Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a locking device according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] Such a locking device comprises a first locking part, which has a first body, an engagement device arranged on the first body, and a first magnetic device, and a second locking part, which has a connecting element and a second magnetic device arranged on the connecting element. To close the locking device, the first locking part and the second locking part are joined together. In a closed position, the connecting element engages with the engagement device to hold the first locking part and the second locking part together. To open the locking device, the engagement between the connecting element and the engagement device can be released, so that the first locking part and the second locking part can be separated from each other.
[0003] The engagement device comprises an attachment section and a receiving opening adjoining the attachment section along an insertion direction. The connecting element for closing the locking device can be attached to the attachment section and, after being attached to the attachment section, inserted into the receiving opening in the insertion direction to bring the locking device into the closed position. The first magnetic device and the second magnetic device are designed to attract each other magnetically when the first and second locking parts approach each other, thus magnetically assisting the attachment of the connecting element to the attachment section.
[0004] A locking device with a connecting element that is movably arranged on a body of an associated locking part and can be inserted into a receiving opening of another locking part is known, for example, from WO 2024 / 133433 A1.
[0005] A locking device of the type described here can generally be used to connect two assemblies together, for example to connect two straps together.
[0006] Such a fastening device can serve, for example, as a tool holder, such as for attaching a tool to a tool belt. The first fastening part can be fixed to a belt, allowing a tool to be positioned and secured to the belt via the fastening device.
[0007] Such a locking device should be easy for the user to operate and create a reliable connection in the closed position. It should also be easy and convenient for the user to operate even in challenging environments, such as in industrial applications like construction sites. An object, for example, a tool, should be easily and reliably connected to an associated assembly via the locking device, held securely and robustly in the closed position, and also easily and intuitively detachable from the assembly. The locking device should also be as resistant as possible to contamination.
[0008] A locking device known from US patent 10,271,634 B1 is designed as a tool holder and has a locking part with a sliding section into which another locking part with a spherical engagement element can be inserted. In an end position, the engagement element can be tilted by 90° so that it can be brought into a hanging position.
[0009] DE 10 2021 206 640 A1 describes a locking device comprising a first locking part with an elastically resilient spring locking element and a first magnetic element, and a second locking part with a locking element and a second magnetic element. The first and second locking parts can be aligned in a closing direction by the magnetic attraction of the first and second magnetic elements. In the closed position, the spring locking element and the locking element are positively engaged with each other. Two assemblies of the locking device can be moved relative to each other by applying an actuating force in order to release the positive engagement and open the locking device.A locking element is designed to inhibit movement of the assemblies relative to each other, whereby, if an actuating force between the assemblies is greater than a locking force, the assemblies can be moved relative to each other.
[0010] The object of the present invention is to provide a locking device that is variably applicable and enables a reliable connection of locking parts, with easy manufacturability and intuitive operation.
[0011] This problem is solved by an object having the features of claim 1.
[0012] Accordingly, the first locking part has a third magnetic device arranged on the first body, which is designed to interact magnetically with the second magnetic device to hold the connecting element in the receiving opening when the connecting element is in the closed position in the receiving opening.
[0013] The engagement mechanism has an attachment section to which the connecting element for closing the locking device can be attached. Adjoining the attachment section is a receiving opening into which the connecting element, after being attached to the attachment section, can be inserted in the insertion direction to bring the locking device into the closed position. The locking device is thus closed by first attaching the connecting element to the attachment section and then inserting it into the receiving opening adjacent to the attachment section. In the closed position, the connecting element engages, for example, in a form-fitting manner with the receiving opening, so that the locking parts are held together.
[0014] To close the locking device, the locking parts are brought close together. Due to the magnetic interaction of the first magnet on the side of the first locking part and the second magnet on the side of the connecting element of the second locking part, the connecting element of the second locking part is drawn towards the joining section as the locking parts approach each other, thus magnetically assisting the joining of the locking parts.
[0015] After the connecting element has been attached to the attachment section, the connecting element can be inserted into the receiving opening by moving the first and second locking parts relative to each other in the insertion direction, thus positioning the connecting element in the receiving opening in the closed position. The engagement of the connecting element in the receiving opening secures the locking parts together, preventing them from being easily separated, at least not without first removing the connecting element from the receiving opening.
[0016] The first locking element has a third magnetic device arranged on the first body, which is designed to hold the connecting element in the receiving opening when the locking device is in the closed position. For this purpose, the third magnetic device interacts magnetically with the second magnetic device in the closed position to hold the connecting element in the engagement device in such a way that the connecting element remains in the receiving opening and does not readily, or preferably not without actuation to open the locking device, come out of the receiving opening.
