Abstract

The invention relates to an innovative system rail for the flexible installation of slats for fences and privacy screens. The lateral system rails are attached to any surface such as posts, masonry, or walls. Spacers are placed on the slats and inserted into the rails. The outer contour of the spacers fits precisely into the rails, allowing them to be stacked securely on top of one another, while the inner contour is designed to be flexible to accommodate different slat shapes. The slats are fitted with spacers on the left and right and then inserted into the side rails, allowing them to be stacked on top of one another. This modular design allows for easy installation without screws or special tools and enables flexible arrangement of different slat types, simplifying both installation and maintenance.

Description

DRAWING SHEET 1:FIG. 1 is a perspective and partially exploded view of the fence assembly according to the preferred embodiment of the invention. It presents the entire fence system including the lateral C-rails (1), spacers (2) and slats (3) which together form a fence panel. Here it is shown how different lamellae in different shapes are combined with spacers.Drawing Sheet 2:FIG. 2 : This illustration shows an enlarged illustration of the slats ( 3) and spacers ( 2) of the fence system from FIG. 1 The drawing shows in detail how the spacers ( 2) are plugged onto the slats ( 3) and the interaction of these components.Drawing Sheet 3:FIG. 3 : This illustration shows how the spacers (2) are plugged onto the lamellae (3). It provides further insight into the assembly and the interlocking of the two components.DRAWING SHEET 4: Sheet 4FIG. 4 : This illustration shows various embodiments and shapes of the lateral C-rails ( 1). The drawing illustrates different groove configurations 1(1) in the side rails (1) and enhances the versatility and adaptability of the fence system to different design preferences.DRAWING SHEET 5: Sheet 5FIG. 5 : This illustration shows some possible embodiments of the spacers ( 2).DRAWING SHEET 6: Sheet 6FIG. 6 : This illustration shows some possible ways in which the spacers ( 2) look in front view.FIG. 7 : This illustration shows some possible ways in which the spacers ( 2) can look in plan view.Drawing Sheet 7:FIG. 8 : This figure shows how the lateral C-rails (1) are mounted between columns and posts.FIG. 9 : This illustration shows how the spacers (2) are arranged one above the other in the lateral C-rails (1).FIG. 10 : This illustration shows how the lateral C-rails ( 1) are mounted between columns and posts and joined together with lamellae ( 3) by means of spacers ( 2) to form a fence field.Explanation of Numerals Placed in Parentheses in Descriptions:These are used to establish the relationship between the drawings and the description. The brackets correspond to the components shown in the drawing: C-rails (1)=1, spacers (2)=2, lamellae (3)=3.

Claims

Claim: A fence system comprising: • lateral C-bars (1) made of plastic, metal or other suitable materials, provided with grooves 1(1) for receiving spacers (2) and blades (3) suitable for mounting on different surfaces, each fence element using two of these bars (1) mounted opposite each other. • spacers (2) made of plastic, metal or other suitable materials, having an conformable inner contour corresponding to the outer contour of the blades (3) to allow left and right clipping onto the blades (3) and an outer contour designed to fit into the grooves 1(1) of the lateral C-bars and to stack the spacers one on top of the other. • blades (3) in different shapes, which can be combined with the spacers (2) and inserted into the lateral C-rails (1), the spacers (2) being placed on the lamellae (3) from both sides and being inserted into the C-rails (1).Claim: A fence system according to claim 1, wherein the number of slats (3) depends on the height of the fence element and the lateral C-rails (1) serve as a type of magazine holding different consecutive slats (3) with spacers (2) and thus forming a fence field, wherein the customer can determine the shape and the order of the different slats (3) themselves.Claim: A fence system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized bya simple assembly process comprising mounting the lateral C-rails (1) on posts, mounting the spacers (2) on the slats (3) from both sides and inserting the slats (3) with spacers (2) into the C-rails (1) from above.Claim: A fence system according to any preceding claim, wherein the lateral C-rails may have different dimensions and shapes and may be made of different materials.
