Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for mounting a fastening element, which serves in particular for fastening panel-shaped roof structures, such as collectors, on the support panel of a roof chair, according to the preamble of claim 1.For mounting the collector of a photovoltaic system (PV system) on a sloping roof surface, fastening elements, also called roof hooks, must first be attached to the roof chair. The fastening elements are usually screwed onto the rafters, wherein preferably a screw connection with the support panel takes place. The number and type of fastening elements depends above all on the load to be expected, which results from the dead weight of the installation and the wind or snow load.In order to fasten the fastening elements, the covering of the building must be removed or cut out at the location provided for the seat of the collectors and then applied again. For weather reasons, such devices are covered with a replacement roof tile for replacing the plate-shaped building covering removed piece by piece. In the following, a building covering means a piece-like structural element for covering inclined roofs for protection against weather influences, which can be, for example, a clay brick, a stone brick, a slate plate, a metal plate (copper, zinc) or a roof brick, for example made of concrete.A replacement roof tile is often made of a plastic and sheet covering material which has a butyl-containing coating and an aluminum carrier film and covers the metallic flange of a fastening element which is fastened to the roof panel below the covering material. Due to the plastic property of the covering material, however, it can deform under severe weather influences, whereby the penetration of moisture, in particular under the building covering suspended above, can no longer be prevented. In the event of weathering effects, such as, for example, rain, fly snow, icings and snow deposits, large forces act on the fastening element and on the replacement roof tile. Therefore, stable device and roof cover are required for the roof loads.DE 20 2012 101 578 U1 discloses a device for mounting a fastening element, which serves in particular for fastening panel-shaped roof structures, on a roof chair consisting of a counterlatten and supportlatten and covered by bricks, wherein the device bridges at least two supportlattens and the fastening element protrudes at right angles with respect to the device. However, this device is limited in its application and permits only a slight adaptation to different supporting slat spacings and roof slopes. The object of the invention is therefore to provide a device which is simple to install and can be adapted to the roof conditions. The object is achieved according to the invention by the features of the independent patent claims, while advantageous embodiments and refinements of the invention can be gathered from the dependent claims. An advantageous feature is that the device has at least at its front end a mounting bracket with which the device is supported on the support support and can be connected thereto. Therefore, the technical teaching of the invention differs from St. d. T. in that the mounting angle on the front side is used to adjust the inclination of the fastening element connected to the device on the foot side. In particular, it is possible to adapt the device to load-bearing pads of different heights. In St. d. T., only a ridge-side attachment of the device was provided, which did not allow adjustment of the height of the attachment element in comparison to the roof surface. In a first embodiment, the mounting bracket is firmly and preferably integrally connected to the plate-shaped device, while in a second embodiment, the mounting bracket is adjustably fastened to the upstream end face of the device. In the first application, different devices can have mounting angles of different height on the front side. Depending on the height of the mounting angle, by changing the entire device, different heights and slopes of the collectors connected to the upper end of the fastening element with respect to the roof surface can be adjusted. In the second application, the device can have an exchangeable mounting angle on the runside, which mounting angle is arranged adjustably on the runside end side. As a result, different slopes of the device in comparison to the roof surface and thus different slopes of the fastening element connected to the device can be set. In particular, however, the height of the device in relation to the roof panel can be adapted therewith. Depending on the height of the support panel, the mounting angle in a specific receptacle, preferably a row of slots, is connected to the remaining device. If, for example, surface collectors are connected to the upper side of the fastening element, the inclination of the surface collectors with respect to the roof surface can be adjusted continuously or in a grid pattern. The device comprises a plate-shaped, approximately U-shaped profiled base body, on the underside of which at least two metal strips are arranged so as to project vertically. The metal strips form the U-legs of the profile