Description
The invention relates to a door sealing device for watertight doors, comprising a housing to be attached to a door with a bore through which a rotatably mounted bolt is guided, which is to be rotated by means of an activator for activating / deactivating a door locking system for opening and closing the door, wherein the bolt is provided with a cylindrical sealing body, the outer surface of which interacts with the inner surface of a sealing ring mounted watertight within the housing, wherein the distance between the outer surface of the sealing body and the inner surface of the sealing ring is dimensioned to ensure a watertight seal with at least low-friction rotation of the bolt and thus of the sealing body. Door sealing devices of the type mentioned above are not known in the prior art. However, there is an interest in providing a device for a watertight door in order to also make the door lock and / or the locking device that ensures watertight mounting of the door in a door frame watertight. The invention according to claim 1 is distinguished from that in publication 10 2022 116 915 A1. Document 10 2022 116 915 A1 further discloses an electromechanical locking assembly for a door, comprising a locking housing which can be placed on one side of the door with its underside, preferably covering the outer edges of one or more mounting openings provided in the door, comprising a first locking device for locking the door, wherein the first locking device has a pivot lever handle which is preferably received in a receptacle of the locking housing in its rest position, and comprising a second locking device for locking the pivot lever handle, wherein this second locking device has an electromechanically actuated locking element in order to provide a universally applicable, electronically actuated pivot lever lock. Document WO 2010 / 115 543 A1 discloses a closure for doors or flaps, with a recess that can be placed on an outer surface of the door leaf to receive a handle lever mounted thereon and which, in its position pivoted into the recess, can be locked by means of a locking device provided on the recess, wherein the locking device consists of an electrically actuated locking part arranged in the recess and the locking part can be actuated, in addition to the electrically operating actuation, by a mechanically operating actuation arranged on the handle lever and which becomes effective in the position of the handle lever pivoted into the recess.and wherein the mechanically operating actuation is arranged in a housing located on the handle lever and removable from the handle lever, and wherein the receiving opening for the housing remaining in the handle lever when the housing is removed from the handle lever can be closed by means of a cover cap to be firmly connected to the handle lever in order to ensure that the mechanical closing of the handle lever and the electrical closing can be carried out during assembly. The object of the invention is to create a device with the help of which it can be ensured that, in particular, the lock and / or a locking device of an otherwise watertight door remains functionally sealed. For a door sealing device of the type mentioned above, this problem is solved according to the invention in that the inner surface of the sealing ring is formed from a metal and the areas of the sealing ring furthest from the inner surface are made from an elastic plastic material. Preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims, the elements of which serve to further improve the solution approach to the problem underlying the invention. In the device according to the invention, the combination of features of the characterizing part of claim 1 in conjunction with the features of its preamble ensures that the bore of an otherwise watertight door is functionally designed to be watertight. According to a first preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, the activator for activating / deactivating a door locking system for opening and closing the door is formed by a gearbox that can be operated by means of a lever. The gearbox is preferably designed to drive a locking bolt rigidly connected to the door, which, in its extended position, engages in recesses formed in a door frame to press the door against sealing strips made of an elastic material and attached to the door frame. In its retracted position, the locking bolt releases the recesses formed in the door frame. To ensure a robust, waterproof lock, the locking bolt is preferably arranged vertically. According to another preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, the activator for activating / deactivating a door locking system for opening and closing the door is formed by a hand lever that interacts with a conventional lock. The housing, as in the first embodiment, is preferably designed for mounting on an outer surface of a door. Typically, the bolt is formed by a polygonal bolt, in particular a square bolt. The sealing body is preferably firmly connected to the bolt in a central area. Furthermore, bolts and sealing bodies are preferably made of a metal and are particularly designed as a single piece. Preferably, the sealing ring is mounted in a watertight manner in an inner recess of the housing, wherein at least on one side in front of the sealing ring a spacer ring is preferably arranged, which is also mounted in an adapted inner recess of the housing. A retaining ring can preferably be arranged in front of the spacer ring, which is also mounted in an adapted inner recess of the sealing body. The housing is preferably cylindrical in shape, with a flat outer surface and a flat inner surface, which can be attached in a watertight manner to a flat outer surface of a door. Furthermore, the housing is preferably connected to an outer surface of an otherwise waterproof door by means of screws. The distance between the outer surface of the sealing body (131) and the inner surface of the sealing ring (121) is preferably dimensioned to be between 5 and 50 micrometers, in particular 10 micrometers. The door sealing device according to the invention is explained below with reference to a preferred embodiment, which is illustrated in the figure of the drawing. The bolt 120 is provided with a cylindrical sealing body 130, the outer surface 131 of which interacts with the inner surface 121 of a sealing ring 135 mounted watertight within the housing, wherein the distance between the outer surface 131 of the sealing body and the inner surface 121 of the sealing ring is dimensioned to ensure a watertight seal when the bolt 120 and thus the sealing body 130 rotates with at least low friction. The activator 201 for activating / deactivating a door locking system for opening and closing the door 200 is formed, according to the embodiment of the device according to the invention shown in Fig. 3, by a transmission 220 which can be actuated by means of a lever 201a. The gearbox 220 is designed to drive a locking bolt 230, which is rigidly connected to the door 200. The bolt 120 is formed by a square bolt, with the sealing body 130 being firmly connected to it in a central area of the bolt 120. Bolt 120 and sealing body 130 are made of one metal and are formed in one piece. The inner surface of the sealing ring 121 is formed of a metal, while the areas of the sealing ring 135 furthest from the inner surface of the sealing ring 121 are made of an elastic plastic material. The sealing ring 135 is mounted in a watertight manner in an inner recess of the housing 110, wherein a spacer ring 140 is arranged on one side in front of the sealing ring 135, which is also mounted in an adapted inner recess 132 of the housing 110. A retaining ring 150 is arranged in front of the spacer ring 140, which is also mounted in an adapted inner recess 132 of the housing 110. The housing 110 is cylindrical with a flat outer surface 112 and a flat inner surface 113, wherein the inner surface 113 can be attached to a flat outer surface 112 of a door in a watertight manner. The housing 110 can be connected to an outer surface 210 of a door 200 in a watertight manner by means of countersunk screws 115.
