Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a storage cabinet for an arrangement, comprising an accumulator, in particular for a water sport device, in particular for a diving carriage. In water sports, battery-operated water sports equipment, for example, diving carriages, is increasingly being used. With such diving steps, a user can carry out both an over-water travel and an under-water travel. Frequently, such water sports equipment is part of the equipment of a yacht. If the devices are not needed, they must be safely stored on board the yacht. In this case, the storage should be effected in such a way that the user can, if necessary, make the water sport device quickly and easily accessible. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a storage cabinet of the type mentioned at the beginning which enables a safe and space-saving storage. This object is achieved with the features of claim 1. Accordingly, a storage cabinet is proposed, wherein the storage cabinet has a closing frame which can be closed by a cabinet door arranged opposite a cabinet rear wall, wherein in the open state of the cabinet door the projection of the door inner side into the plane of the closing frame is arranged at least for the most part between two vertical sides of the storage cabinet, wherein in this open state the door inner side faces outwards away from the cabinet rear wall, and wherein the cabinet door has in the region of the door inner side at least one fastening element for fastening the arrangement, comprising an accumulator, in particular the water sport appliance. In this storage cabinet, for example, the water sport device can be easily attached to the door inner side for storage when the cabinet door is open. This is easily possible, since when the cabinet door is open, the inside of the door faces the user directly. The cabinet door is arranged to be positioned between the vertical sides of the storage space in the opened position so as not to discharge far forward. The storage cabinet thus requires only a small jumper space and a space-saving design is made possible. In addition, this also results in a high tilting stability for the storage cabinet. As soon as the accumulator arrangement, in particular the watercraft, is securely fastened to the door inner side, the cabinet door can be rotated again and brought into the closed state, wherein the arrangement, having an accumulator, in particular the water sport device, is then securely accommodated in the cabinet interior.Preferably, it can be provided that an accumulator charging device is arranged inside or outside the storage cabinet. The accumulator or the accumulator arrangement (e.g. the water port device) can be connected to the latter via a charging connection. Thus, the device stored in the cabinet interior can be loaded simultaneously during its storage. For this purpose, the storage space can preferably have a cable feedthrough or a power connection. In addition, it can additionally or alternatively also be provided that further electronic components accommodated in the cabinet interior are electrified via the power connection.According to a preferred variant of the invention, it can be provided that the cabinet door is hinged pivotably by means of door hinges in the central region between the vertical sides of the cabinet door. Thus, when the cabinet door is open, the mounting plane formed by the door inner side for the arrangement, comprising an accumulator, in particular the water sport device, is in tight association with the closing frame. This results in a particularly tilt-stable and space-saving structure.According to a particularly preferred embodiment variant of the invention, it can be provided that the closing frame has closing frame cross-struts on opposite sides, which extend between the opposite cabinet side walls, that the pivot axis of the cabinet door runs perpendicular to these closing frame cross-struts, and that the pivot axis is arranged centrally between the side walls with a deviation of 20% of the cabinet width, wherein it is preferably provided that the pivot axis is arranged centrally between the side walls with a deviation of 10% of the cabinet width, wherein it is particularly preferably provided that the pivot axis is arranged centrally between the side walls with a deviation of 5% of the cabinet width.Particularly preferably, the hinge axis runs in the middle of the cross braces.A particularly stable mounting of the cabinet door can be achieved if it is provided that the cabinet door is hinged to the closing frame cross-struts by means of door hinges. If it is provided that the cabinet door has a door frame which extends around at least in regions and which has horizontal and / or vertical door profiles, that a door leaf is connected to the door frame, or that horizontal and / or vertical door profiles are bent away from the door leaf, and that preferably the door hinges are coupled to the horizontal door profiles, then a stable and low-twist door construction results. Thus, a heavy arrangement, comprising an accumulator, in particular the water sport device, can also be securely fastened on the inside of the cabinet door. For a stable and highly load-bearing cabinet construction, it can be provided that a framework is provided, that the framework forms a base frame and a cover frame composed of width and depth struts, that the base frame and the cover frame are connected to one another by means of vertical frame profiles, and that the cabinet door is connected indirectly or directly to the framework via the door hinges. In this case, a stable load