Field of the invention

[0001] The invention relates to a fastening system for attaching an accessory to a bicycle and to a bicycle equipped therewith. In particular, the invention relates to a fastening system for attaching bags to a bicycle, in particular to the bicycle's luggage rack. Background of the invention

[0002] Document WO 2010 / 034303 A1 shows a fastening system for bags. The system comprises mushroom-shaped caps attached to the bicycle. The luggage is secured to the caps via pivoting latches.

[0003] The disadvantage is the play between the latch and the mushroom head, which can cause the luggage to rattle on rough roads.

[0004] Document US 10 220 902 B2 shows a fastening system with a bag. This comprises two upper holders with a pivoting latch, each of which can be unlocked using a handle. A lower holder comprises a groove with an undercut. Document DE 10 2021 130 915 A1 shows a fastening system for a bag. The bag is provided with mushroom heads. To fasten the bag, it can be inserted from the side into a first holder with an undercut and then locked in a second holder by pivoting. Document US 3 908 235 A shows a fastening element with a mushroom head. Document EP 2 218 083 B1 shows a magnetic coupling device with a mushroom head. Document DE 10 2011 118 867 A1 shows a fastening system with holders inserted flush into the bag. Two holders are provided on the bag at two upper fastening positions, which lock magnetically or mechanically onto the vehicle-side mushroom heads. Object of the invention

[0005] The invention is based on the object of further improving such a fastening system. In particular, the attachment of the luggage item should be further simplified and / or the tendency of the fastening system to rattle on poor road surfaces should be reduced. Summary of the invention

[0006] The object of the invention is already achieved by a fastening system for attaching an accessory to a bicycle according to claim 1 and a bicycle equipped therewith.

[0007] Preferred embodiments and further developments of the invention can be found in the subject matter of the dependent claims, the description and the drawings.

[0008] The invention relates to a fastening system for attaching an accessory to a bicycle. A bicycle within the meaning of the invention also includes one with an electric auxiliary drive, an e-bike or pedelec, as well as a multi-track pedal-driven vehicle, in particular a cargo bike.

[0009] The fastening system is designed in particular for attaching a bag to a bicycle luggage rack.

[0010] For this purpose, the fastening system comprises at least two, in particular three mushroom heads that can be attached to the bicycle.

[0011] The fastening system further comprises at least two holders attachable to the accessory, each with a latch that can be locked to one of the mushroom heads. The holders are, in particular, part of the accessory, in particular the bag.

[0012] Preferably, the accessory is locked at two upper, spaced-apart mushroom heads. According to one embodiment of the invention, the fastening system comprises a third additional mushroom head. The third additional mushroom head can serve, in conjunction with a corresponding additional holder, to prevent the bag from swinging out of place. Preferably, only the two upper holders comprise a latch. "Top" and "bottom" as well as "front" and "back" within the meaning of the invention each refer to the intended use.

[0013] The upper latches are designed in particular so that they can be unlocked via a handle of the accessory, in particular the bag. The latches serve in particular to vertically secure the accessory.

[0014] A lower holder, which is only intended to prevent the bag from swinging out, is preferably designed without a latch that serves to lock it to the mushroom head.

[0015] According to the invention, the mushroom heads comprise at least one radially outwardly extending web between a head and a base.

[0016] The mushroom head thus includes a constriction between the base and the head, which serves to lock the bolt. According to the invention, at least one radially outwardly extending web is provided within this constriction.

[0017] It has been found that, in conjunction with a corresponding latch, which in particular has a recess shaped complementarily to the web, the system is particularly less prone to rattling. An additional form-locking element can be provided via the web, which additionally secures the latch transversely to the web.

[0018] The mushroom heads can, in particular, have four ribs distributed around the circumference. Depending on the accessory, this allows for proper locking from four sides using a bolt with a recess. In particular, the ribs are each distributed at 90° angles around the circumference of the constriction.

[0019] The at least one web preferably does not protrude beyond the edge of the head and / or base.

[0020] According to a further development of the invention, the web or webs comprise a lateral incision.

[0021] The web can be notched in a V-shape, particularly on the sides. This also improves adaptation to shape and position tolerances.

[0022] A rail of the holder can engage in the notch, which further improves the guidance of the mushroom head.

[0023] The latches are preferably laterally displaceable against a spring preload. In particular, the latches can have a ramp designed such that the latch deflects when the holder is moved from top to bottom and then engages in the constriction of the mushroom head due to the spring preload from the side.

