Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a storage system arrangement for tools with a storage rack comprising a plurality of storage compartments.
[0002] DE 22 42 475 discloses a multi-stack scaffold with a collection conveyor and scaffold racks arranged in two rows. The scaffold racks are equipped with height-adjustable and freely movable bases at the lower end of their support sections, and with a number of detachable, longitudinally spaced connecting links at the top and bottom. A detachable rail is attached in the middle of each of the upper and lower connecting links, in which the collection conveyor is freely supported.
[0003] Furthermore, EP 4 296 201 A1 describes a cassette for storing a stack of unbent bar conductors. The cassette comprises a cassette frame with a first wall element and a second wall element, which are opposite one another. Between the opposite wall elements, an intermediate space is formed, which is delimited by mutually parallel contact surfaces of the wall elements for the bar conductors. Furthermore, the cassette comprises a support element, which is displaceably guided between the wall elements along a stacking direction, wherein the support element abuts the cassette frame in a lowermost position with respect to the stacking direction, wherein the support element forms a support surface for the stack of unbent bar conductors on an upper side. The cassette is designed such that the support element is accessible to an external lifting device for displacement between the wall elements. The cassette frame has a loading gap on a loading side, which is opposite a bottom side with respect to the stacking direction, for inserting and removing an uppermost bar conductor of the stack of unbent bar conductors on the support surface.
[0004] The invention is based on the object of providing a novel storage system arrangement for tools.
[0005] The object is achieved according to the invention by a storage system arrangement which has the features specified in claim 1.
[0006] Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.
[0007] A storage system arrangement for tools comprises a storage rack comprising a plurality of storage compartments. According to the invention, a storage plate of the storage rack has coupling elements for coupling the storage plate to a setup plate arranged on the forks of a high-lift truck, wherein the tool is arranged on the storage plate for removal and can be arranged for storage, and a storage surface of at least the storage plate, designed for the tool to be transported, has a plurality of rotatably mounted heavy-duty rollers for moving and positioning the tool, wherein the axes of rotation of the heavy-duty rollers are arranged parallel to one another and transversely to the longitudinal axis of the forks of the high-lift truck.
[0008] Using a storage system arrangement designed in this way, it is possible to remove a tool, for example, a comparatively heavy and large plastic welding tool, and to position it within a relatively short period of time. Furthermore, no crane is required to remove and position such a tool, as handling is possible using a high-lift truck.
[0009] By means of such a storage system arrangement, space requirements in a production environment can be optimized and, in addition, setup time, i.e. the speed of a tool change, can be reduced.
[0010] In one possible embodiment, the setup plate has coupling elements in a side area opposite the high-lift truck for coupling the setup plate to a storage plate of the storage rack, on which the tool is arranged for removal and can be arranged for storage.
[0011] Embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to drawings.
[0012] Showing: Fig. 1 schematically shows a perspective view of a set-up plate on a load fork, Fig. 2 schematically shows a perspective view of a storage system for welding tools and Fig. 3 schematically shows a perspective view of a bearing plate that can be coupled to the setup plate.
[0013] Corresponding parts are provided with the same reference numerals in all figures.
[0014] Fig. 1 shows a setup plate 1 of a Fig. 2 shown storage system arrangement L for comparatively heavy and large, exemplary shown tools 2, in particular plastic welding tools, and in Fig. 3 shows a bearing plate 3 that can be coupled to the setup plate 1.
[0015] In general, it is known that tools 2 used for welding plastic parts, especially an electrical energy storage device, have dimensions of approximately 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 350 mm and a weight of approximately 400 kg. A tool 2 can also have larger dimensions.
[0016] For changing the tools 2 into and out of a production plant, the setup plate 1 is provided, which has a number of heavy-duty rollers 4.1 to 4.n, by means of which the tool 2 arranged on a storage surface of the setup plate 1 can be pushed from the setup plate 1 into the production plant.
[0017] A manufacturer of these tools 2 delivers them on pallets to a production environment, and from the delivered pallets, the respective tool 2 is lifted onto the setup plate 1 by means of a crane (not shown in detail). The setup plate 1 is then coupled to the production system, and the tool 2 is inserted into it. The relatively large number of pallets and the resulting space requirements, as well as the time required for a setup process with regard to the respective tool 2, result in this process being comparatively ineffective and complex.
