EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION Description of embodiments of the present disclosure
[0011] First, embodiments of the present disclosure are listed below.
[0012] A wiring component with a fixing element according to the present disclosure is as follows.
[0013] (1) A wiring component with a fixing element comprises a wiring component and a fixing element. The wiring component has several wire-like transmission elements and a carrier material. The several wire-like transmission elements are fixed side by side to the carrier material. The carrier material is bent such that it surrounds the several wire-like transmission elements. The fixing element has an attachment section and a fixing section. The attachment section is located on an outer surface of the carrier material and is attached to the wiring component. The fixing section is connected to the attachment section and is fixed to an object to which the wiring component is to be fixed. When the attachment section is attached to the wiring component, the carrier material is held in a bent position.
[0014] In the state of the cabling component where the mounting section is attached, the carrier material is held in a bent position and surrounds the wire-like transmission element. Thus, the entire circumference of the wire-like transmission element in the cabling component can be protected by the carrier material.
[0015] The wire-like transmission element is a wire-like element that transmits electrical energy, light, or the like.
[0016] (2) The wiring component may be in a spirally wound state in cross-section. In this case, the carrier material can easily be bent into the shape so that it surrounds the wire-like transmission element.
[0017] (3) The fixing element may be a molded part formed by molding the mounting section and the fixing section in one piece. The mounting section may have an annular section capable of changing its state between an annular and a non-annular state, and which, in the annular state, surrounds the wiring component, and a section for maintaining an annular shape, which is arranged at one end of the annular section and restrains another end of the annular section to keep the annular section in the annular state. In this case, a universal band clamp, a two-part clamp, or the like may be used as the fixing element.
[0018] (4) Furthermore, an insert element may be arranged that is fixed to an outer circumferential section of the carrier material and positioned between the annular section and the carrier material. The coefficient of friction on an outer surface of the insert element with respect to the annular section may be higher than the coefficient of friction on an outer surface of the carrier material with respect to the annular section. In this case, the annular section may reduce the circumferential rotation of the wiring component.
[0019] (5) The fixing element may be a molded part formed by forming the mounting section and the fixing section in one piece. The mounting section may be in a plate-like form extending longitudinally along the wiring component. The wiring component with fixing element may also include a bundling element designed to bundle the mounting section and the wiring component. In this case, a universal tape clamp or the like may be used as the fixing element.
[0020] (6) The carrier material may comprise a main section in which the wire-like transmission elements are arranged and an extension section in which no wire-like transmission element is arranged, the extension section being connected to the main section. In the wiring component, the extension section may be wrapped once or several times around an outer surface of the main section. In this case, the entire outer surface of the main section may be covered by the extension section.
[0021] (7) A method for manufacturing a wiring component with a fixing element according to the present disclosure is a method for manufacturing a wiring component with a fixing element comprising the following steps: manufacturing a flat wiring component having several wire-like transmission elements and a carrier material on which the several wire-like transmission elements are fixed side by side; bending the carrier material such that the carrier material surrounds the several wire-like transmission elements;and attaching a mounting section of a fixing element to the wiring component such that the mounting section is arranged on an outer surface of the carrier material and holds the carrier material in a bent state, wherein the fixing element includes the mounting section and a fixing section is connected to the mounting section and is fixed to an object to which the wiring component is to be fixed. In a state of the wiring component in which the mounting section is attached to the wiring component, the carrier material is held in a bent state and surrounds the wire-like transmission element. Thus, in the wiring component, the entire circumference of the wire-like transmission element can be protected by the carrier material. Details of embodiments of the present disclosure
[0022] Specific examples of a wiring component with a fixing element according to the present disclosure are described below with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to these examples, but is set forth in the claims and includes meanings equivalent to those of the claims, as well as all variations falling within the scope of the claims. First embodiment
[0023] The following is a description of a cabling component with a fixing element according to a first embodiment. Fig. Figure 1 is a side view illustrating a wiring component with a fixing element 10 according to a first embodiment. Fig. Figure 2 is a front view illustrating the wiring component with fixing element 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig. Figure 3 is a perspective view illustrating a wiring component 20 before bending a support material 30.
[0024] The wiring component with fixing element 10 comprises a wiring component 20 and a fixing element 40. The wiring component with fixing element 10 of the present example also comprises an insert element 60.
[0025] The wiring component 20 is a vehicle-mounted element that supplies the vehicle's equipment with electrical energy and transmits and receives signals. The wiring component 20 comprises several wire-like transmission elements 22 and a carrier material 30 to which the several wire-like transmission elements 22 are fixed side by side. In the wiring component 20, the carrier material 30 is bent such that it surrounds the wire-like transmission elements 22. As shown in Fig. As illustrated in Figure 3, the cabling component 20 is formed as follows: The cabling component 20 is first formed flat, after which the carrier material 30 is bent. Hereinafter, the cabling component 20 before the carrier material 30 is bent is referred to as the flat cabling component 20B. The dimension of the flat cabling component 20B in the thickness direction is smaller than the dimension in a plane direction perpendicular to the thickness direction. The cabling component 20B is formed by fixing the several wire-like transmission elements 22 to the carrier material 30.