[0017] By providing the third magnetic element on the body of the first locking component, an additional locking device with a mechanical locking bolt or locking element is not strictly necessary. The locking device can therefore function without any moving parts for a locking mechanism. In particular, the first locking component, with its integrated engagement mechanism, can function without any moving parts for a locking mechanism.
[0018] This results in a simple design and easy, intuitive handling by a single user.
[0019] The attachment section is formed, for example, by an insertion opening into which the connecting element can be inserted to close the locking device. However, the attachment section can also be formed by a (not further defined) surface against which the connecting element can be attached and from which it can be inserted into the receiving opening.
[0020] Functionally, it is generally irrelevant whether an insertion opening forming an attachment section is circumferentially limited and defines a space into which the connecting element can be inserted. The only important factor is that the connecting element can be attached to the attachment section to close the locking device and from there inserted into the receiving opening in the insertion direction.
[0021] In one embodiment, the first and second locking parts can be attached to each other along a closing direction to close the locking device. The insertion direction is perpendicular or oblique to the closing direction.
[0022] The locking components can, for example, be positioned (only) precisely along the closing direction (at least on the final part of the closing path). In another configuration, however, the locking components can also be positioned along the closing direction and, furthermore, along other directions, for example, perpendicular to the closing direction, in order to close the locking device, so that the proximity of the locking components to one another is not limited to the closing direction.
[0023] In one embodiment, the connecting element has a head that is positively locked to the engagement device in the closed position. In the closed position of the locking device, the head of the connecting element engages in the engagement device of the first locking part, so that the locking parts are positively locked to each other.
[0024] The head of the connecting element can, for example, have one or more engagement projections, each forming an undercut, which engage with the engagement device in the closed position, so that the connecting element engages the engagement device in a form-fitting manner with respect to the closing direction.
[0025] For example, an engagement projection can be formed around the entire circumference of the head. This engagement projection extends radially and, in the closed position, engages with the engagement mechanism of the first locking element.
[0026] In one embodiment, the receiving opening has at least one edge section. In the closed position, the connecting element engages behind this at least one edge section, creating a positive-locking connection between the connecting element and the engagement device, and thus positively locking the locking parts to each other.
[0027] A positive locking connection is understood to mean that the locking parts are locked together due to the shape of the engagement element on the one hand and the connecting element on the other, with respect to the closing direction, and therefore cannot be separated from each other along the closing direction, at least not without breaking the positive locking connection. The positive locking connection may have some play. For example, the surfaces of engagement projections that engage with each other may also be chamfered or curved in the closing direction, such as being convex.
[0028] In one embodiment, the receiving opening has a slot through which the connecting element engages in the closed position. The slot can be defined, for example, between edge sections of the receiving opening, which extend approximately parallel to each other along the insertion direction, or at an oblique angle to the insertion direction, resulting in a tapered slot that narrows towards the insertion direction. In the closed position, the connecting element engages behind the edge sections of the slot with its head, for example, a forming engagement projection on the head, thus creating a positive-locking engagement between the connecting element and the engagement device.
[0029] By inserting the connecting element from the attachment section into the receiving opening when connecting the locking parts together, and by engaging with the receiving opening in the closed position, a secure connection between the locking parts can be created.
[0030] The displacement path defined by the longitudinal extent of the edge sections can be, in particular, greater than the undercut depth of the second locking element, preferably significantly (by a multiple). The undercut depth is defined, for example, by the increased width of the head compared to the shaft. The head is dimensioned larger than the shaft, in particular with a larger diameter relative to the clear width of the slot opening, so that the head engages behind the edge sections during displacement and in the closed position, and the shaft extends between the edge sections.
[0031] In one embodiment, the first magnetic device is arranged on the first body of the first closure part in the area of the attachment section, for example in the area of the insertion opening forming the attachment section, and is designed to interact with the second magnetic device on the connecting element of the second closure part when the first closure part and the second closure part approach each other to close the closure device, such that the connecting element is drawn towards the attachment section, for example into the insertion opening forming the attachment section, due to the magnetic attraction.
[0032] For example, the first magnetic device can be arranged in the area of the attachment section on a base or below a base of the first body of the first closure part, so that, through magnetic interaction with the second magnetic device on the connecting element of the second closure part, the connecting element is magnetically drawn towards the attachment section along the closing direction.
