the locking bar 11.The center locking mechanism 12 enables the sliding sash 2 to be locked in the non-moving sash 3 and the sliding sash 2 to be pulled perpendicular to its plane and thus perpendicular to the drawing plane.

[0019] Fig. Figure 2 shows the center impact locking mechanism 12. Fig. 1 in an enlarged perspective view. The central locking mechanism 12 has a connection with the sliding sash 2 made of Fig. 1 connected bolt 13, which engages a strike plate 14 attached to the further sash 3. The bolt 13 has a first leg 15 arranged parallel to the plane of the sliding sash 2 and a second leg 16 angled from the first leg 15. The angled leg 16 is arranged in the sliding direction of the sliding sash 2. When the sliding sash 2 moves into an end position in which it can be locked in the frame 1, the second leg 16 penetrates as in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the second leg 16 is inserted into the strike plate 14. When the sliding sash 2 is moved into an open position, the second leg 16 comes out of the strike plate 14.

[0020] The bolt 13 is also connected to a control device 17. The control device 17 has a base body 18 attached to the sliding sash 2 and an actuating element 20 slidably guided on the base body 18 parallel to the first leg 15 of the bolt 13 in a guide 19. Fig. In the connecting rod 11 shown in Figure 1, a coupling rod 21 is guided in the base body 18. The coupling rod 21 has a coupling element 22 for a positive-locking connection with the connecting rod 11.

[0021] The bolt 13 is clamped in the adjusting body 20 by an eccentric 23. The eccentric 23 also pre-tensions a locking plate 24 against the bolt 13. The locking plate 24 has several teeth 25 which engage with a row of teeth 26 on the bolt 13. By loosening the eccentric 23, the teeth 25 are separated from the row of teeth 26, and the bolt 13 can be moved within the adjusting body 20. After tightening the eccentric 23, the bolt 13 is again fixed in the adjusting body 20.

[0022] An eccentrically designed control pin 27 is attached to the connecting rod 21, which engages in a Fig. The stage guidance 28 shown in section 5 penetrates. The control pin 27 is in the Fig. The end position shown in Figure 2 is accessible via a recess 29 in the actuating body 20 and has an adjustment recess 30 accessible to an adjustment tool. A basic position of the actuating body 20 in the base body can be set by rotating the control pin 27 in the connecting rod 21.

[0023] Starting from the position Fig. 2 the connecting rod fitting 9 over the handle 10 from Fig. When 1 is driven, the center impact locking mechanism 12 enters the position in Fig. The position shown is 3. By moving the connecting rod 21 when the drive rod 11 is actuated, the actuating element 20 and thus the bolt 13 are moved in the direction of the first leg 15. Since the bolt 13 engages behind the strike plate 14, the sliding sash 2 is pulled in its plane against the other sash 3.

[0024] Fig. Figure 4 shows an assembly of the center impact locking device 12 comprising the base body 18. Fig. 2 with the control pin 27 attached to the connecting rod 21. The control pin 27 has two bearing rings 31, 32 arranged eccentrically to each other. A first bearing ring 31 is slidably guided in a longitudinal guide 33 of the base body 18. The second bearing ring 32 is in the Fig. The cam track 28 of the actuator 20 is guided as shown in section 5.

[0025] Fig. Figure 5 shows an assembly of the center-end locking mechanism 12 having the locking bar 13. Fig. Figure 2 shows a view from the side of the base body 18. The actuating element 20 has guide webs 34 that penetrate the guide 19 of the base body 18. The second bearing ring 32 rolls in the cam guide 28 when the connecting rod 21 is moved and moves the actuating element 20 relative to the base body 18.

[0026] Fig. Figure 6 shows a further embodiment of a central impact locking mechanism 112, which differs from the Fig. 2 differs in that an eccentric 123 holds a bolt 113 in a semicircular recess 125. A connecting rod 121 also has a fixing element 135 on a coupling element 122 for connection with the in Fig. The connecting rod 11 shown in Figure 1 is attached. Otherwise, the embodiment is the same as that shown in Figure 1. Fig. 2 built. QUOTES INCLUDED IN THE DESCRIPTION
