Description

[0001] The invention relates to a loading space arrangement for a vehicle, comprising a loading floor which, in a first position, delimits a loading space of the vehicle at least partially on the floor side, wherein the loading floor is rotatable and / or pivotable along at least one rotation axis into a second position. Furthermore, the invention relates to a vehicle with at least one loading space arrangement.

[0002] Vehicles typically have a trunk, which is defined by a loading floor. In modern vehicles, the loading floor can be removed, folded up, or pivoted to provide access to a storage area below the loading floor. In this raised position, the loading floor can be secured, for example, using side-mounted brackets. Depending on the vehicle's equipment, a spare tire or tools, for example, can be stored underneath the loading floor. In addition, the space below the loading floor provides space for storing cargo.

[0003] From DE 10 2008 063 774 A1 a turning loading floor of a motor vehicle is known, in which the loading floor has a folded container arranged on the underside of the loading floor, which can be folded out after the loading floor has been turned over to accommodate transported goods.

[0004] DE 103 37 623 A1 discloses a storage compartment of a motor vehicle for accommodating cargo. The storage compartment has a cover plate in the form of a loading floor, which is equipped on the underside with a tensioned net for accommodating cargo, in particular a seat cushion.

[0005] DE 298 19 322 U1 discloses a two-part trunk cover which has lockable storage compartments above the trunk volume.

[0006] DE 102 44 768 A1 discloses a device for storing objects in a trunk. The device serves as a storage box with compartments and is placed on the trunk floor.

[0007] It is the object of the present invention to provide a loading space arrangement and a vehicle by which an additional and conveniently usable storage option for small loads is provided.

[0008] According to the invention, this object is achieved by a loading space arrangement having the features of claim 1 and a vehicle having the features of claim 10. Advantageous embodiments and further developments emerge from the dependent claims.

[0009] The loading space arrangement according to the invention can advantageously be used in a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle. The loading space arrangement has a loading floor which, in a first position, delimits a loading space of the vehicle at least partially on the floor side. The loading floor is rotatable and / or pivotable along at least one axis of rotation into a second position. The loading space arrangement has at least one receiving container arranged on an underside of the loading floor. According to the invention, the at least one receiving container can be folded open by moving the loading floor into the second position.

[0010] According to a further aspect of the invention, a vehicle is provided which has at least one front and / or rear loading space and at least one loading space arrangement according to the invention.

[0011] The loading space arrangement according to the invention allows the loading floor of the motor vehicle to be provided with a flexible receiving means in the form of a receptacle. In a non-use position, or the first position, the loading floor can lie flat in the trunk or loading space. In this case, the receptacle is compactly folded or folded.

[0012] If the loading floor is set to the second position, for example by rotating or tilting it along the rotation axis, the receptacle can be opened automatically or manually. For example, a lock on the receptacle can be unlocked to open or unfold the receptacle. Depending on the design, the receptacle can open or unfold automatically when the loading floor is lifted or folded into the second position. This can occur, for example, due to a slight pre-tension of the receptacle under the influence of gravity or by holding the receptacle in place in certain areas. A user can then stow their shopping items particularly conveniently in the receptacle.

[0013] The use of the receiving container can reliably prevent uncontrolled rolling or movement of cargo. In the first position of the loading floor, the receiving container does not interfere with the use of the cargo space. No extensive conversion work or modifications are required for use of the receiving container. Simply lifting the loading floor with a single movement can provide access to the receiving container.

[0014] In one embodiment, the loading floor can be locked in the second position at an angle relative to the first position and extends at least partially into the cargo space. The loading floor can be locked in the second position laterally or at any other position. In the second position, the loading floor can function as a separator or protective device against cargo, as the cargo is then located between the tailgate and the loading floor and thus cannot reach the passenger compartment. The use of the receptacle prevents the cargo from entering the space below the loading floor in an uncontrolled manner.

[0015] According to a further embodiment, the at least one receiving container can be opened automatically by the action of gravity. This allows the loading space arrangement to be designed in a particularly simple technical manner.

[0016] According to a further embodiment, the receptacle, when unfolded, forms at least one receiving space between the underside of the loading floor and a container bottom of the receptacle. Thus, the container bottom can be configured to clamp the receptacle open by gravity when the loading floor is moved into the second position. Furthermore, the container bottom can be designed to be dimensionally stable in order to define the receiving space in a controlled manner.