transfer from the cabinet door into the framework is advantageously achieved if it is provided that a / the first closing frame cross struts running parallel to the width strut and / or a / the second closing frame cross struts running parallel to the width strut is arranged at a distance from the floor-side width strut, and that the closing frame cross strut(s) is / are coupled to the vertical frame profiles. Advantageously, the closing frame cross strut facing the base frame under the cabinet door is arranged in such a way that it takes up the weight of the cabinet door (and the weight of the arrangement attached thereto, comprising an accumulator, in particular the water sport device) for the most part. In this case, it can be in particular such that the cabinet door is pivotably mounted at least on this closing frame cross strut. It can be provided particularly advantageously that the storage cabinet is covered with one or more wall elements, in particular in the region of its vertical sides with side walls, and / or in the region of its rear side is covered with a rear wall and / or on the cover side with a cover wall and / or on the bottom side with a bottom wall, and that preferably at least one of the wall elements and / or the cabinet door is formed by a multi-layered layer element, wherein the layer element preferably has two cover layers spaced apart from one another, between which a fire-retardant, in particular insulating material, is introduced. This material can be a mineral fiber material. The layer element can be designed, for example, as a sandwich panel system with a panel thickness of, for example, 24 mm, consisting of a cover layer (outer wall): with a thickness of preferably 2.0 mm aluminum, a core layer with a thickness of preferably 20.0 mm mineral fiber insulation material, noncombustible and a cover layer (inner wall) with a thickness of preferably 2.0 mm aluminum. If an accumulator passes thermally and causes fire in the event of damage, the wall elements prevent the fire from reaching the environment outside the storage cabinet, at least for a certain period of time. This is particularly advantageous if the storage cabinet serves to store a water sport vehicle on board a ship.In addition or according to an independent inventive idea, it can be provided for reducing the risk of fire that an extinguishing system is integrated in the cabinet interior, wherein it is preferably provided that the extinguishing system has an extinguishing agent collecting trough to which a conveying line is connected, that a pump is assigned to the conveying line, which pump is suitable and determines to convey the extinguishing agent from the extinguishing agent collecting trough to a nozzle arrangement arranged at a geodetic height above the extinguishing agent collecting trough, in particular above the cabinet door. The extinguishing system can therefore be used to assign an extinguishing circuit to the storage cabinet, wherein in the event of a fire the extinguishing agent is pumped out of the extinguishing agent collecting trough, which is preferably located below the cabinet door in the direction of gravity, and is rained off via the nozzle arrangement in the cabinet interior. The fire in the cabinet interior can thus be extinguished or at least cooling can be brought about in the cabinet interior in the event of a fire. In this case, it can also be provided in particular that an extinguishing agent storage container is assigned to the storage cabinet. The extinguishing agent storage container can be assigned to the extinguishing circuit. The extinguishing agent storage container is preferably accommodated in a space-saving manner in the interior of the storage compartment, for example in the direction of gravity in a region below the cabinet door.A further preferred variant of the invention can be such that the cabinet interior is connected to the environment via a gas passage, wherein a flue gas treatment device, in particular a flue gas filter and / or a degassing catalyst, is arranged in the region of the gas passage, wherein the flue gas treatment device is designed to treat combustion gases in the event of a fire before they reach the environment, wherein it is preferably provided that the flue gas treatment device and / or the catalyst has calcium hydroxide, sodium bicarbonate and / or activated carbon as the active gas treatment substance. The flue gases produced in the event of a fire can thus be discharged into the environment via the gas passage in order to avoid a pressure overload in the cabinet interior. In this case, the flue gases are treated by means of the flue gas treatment apparatus in order to avoid or at least reduce harmful emissions. In addition, it can be provided that the flue gas treatment device has a cooling device which is suitable and intended to cool the flue gas when passing through the flue gas treatment device. For example, it can be provided for this purpose that the flue gas treatment device has a region equipped with mineral fibers, through which the flue gas is conducted. The mineral fibers can be present, for example, in the form of a fabric or a felt or else as a foam-like material. For example, the flue gas treatment apparatus may be designed to neutralize acidic components of the combustion gas, for example sulfur oxides, hydrogen chloride, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen fluoride, etc., by calcium hydroxide, sodium bicarbonate and / or activated carbon, or to neutralize these in the catalyst. Environmentally neutral residues, for example salts, are formed. Activated carbons, for