[0026] The wire-like transmission element 22 can be any wire-like element that transmits electrical energy or light. For example, the wire-like transmission element 22 can be an ordinary wire with a conductor and a sheath around the conductor, or it can be a bare conductive wire, a shielded wire, a lacquered wire, a nickel-chromium wire, or an optical fiber.
[0027] The electrical energy-transmitting wire-like transmission elements 22 can be signal lines of various types or power supply lines of various types. The electrical energy-transmitting wire-like transmission elements 22 can, for example, be used as an antenna or coil that transmits a signal or electrical energy to or from a location.
[0028] The wire-like transmission element 22 comprises a transmission wire body that transmits electrical energy, light, or the like, and a cover that encloses the transmission wire body. If the wire-like transmission element 22 is an ordinary wire, the transmission wire body is a conductor and the cover is an insulating sheath. In the Fig. In the illustrated example 2, several wire-like transmission elements 22 with the same diameter and structure are arranged on a support material 30. However, it is sufficient if the diameter, structure, or the like of the several wire-like transmission elements 22 are defined as required, and wire-like transmission elements 22 with different diameters, structures, or the like can also be arranged on the same support material 30.
[0029] The wire-like transmission element 22 can be a single-wire material or a composite of several wire-like materials (stranded wire, a cable in which several wire-like materials are combined and covered with a sheath, or the like). Depending on the type of connection to an element to be connected to the wire-like transmission element 22, a terminal, connector, or the like is arranged at one end section of the wire-like transmission element 22, as required.
[0030] The carrier material 30 has a main section 32, on which the wire-like transmission elements 22 are arranged, and an extension piece 34 that connects to the main section 32. No wire-like transmission elements 22 are arranged on the extension piece 34. In the wiring component 20, the extension piece 34 is wound once or several times around an outer surface of the main section 32.
[0031] Although there are no specific restrictions regarding the material of the carrier material 30, the carrier material 30 is, for example, made of a plastic-containing material such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or polypropylene (PP). The carrier material 30 can be, for example, a fibrous material with fibers, such as a nonwoven, woven, or knitted fabric, or a non-fiber material. The non-fiber material can be a solid material with a uniformly filled interior, a foamed material made of expanded plastic, or the like. The carrier material 30 can comprise a material such as metal.
[0032] The substrate material 30 can comprise a single layer or several layers stacked on top of each other. If several layers are stacked on top of each other, it is conceivable, for example, that a plastic layer is stacked on top of another plastic layer. Alternatively, it is conceivable, for example, that a plastic layer is stacked on top of a metal layer. Furthermore, the substrate material 30 can be a material in which a non-fiber layer and another non-fiber layer are stacked on top of each other, a material in which a non-fiber layer and a fiber layer are stacked on top of each other, or a material in which a fiber layer and another fiber layer are stacked on top of each other.
[0033] In the flat cabling component 20B, the carrier material 30 holds the wire-like transmission elements 22 in a two-dimensionally positioned state. If, in the following, a distinction is to be made between the carrier material 30 in a bent state within the cabling component 20 and the carrier material 30 in a spread-out state before bending within the cabling component 20B, the carrier material 30 spread out in the flat cabling component 20B is referred to as a carrier material 30B.
[0034] The wire-like transmission elements 22 are arranged on a main surface of the carrier material 30B. The carrier material 30B holds the several wire-like transmission elements 22 side by side. The carrier material 30B is a flexible element. In the following, a main surface of the carrier material 30B, to which the wire-like transmission elements 22 are fixed, is referred to as main surface 31a, and a main surface on the side opposite main surface 31a is referred to as main surface 31b.
[0035] The wire-like transmission elements 22 are fixed to the carrier material 30B in a state in which they are arranged along a predetermined path on the main surface 31a of the carrier material 30B. The carrier material 30B is formed in the form of a strip that extends along the path of the wire-like transmission elements 22. The path of the wire-like transmission elements 22 on the carrier material 30B can be defined as required, with the wire-like transmission elements 22 in this example having a section arranged linearly on the carrier material 30B. If the carrier material 30B is bent, it is sufficient that it surrounds the wire-like transmission elements 22 at the section with the linear arrangement of the wire-like transmission elements 22.