[0017] According to a further embodiment, the receiving container can be automatically opened by fixing the container base when the loading floor is moved into the second position. This measure allows the mobility of the container base of the receiving container to be restricted at least in some areas, so that when the loading floor is opened, the container base of the receiving container is held in place and the receiving container can be opened automatically. The container base of the receiving container can be fixed in place below the loading floor or, after a defined distance when the loading floor is moved, can strike a limit stop. This limit stops further movement of the container base and causes a relative movement between the loading floor and the container base to open the receiving container.

[0018] According to a further embodiment, the receiving container is made, at least in part, of a fabric and / or a mesh. This allows the receiving container to be technically particularly simple and fold particularly compactly in the first position of the loading floor. Preferably, the receiving container is designed to be dimensionally stable, at least in part. This measure enables a defined shape of the receiving space of the receiving container, which is repeatedly adjusted when the loading floor is moved to the second position.

[0019] According to a further embodiment, the receptacle is connected to the loading floor using snap fasteners, hook-and-loop fasteners, and / or integrally bonded connections. This allows the receptacle to be separated from the loading floor when necessary, for example, to clean it. Furthermore, separating the receptacle from the loading floor can allow the receptacle to be used as a carrying bag. For this purpose, the receptacle can have at least one handle or a carrying strap.

[0020] According to a further embodiment, the loading floor can be locked in the second position by at least one fastening element. Depending on the loading floor design, a variety of folding angles can be set. Each folding angle can thus form a different second position. If the loading floor is designed in several parts, a section of the loading floor can also be locked vertically or at a 90° angle as a second position. This adjustment of the second position can provide particularly convenient loading of the receiving space of the receptacle.

[0021] According to a further embodiment, the loading floor with the storage container is designed to be removable from the cargo space. This allows the storage container to be used as a bag or carrying basket. The storage container can be carried at all times without restricting the trunk's capacity.

[0022] The invention is illustrated schematically in the drawings using embodiments and will be further described with reference to the drawings. It shows: Fig. 1 a loading space of a vehicle with a loading space arrangement according to an embodiment of the invention, in which a loading floor is arranged in a first position. Fig. 2 a loading space of a vehicle with a loading space arrangement according to an embodiment of the invention, in which a loading floor is arranged in a second position.

[0023] Fig. 1 shows a cargo space 110 of a vehicle 100 with a cargo space arrangement 10 according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention. The cargo space arrangement 10 has a loading floor 11 arranged in a first position. In this first position, the loading floor 11 defines the cargo space 110 of the vehicle 100 at least in part on the floor side.

[0024] A further loading space or storage space 120 is formed below the loading floor 11. The storage space 120 can be opened by lifting the loading floor 11. For this purpose, the loading floor 11 can be rotated and / or pivoted about a rotation axis D into a second position. The rotation axis D is formed, for example, at a front edge of the loading floor 11 in the direction of travel F of the vehicle 100.

[0025] In the illustrated embodiment, the loading space arrangement 10 has a receiving container 20 which is arranged on an underside 12 of the loading floor 11.

[0026] The receiving container 20 is connected to the underside 12 of the loading floor 11 by means of connecting means 30 in the form of snap fasteners. This is shown in the Fig. 2. The Fig. 2 shows the loading space 110 of the vehicle 100 from Fig.1 with the loading space arrangement 10, in which the loading floor 11 is arranged in a second position. The loading floor 11 can be secured in the second position by lateral fastening means 111 in the loading space 110.

[0027] The receiving container 20 has a container base 21 and sections 22 arranged laterally on the container base 21 in the form of nets and / or fabrics. The container base 21 can be connected or hooked to the underside 12 of the loading floor 11 at a front edge (relative to the direction of travel of the vehicle 100). The lateral sections 22 space the container base 21 from the underside 12 of the loading floor 11 in a wedge shape and can have incorporated reinforcing ribs 23 or stiffening elements.

[0028] The container base 21 is designed to be dimensionally stable and delimits a receiving space 24 of the receiving container 20 together with the lateral sections 22.

[0029] In the illustrated embodiment, the container base 21 has a mass of its own, which causes the receiving container 20 to open automatically due to the effect of gravity when the loading floor 11 is moved to the second position. Thus, a user does not need to open or prepare the receiving container 20 separately.

[0030] Furthermore, the receiving container 20 is designed to be detachable from the loading floor 11, for example, by means of the connecting means 30, and can thus be cleaned or removed particularly easily. Depending on the design, the receiving container 20 can be removed from the loading space 110 of the vehicle 100 separately or in a state connected to the loading floor 11 in order to function as a carrying bag or a carrying basket.
