Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a forming device for a winding or a roller conveyor for machines for processing fiber tapes, such as a winding or roller conveyor winding device.
[0002] A fiber processing system involves processing the fiber, generally starting with fiber flakes, to obtain a thread.
[0003] The system comprises numerous machines. While carding machines enable the production of fiber strips, a large number of strips are wound and joined together in a winding or roller web winding device installed after the carding machines, forming a web or fabric. This web or fabric is then wound onto a tube or spool to form a coil or roll web in a forming device.
[0004] Examples of devices for forming the winding are described in the international applications WO 2011 / 077 267 A1, WO 2011 / 073 831 A1, WO 2012 / 011 055 A1 under the applicant's name.
[0005] The reels are then sent to the combing machines, and the tape produced by them, starting from the reels, is sent to the winding device, pre-spinning machines or flyers and spinning machines, each for forming tapes, rovings and yarn spools.
[0006] To increase the productivity of the system, it is very important to produce uniform windings or roller webs while limiting working time. WO 2011 / 073 831 A1 describes a device for forming a coil, wherein the belt of a coil forming device is multilayered and comprises a processing layer made of polyurethane intended for coil contact, a reinforcing intermediate layer made of polyester fabric and a drag layer intended to come into contact with the primary calender, made of polyester.
[0007] WO 2011 / 077 267 A1 describes a device for forming a coil, comprising a primary calender provided with an auxiliary belt and a secondary calender which is larger in diameter than the primary calender.
[0008] WO 2012 / 011055 A1 describes a device for forming a coil, comprising a primary calender, a secondary calender, a feed unit with a lower output cylinder and an upper output cylinder that can be moved towards or away from each other, drive means suitable for imparting a rotational speed to the calenders and / or the output cylinders, and coupling means for connecting the drive means to the output cylinders and imparting a desired rotational speed.
[0009] DE 16 85 609 A relates to an automatic winding process and a device for this process, characterized in that a single winding roll is used which is used to produce a stretch band winding, a tape winding or belt winding by spinning.
[0010] DE 15 10 305 A relates to a method and a device for automatic spool removal for a machine for producing windings during combing, in which, after completion of the winding of a winding, the various operations, which include the ejection and removal of the full winding, the feeding of a new spool, the cutting of the winding thread and the initiation of the winding, are carried out in a very short time without the machine being stopped during these operations.
[0011] The purpose of the present invention is to enable the forming device of the winding, in particular a winding or roller web winding device, to maintain the regularity of the shape of the windings.
[0012] This purpose is achieved by a forming device for the winding or the roller conveyor according to claim 1.
[0013] The properties and advantages of the forming device according to the present inventions will become apparent from the following description, namely from a non-limiting example according to the accompanying figures, in which: Fig. 1 shows a diagram of a forming device of the winding or the roller conveyor for a winding or roller conveyor winding device according to the present invention according to a preferred embodiment; - Fig. Figures 2 to 5 show a sequence of the working phases of the winding forming device; and - Fig. Figure 6 shows a diagram of a pneumatic circuit of the winding forming device.
[0014] According to the invention, a machine for spinning preparation, for example for processing fiber ribbons or a fabric or web, such as a winding or roller web winding device, comprises a forming device 1 of the winding or roller web.
[0015] The device 1 has an inlet area 2 for the inlet of a fabric or web W, which comes from the device in front of the device 1, such as the pulling and joining device of the roller web winding device.
[0016] The device 1 preferably comprises a feed group 4 to receive the incoming tissue W, which follows an entry direction IN and the deflection.
[0017] The feed group 4, for example, comprises a multitude of guide cylinders, such as a lower cylinder 4a and an upper cylinder 4a, between whose lateral surfaces or surfaces passages are formed to define a feed path for the tissue W.
[0018] The coil L is formed from the fabric W, which is wound around a tube or sleeve T, preferably with a perforated area or surface.
[0019] The device 1 also consists of a pair of calenders, which are, for example, motorized, preferably with a fixed axis of rotation, for forming the coil L. When the tissue forming cycle starts, the sleeve T rests against the two calenders.
[0020] In particular, the device 1 consists of a primary calender 22 with a primary diameter Dp and a secondary calender 24 with a secondary diameter Ds. The primary diameter Dp is preferably smaller than the secondary diameter Ds.
[0021] Furthermore, the device 1 preferably consists of an auxiliary belt 40 which forms a closed circle and is wound at least partially around the primary calender 22, remaining in contact with the sleeve T and then with the resulting coil.
[0022] The device 1 also consists of the guide means which guide the wrapping of the fabric around the sleeve.
[0023] These guide means consist of a carriage or carriage 41, which is equipped with a few plates 42 spaced apart along the axis of rotation of the calenders 22, 24 to define a zone between them.
[0024] The plates 41 are translatable or transferable along a straight carriage axis Y, generally inclined with respect to the vertical in order to follow and guide the resulting coil.
[0025] Preferably the carriage comprises centering means provided on or to the plates 42 to hold the sleeve in a defined position relative to the plates; the plates 42 generally consist of round disks and the centering means define a tube or sleeve axis that coincides with or is congruent with the central axis of the plates.