[0033] In one embodiment, the third magnet assembly is arranged on the first body, offset along the insertion direction relative to the first magnet assembly. For example, the third magnet assembly is arranged on the first body, offset along the insertion direction relative to the first magnet assembly. The third magnet assembly can be arranged directly adjacent to the first magnet assembly or at a distance relative to the first magnet assembly on the first body.
[0034] When the connecting element is attached to the attachment section, the first magnetic device of the first locking part interacts magnetically with the second magnetic device on the connecting element of the second locking part. By moving the connecting element into the receiving opening, the second magnetic device of the connecting element can be brought close to the third magnetic device on the body of the first locking part, so that beyond a certain displacement distance, the magnetic interaction between the second magnetic device and the third magnetic device dominates over the magnetic interaction between the second magnetic device and the first magnetic device. If the connecting element is in the closed position in the receiving opening, the connecting element is held in the position then assumed within the receiving opening due to the magnetic interaction between the second magnetic device and the third magnetic device.
[0035] In one embodiment, the third magnetic device is arranged in the area of the receiving opening on the first body. For example, the third magnetic device can be arranged on or below a base of the body of the first closure part in the area of the receiving opening.
[0036] In one embodiment, the third magnetic device is positioned opposite the second magnetic device when the connecting element is in the closed position and located in the receiving opening. In particular, the third and second magnetic devices can be magnetically attracted to each other in the closed position, such that the magnetic attraction between them holds the connecting element in the receiving opening and prevents it from being easily moved out of the receiving opening, or at least not without overcoming the magnetic attraction between the third and second magnetic devices.
[0037] In one embodiment, the third magnetic element is arranged on the first body such that, when inserted into the receiving opening to move the locking device into the closed position, the connecting element must move past the third magnetic element in the insertion direction. For example, the second magnetic element, viewed along the insertion direction, can assume a first relative position on the engagement element in front of the third magnetic element after being attached to the attachment section, and a second relative position on the engagement element behind the third magnetic element after being inserted into the receiving opening (relative to, for example, the center of the second magnetic element and the center of the third magnetic element).Once the connecting element has been attached to the insertion section, it is positioned on the engagement device such that the second magnetic element of the connecting element is located in front of (a center point of) the third magnetic element with respect to the insertion direction. When inserted into the receiving opening, the connecting element, with its second magnetic element, is moved past the third magnetic element on the body of the first locking part, so that in the closed position, the second magnetic element (with its center point) is located behind (the center point of) the third magnetic element, i.e., functionally beyond the third magnetic element with respect to the insertion direction.
[0038] In such a design, the connecting element can be held in the receiving opening by the fact that the second magnetic element of the connecting element and the third magnetic element on the body of the first locking part interact magnetically in the closed position, thus creating a magnetic repulsion effect. This ensures that, after the second magnetic element passes the third magnetic element, the connecting element is magnetically charged with at least one force vector component in the insertion direction and is therefore held in the receiving opening. To insert the connecting element into the receiving opening, the magnetic repulsion between the second and third magnetic elements must be overcome.Once the second and third magnetic devices have been moved past each other, the repulsion causes a load on the connecting element with at least one force vector component in the insertion direction and thus in the direction of insertion into the receiving opening, so that a hold for the connecting element within the engagement device is provided.
[0039] The first magnetic device and the second magnetic device can each be formed, for example, by a permanent magnet that faces each other with opposite poles and thus attracts each other magnetically.
[0040] In another embodiment, the first magnetic device and the second magnetic device can be configured with a permanent magnet on the one hand and a passive magnetic armature on the other, for example made of a ferromagnetic material. If the second magnetic device is configured with a permanent magnet, the first magnetic device can, for example, be configured with a passive magnetic armature.
[0041] The third magnetic element can be configured as a permanent magnet or a passive magnetic armature. If, for example, the second magnetic element is configured as a permanent magnet and the second and third magnetic elements are to attract each other in the closed position, the third magnetic element can be configured as a permanent magnet or a passive magnetic armature. If the second and third magnetic elements are to repel each other, the second and third magnetic elements are preferably each configured as a permanent magnet.
[0042] The first and third magnetic devices can also be formed by a magnetic system consisting of one or more permanent magnets and one or more magnetic guide plates. For example, the third magnetic device can be formed by a permanent magnet that preferably interacts repulsively with the second magnetic device, while the first magnetic device is realized by a passively magnetic armature in the form of a (ferro-)magnetic guide plate, which is arranged at a magnetic pole of the third magnetic device facing away from the connecting element and adopts its polarity, directing it towards an effective point of the first magnetic device in the area of the attachment section.