[0024] The holders preferably comprise a channel for receiving the mushroom heads. The channel is preferably undercut at least laterally, so that the mushroom heads are secured by the undercut, resulting in a positive connection transverse to the direction of travel.

[0025] According to one embodiment of the invention, the holders are pulled axially by magnetic means in the direction of the fastening heads designed as mushroom heads.

[0026] It is provided that the holders can be locked against the magnetic attraction, in particular by a movement directed transversely, in particular perpendicularly, to an axis of the fastening heads.

[0027] The holder and / or the attachment head therefore incorporate a magnet. Due to the magnetic force, the accessory is attracted to the holder perpendicular to the direction of travel. This particularly improves the positioning of the attachment heads at the beginning of a channel into which the attachment head is inserted. The accessory is pulled toward the bicycle. The accessory is then locked by a movement perpendicular to the axis of the attachment heads. In particular, the attachment head is moved away from the magnet. In particular, the accessory can be locked by sliding it downwards.

[0028] In a further development of the invention, a lower holder comprises a clamp that locks the fastening head.

[0029] When the accessory is pushed on, the clamp expands and the mushroom head is then locked by the clamp.

[0030] The clamp can also allow the accessory to be attached to the lower mounting head. The accessory is placed on the lower mounting head using the clamp and then pivoted onto the upper mounting heads. The accessory is then pushed down and locked into place using the latches at the top and the clamp at the bottom.

[0031] The clamp can in particular be designed as a U-shaped or horseshoe-shaped component inserted between the upper and lower housing parts.

[0032] The invention further relates to an accessory which is provided with one of the holders described above.

[0033] Furthermore, the invention relates to a mushroom head for a fastening system, which has at least one radially outwardly extending web between the head and the base.

[0034] The bridge preferably includes a lateral incision.

[0035] Preferably, the mushroom head comprises two opposing webs, in particular two sets of two, i.e. four webs, which are distributed around the circumference in the constriction.

[0036] The invention further relates to a bicycle which is equipped with the fastening system described above. Brief description of the drawings

[0037] The subject matter of the invention will be explained below with reference to an embodiment with reference to the drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 17 will be explained in more detail. Detailed description of the drawings

[0038] Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a fastening system according to the invention.

[0039] In this embodiment, the fastening system comprises three mushroom heads 10 for attaching an accessory, in this embodiment in the form of a pocket 4.

[0040] The mushroom heads 10 are attached to a luggage rack 1. In this embodiment, three fastening heads 10 are attached to cross struts 2, 3 on each side of the luggage rack 1.

[0041] These are two upper horizontally spaced mushroom heads 10 and a lower mushroom head 10, which is attached to the cross strut 3.

[0042] The pocket 4 comprises two upper spaced-apart holders 100 which are inserted into the upper mushroom heads 10.

[0043] A lower holder 200 is inserted into the lower mushroom head 10. The lower holder 200 prevents the pocket 4 from swinging out of place.

[0044] As shown in the perspective view without luggage rack according to Fig. 2, the upper holders 100 are pushed onto the mushroom heads 10 from above.

[0045] To attach the bag 4, the user can, for example, place it on the lower mushroom head using the lower holder 200. The spring preload of the clamp of the lower holder 200 prevents the bag from sliding downward. The upper holders 100, together with the bag 4, can then be pivoted against the upper mushroom heads 10.

[0046] By moving downwards, the pocket 4 is then locked.

[0047] When the accessory is pushed on, the mushroom heads 10 are guided from top to bottom in a preferably V-shaped channel 101 and are then secured by an undercut of the respective holder 100.

[0048] In the state shown here, the upper holders 100 are locked onto the mushroom heads 10.

[0049] The lower holder 200 also includes a preferably V-shaped channel 201, into which the mushroom head 10 is received via an undercut in the state shown here. The lower holder 200 is not provided with a latch.

[0050] To unlock the upper holders 100, the user pulls on a handle 5 with a pull 6. This unlocks the latches of the upper holders 100 and the bag 4 can be pulled upwards and then removed from the luggage carrier.

[0051] Fig. 3 shows a top view from the front, relative to the attachment to the accessory, of an upper holder 100. This is the left holder 100. The right holder is preferably designed as a mirror image.

[0052] The housing of the holder 100 comprises a lower part 120 and an upper part 130. Upper part 130 and lower part 120 are connected to one another, e.g. by a latch.