[0026] Preferably the plates 42 further consist of suction means suitable to interact with the sleeve T, which is supported or carried by the calenders 22, 24, in order to create a depression on its surface.
[0027] The carriage 41 is therefore suitable to change from an initial configuration in which the plates are in a lowered limit position to a final configuration in which the plates are translated or transferred along the carriage axis Y with respect to the lowered limit position and assume a raised limit position.
[0028] Furthermore, the forming device 1 consists of loading means for the winding which are suitable to keep the resulting winding in forced contact with the two calenders in order to increase the compaction of the fabric wound around the sleeve.
[0029] According to a preferred embodiment, the loading means consist of two piston-cylinder groups 50, each of which is connected to the respective plate 42 and which are suitable to move the plates towards the lowered limit position during the forming of the winding, and also enable the plates to be raised so that the winding of the fabric onto the tube is very compact.
[0030] According to the variant shown, the piston-cylinder groups 50 are suitable for pulling the plates towards the lowered limit position during the forming of the coil.
[0031] Furthermore, the device 1 consists of discharge means suitable for keeping the resulting coil L suspended over the calenders 22, 24 during a pause in the forming of the coil.
[0032] According to a preferred embodiment, the discharge means also consist of the two dual-action piston-cylinder groups 50, which are driven to move the plates towards the raised limiting position so that the resulting coil is held suspended above the calenders.
[0033] According to the variant shown, the piston-cylinder groups 50 are suitable for pressing the plates to the raised limiting position during the pause in the forming of the coil.
[0034] The forming device 1 preferably comprises a pneumatic actuation circuit 60 for the controlled power supply of the piston-cylinder groups 50.
[0035] The actuating circuit 60 includes a valve 62, for example a solenoid valve, for supplying power to the two piston-cylinder groups 50 as a charging medium or alternatively as a discharging medium.
[0036] For example, the valve is a bistable valve with two working positions A, B and a central rest position C.
[0037] In the first working position A, the loading devices are controlled or actuated, which means that the two piston-cylinder groups are driven to press the coil against the calenders; in the second working position B, the unloading devices are controlled or actuated, which means that the two piston-cylinder groups are driven to overcome the weight of the coil and the carriage and to hold the coil suspended above the calenders.
[0038] The forming device 1 also includes control or regulating means suitable for controlling or regulating the loading and unloading means as required.
[0039] Preferably, the control system detects a machine stop signal during the winding process and commands the unloading system via an unloading activation or control signal. Furthermore, the control system detects a start signal during the winding process and commands the loading system via a loading activation or control signal.
[0040] Preferably, the control means further comprise a timer suitable for determining the actuation or control duration of the discharge means; preferably, this timer is also suitable for sending a timing or clock signal variable depending on the status of the winding formation, so that in particular the actuation or control interval of the discharge means becomes longer as the winding formation progresses.
[0041] In other words, the piston-cylinder assemblies operate during the coil's lifting phase for a time interval that increases as the coil's forming progresses, thus lifting it progressively higher above the calenders. For this reason, the coil will be raised significantly towards the end of the forming process, whereas it will be raised less at the beginning or just before forming.
[0042] The forming device 1 is suitable for carrying out a forming cycle for forming the coil L.
[0043] According to an initial phase of the cycle ( Fig. 2) Device 1 is in an initial configuration in which the sleeve T is supported or carried by the two calenders 22, 24, the carriage is in the initial configuration, the suction means are activated to create a depression through the holes on the surface of the sleeve T in order to draw the fabric W to the sleeve T, and the fabric W begins to wrap around the sleeve T.
[0044] According to the forming phase of the wrap ( Fig. 3) the fabric W continues to wrap around the sleeve and the plates 42 gradually translate or transfer along the carriage axis Y to accompany the resulting coil L.
[0045] During the forming phase, the winding loading devices are activated. In other words, the winding is moved to the calenders or pushed from the cylinder groups 50 to the calenders, so that the fabric is wound compactly. The valve 62 is active in the first working position A.
[0046] Before the forming of the wrap is complete, the machine could stop, for example due to a tear in the fabric being wound.
[0047] Under these circumstances ( Fig. 4) The loading devices are deactivated and the unloading devices are activated so that the weight of the cart and their own weight do not deform the wrap.
[0048] In other words, the piston-cylinder groups 50 reverse their action and support the coil, so that it is held suspended above the calenders, overcoming the weight of the coil and the carriage. The valve 62 is active in the second working position B.
[0049] After the stop, the unloading equipment is deactivated and the loading equipment is reactivated ( Fig.5), so that the wrap rests again and is pressed or pushed against the calenders 22, 24 and the shaping of the wrap begins again until the length of the wound fabric (or a weight) is close to the desired length.
[0050] The forming device of the present invention makes it possible to obtain very uniformly shaped coils or roller webs in an innovative way by preventing deformation due to machine stoppages.
[0051] Strictly speaking, in conventional machines, the stop causes the coil to become oval due to its own weight and the weight of the carriage hanging from the coil, supported by the calenders.
[0052] It is clear that a technician in this field, in order to meet any requirements that may arise, could make changes to the forming device described above, all of which fall within the scope of protection as defined in the following claims.
