Abstract
Description
Technical area
[0001] The present invention relates to an arrangement for assembling and disassembling two components, each comprising a first component and a second component, wherein the second component can be mounted on the first component or disassembled from the first component. The invention also relates to a method for assembling and disassembling two components. State of the art
[0002] It is known from the prior art to establish a relative assembly alignment of components to be assembled and to monitor this alignment during assembly to prevent assembly damage to the components. This may require measuring and monitoring the relative assembly alignment. Furthermore, it may be necessary to achieve the relative assembly alignment through control technology using actuators.
[0003] However, such state-of-the-art measurement and control processes can provide inadequate solutions to prevent assembly damage, requiring a high level of effort for the assembly and disassembly of components. Description of the invention
[0004] In one aspect, the present invention relates to an arrangement for assembling and disassembling two assemblies. The assemblies can each be a group of components. The assemblies can be assemblies of a work machine, a transmission, or a prime mover. The components can therefore be components of a work machine, a transmission, or a prime mover.
[0005] The arrangement comprises a first assembly comprising a first component. The arrangement further comprises a second assembly comprising a second component. The first assembly and the second assembly can be corresponding assemblies of a work machine, a transmission, or a prime mover. The first component and the second component can be corresponding components of the work machine, the transmission, or the prime mover.
[0006] The second assembly can be mounted on the first assembly or removed from the first assembly. The first component can be arranged or mounted on the second component or can be removed or removed from the first component. The components must be aligned with one another for assembly and disassembly of the assemblies. Assembly and disassembly can require the components to be aligned and arranged in an aligned manner, whereby the assemblies can be assembled and disassembled as intended if the components are aligned with one another. For example, the components must be aligned orthogonally to an assembly and disassembly direction for assembly and disassembly of the assemblies. The assembly and disassembly direction can be an axial extension direction of the assemblies and components or a longitudinal extension direction of the assemblies and components. The assembly and disassembly direction can be spatially inclined.
[0007] The arrangement has a guide device for the aligned arrangement of the components. The aligned arrangement of the components can be an arrangement of the components relative to one another which enables smooth arrangement or release of the components for assembly and disassembly. The guide device can establish an alignment of the components in a predefined manner and bring about the aligned arrangement. The guide device is arranged in a predefined manner on the first assembly. The guide device can be arranged on the first assembly in a predefined manner relative to an axial extension direction of the first assembly. The axial extension direction of the first assembly can be spatially inclined. The second assembly is movably guided on the guide device. The second assembly can be movably guided on the guide device along the axial extension direction of the first assembly. The second assembly can be arranged on the guide device in a predefined manner. The second assembly can be arranged on the guide device in a predefined manner relative to an axial extension direction of the second assembly. The axial extension direction of the second assembly can also be spatially inclined.
[0008] The second component is connected to the guide device via a support tool, which supports the second assembly at its center of gravity. The support tool can be movably guided on the guide device.
[0009] With the arrangement, the components of the assemblies can be aligned passively or indirectly, whereby the components can be aligned to one another via the guide device. With the arrangement, the components of the assemblies can be aligned without arranging or fastening the support device to housing components of the second assembly. Due to the predefined arrangement of the first assembly and guidance of the second assembly at its center of gravity by means of the guide device, the assemblies can advantageously be reliably assembled and disassembled with the arrangement even with spatially inclined assembly and disassembly directions. The components of the assemblies can be aligned to one another depending on the predefined arrangement of the first assembly and guidance of the second assembly at its center of gravity.
[0010] According to one embodiment of the arrangement, the guide device can comprise a guide rail on which the second assembly is movably arranged. The second assembly can be movably arranged on the guide rail along the axial extension direction of the first assembly. The second assembly can be arranged on the guide rail so that it can be translationally displaceable. The components can thus be efficiently aligned in the radial extension direction of the first assembly.