[0043] If the first and third magnetic devices are each formed by a permanent magnet and the first and third magnetic devices point with opposite poles towards the connecting element in the opposite direction to the closing direction, the first and third magnetic devices can also be coupled to each other via a magnetic return (magnetic short-circuit plate) in order to increase the magnetic effect in conjunction with the second magnetic device.
[0044] One or more of the magnetic devices can, for example, also be designed using electromagnets.
[0045] In one embodiment, the third magnetic device and the second magnetic device interact magnetically in the closed position.
[0046] In another embodiment, the third magnetic device and the second magnetic device interact in a magnetically repulsive manner in the closed position.
[0047] In various configurations, magnetic attraction between the third and second magnetic devices can hold the connecting element in the receiving opening in the closed position. In other configurations, such a hold can be achieved by magnetic repulsion between the third and second magnetic devices.
[0048] In particular, the first magnetic device and the third magnetic device can be arranged on the first body such that the first magnetic device has a first magnetic pole pointing against the closing direction and the third magnetic device has a second magnetic pole pointing against the closing direction, which may have the same or different names as the first magnetic pole.
[0049] If the third magnetic element has a pole of the same sign as the first magnetic element and points in the opposite direction to the closing direction, then both the first and third magnetic elements attract the second magnetic element of the connecting element. Conversely, if the third magnetic element has a pole of opposite sign to the first magnetic element and points in the opposite direction to the closing direction, then the first magnetic element attracts the second magnetic element, while the third magnetic element repulses it.
[0050] For example, if the second magnetic device of the connecting element points with a north pole in the closing direction towards the body of the first locking part, the first magnetic device and the third magnetic device can each point with a south pole opposite the closing direction and thus towards the connecting element of the second locking part, so that a magnetic attraction exists both between the second magnetic device and the first magnetic device (when the connecting element is attached to the attachment section) and between the second magnetic device and the third magnetic device (in the closed position after the connecting element has been inserted into the receiving opening).
[0051] If, on the other hand, the second magnetic device of the connecting element points with a north pole in the closing direction towards the body of the first locking part, and the first magnetic device points with a south pole, while the third magnetic device points with a north pole in the opposite direction to the closing direction towards the connecting element of the second locking part, then there is a magnetic attraction between the second magnetic device and the first magnetic device (when the connecting element is attached to the attachment section), but a magnetic repulsion between the second magnetic device and the third magnetic device (in the closed position after the connecting element has been inserted into the receiving opening).
[0052] A magnetically repulsive design of the third magnet can offer the advantage that the correct positioning of the connecting element is supported by magnetic attraction between the first and second magnets, thus reducing the risk of incorrect placement. The magnetically repulsive effect of the third magnet guides the connecting element advantageously towards the placement section, ensuring reliable contact with it during placement.
[0053] In one embodiment, the second locking element comprises a further connecting element and a fourth magnetic device arranged on this further connecting element. The fourth magnetic device is designed to interact magnetically with the first magnetic device, with the further connecting element being arranged on the attachment section in the closed position. The further connecting element can, for example, be identical in construction to the (first) connecting element. For example, the further connecting element can have a head like the (first) connecting element. While the (first) connecting element is inserted into the receiving opening of the engagement device in the closed position, the further (second) connecting element rests against the attachment section in the closed position, wherein the (first) connecting element is held magnetically in the receiving opening by interaction of the second magnetic device with the third magnetic device, and furthermore the further (second) connecting element is held magnetically on the attachment section by interaction of the fourth magnetic device with the first magnetic device.
[0054] The fourth magnetic device can be designed analogously to the first magnetic device by means of a permanent magnet or a passive magnetic armature.
[0055] In one embodiment, the second locking part has a second body on which the connecting element and the further connecting element are arranged. This body can, for example, be formed by a flexibly deformable element, such as a strap or band, to which the (first) connecting element and the further (second) connecting element are each connected, for example, by sewing. The connecting elements are spaced apart from each other on the second body such that, in the closed position, the (first) connecting element is received in the receiving opening of the engagement device of the first locking part, and the further (second) connecting element is arranged on the attachment section.
[0056] The additional (second) connecting element can, in particular, serve to provide a locking effect against unintentional opening. Thus, the additional (second) connecting element can preferably be designed to block relative movement of the second locking part relative to the first locking part in the closed position, contrary to the insertion direction. For example, by engaging the additional (second) connecting element in an insertion opening forming the attachment section, movement of the connecting elements contrary to the insertion direction, such as when pulling on the second body of the second locking part in the opposite direction, can be blocked, so that unintentional opening is prevented or the risk of unintentional opening is at least reduced.