and are bent integrally with the base body and out of the plane of the base body in the direction of the roof substructure. The metal strips each have, in the region of the ridge-side end of the device, a downwardly open recess, the longitudinal extent of which runs parallel to the longitudinal extent of the supporting battens and which serves for at least partially receiving the supporting batten. A metal strip has a thickness of preferably 3 mm, although the invention is not limited thereto and thinner or thicker metal strips can also be used.By using a mounting bracket according to the second embodiment, the front end of the device is height-adjustable. Thus, a universal basic construction for a replacement roof tile and / or for the fastening element can be created, which is adaptable to different roof slopes and slat heights. For this purpose, the mounting bracket has brackets on its upper side, which engage in complementary slots on an end face surface at the run-side end of the device. In this case, at least two slots are arranged in a row and at least two slots are arranged one above the other, i.e. two rows are arranged one above the other. Thus, in a preferred embodiment, there are at least 4 slots.Preferably, a universal replacement roof tile is used with the described device. This replacement roof tile consists of at least one metallic base plate and is placed on or fastened to the device and serves to replace a plate-shaped building covering, in particular a roof tile covering, which is removed piece by piece. Also, the replacement roof tile may be made of a nonmetallic material or a composite material. The base plate preferably consists of aluminum, titanium zinc, hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel or copper. The at least partially metallic base plate is stamped and / or has a pleated portion which runs at least in sections in the longitudinal direction. This geometric deformation of the base plate texture causes additional stiffening of the base plate. At least the edge region of the base plate is thereby designed to be flexible such that it can be shaped manually and adapted to the adjacent building coverings. Thus, in this edge region, the surface texture of the base plate can deviate from the remaining surface texture and, for example, have a pleat or pimples of different severity or be configured to be smooth in order to form an improved bending zone. Thus, the edge region can have, for example, a flat-machined pleated structure in order to achieve a tight transition to the adjacent building coverings. Thus, a universal roof covering, also called universal brick in world terms, can be created, which grasps the profile shape of the roof and at the same time is easy to install, dimensionally stable and weather-resistant.Preferably, at least one side of the base plate is overlapped by the adjacent building cover in the installed state. The replacement roof tile has at least one through hole for the passage of the bolt of a screw connection for the fixation of the fastening element.Screwing the fastening element directly to the support support is therefore no longer necessary, since the device creates an individually adjustable device in order to enable adaptation to different angles of inclination, distances or otherwise. In particular, a height compensation for roof battens of different thickness on the counter-panel can be achieved thereby. In Europe, for example, there are 24, 30 and 40 mm high levels of latency, and the device can be adapted to the respective height. Thus, the device has a triple setting for this application. The bendable base plate of the replacement roof tile can then be placed on this adjustable device. In situ assembly operators or roof coverings have thus available a universal replacement roof tile in order to replace a previously removed building covering. Thus, a universal replacement roof tile for replacing a plate-shaped building covering removed piece by piece, for example for mounting a mounting hook projecting over the roof surface, can be provided without restrictions on the weather resistance, in particular the rain resistance of the roof surface. Thus, individual adaptation to different supporting slat spacings, slat heights and roof slopes is possible. In addition, simple and quick assembly can be realized and there is no risk of bag formation with water build-up or pushing in of the roof cover under high wind, ice or snow load due to the support with the replacement roof tile. The device thus also serves for load transfer, wherein 7.5 KN can be accommodated. The device is distinguished by a plurality of fastening possibilities, with which the device can be adapted to different dimensions of the roof panels. For this purpose, the device has, for example, slots at the ridge-side end for receiving tabs of the mounting bracket. At the opposite end, the device has a recess on the underside in order to suspend the device on a horizontal supporting slat.On the upper side of the device, two elongated holes are made in the base body for receiving two screw connections, which hold a shim, among other things. A replacement roof tile, preferably a corrugated