[0011] According to a further embodiment of the arrangement, a central axis of the first component can be spatially inclined. The central axis of the first component can be a central axis or an axis of symmetry of the first component. A central axis of the second component can be inclined to the central axis of the first component. The central axis of the second component can be a central axis or an axis of symmetry of the second component. The center of gravity of the second component can have a spatial offset from the central axis of the first component. The spatial offset can be a vertical spatial offset. Alternatively or additionally, the spatial offset can be a horizontal spatial offset. The components to be aligned can therefore be aligned in an inclined relative arrangement radially to their axial extension directions. The axial extension directions of the components can correspond to the axial extension directions of the assemblies.
[0012] According to a further embodiment of the arrangement, the support tool can engage in the second component. The engagement of the support tool in the second component can predefine the center of gravity of the second assembly. The support tool can be designed such that the engagement of the support tool in the second component occurs at the center of gravity of the second assembly. The support tool can be dimensioned accordingly for this purpose. The engagement of the support tool in the second component can be spaced from a region of the second component that is to be aligned with the first component. An engagement region at which the support tool engages in the second component can therefore be a region that is different from or facing away from a region of the second component that is to be aligned with the first component.
[0013] According to a further embodiment of the arrangement, the supporting tool can have an adjustment device via which the second component is connected to the guide device. The adjustment device can be designed to adjust a supporting force acting on the second component. The adjustment device can be designed to adjust a relative position of the second component to the first component. If the weight of the second assembly acts on the guide device when the latter is arranged guided on the guide device, the weight force can result in a deformation of the guide device. The adjustment device can be designed to compensate for the deformation by means of the supporting force. The deformation can be a deflection of the guide device. In this way, a relative alignment error of the components to be aligned, which can result from the deformation of the guide device, can be eliminated. If the components to be aligned are in contact, the supporting force can be adjusted in such a way that friction between the components that could damage the components can be minimized or avoided.
[0014] According to a further embodiment of the arrangement, the adjustment device can have an active element which acts on the second component to at least partially compensate for the gravitational force of the second assembly in the vertical force direction. The active element can be a spring, for example. The active element can also be an actuator. The active element can be configured to fully compensate for the gravitational force of the second assembly. The active element can be configured to provide or maintain a relative position of the second component to the guide device. The active element can be configured to provide or maintain the relative position of the second component independently of the weight of the second assembly. The relative position can be predefined such that the components are aligned with one another.
[0015] According to a further embodiment of the arrangement, the first component can be a first gear component and the second component a second gear component. For example, the first gear component has planetary gears of a planetary gear system, and the second gear component has a sun gear of the planetary gear system. The planetary gears and the sun gear can be the components to be aligned. In a further example, the first gear component has a ring gear of a planetary gear system, and the second gear component has a gear set comprising planetary gears and a sun gear of the planetary gear system. The ring gear and the gear set can be the components to be aligned.
[0016] According to a further embodiment of the arrangement, the first assembly can comprise a gear stage of a planetary gear of a wind turbine. The second assembly can comprise a further gear stage of the planetary gear of the wind turbine. An axial extension direction of the gear stage of the first assembly can be arranged at an incline on a nacelle of the wind turbine. The first component can therefore be a gear component of the gear stage. The second component can therefore be a gear component of the further gear stage.
[0017] In a further aspect, the present invention relates to a method for assembling and disassembling two assemblies. The arrangement according to the previous aspect can be used to carry out the method. The assemblies can be the assemblies described in the previous aspect.
[0018] The method comprises, as one step, a predefined arrangement of a guide device on a first assembly comprising a first component. The guide device, the first assembly, and the first component can be the guide device, assembly, and component described in the previous aspect.
[0019] The method comprises, as a further step, arranging a second assembly, which can be mounted on the first assembly or removed from the first assembly and which has a second component, on the guide device. The second assembly and the second component can be the assembly and component described in the previous aspect. The components are to be aligned with one another for assembly and removal of the assemblies. The second component is connected to the guide device via a support tool, which supports the second assembly at its center of gravity. The support tool can be the support tool described in the previous aspect.
[0020] The method comprises, as a further step, guiding the second assembly along the guide device for aligned arrangement of the components. According to one embodiment of the method, a further step can be performed to adjust a supporting force acting on the second component. In the adjusting step, the relative position of the second component to the first component can be adjusted.
