Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a washware receptacle for a dishwasher, in particular a domestic dishwasher, having a receptacle structure for receiving washware, in particular tableware, which receptacle structure has a receptacle base and which comprises a multiplicity of longitudinal wires and transverse wires, having a hinged spike insert which has a row of spikes arranged on a carrier wire and spaced apart from one another, and having a storage device which is fastened, in particular snapped, to the receptacle structure. The document DE 31 35 458 A1 discloses a dish rack for dishwashers with dish holders which can be adapted to the dishes to be received and are pivotably mounted in the grid frame made of wire. The harness holders consist of individual grid bars arranged in rows in the grid frame with support brackets for the harness fastened thereto, and the grid bars can be inserted into plug elements arranged in the grid frame in such a way that the support brackets lie in the basket base plane in the one pivot position and protrude from the basket base at an angle of up to 90° in the other pivot position or positions as supports for the harness. The plug elements can consist of plastic pieces fastened at a distance on the outer longitudinal beams of the dish rack, the catches or similar holders can have for receiving the non-round shaped ends of the grid bars lying transversely to the longitudinal beams and forming the rack floor. The publication DE 10 2004 035 726 A1 discloses a dish rack for receiving a plurality of different tableware items, in particular in a dishwasher, having a rake-like holding device comprising a plurality of spikes which can be folded between different pivot positions. The holding device is formed from at least two folding spike rows which can be folded independently of one another between the different pivoted positions. Each row of folding pins can have its own axis of rotation. The axis of rotation of one of the folding spike rows can be arranged above a wire mat of the dish rack and the axis of rotation of the other folding spike row can be arranged below the wire mat of the dish rack. Furthermore, as a support for the bearing for each holding device, a bearing plate can be provided, which is detachably connected to a side wall of the dish rack.DE 10 2018 206 250 A1 discloses a dishwasher basket for a domestic dishwasher, having a first folding spike insert which has a first row of spikes, having a second folding spike insert which has a second row of spikes, having a basket structure for receiving dishes which has a base, and having a storage device which is fastened to the basket structure and which, in a state in which the first and second folding spike inserts are fastened to it, stores at least one of the first and second folding spike inserts in a manner such that it can be folded about an axis. The first and second folding spike inserts are mounted on the bearing device in such a way that the spikes of the first and second row, viewed in the direction parallel to the axis, can be arranged in alignment and at an angle to one another, and the first and second folding spike inserts can be brought to the bearing device from the same side of the base for mounting on the bearing device. The previously known holders, such as plug elements, bearing plates and bearing devices for hinged spike inserts, have the disadvantage that their latching elements and / or bearings have to be mounted manually. In this case, the single hinged spike insert is often first joined to the holder in a time-consuming and therefore costly manner and is then inserted and snapped into the crockery basket together with two hands. This manual assembly method is, not least because of the sometimes very high assembly forces, ergonomically extremely disadvantageous for the worker. In many cases, the plastic parts, in particular the holders, are preheated at the installation point in order to reduce the required installation forces and thereby facilitate the installation for the worker. Automation is possible only to a limited extent or partially with the solutions hitherto, optionally with increased installation costs. As a result, the assembly costs in dishwashers, in particular domestic dishwashers, with hinged-spike inserts also represent a considerable proportion of the total costs for a fully assembled dishwasher basket. It is therefore the object of the invention to specify a washware receptacle, in particular a lower basket, of a dishwasher, in particular a domestic dishwasher, which enables a more rapid assembly, in particular with regard to the required assembly forces, which is substantially simplified for a worker. Furthermore, the possibility is to be given of being able to automate the assembly process for the assembly consisting of a hinged spike insert and at least one storage device in a cost-efficient and time-efficient manner without major efforts. To achieve the object according to the invention, a washware receptacle for a dishwasher, in particular a domestic dishwasher, having a receptacle structure for receiving washware, in particular tableware, which receptacle has a receptacle base and which comprises a multiplicity of longitudinal wires and transverse wires, having a hinged spike insert which has a row of spikes which are arranged on a carrier wire and are spaced apart from one another, and having a storage device which is fastened, in particular snapped, to the receptacle structure. The storage device foldably supports the carrier wire of the folding spike insert at the end about an axis between an operating position and a rest position, and the storage device and the folding spike insert for storage on the storage device can be brought up to the washware receptacle from the same side of the receptacle base. The solution according to the invention is distinguished in particular in that the assembly consisting of a hinged spike insert and at least one bearing device can be mounted from one side. This allows easy mounting of the folding spike insert, both in a manual and automated manner, even in the case of a possible presence of a securing mechanism. The mounting "from one side" means that all components of the entire assembly can be mounted from the same side of the washware receptacle, that is to say from the operational underside or from the operational upper side of the washware receptacle. As a result, the assembly process of the assembly is advantageously simplified, in particular reduced in terms of force and costs. In a first embodiment, it is provided that at least one receptacle, preferably two receptacles, is provided on the bearing device for a respective carrier wire of the folding spike insert. As a result, at least two rows of folding pins can be arranged in a row at the shortest distance from one another. Furthermore, the material and assembly costs can be significantly reduced due to the reduced number of storage devices. In a second embodiment, it is provided that the respective receptacle for the carrier wire of the folding spike insert has an upwardly open bearing shell, a groove adjoining the upwardly open bearing shell