example, can be used to neutralize liberated heavy metals and organic combustion byproducts. If the accumulators of a device accommodated in the storage cabinet damage the arrangement comprising an accumulator, in particular of the water sport device, an overpressure can arise in the cabinet interior in an explosive manner. In order to be able to reliably reduce this overpressure, it can be provided that, in the closed state of the cabinet door, a door seal, preferably a silicone seal, which extends around at least in regions is effective between the closing frame and the cabinet door, that the cabinet door is locked to the closing frame in the closed state by means of at least one, preferably a plurality of closing bolts, and that, preferably, a pressure compensation device is provided, which is designed to adjust the cabinet door relative to the closing frame in the closed state of the cabinet door in the event of an overpressure in the cabinet interior. In normal operation, the door seal ensures the tightness of the storage constraint. If an overpressure now occurs abruptly in the cabinet interior, the cabinet door is adjusted with respect to the closing frame, whereby a gap opens in the sealing region, via which gap the pressure can be reduced. Preferably, when the pressure is released, this gap closes again. For this purpose, it can be provided, for example, that as part of the pressure compensation device at least one spring element is provided between at least one door hinge and the closing frame and / or between at least one closing latch and the closing frame, in order to bring about an adjustment of the cabinet door in the closed state against the spring prestress of the spring element. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a storage cabinet in a perspective side view, FIG. 2 shows the storage cabinet according to FIG. 1 with the cabinet door partially open FIG. 3 shows the storage cabinet according to FIGS. 1 and 2 in a view from the front, FIG. 4 shows the storage cabinet according to FIGS. 1 to 3 in a view from the left and FIG. 5 shows the storage cabinet according to FIGS. 1 to 4 in a view from the left and.FIGS. 1 and 2 show a storage cabinet for an arrangement comprising an accumulator. Representative of any battery-operated devices or even batteries themselves, the invention is described below using the example of a storage cabinet for a water sport device 60, in particular a diving slide, for which the invention is particularly advantageously suitable. The water sport device 60 can be accommodated in this storage cabinet in a space-saving and secure manner. The storage cabinet has a rack 10 which has a floor frame and a deck frame. The floor frame is composed of horizontal width struts 14.1 and horizontal depth struts 13.1.The cover frame can also be composed of horizontal width struts 14.2 and horizontal depth struts 13.2.The bottom frame and the top frame are connected to one another via four vertical frame profiles 11, 12.In the corner regions of the framework 10, a depth brace 13.1, 13.2 and a width brace 14.1, 14.2 are connected to an associated vertical frame profile 11, 12. Preferably, corner connectors 15 are used. It is conceivable for the corner connectors 15 to have plug-in extensions which are inserted into plug-in receptacles of the depth struts 13.1, 13.2, the width struts 14.1, 14.2 and or the vertical frame profiles 11, 12.The vertical frame profiles 11, 12, the depth braces 13.1, 13.2 and the width braces 14.1, 14.2 are preferably formed from an aluminum material and are preferably formed as extruded aluminum profiles. Advantageously, the plug-in receptacles can then be integrated in one piece into the extruded profile.Preferably, the corner connectors 15 are welded to the adjoining profiles in order to form a stable frame structure. The storage cabinet may be covered with wall elements. For this purpose, the wall elements are preferably suitably connected, in particular screwed or welded, to the framework 10. Side walls 22, 24 can be mounted laterally on the frame 10 on the two vertical sides. In the region of the upper cover frame, a cover wall 21 can be mounted. On the rear side, a rear wall 25 and on the bottom side a bottom wall 23 can be mounted on the framework 10.Advantageously, all sides of the framework 10 are closed with wall elements, except for the front side, which can be closed with a cabinet door 30.At least one of the wall elements and / or the cabinet door 30 can advantageously be designed as a multi-layer component. It has an outer plate facing the outside of the cabinet and an inner plate facing the interior of the cabinet. A further layer can be arranged between the outer panel and the inner panel, which layer is formed, for example, as a fire protection layer. A gypsum material or a mineral fiber material can be used as the fire protection layer, for example. It is also conceivable to dispense with the inner plate. In the area of the front side of the cabinet, the framework 10 has a closing frame 27 for the cabinet door 30.The closing frame 27 can preferably be formed partially by the two front vertical frame profiles 12 in order to reduce the outlay on parts. Additionally or alternatively, it can be the case that the closing frame 27 is partially formed by closing frame cross struts 28.1, 29.1. The closing frame cross-braces 28.1, 29.1 extend at a distance from one another and horizontally and can be connected to the vertical frame profiles 12, so that a stable supporting structure for the cabinet door 30 is obtained. The vertical frame profiles 11 and the closing frame cross braces 28.1, 29.1 thus form the encircling closing frame 27.A circumferential seal can be provided on the closing frame 27 and / or on the cabinet door 30, for example a silicone seal. It is also conceivable to use a seal which swells in the event of a fire in order to ensure a closure of space in the event of a fire. The seal seals the cabinet door 30 in the closed state. