Description

Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to a high-voltage direct current relay, in particular a mechanism for preventing the horizontal deflection of the high-voltage direct current relay in order to prevent a deflection of the internal movable spring disc of the high-voltage direct current relay. State of the art

[0002] In the high-voltage DC relay, the movable iron core will drive the push rod to move upwards and downwards, so that the dynamic contacts and static contacts attached to the movable spring disc at the top of the push rod touch each other or are separated from each other. From a standstill, the push rod used to connect the movable iron core and the movable spring disc only has axial guidance, while there is no positional limitation in the circumferential direction of the push rod. As a result, the push rod can rotate circumferentially during the upward and downward movement process, causing the movable spring disc attached to the push rod to deflect horizontally. This prevents the dynamic and static contacts from aligning precisely, thus impairing the reliability of the relay.

[0003] JP 2013-243 110 A relates to a relay comprising several stationary terminals with stationary contact points; a movable contact with a movable contact point; a drive element for moving the movable contact in a first direction towards each stationary terminal and in a second direction away from each stationary terminal; a first insulating container; and a second container forming an airtight space in which the movable contact and each stationary contact are housed together with the first container and the several stationary terminals. The relay further comprises an element of magnetic material that is not mechanically connected to the movable contact and the drive element and is located in the airtight space closer to the first direction than the movable contact.

[0004] JP 2005-26183A relates to an electromagnetic switching device for opening and closing an electrical circuit in a movable body powered by electrical energy. The electromagnetic device comprises a magnetic coil, a movable iron core, a yoke and another yoke, a pair of fixed contacts, a pair of movable contacts, a shaft, and a container body to house the shaft, wherein a pair of movable contacts is brought into contact with or separated from the pair of fixed contacts by the shaft by advancing / retracting the movable iron core along an axis through the electromagnetic device.

[0005] JP H06- 203 725 A discloses a sealed container filled with electrically insulating gas to form an airtight space for receiving the contact sealing element attached to one end of the bellows attached to the container body. Content of the invention

[0006] An objective of the present invention is to provide a mechanism for preventing the horizontal deflection of the high-voltage DC relay, which can prevent horizontal deflection of the movable spring disc, ensure accurate contact between the dynamic and static contacts of the relay, and improve the reliability of the relay.

[0007] To achieve the above objective, the present invention employs the following technical solution: a mechanism for preventing the horizontal deflection of the high-voltage DC relay, comprising an arrangement of dynamic contacts, wherein the arrangement of dynamic contacts includes a movable spring disc and dynamic contacts arranged at the left and right ends of the movable spring disc, respectively, and wherein the upper segment of the push rod is located on the yoke plate and is attached to the movable spring disc, and wherein a positioning plate is arranged on the yoke plate, and wherein a left restoring spring is connected between the left end of the movable spring disc and the positioning plate, and wherein a right restoring spring is connected between the right end of the movable spring disc and the positioning plate.

[0008] In the present invention, a left return spring and a right return spring are arranged at the left and right ends of the movable spring disc, which are provided with dynamic contacts. On the one hand, a separation force can be provided between the dynamic and static contacts. Since the left return spring and the right return spring act directly on the movable spring disc, the dynamic contacts and the static contacts can be quickly separated from each other when necessary, and the relay reacts quickly.Furthermore, both ends of the movable spring disc exert tension on the positioning plate. Therefore, the left and right return springs always provide a force to prevent horizontal rotation of the movable spring disc, ensuring precise alignment of the dynamic and static contacts, reliable contact between them, and preventing contact between the movable spring disc and other parts from causing a fault. The positioning plate is made of insulating material, such as plastic.

[0009] According to the present invention, an upwardly extending spring mounting plate is arranged at each of the lower positions of the left end and the right end of the positioning plate, respectively, corresponding to the movable spring disc. The spring mounting plate has a lower mounting hole for the spring, and a protective ring is fitted to the inner wall of the lower mounting hole. The protective ring can be an iron ring or made of a material of a specific thickness to prevent the left and right return springs from tearing the spring mounting plate of the positioning plate, thus ensuring the reliability of the relay.

[0010] Preferably, the axis of the left return spring and the axis of the right return spring are each aligned parallel to the axis of the push rod, with the connection point between the left return spring and the movable spring disc, as well as the connection point between the right return spring and the movable spring disc, each being located between two dynamic contacts and approaching the inner surface of the dynamic contacts. The axis of the left return spring and the axis of the right return spring being aligned parallel to the axis of the push rod further improves the stability of the movable spring disc in the horizontal direction.Preferably, the connection point between the left return spring and the movable spring disc, as well as the connection point between the right return spring and the movable spring disc, are located on the front and rear sides of the movable spring disc, respectively. This arrangement allows the force exerted on the movable spring disc by the left and right return springs to prevent deflection to be further increased.

[0011] Preferably, the connection point between the left return spring and the movable spring disc, as well as the connection point between the right return spring and the movable spring disc, are both located on the front or rear side of the movable spring disc. The position of the left and right return springs can be selected as required. If the left and right return springs are located on the same side, the movable spring disc will tilt. When the dynamic and static contacts make contact and are separated, a kneading motion occurs to ensure contact between the dynamic and static contacts.

[0012] Preferably, the connection point between the left return spring and the movable spring disc, as well as the connection point between the right return spring and the movable spring disc, are located on a center line of the movable spring that is symmetrical with respect to the front and rear sides.

[0013] Preferably, an upper mounting hole for the spring is provided at each end of the movable spring disc, wherein the spring mounting plate comprises a left spring mounting plate and a right spring mounting plate, and wherein a lower mounting hole for the spring is formed on the left spring mounting plate, and wherein a lower mounting hole for the spring is formed on the right spring mounting plate.

[0014] Preferably, the left and right return springs are each an S-shaped tension spring. The above arrangement ensures the stability of the present invention.

[0015] Preferably, a metallic permeability clamp and an insulating plate are arranged on the yoke plate, forming an enclosed structure, wherein the yoke plate and the insulating plate are fastened by a fastening element such that the metallic permeability clamp is confined between the yoke plate and the insulating plate, and wherein the insulating plate, the metallic permeability clamp and the yoke plate form a chamber for receiving the arrangement of static contacts and the arrangement of dynamic contacts, and wherein the arrangement of static contacts comprises an extended end and static contacts attached to the extended end, and wherein the extended end and the insulating plate are fastened together, and wherein the upper end face of the positioning plate and the lower end of the metallic permeability clamp abut each other.and wherein the lower end face of the positioning plate and the yoke plate abut each other. The above arrangement is used to secure the positioning plate, wherein the positioning plate is firmly clamped between the metallic permeability clamp and the yoke plate.

[0016] Preferably, a positioning frame extends upwards from the positioning plate, with the metallic permeability clamp mounted on the periphery of the positioning frame. The arrangement of the positioning frame ensures that the metallic permeability clamp has no deflection in the horizontal direction.

[0017] The present invention has the following advantages: horizontal deflection of the movable spring disc can be avoided, precise contact between the dynamic and static contacts of the relay can be ensured, and the reliability of the relay can be improved.
