Abstract
Description
Technical FieldThe present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plastic part for hair decoration, and more particularly to a method for manufacturing a plastic part which provides a fine color and a high-quality feel of hair decoration.Prior ArtHair decoration, such as e.g. hair clips, hair gums and brunshes, is usually colored and color-threatening for the purpose of ornamental purposes. For a color-like impression, a color layer is applied to a hair chuck by coating or spraying. However, the ink layer gradually dissolves by abrasion.Regarding the prior art document, reference is made to document US 2005 / 0 215 677 A1.To solve the above problem, plastics of two different colors are input to an injection molding machine by first melting the plastics of the one color by the injection molding machine and then inputting it to a molding die. The plastic is then fixed in the mold. Further, the resin of the other color is fed into the injection molding machine, melted, and then fed into the molding die. The liquid plastic is applied to the surface of the semi-solid semi-product, so that the produced hair chuck has an optic with two clearly recognizable, different colors. However, this production method has a lack of color change. In another conventional manufacturing method, plastics having two or more than two different colors are mixed and simultaneously input to an injection molding machine. Thus, these plastics are melted, mixed and further discharged into a mold for molding. In this way, a hair decoration with mixed color(s) or step-like pattern is produced, whereby a color-changing impression is achieved. However, in this casting molding method, there are the following defects that the colors are not clearly separable and that the two different materials cannot be completely polymerized. This results in incomplete crystallization and an increased tendency to peel off the top layer of the hair chuck.Object of the InventionThe object of the invention is to provide a method for producing a plastic part for hair decoration, in which method a hair decoration with a clearly recognizable color difference can be produced in various possible variations for colors and patterns.Technical SolutionThis object is achieved according to the invention by a method for producing a plastic part for hair decoration having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims. The invention provides a method of manufacturing a plastic part for hair decoration, comprising the following steps:S1: providing a first plastic material which is a transparent or semi-transparent material;S2: providing a second plastic comprising a plurality of granules, wherein the second plastic is different from the first plastic in material and color;S3: mixing the first and second plastics with a crosslinking agent, and pouring the mixture into an injection molding machine;S4: thermally melting the first plastic, enveloping the granular second plastic with the molten first plastic, pouring this combination of the first and the second plastic into a mold for hair decoration and forming a plastic part from the combination such that the surface of the plastic part substantially consists of the first plastic and the colors and the coloring of the second plastic are immediately visible on the outer side of the manufactured plastic part; andS5: Take out the solidified plastic part from the mold for hair decoration. In one embodiment of the invention, a colorant and a hardener are added to the second plastic, enhancing the bonding of the colorant to the second plastic. In Step S 2, the following operations are performed in sequence. The second resin is poured in a mold for forming plates and blocks in a molten state, and at the same time, a liquid colorant and a hardener are charged into the mold for forming plates and blocks. In the same step, said mold is placed in boiling water of 98-1000°C, so that the materials gradually mix with each other and solidify. The mold is then placed in an oven so that any liquids remaining in the second plastic evaporate. Further, the plate-shaped or block-shaped second plastic is taken out of the molding tool. Then, the plate-shaped or block-shaped second plastic is cut so that the second plastic crumbs. In this way, the second resin is made with a plurality of granules.According to the invention, the second plastic contains a curing agent which ensures an increased dimensional stability of the granular second plastic. In addition, the second resin does not melt at the temperature at which the first resin melts. Using the crosslinking agent, the surfaces of the first and second plastics are even more completely encapsulated and are better bonded to one another, so that no ink of the second plastics separates.According to the invention, the first plastic is more transparent than the second plastic and is not polymerized with the second plastic, so that no color mixing takes place. Thus, the shape and colors of the second resin can be clearly recognized by the transparent first resin. This results in different colors and three-dimensional optical changes in the interior of the plastic part when the plastic part is viewed from different angles of view. Because the first plastic has fully polymerized, the surface does not peel off. Thus, a high quality and reliable plastic part for hair decoration is obtained.Brief Description of the DrawingsFIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of a hair chuck according to a first exemplary embodiment of the invention. FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of the hair chuck along the section line A-A in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 shows a schematic illustration of a hair chuck according to a second exemplary embodiment of the invention.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTSIn the following, objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the detailed description of exemplary embodiments and the attached drawings. However, the invention is not limited to the description of these embodiments and the illustration thereof in the accompanying drawings.FIGS. 1 and 2 show the first exemplary embodiment of a hair chuck 1 according to the invention, which is a hair clip here. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plastic part 11 for hair chuck 1. The method according to the invention for producing a plastic part for hair decoration comprises the following steps:S 1: providing a first plastic 12 which is a transparent or semi-transparent substance;S 2: providing a second plastic 13 having a plurality of granules, the second plastic 13 being different from the first plastic 12 in terms of substance and color;S 3: Mixing the first and second plastics 12, 13 with a crosslinking agent 14, and pouring the mixture into an injection molding machine (not shown);S4: thermally melting the first resin 12, enveloping the granular second resin 13 with the molten first resin 12, pouring this combination of the first and second resins 12, 13 into a mold (not shown) for hair decoration and molding a resin part from the combination such that the surface of the resin part 11 is substantially made of the first resin 12 and the colors and coloring of the second resin 13 are unmediated immediately on the outside of the manufactured resin part 11; andS5: Take out the solidified plastic part 11 from the mold for hair decoration. In step S 1, the first plastic 12 may be polystyrene (PS), a transparent material, wherein the melting temperature of polystyrene is about 150-180° C. In step S 2, the second plastic 13 may be polycarbonate (PC), wherein the melting temperature of polycarbonate is about 220-230° C.The second resin 13 may be poured in a mold (not shown) for forming plates and blocks in a molten state. At the same time, a liquid dye 131 and a hardener 132 are charged into the mold for forming plates and blocks. Thereafter, said mold is placed in boiling water of 98-1000°C so that the materials gradually mix and solidify for seven to nine hours. The mold is then placed in an oven (not shown) and baked at 140-160 °C for four to five hours to evaporate any liquids remaining in the second plastic 13. Further, the plate-shaped or block-shaped second resin 13 is taken out of the molding die. Then, the plate-shaped or block-shaped second resin 13 is cut so that the second resin 13 crumbs. In this way, the second resin 13 is made with a plurality of granules. In step S 4, the injection molding machine is caused to generate a melting temperature for the first resin 12 to melt the first resin 12. In this case, the temperature can be 180° C., at which polycarbonate (PC) melts and the second plastic 13 does not melt, so that the second plastic 13 is enveloped by the molten, liquid first plastic 12.Furthermore, the second plastic 13 contains a curing agent 132, which ensures increased dimensional stability of the granular second plastic 13. In addition, the second resin 13 does not melt at the temperature at which the first resin 12 melts. Using the crosslinking agent 14, the surfaces of the first and second plastics 12, 13 are even more completely encapsulated and are better joined to one another, such that the first plastics 12 does not separate from the surface of the second plastics 13. In addition, the first plastic 12 forming the outer layer may be fully polymerized after melting. In step S 5, the combination resulting in step S 4, in which the second plastic 13 is enveloped by the first plastic 12, is poured into the mold, then cools down and becomes solid. The second, unmelted and undeformed plastic 13 is enveloped by the first plastic 12, wherein the first plastic 12 is not polymerized with the second plastic 13, so that no color mixture of the first and second plastic 12, 13 results, thereby permitting a higher transparency. Thus, when the plastic part 11 is viewed through the transparent first resin 12, the shape and colors of the second resin 13 can be clearly recognized. From different viewing angles, the colors of the reflected light of the first plastic 12 of the plastic part 11 and three-dimensional optical changes can become clearly apparent if light is emitted. In contrast to conventional hair decoration, it is possible in a hair decoration containing a plastic part produced in the production method according to the invention to see the different colorations in the hair decoration through the transparent plastic. Furthermore, the first plastic 12 is completely polymerized, so that the surface of the plastic part 11 does not peel off. Thus, a high quality and reliable plastic part 11 for hair decoration is obtained, in which the second plastic 13 is protected from wear.According to the invention, further embodiments of the hair schmuk 1 are possible. FIG. 3 shows a second exemplary embodiment of the invention. The second embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, the difference being that the hair chuck 1 in the second embodiment is a hair gum. The hair chuck 1 can also be a brunchet.Furthermore, it is conceivable according to the invention to provide and use a further granular plastic which differs from the first and second plastic in terms of material and colour and is produced in a production method similar to the method for producing the second plastic, wherein the melting temperature of the said further plastic is higher than that of the first plastic. The first, the second and the further plastic provide different colors of the plastic part in composition, so that the hair decoration becomes visually pleasing with the plastic part.Although the present invention has been described in detail on the basis of exemplary embodiments, it is obvious to a person skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to these exemplary embodiments, but rather that modifications are possible in such a way that individual features can be omitted or other combinations of features can be realized, as long as the scope of protection of the appended claims is not left. The disclosure of the present invention includes all combinations of the individual features presented.List of reference characters1 Hair chuck 11 Plastic part 12 First plastic 13 Second plastic 131 Dye 132 Hardener 14 Crosslinking agent