aluminum plate, is placed on the top side and thus also on the underlayment plate, so that the bolts of the screw connections can be guided through corresponding plate-side through-holes. Subsequently, a fastening element, for example a mounting hook, can be connected to the bolts. The subject matter of the present invention results not only from the subject matter of the individual patent claims, but also from the combination of the individual patent claims with one another. All the details and features disclosed in the documents, including the summary, in particular the spatial configuration illustrated in the drawings, could be claimed as essential to the invention, provided they are novel, individually or in combination, compared with the prior art. The use of the terms "essential" or "according to the invention" or "essential to the invention" is subjective and does not imply that the features so named necessarily have to be part of one or more patent claims. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to drawings which represent only a plurality of exemplary embodiments. In this case, further features and advantages of the invention which are essential to the invention are evident from the drawings and their description. The following are shown: FIG. 1 : Perspective view of the device FIG. 2 : Perspective exploded view of the device, replacement roof tile and fastening element FIG. 3 : Bottom view of the representation of FIG. 2 FIG. 4 : Perspective view of the device on a roof panel FIG. 5 is a top view of the device with adjacent building coverFIG. 1 shows the device 20, which has a base body 21 with an upper side 33. The base body 21 is rectangular and has a top end 22 and a top end 23. At the front end 22, the base body has an end face 24 which extends perpendicularly from the upper side 33 in the direction of the roof substructure 61.The end face 24 has two horizontal rows of slots 25, three slots 25 being arranged next to one another. Three brackets 26 of a mounting bracket 27 are suspended in the lower row of slots 25, so that the base body 21 is supported on the mounting bracket 27 at least at the front end 22.The leg 28 of the mounting bracket 27 has two elongated holes 29 arranged next to one another and oriented vertically, through which a screw connection 30 passes in each case. The screw connection 30 simultaneously penetrates a borehole 59 in the end face 24 Because of the elongated hole 29 also penetrated in the mounting bracket 27, the mounting bracket can be moved and fixed relative to the end face 24. The leg 31 perpendicular to the leg 28 has a series of bore holes 32 which serve for fastening the mounting bracket on a support support 14.The upper side 33 of the base body 21 of the device 20 has two elongated holes 34, which are aligned parallel to the support support diaphragm 14. These slots 34 are each traversed by a screw connection 36. These screw connections 36 are likewise each guided through a drilled hole 38 of a metal plate 39 laid on the upper side 33.The base body 21 has metal strips 41 on both sides, which extend below the base body and perpendicularly in the direction of the roof substructure 61. The plate-shaped metal strips 41 have, in the region of the ridge-side end 23 of the base body 21, a cutout 42 which is somewhat wider than the width of a support panel 14.FIG. 2 shows how a replacement roof tile 1 is placed on the upper side 33 of the device 20 in the direction of the arrow 62. The bolts 19 of the screw connection 36 pass through the through-holes 63 of the metal plate 9 placed on the upper side of the base plate 2 and then through the flange 49 of the fastening element 38.The replacement roof tile 1 consists of the base plate 2 with successive areas which have a different texture. Thus, the base plate 2 has a texture 6 with less high pleatation at its ridge-side region than the central region of the base plate, which has a texture 7 with higher pleatation and extends over the majority of the base plate 2. This region with the texture 7 is adjoined by a tramp region with a texture 8, which in turn, like the texture 6, has less high plausibility than the texture 7.In principle, embodiments with equally high pleatedness in all regions of the base plate are also encompassed by the present invention. In addition, FIG. 2 shows the contour of a support surface 3 for the metal plate 9 which is placed on the replacement roof tile 1 and has the two through-holes 63. The bearing surface likewise serves as a sealing plane and / or a receptacle of an adhesive layer. Thus, the screw connection portion of the base plate 2 is sandwiched below the metal plate 39 and above the metal plate 9. A particularly stable mounting of the fastening element 48 can thus be achieved. The fastening element 48 comprises a stand 50 which projects perpendicularly from the roof surface and has an elongated hole 51.FIG. 3 shows a lower view of the illustration according to FIG. 2, it being evident that two further metal strips 44 are also present on the underside 18 of the base body 21 between the lateral metal strips 41. Like the metal strips 41 and the recesses 42, the metal strips 44 have recesses 