[0057] To open, the additional connecting element can, for example, be lifted from the attachment section in the opposite direction to the closing direction, for example, moved out of the insertion opening, so that the locking effect is released and the (first) connecting element can be pushed out of the receiving opening in the opposite direction to the insertion direction.
[0058] The connecting element can be approximately rotationally symmetrical. It can be provided that the connecting element is rotatable in the closed position at the engagement device of the first locking part, i.e., it is not fixed against rotation at the engagement device.
[0059] The locking device is a two-stage closure system. First, the user attaches the connecting element to the mounting section and then, in a second step, slides the connecting element into the receiving opening. Haptic and / or acoustic feedback during this movement into the receiving opening reliably informs the user that the closure has been properly closed.

[0061] In a Fig. 1A, Fig. 1B to Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figures 4A-4G, a locking device 1 comprises a first locking part 2 and a second locking part 3 to be connected to the first locking part 2 along a closing direction X. The locking parts 2 and 3 are in an open position, as shown in Figure 4A-4G. Fig. 2A to 2G, separated from each other. In a closed position, shown in Fig. In 4A to 4G, the locking parts 2, 3 are attached to each other, so that the assemblies assigned to the locking parts 2, 3 are connected to each other via the locking device 1.
[0062] The closure part 2 has a body 20 on which an engagement device 21 is formed. The engagement device 21 has, as shown, for example, in the exploded view according to Fig. 1A shows an insertion opening forming an insertion section 210, to which a receiving opening 211 is connected along an insertion direction Y.
[0063] The insertion opening 211 is bounded by edge sections 212 directed along the insertion direction Y, spaced apart from each other along a transverse direction Q perpendicular to the insertion direction Y, forming a slot opening 213 between them.
[0064] A (first) magnetic device 22 is arranged on the body 20 in the area of the insertion opening forming the attachment section 210. In the illustrated embodiment, the magnetic device 22 is designed as a permanent magnet and is received in a mounting opening 200 on the body 20, as can be seen from the exploded view according to the figure. Fig. 1B results in the magnetic device 22 being located below a base 214 of the engagement device 21.
[0065] Furthermore, in the illustrated embodiment, a further (third) magnetic device 23 is arranged in the area of the receiving opening 211 on the body 20. In the illustrated embodiment, the magnetic device 23, like the (first) magnetic device 22, is designed as a permanent magnet and is received in a mounting opening 201 on the body 20, as can be seen from the exploded view according to the figure. Fig. 1B results in the magnetic device 23 being located below the base 214 of the intervention device 21.
[0066] The body 20 has webbing receptacles 202, 203 for attaching straps to the closure part 2.
[0067] The closure part 3 has a connecting element 31 which is arranged on a body 30.
[0068] In the illustrated embodiment, the body 30 is formed, for example, by a flexible band, such as a belt, to which the connecting element 31 is connected, for example, sewn.
[0069] The connecting element 31 has a (second) magnetic device 32 in the form of a permanent magnet, which, when the closure parts 2, 3 are placed against each other, magnetically attracts the magnetic device 22 on the body 20 of the closure part 2. As can be seen from the sectional views according to Fig. 2B and Fig. 2D in conjunction with Fig. 1A and Fig. As can be seen in 1B, the magnetic device 32 is arranged in the area of a head 310 of the connecting element 31 and is received in a mounting opening 312 within the connecting element 31.
[0070] The head 310 forms a rotationally symmetrical engagement projection circumferential around the closing direction X, projecting radially relative to a shaft section 311, for engaging the engagement device 21 of the locking part 2.
[0071] In the open position of the locking device 1, as shown in Fig. 2A to 2G, the locking parts 2 and 3 are separated from each other.
[0072] When the locking parts 2, 3 are (approximately) brought close to each other along the closing direction X, the locking parts 2, 3 are magnetically attracted towards each other due to the magnetic attraction between the magnetic device 22 on locking part 2 and the magnetic device 32 on locking part 3, whereby the connecting element 31 is drawn towards the insertion section 210 of the engagement device 21 and into the insertion opening forming the insertion section 210, as is the case in the transition of Fig. 2A to 2G Fig. 3A to 3G are visible.