[0018] In order to optimize a setup process with regard to handling of the respective tool 2, the storage system arrangement L described below is provided.
[0019] The storage system arrangement L comprises the setup plate 1, a storage rack 5 with a plurality of storage plates 3, each forming a floor element of a storage compartment F of the storage rack 5, and a high-lift truck, from which a fork carriage 6 is inserted into the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is shown in detail.
[0020] The setup plate 1 has a fixing frame 7 on its underside so that the setup plate 1 can be driven under, i.e. the storage surface of the setup plate 1 is raised and arranged so that it can be driven under, even when it is standing on a floor. The setup plate 1 is therefore designed such that it can be arranged and fixed on the fork carriage 6 of the high-lift truck by means of the fixing frame 7. In particular, the setup plate 1 and / or the fixing frame 7 have a number of stop elements 1.1 and / or securing elements for the safe transport of the tool 2 arranged on the setup plate 1. In particular, the fixing frame 7 is formed by means of aluminum system profiles so that the fixing frame 7 has a comparatively low weight and yet it is also possible to set down the setup plate 1 with the comparatively heavy tool 2 using the high-lift truck.
[0021] The setup plate 1 arranged on forks 6.1 of the fork carriage 6 has, in a side area opposite the high lift truck, coupling elements 8 for coupling the setup plate 1 to the storage plate 3, on which the tool 2 is arranged for removal and can be arranged for storage.
[0022] In one embodiment, two tab-like coupling elements 8 are formed on the setup plate 1, each having a continuous recess A. These recesses A correspond to pins 9 projecting from the edge of the bearing plate 3 as additional coupling elements. The pin 9 can be a stop on the plate 3 to secure a tool. The projecting pin 9 can be positioned, for example, next to or in the immediate vicinity of the clamping elements 11.
[0023] The pins 9 of the storage plates 3, which form the floor elements of the respective storage compartment F, are formed on a front side, i.e. on a removal side of the storage rack 5.
[0024] On a side of the bearing plate 3 opposite the pins 9, so-called stop buffers 12 are arranged, by means of which the tool 2 can be positioned on the support surface of the bearing plate 3.
[0025] In addition, the storage surface of the respective bearing plate 3 has a number of heavy-duty rollers 4.1 to 4.n, which are arranged essentially on the edge of the storage surface.
[0026] Furthermore, a bolt 10 is arranged or formed on the support surface of the respective bearing plate 3 for securing the tool 2 arranged on the bearing plate 3.
[0027] The storage plates 3, as floor elements of the storage compartments F, rest on the uprights of the storage rack 5, which is designed as a panel rack. The storage plates 3 are clamped to the uprights of the storage rack 5 and thus fixed to the rack. In particular, the storage plate 3 has clamping elements 11 for positively and non-positively fixing the storage plate 3 to a corresponding upright of the storage rack 5.
[0028] To remove a tool 2 from a storage compartment F, the high-lift truck positions itself accordingly in front of the storage rack 5 and the fork carriage 6 with the setup plate 1 moves to a position in a storage compartment F from which the tool 2 is to be removed. The setup plate 1 is positioned in relation to the storage plate 3 of this storage compartment F in such a way that a respective pin 9 on the storage plate 3 is arranged in a respective recess A in the setup plate 1. The setup plate 1 is thus aligned and fixed in relation to the storage plate 3. The tool 2 located in the storage compartment F is then moved from the storage plate 3 to the setup plate 1 by means of the heavy-duty rollers 4.1 to 4.n of the storage plate 3 and the setup plate 1. The tool 2, now arranged on the setup plate 1, is then secured and transported to a production facility by means of the high-lift truck.
[0029] According to the Fig.In the embodiments shown in Fig. 2, storage plates 3 arranged on fixing frames 7 are arranged in the floor-side storage compartments F of the storage rack 5, so that it is also possible to drive underneath these storage compartments F to remove a tool 2 or to arrange a tool 2.
[0030] By means of the storage system arrangement L designed in this way, the installation and removal of tools 2 is possible in a comparatively short time. For example, in a so-called development company with low production volumes and high setup costs due to frequent retooling, i.e., tool changes, such a storage system arrangement L can lead to increased efficiency and cost savings due to a reduction in setup times.