43 on the ridge side, which serve to receive a support lattice 14. The geometry of the recesses 41, 43 forms the support regions 45, 46 of the metal strips 41, 44. Thus, the bearing regions 45, 46 of the metal strips 41, 44 lie on the upper side 54 bof the support support layer 14 b. In contrast, the mounting bracket 27 with its leg 31 and the bearing region 47 present below the leg lies on the upper side 54 aof the support support support 14 a.The presence of a plurality of metal strips 41, 44 increases the bending stiffness of the device 20. In particular, the central metal strips 44 are at a distance from one another which corresponds to the width of the key of a screw connection passed through between the metal strips 44. Thus, an inserted hexagonal screw head can no longer rotate and is held laterally by the wall of the metal strips. A nut can thus be screwed onto the other end of the screw connection, i.e. the bolt, without the screw head of the bolt turning along. In addition, an O-ring seal is placed around the bolts guided through the device so that the bolts cannot slide through in the direction of the roof underside. The mounting bracket 27 is screwed to the end face 24, wherein the screw connection 30 is guided through a borehole 59.Consequently, the elongated hole of the leg 28 is oriented with its longitudinal direction in the direction of the support panel 14. Thus, when the screw connection 30 is loosened, the mounting bracket 27 can be displaced relative to the end face 24 in order, for example, to adapt the height of the device 20 to the height of the support support support.During assembly, a replacement roof tile 1 is placed on the device 20 and has corresponding bore holes 17 for the bolts 19 to pass through. In addition, the replacement roof tile 1 has a support portion 16 corresponding to the metal plate 9. Thus, a sealing effect can be achieved. The replacement roof tile 1 has additional metal strips 11 which are wound into the material of the base plate 2. The ends of the metal strips 11 protruding from the material of the base plate have hook sections 10 which can engage around a building cover 13 in order to additionally fasten the replacement roof tile.FIG. 4 shows how the device 20 is mounted on a roof chair 14, 15. For this purpose, the device is first suspended on the support support 14 b, wherein the support regions 45, 46 come to rest on the upper side 54 bof the support support 14 b. The mounting bracket 27 comes to rest with the leg 31 on the upper side 54 aof the support support 14 a. Screws 58 are then screwed through holes 32 in leg 31 and holes 35 in base body 21 into the wood of support slat 14. Due to the plurality of holes 32, 35, the location of screwing in the screw 58 can be freely selected, depending on the load case and possible peculiarities of the support lattice 14, such as a branch hole. In addition, the screw 58 can be screwed in such a way that it also meets the counterlatten 15 below the supportlatten 14.Subsequently, the bolts 19 are passed through the holes 17, 63 and the flange 49 and screwed onto the flange 49 by means of the nuts 65.FIG. 5 : The replacement roof tile 1 serves to replace a plate-shaped building covering 13 which is removed piece by piece, wherein a row 55 of building coverings 13 which lies at a higher level in each case covers a row 56 which lies beneath it, or row 56 covers the row 57, wherein the replacement roof tile 1 consists of the at least one metallic base plate 2 which is fastened on the apparatus 20 and the latter in turn on the roof covering 14, 15.The base slat 2 lies with its ridge-side end below the building cover 13 of the row 55 and with its leading end on at least one building cover 13 of the row 57 adjoining below.Due to the flexibility of the material of the base plate 2, any shape can thus be produced and the base plate 2 can be adapted to the contour of the surrounding building coverings 13 and roof sub-structures 61. This is also possible with the region with the texture 8. By way of example, all textures 6, 7 and 8 are shown here as a pleat.A collector 64 can now be fastened to the fastening element 48 mounted in this way via the device 20.Drawing Legend1 Replacement roof tile 2 Base plate 3 Support surface 4 5 6 Texture (top) 7 Texture (middle) 8 Texture (bottom) 9 Metal plate 10 Hook section 11 Metal strip 12 13 Building cover 14, 14 a, 14 b Trag panel 15 Counterlation 16 Support region 17 Drilled hole 18 Underside (of 2) 19 Bolts (of 36) 20 Device 21 Base body 22 Trelevated end 23 Deadline-sided end 24 End face surface 25 Slots 26 Tab 27 Mounting bracket 28 Leg 29 Elongate hole 30 Screw connection 31 Leg 32 Drilled hole 33 Upper side 34 Elongate hole 35 Hole 36 Screw connection 37 38 Drilled hole 39 Metal plate 40 End face surfaces 41 Metal strip 42 Cutout 43 Cutout 44 Metal strip 45 Support region 46 Support region 47 Support region 48 Fastening element 49 Flange 50 Stand 51 Elongate hole 52 53 54 a, 54b top (of 14) 55 row (of 13) 56 row (of 13) 57 row (of 13) 58 screw 59 borehole (of 24) 60 61 roof substructure 62 arrow direction 63 through hole 64 collector 65 nutReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