[0073] In the position according to Fig. 3A to 3G, the connecting element 31 has a guide pin 313 formed radially within the head 310 in contact with the base 214 of the engagement device 21. The magnetic device 32 on the connecting element 31 is in a magnetically attractive opposite position to the magnetic device 22 on the body 20 of the locking part 2, as can be seen from Fig. 3B and Fig. It is visible in 3D.
[0074] To fully close the locking device 1, the locking parts 2, 3 are now moved relative to each other along the insertion direction Y, which extends transversely to the closing direction X, so that the connecting element 31 is moved along the insertion direction Y into the receiving opening 211, as shown in Fig. 4A to 4G. The connecting element 31 thus engages with the receiving opening 211 such that the connecting element 31, with its head 310 and the radially projecting engagement projection formed thereon, engages behind the edge sections 212 of the receiving opening 211, and the shaft section 311 extends through the slot opening 213 between the edge sections 212, as shown in the transition from Fig. 3A to 3G Fig. 4A to 4G can be seen. The connecting element 31 is thus fixed to the locking part 2 along the closing direction X by the fact that the head 310 engages the edge sections 212 in a form-fitting manner.
[0075] The displacement movement is guided by guiding the guide pin 313 of the connecting element 31 along a guide track formed between raised edge sections 215 on the base 214 along the insertion direction Y.
[0076] In the illustrated embodiment, the first magnetic device 22 and the third magnetic device 23, with poles of the same sign relative to each other (in the illustrated embodiment, each with a north pole N), point towards the connecting element 31 opposite the closing direction X. The magnetic device 32, on the other hand, points with a pole of opposite sign (south pole S) towards the magnetic devices 22 and 23 in the closing direction X. The magnetic devices 22 and 23 of the locking part 2 thus each attract magnetically with the magnetic device 32 of the connecting element 31 of the locking part 3.
[0077] If, magnetically supported by the magnetic attraction between the magnetic devices 22, 32, the connecting element 31 has been attached to the insertion section 210 and thereby inserted into the insertion opening forming the insertion section 210, the connecting element 31 with the magnetic device 32 arranged thereon is brought close to the magnetic device 23 by sliding in the insertion direction Y, so that in the closed position, in which the connecting element 31 is inserted into the receiving opening 211, the magnetic devices 23, 32 assume a magnetically attractive opposite position to each other and the connecting element 31 is thus held in the receiving opening 211 due to the magnetic interaction between the magnetic devices 23, 32.
[0078] The connecting element 31 cannot therefore be moved out of the receiving opening 211 without overcoming the magnetic attraction between the magnetic devices 23 and 32. The third magnetic device 23 thus locks the connecting element 31 in the receiving opening 211.
[0079] To open the locking device 1, a user can pull on the body 30 against the insertion direction Y, thus causing a relative movement between the locking parts 2, 3, as a result of which the connecting element 31 is moved out of the receiving opening 211 against the insertion direction Y, overcoming the magnetic attraction between the magnetic devices 23, 32. By overcoming the magnetic attraction between the magnetic devices 22, 32, the locking parts 2, 3 can then be separated from each other.
[0080] While in the embodiment according to Fig. In 1A, 1B to 4A-4G, the magnetic devices 22, 23 of the locking part 2 each attract magnetically to the magnetic device 32 of the locking part 3 and, for this purpose, point with like poles opposite to the closing direction X towards the connecting element 31 of the locking part 3, act in a Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figures 5A, 5B to 8A-8D, the magnetic devices 22, 23 of the locking part 2 are magnetically attractive on the one hand and magnetically repulsive on the other hand to the magnetic device 32 of the connecting element 31.
[0081] The magnetic device 22 in the area of the attachment section 210 of the engagement device 21 magnetically attracts the magnetic device 32 of the connecting element 31 of the locking part 3 and thus causes the connecting element 31 to be magnetically drawn in the closing direction X towards the attachment section 210 and into the insertion opening forming the attachment section 210 when the locking device 1 is to be closed.
[0082] To close the locking device 1, the connecting element 31 must then be moved into the receiving opening 211 in the insertion direction Y, overcoming the magnetic repulsion between the magnetic device 23 and the magnetic device 32, whereby during insertion the magnetic device 32 of the connecting element 31 is moved past the magnetic device 23 in the insertion direction Y, so that in the closed position the magnetic device 32 of the connecting element 31 (with its center) is arranged behind (a center) of the magnetic device 23 with respect to the insertion direction Y, as can be seen from Fig. 8B and Fig. As can be seen in Figure 8D. Due to the magnetic repulsion between the magnetic devices 23, 32, the connecting element 31 is thus subjected to at least one magnetic force vector component in the insertion direction Y and is thus pressed into the receiving opening 211, so that the connecting element 31 is held in the receiving opening 211 and is thus locked in the closed position.