at an angle, having a lateral latching nose, and an open aperture adjoining the upwardly open bearing shell for receiving the carrier wire of the folding spike insert. The angle between the upwardly open bearing shell and the adjoining groove with a lateral latching nose is preferably 90° + / - 10°, preferably 90° + / - 5°, in particular 90°, wherein the groove with a lateral latching nose adjoining the upwardly open bearing shell is preferably aligned horizontally and / or parallel to the receiving structure. This geometric configuration with the angular ranges mentioned allows advantageous positionings of the folding spike insert. The advantageous positionings of the folding spike insert comprise in particular a folding open ("operating position") and a folding down ("rest position") of the folding spike insert. In the folded-open position, the carrier wire of the folding spike insert is mounted in the upwardly open bearing shell, whereas in the folded-down position the carrier wire of the folding spike insert is mounted in the groove adjoining the upwardly open bearing shell at an angle.By providing suitable catches, it is also possible to realize further intermediate positions, such as 30°, 45° and so forth, relative to the horizontal. In a further embodiment, it is provided that the open aperture for receiving the carrier wire of the folding spike insert has an insertion opening, preferably formed obliquely upwards, for the carrier wire of the folding spike insert. An insertion opening formed in this way reduces the assembly forces for the aforementioned assembly and at the same time increases the assembly comfort of the assembly. In a further embodiment, it is provided that at the open opening for receiving the carrier wire of the folding spike insert, at least one reinforcing structure, in particular a partial shell, supporting the carrier wire of the folding spike insert is provided on the outside. The reinforcing structure ensures, among other things, that the carrier wire of the folding spike insert is guided over a longer region in a reliable and positionally accurate manner. In a further embodiment, it is provided that a stiffening structure, in particular a vertically oriented stiffening web, is provided on the top and on the outside of the open opening. This stiffening structure, in particular the stiffening web, provides a noticeable improvement both in the stiffness and in the torsional stiffness of the bearing device. Moreover, the stiffening structure, in particular the stiffening web, only insignificantly increases the material usage for the bearing device. In a further embodiment, it is provided that a latching element, in particular a latching spring, is attached to the outside of the bearing device, which latching element at least partially covers the open aperture for receiving the carrier wire of the folding spike insert when a free end is formed, and which latching element ensures the remaining of the carrier wire of the folding spike insert in the mounted position during its mounting in the bearing device. The latching element, in particular the latching spring, thus substantially contribute to an improvement in the functionality and the operational reliability of the bearing device. Due to the latching, a further securing component, in particular with corresponding material and assembly costs, for the folding spike insert can be dispensed with.In a further embodiment, it is provided that the free end of the latching element, in particular of the latching spring, has a downwardly open and partially shell-shaped end contour in its lower region.A latching element formed in this way with a downwardly open and partially shell-shaped end contour prevents, in a process-safe manner, the latching spring from being able to move upwards after assembly. In a further embodiment, it is provided that a cover, in particular a cover web, is attached vertically above the latching element, in particular the latching spring, which prevents washware, in particular dishes, introduced into the washware receptacle from pressing the latching element, in particular the latching spring, downward and in the process releasing the carrier wire of the folding spike insert. This securing mechanism in the form of a cover ensures reliable functioning of the bearing device. Accidental detachment of the carrier wire of the folding spike insert is prevented in its entirety from use.In a further embodiment, it is provided that the carrier wire of the folding spike insert has an angled section, preferably at an angle of 90°, at its end mounted in the bearing device. This angled section on the carrier wire of the folding spike insert allows simple and cost-effective positioning of the folding spike insert in different operating states. In a further embodiment, it is provided that the carrier wire of the folding spike insert has a rectilinear section at its free end. This straight section on the carrier wire of the folding spike insert allows simple, cost-effective and fixed spatial positioning of the folding spike insert in two different spatial axes and a possible longitudinal extension of the carrier wire of the folding spike insert in the third spatial axis.In a further embodiment, it is provided that the washware receptacle comprises a plurality of folding spike inserts and at least one storage device, preferably two folding spike inserts and one storage device, particularly preferably four folding spike inserts and two storage devices, in particular six folding spike inserts and three storage devices.Such a configuration of the washware receptacle allows a maximum degree of flexibility and the simple and easy adaptation thereof to different operating states. In a further embodiment, it is provided that the storage device and the folding spike insert can be brought to the washware receptacle from the top side of the receptacle base for storage on the storage device. This approach direction allows simple, force-reduced and ergonomic mounting of the bearing device and the folding spike insert. This approach is also easy and cost-effective to automate. In a further embodiment, it is provided that the washware receptacle is arranged as a lower basket in a dishwasher, in particular a domestic dishwasher. The use of the washware receptacle according to the invention as a lower basket (lower loading plane) in a dishwasher yields and supports the abovementioned advantages of the configurations according to the invention. Alternatively and / or additionally, the washware receptacle according to the invention can also be an upper basket (upper loading plane) or a cutlery drawer (third loading plane).Furthermore, a dishwasher, in particular a household dishwasher, is provided, which comprises a washware receptacle according to the invention. The use of the washware receptacle according to the invention in a dishwasher yields and supports the abovementioned advantages of the configurations according to the invention.Further possible implementations of the invention also include combinations, not explicitly mentioned, of features or embodiments described above or below with respect to the exemplary embodiments.