[0053] Screws 131 can be passed through the holder 100 and thus serve to secure it to the accessory. The screws 131 additionally hold the upper part 130 and the lower part 120 together.

[0054] In this embodiment, the upper part 130 extends only over a partial area of the lower part 120.

[0055] In this exemplary embodiment, the lower part 120 comprises the channel 101. The channel 101 comprises a lower insertion bevel 102 as well as a first upper insertion bevel 103 and a second upper insertion bevel 104. The second upper insertion bevel 104 is spaced apart from the first upper insertion bevel 103 in an insertion direction. Thus, the channel 101 gradually narrows until the mushroom head is secured in the state shown here by an undercut of the V-channel 101 transversely to the direction of travel.

[0056] In the vertical direction, the holder 100 is secured relative to the mushroom head 10 by a latch 110 in the state shown here.

[0057] When the holder 100 is pushed on, the latch 110 is pushed sideways against a spring preload due to the ramp 111 and then locks onto the mushroom head 10 in the state shown here.

[0058] To unlock, the bolt 110 is moved away from the mushroom head 10 against the spring preload by the cable 6 which extends obliquely from the side of the housing of the holder 100.

[0059] In the lower area of the channel 101, particularly in the area of the lower insertion bevels 102, a magnet 108 is located on the rear side of the housing of the holder 100.

[0060] When attaching the pocket, the magnet 108 pulls the mushroom head 10 into the channel 101 in an axial direction relative to the mushroom head 10. The mushroom head 10 is thus positioned in the channel 101, which facilitates the attachment of the accessory by subsequently sliding it down.

[0061] Fig. Figure 4 shows the holder 100 without the mushroom head. The latch 110 with the ramp 111 is adapted to the contour of the mushroom head for snapping into place.

[0062] For this purpose, the latch comprises a recess 112, which in this embodiment is conical in plan view.

[0063] The holder 100 can be connected to the accessory using screw 106 and, if necessary, additional screws (131). Alternatively, rivets, for example, can be used.

[0064] Fig. 5 shows the holder 100 with the upper part of the housing removed.

[0065] The latch 110 is guided in a form-fitting manner between the lower part 120 and the upper part (130).

[0066] The latch 110 can be moved sideways against the pretension of at least one spring 107. In this embodiment, two parallel springs 107 are provided, which are arranged to the right and left of the cable 6.

[0067] For this purpose, the cable 6 is guided diagonally outwards to the side in a channel of the housing.

[0068] Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the latch 110.

[0069] The bolt 110 comprises a step 115, which acts as a stop when installed.

[0070] Furthermore, the bolt includes, in this embodiment, a channel 114 through which the end of the cable 6 is guided by the bolt 110. An end piece 7 of the cable 6 is hooked into a recess 113 of the channel 114. In this embodiment, the end piece 7 is designed as a barrel nipple.

[0071] Fig. 7 is a plan view of the bottom of the holder 100.

[0072] Screws 106, 131 or rivets (not shown) can be passed through through holes in the housing of the holder 100 in order to fasten the holder 100 to the accessory.

[0073] Opposite the lower end of the channel (101), a magnet 108 is inserted into the housing of the holder 100 on the underside. This magnet can, for example, be glued into a recess.

[0074] The magnet 108 serves, as described above, to attract the mushroom head before the holder 100 is locked by sliding the accessory down against the attraction of the magnet 108.

[0075] Fig. Figure 8 is a front view of the lower bracket 200 as attached to the accessory. The lower bracket 200 can be attached to the accessory using, for example, screws 206 or rivets.

[0076] The lower holder 200 also comprises a preferably V-shaped channel 201, at the end of which the mushroom head 10 is secured by an undercut transverse to the direction of travel in the state shown here.

[0077] The channel comprises a lower insertion bevel 202 and an upper insertion bevel 203. In the insertion direction after the upper insertion bevel 203, the mushroom head 10 is already secured laterally by an undercut.

[0078] Lateral rails (209) of the channel 201 engage in notches in the webs of the mushroom head 10 (see Fig. 17).

[0079] The holder 200 is constructed from a lower part 220 and an upper part 230.

[0080] In the representation according to Fig. 9 the top part is removed.

[0081] A U-shaped or horseshoe-shaped clamp 221 is inserted between the upper part and the lower part 220. Adjacent to the clamp 221, an undercut is formed by the attached upper part.