[0083] The magnetic devices 22, 32 point towards each other with opposite poles (in the illustrated embodiment, magnetic device 22 points with its north pole N opposite the closing direction X towards the connecting element 31, whose magnetic device 32 points with its south pole S in the closing direction X towards the locking part 2). In contrast, the magnetic devices 23, 32 point towards each other with like poles (south pole S) and thus have a magnetically repulsive effect.
[0084] To open the locking device 1, the connecting element 31 can be moved out of the receiving opening 211 by pulling on the body 30 in the opposite direction of insertion Y and overcoming the magnetic repulsion of the magnetic devices 23, 32, and brought back into the area of the attachment section 210 in order to separate the locking parts 2, 3 from the attachment section 210 by removing the connecting element 31.
[0085] The exemplary embodiment according to Fig. 5A, 5B to 8A-8G can be modified compared to the embodiment shown in the example below. Fig. 1A, 1B to 4A-4G may have the advantage that the correct positioning of the connecting element 31 on the attachment section 210 is supported by magnetic attraction between the magnetic devices 22, 32, thus reducing the risk of incorrect attachment.
[0086] In both embodiments, the connecting element 31 is locked in the receiving opening 211 in the closed position by magnetic interaction. Moving parts for providing a locking device, for example for a mechanical lock, are not required.
[0087] Otherwise, the exemplary embodiment is explained according to Fig. 5A, 5B to 8A-8G also apply to the embodiment shown in the Fig. 1A, 1B to 4A-4G referred.
[0088] A in Fig. The embodiment shown in 9A, 9B to 12A-12G is identical to the embodiment shown in [reference to relevant section]. Fig. 1A, 1B to 4A-4G, wherein the closure part 3 additionally has a further (second) connecting element 33 arranged on the body 30 with a fourth magnetic device 34.
[0089] The connecting element 33 is identical in construction to the connecting element 31 and has a head 330 that projects radially towards a shaft section 331, thereby forming an engagement projection. The magnetic device 34 is accommodated within a mounting opening 332. A guide pin 333 is formed on the head 330.
[0090] The connecting element 33 is spaced apart on the body 30 of the locking part 3 relative to the connecting element 31 such that, in the closed position of the locking device 1, in which the connecting element 31 is located in the receiving opening 211 of the engagement device 21 of the locking part 2, the connecting element 33 is received on the insertion section 310. Thus, in the closed position, the connecting element 33 rests in the insertion opening formed by the insertion section 210 on the engagement device 21 of the locking part 2. This prevents the locking part 3 from being displaced relative to the locking part 2 in the opposite direction of insertion Y, further reducing the risk of unintentional opening.
[0091] To open, the connecting element 33 is lifted out of the insertion section 210 in the opposite direction X to the closing direction, so that the locking effect of the connecting element 33 is released and the connecting element 31 can be moved out of the receiving opening 211 in the opposite direction Y to the insertion direction.
[0092] In the embodiment, the webbing holders 202, 203 are oriented on the body 20 of the closure part 2 along the transverse direction Q, without this having a significant influence on the functioning of the closure device 1.
[0093] In addition, reference is made to the explanations of the exemplary embodiment according to Fig. 1A, 1B to 4A-4G referred.
[0094] A in Fig. The embodiment shown in 13A, 13B to 16A-16G is identical to the embodiment shown in [reference to relevant section]. Fig. 5A, 5B to 8A-8G, wherein - analogous to the embodiment according to Fig. 9A, 9B to 12A-12G - a further connecting element 33 is arranged on the body 30 of the locking part 3, which in the closed position, analogous to the embodiment described above, according to Fig. As described in sections 9A, 9B to 12A-12G, the connecting element 31 is prevented from shifting against the insertion direction Y, thus preventing unintentional opening of the locking direction 1.
[0095] As illustrated by the exemplary embodiment according to Fig. As explained in sections 5A, 5B to 8A-8G, the magnetic device 23 acts in a magnetically repulsive manner with the magnetic device 32 of the connecting element 31 in order to hold the connecting element 31 in the receiving opening 211 in the closed position.
[0096] In the illustrated embodiments, the connecting element 31 has a head 310 with a radially projecting engagement projection that extends circumferentially around the closing direction X. However, this is not a limiting factor. An engagement projection formed on the head 310 can also extend only partially, for example in an arc-shaped manner, on the head 310.
