Abstract

The invention relates to a welding process for computer cabinets with rapid heat conduction and heat dissipation to prevent deformation, comprising the following steps: a liquid storage chamber (2) is set up, the size of which is defined as the size after assembly of the base, top cover, frame, and components (1) to be welded, and the liquid storage chamber contains a working fluid (3); an underwater welding device (4) is provided, the underwater welding device (4) having a welding head (41) that can extend to the liquid storage chamber (2) to perform the welding process at a predetermined distance (L) below the liquid surface of the working fluid (3); a welding fixture (5) is provided to temporarily fix the components (1) to be welded and then insert them into the liquid storage chamber (2);The welding head (41) of the underwater welding apparatus (4) penetrates the working fluid (3) to assemble the components (1) to be welded; and the welding device (5) cools down in the working fluid (3) together with the welded components (1) and they are then removed from the working fluid. Since the heat generated during the welding process is dissipated quickly, deformations are avoided and the quality of the final product is significantly improved.