[0082] The clamp 221 includes an insertion bevel 222, which guides the mushroom head centrally into the channel.

[0083] When the holder is pushed on, the clamp 221 expands. The mushroom head 10 moves from the position symbolically shown here to the position shown in Fig. 8 shown position and is locked by the clamp.

[0084] When the accessory is removed, the clamp 221 expands.

[0085] Fig. 10 is a view of the lower holder 200 on its underside.

[0086] The screws 207 are used to connect the lower part 220 to the upper part 230.

[0087] Screws or rivets can be passed through the through holes 210 to attach the holder 200 to the accessory.

[0088] In this embodiment, the upper part 230 partially overlaps the lower part 220.

[0089] In the overlapping section, a magnet 208 is inserted into the housing on the underside, which, in accordance with the function of the magnet of the upper holder, serves to attract the mushroom head at the beginning of the fastening process.

[0090] Fig. 11 is a perspective view of a mushroom head 10.

[0091] The mushroom head 10 comprises a head 12 and a base 13, with a constriction between the head 11 and the base 13.

[0092] Furthermore, the base 13 comprises a recess 14 on the underside, which is adapted to the shape of the strut to which the mushroom head 10 is attached.

[0093] The mushroom head 10 is attached to the luggage carrier in a rotationally secured manner (with horizontal and / or vertical alignment of the bars).

[0094] The screw 11, which is guided axially through the mushroom head 10, is used to attach the mushroom head. The screw 11 is ferromagnetic and is thus attracted by the magnet of the holders (108, 208).

[0095] In the area of the constriction, four radially outward-pointing webs 15 are arranged.

[0096] The webs 15 comprise a lateral V-shaped notch 17. The notch 17 serves to improve the guidance of the mushroom head in the holder (see Fig. 16 and Fig. 17).

[0097] Fig. 12 shows a cross-section through the holder 100 and the bolt 110 locked on the mushroom head 10.

[0098] In this embodiment, the webs 15 of the mushroom head are conical, or tapered outwardly. This compensates for shape and position tolerances.

[0099] The recess 112 of the bolt has a shape complementary to the web 15.

[0100] Thus, the latch 110 engages around the mushroom head 10. In the locked state, the arms 117 of the latch rest against the vertically extending webs 15 of the holder 10.

[0101] By pre-tensioning the at least one spring 107, the latch 110 is unlocked by pulling on the pull 6.

[0102] The cable 6 can be designed, for example, as a wire rope which is at least partially covered with plastic.

[0103] Fig. 13 is a central longitudinal section through the holder 10. The longitudinal section runs through a web 15. The web arranged between the head 12 and the base 13 includes a V-shaped notch 17.

[0104] The end faces 16 of the notch 17 can enclose an angle of 60 to 120°, preferably of 80 to 110°.

[0105] Fig. 14 is a detailed view of an upper holder in the area of the latch 110, which locks the mushroom head 10.

[0106] The ramp 111 of the bolt 110 is designed to be so wide that the head 13 of the mushroom head 10 pushes the bolt 110 to the side via the ramp 111.

[0107] The bolt 110 then locks according to its shape, which is complementary to the mushroom head 10.

[0108] Fig. 15 is a longitudinal section of an upper holder 100.

[0109] In this view it can be seen that the latch 110 is mounted in a form-fitting manner between the upper part 130 and the lower part 120.

[0110] In this embodiment, the lower part 120 comprises webs 121 which engage in the channel 114 of the bolt 110 and thus serve to guide the bolt 110 laterally.

[0111] Train 6 can also be seen running in channel 114.

[0112] Furthermore, the latch 110 comprises the spring receptacles 116, which can be designed, for example, as blind holes.

[0113] Fig. 16 is a cutaway detail view in the area of a mushroom head 10 locked in the upper holder.

[0114] The undercut channel 101 of the upper holder has a rail 109 on at least one side, which engages in the notch 17 of the mushroom head 10.

[0115] The rail 109 is adapted to the contour of the notch 17 and in this embodiment is V-shaped.

[0116] In this embodiment, a rail 109 is also arranged in front of the bolt 110. The mushroom head 10 is thus already guided in the rails 109 and pushed against the bolt 110.

[0117] As in Fig. 17, the undercut channel 201 also comprises lateral rails 209, which engage from both sides into a notch 17 of the mushroom head 10.

[0118] The invention has made it possible to provide a fastening system which allows the accessory to be attached very easily and which also reduces the tendency to rattle.