[0097] Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 19, Fig. 20, Fig. 21 to Fig. Figure 22 shows different embodiments of an engagement projection formed by the head 310.
[0098] At a Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 17, the head 310 has a ramp 314 on a side facing the body 20 of the locking part 2 in the closing direction X. An undercut 315 formed by the head 310 is oriented as a shoulder (step) perpendicular to the closing direction X.
[0099] At a Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 18, an undercut 315 on the head 310 is shaped obliquely to the closing direction X (with a positive angle).
[0100] At a Fig. In the embodiment shown in 19, an undercut 315 is oriented perpendicular to the closing direction X, wherein the head 310 has no ramp.
[0101] At a Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 20, an undercut 315 formed by the head 310 is rounded (convex) in shape.
[0102] At a Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 21, an undercut 315 of the head 310 has an oblique, negative angle, in the manner of a dovetail guide, relative to the closing direction X.
[0103] At a Fig. In the embodiment shown in 22, an undercut 315 on the head 310 is stepped in several stages.
[0104] The edge sections 212 are each shaped complementarily to the head 310, so that in the closed position the connecting element 31 with the head 310 is positively locked (with reference to the closing direction X) to the edge sections 212 on the engagement device 21.
[0105] In the embodiments described above and illustrated in the figures, the attachment section 210 is formed by a circumferentially limited insertion opening into which the connecting element 31 of the locking part 3 can be inserted to close the locking device 1. Functionally, however, it is not crucial whether the attachment section 210 is circumferentially limited. What is important is only that the connecting element 31 can be attached to the attachment section 210 to close the locking device 1, and from there inserted into the receiving opening 211 adjoining the attachment section 210.
[0106] Fig. 23 and Fig. Figure 24 shows two further embodiments of the design of the closure part 2 with the magnetic devices 22, 23 arranged thereon.
[0107] The magnetic devices 22, 23 on the closure part 2 can be formed by a magnetic system in which one of the magnetic devices 22, 23 is formed by a permanent magnet and the other of the magnetic devices 22, 23 is formed by a passive magnetic armature in the form of a magnetic guide plate.
[0108] In the embodiment according to Fig. The first magnetic device 22 is formed by a permanent magnet, which is arranged on the body 20 of the locking part 2 in the area of the attachment section 210. The third magnetic device 23, in contrast, is formed by a magnetic guide plate made of a ferromagnetic material, which is coupled to the rear magnetic pole (in the illustrated embodiment, the south pole S) of the permanent magnet of the magnetic device 22, facing away from the connecting element 31, and extends into the area of the receiving opening 211. Functionally, a south pole S is thus present in the area of the receiving opening 211, which interacts magnetically with the magnetic device 32 of the connecting element 31 and, due to the magnetic repulsion, holds the connecting element 31 in the closed position inserted into the receiving opening 211.
[0109] In the embodiment according to Fig. In contrast, the third magnetic device 23 is formed by a permanent magnet which interacts magnetically repulsively with the magnetic device 32 of the connecting element 31 and holds the connecting element 31 in the closed position inserted into the receiving opening 211 by means of the magnetic repulsion. The first magnetic device 22, on the other hand, is formed by a passive magnetic armature in the form of a magnetic guide plate made of a ferromagnetic material, which is coupled to the rear magnetic pole (north pole N) of the permanent magnet of the third magnetic device 23 facing away from the receiving opening 211 and is led into the area of the insertion section 210, so that a magnetic north pole N is present in the area of the insertion section 210.
[0110] In both embodiments according to Fig. 23 and Fig. 24 The connecting element 31 is drawn into the area of the insertion section 210 by magnetic attraction, so that the insertion is magnetically supported by the interaction of the first magnetic device 22 of the locking part 2 and the magnetic device 32 of the connecting element 31. The third magnetic device 23, on the other hand, interacts magnetically repulsively with the magnetic device 32 of the connecting element 31, so that the connecting element 31 is held in the closed position after being inserted into the receiving opening 211 due to the magnetic repulsion.
[0111] In each case, a first magnetic device 22 is formed in the area of the attachment section 210 and a third magnetic device 23 is formed in the area of the receiving opening 211 in a spatially differentiated manner.
[0112] The attachment section 210 can also be designed as an area section without a defined extent, to which the connecting element 31 can be attached, as shown in the schematic view according to Fig. 25 is shown.
[0113] The underlying idea of the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, but can also be realized in other ways.
[0114] A locking device of the type described can be used to connect any number of assemblies. Reference symbol list 1 locking device 2.