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the cabinet door 30 can advantageously have a door frame 31. The door frame 31 is composed of horizontal door sections 33 and vertical door sections 32. In particular, the door profiles 32, 33 are welded to one another in the corner region of the door frame 31.A door leaf 34 is connected to the door profiles 32, 33, which forms the front-side termination of the cabinet door 30. The door leaf 34 can be designed as a multi-layer component, as has been explained above. The door inner side 37 of the cabinet door 30 facing the cabinet inner side in the closed state forms an assembly portion. Fastening elements can be attached to this mounting section, to which fastening elements the water sport device 60 can be fastened. In this case, it is advantageously the case, as can be seen from FIG. 2, that the water sport device 60 does not protrude beyond the door profiles 32 and 33.The cabinet door 30 is advantageously connected to the framework 10 by means of door hinges 35. The door hinges 35 can advantageously be coupled to hinge receptacles 36 in the central region of the horizontal door profiles 33, preferably in the middle of the door profiles 33 and / or in the middle of the horizontal closing frame cross struts 28.1, 29.1. Preferably, the door hinges 35 form a vertical hinge axis as shown in FIG. 2.For optimum load transfer, the door hinges 35 are connected to the closing frame cross struts 28.1, 29.1.FIG. 2 also illustrates that the door frame 31 has a circumferential sealing surface 31.1 on the edge side. In the closed state of the cabinet door 30, this encircling sealing surface 31.1 is opposite an encircling sealing surface of the closing frame 27 with the abovementioned seal in between. If the cabinet door 30 is pivoted out of its closed position shown in FIG. 1, the encircling sealing surface 31.1 of the cabinet door 30 is guided past the sealing surface of the closing frame 27 in order to enable the cabinet door 30 to be opened.FIG. 2 shows a partially opened position of the cabinet door 30, wherein the cabinet door 30 can preferably be rotated in both directions continuously about the hinge axis, so that the user can make the water sport device 60 suitably accessible. In particular, it can also arrange the cabinet door 30 such that it is oriented parallel to the rear wall 25. This allows the water sport device 60 to be easily fastened or the water sport device 60 to be easily removed from the cabinet door 30. Because the cabinet door 30 is hinged to the framework 10 in its central region, little manoeuvring space is required in the region in front of the front side of the storage cabinet when the cabinet door 30 is opened. If the cabinet door 30 is closed again, the water sport device 60 pivots with the cabinet door 30 into the cabinet interior. For locking the cabinet door 30, closing latches 39 can be arranged thereon. Preferably, several locking latches 39 are used to realize multipoint locking. The closing latches 39 are controlled centrally by a closing element 39.1, which can preferably be actuated by the user manually on the front side of the door.It is preferably such that the closing latches 39 engage in the vertical frame profiles 11 and or in the closing frame cross struts 28.1, 29.1 in the closed state of the cabinet door 30.As FIG. 2 illustrates, it may be the case that a wall element in the form of a panel 28 is arranged in the region between the upper closing frame cross struts and the associated deck-side width strut. This cover 28 can be equipped with functional elements on the front side. For example, it is possible for the panel 28 to have a display 28.2, by means of which operating states of the storage cabinet can be displayed. It is also conceivable that operating elements 28.3 are arranged in the area of the panel 28, with which functions of the storage cabinet can be controlled. Finally, it is also conceivable that a main switch 28.3 is also provided in the area of the panel 28, in order to separate electronics of the storage cabinet from a connected power supply network. For the connection of the storage cabinet to a voltage supply, a power connection 40 can be provided, for example. For good accessibility, the power connection 40 can preferably be arranged in the region of the front side of the storage cabinet. It is conceivable that a bottom screen 29 is inserted between the lower closing frame cross strut 29.1 and the width strut 14.1 of the bottom frame, which preferably has the power connection 40.According to a variant of the invention, a flue gas treatment device 50 can be provided in the region of the top wall 21. The flue gas treatment device 50 is mounted in the region of an opening of the top wall 21 (or of another wall element). The cabinet interior is connected to the environment via the flue gas treatment device 50. In the event of a fire, flue gases can be discharged into the environment via the flue gas treatment device 50. When passing through the flue gas treatment device 50, pollutants of the flue gas are at least partially neutralized. As the figures show, transport handles 26 can be attached in the region of the vertical frame profiles 11 and 12 in order to facilitate carrying the storage cabinet.