[0036] The wire-like transmission elements 22 can have a curved section arranged on the support material 30B. In this case, the support material 30B can also be curved along the main surface 31a, following the curve of the wire-like transmission elements 22. The multiple wire-like transmission elements 22 can be arranged on the support material 30B in different configurations, such as branching or crossing. In this case, the support material 30B can also be branching or crossing. If the support material 30B is shaped along the path of the multiple wire-like transmission elements 22, mutual interference between the support material 30B and other components can be reduced, and the weight can also be reduced.
[0037] The wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B are fixed, and this fixed state is maintained even after the carrier material 30B is bent to form the carrier material 30. Fixing can be achieved by fixation at a contact surface, fixation outside of a contact surface, or both simultaneously. Fixation at a contact surface is a type of fixation in which the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B are fixed to each other by mutual contact at their respective contact points. Fixation outside of a contact surface differs from fixation at a contact surface. In fixation outside of a contact surface, the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B are held, for example, in a fixed state against each other. This is achieved, for example, by pressing the wire-like transmission elements 22 against the carrier material 30B with a thread, another carrier material, adhesive tape, or the like, or by surrounding the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B, thus lying between the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B. The following description assumes that the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B are fixed to a contact surface. However, the descriptions for fixing to a contact surface also apply, mutatis mutandis, to fixing outside of a contact surface.
[0038] For fixing to a contact surface, indirect fixing, direct fixing, or both simultaneously can be used in different areas. In indirect fixing, the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B are fixed to one another by being in indirect contact via an insert element 60 arranged between them, for example, an adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a double-sided adhesive tape, or a hook-and-loop fastener. In direct fixing, the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B are fixed to one another by direct contact, without the use of a separately arranged material such as an adhesive. For direct fixing, it is conceivable, for example, that the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B are fixed by melting the plastic in at least one of them and bringing them into contact with each other. The following description assumes that the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B are fixed by direct fixation. However, the descriptions for direct fixation also apply mutatis mutandis to indirect fixation.
[0039] To achieve such a state of direct fixation, it is conceivable, for example, to melt the plastic using heat or a solvent. The state of direct fixation can therefore be either a state of direct fixation by heat or a state of direct fixation by solvent. Direct fixation by heat is preferred.
[0040] There are no particular restrictions regarding the means for forming the direct fixation state, and various means can be used, including known methods such as welding with a visible weld seam after welding, welding without a visible weld seam after welding, and welding at the molecular level. For example, if the direct fixation state is formed by heat, various welding methods such as ultrasonic welding, hot pressure welding, hot air welding, and high-frequency welding can be applied. When the direct fixation state is formed in this way, the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B are in the direct fixation state formed in this manner. If the direct fixation state is specifically formed by ultrasonic welding, the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B are in the direct fixation state formed by ultrasonic welding. For example, the section in which the direct fixation state is formed by heat welding (a fixation section between the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B) can be referred to herein as the weld section, the section of fixation by ultrasonic welding can be referred to as the ultrasonic welding section, and the section of fixation by hot pressure welding can be referred to as the hot pressure welding section.
[0041] In the case of direct fixation, either only the plastic contained in the wire-like transmission element 22 or only the plastic contained in the carrier material 30B can be melted. In this case, the molten plastic adheres to an outer surface of the plastic on the other side, which in some cases can form a relatively clear interface. Alternatively, in the case of direct fixation, both the plastic contained in the wire-like transmission element 22 and the plastic contained in the carrier material 30B can be melted. In this case, the two plastics may mix and no clear interface may be formed. If the sheaths of the wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30B contain compatible plastics, such as the same plastic material, the two plastics may mix and no clear interface may be formed.
[0042] The carrier material 30B, which is directly fixed to the wire-like transmission elements 22, can be a material obtained by layers of a first sheet-like element and a second sheet-like element. The first sheet-like element is better suited for direct fixation to the wire-like transmission elements 22 than the second sheet-like element. For example, the first sheet-like element is a material in which an isologous material for sheathing the wire-like transmission elements 22 is formed into a solid sheet-like shape. The first sheet-like element is shown on the main surface 31a of the carrier material 30B. The wire-like transmission elements 22 are fixed directly to the first sheet-like element. The second sheet-like element has better protective properties than the first sheet-like element. For example, the second sheet-like element is a nonwoven fabric. The second leaf-like element is visible on the main surface 31b of the carrier material 30B. The second leaf-like element is visible on the outer surface of the wiring component 20. Although no layer of a leaf-like metal element is applied to the carrier material 30 according to the present example, a leaf-like metal element may also be applied.
[0043] The wiring component 20 is located in a cross-section in a spirally wound state. The "spirally wound state in a cross-section" is, as in Fig. Figure 3 illustrates a state in which winding has been carried out such that a section representing a winding start section, which is rewound from an edge section of the support material 30B to another end section representing a winding end section, overlaps the outside of the already wound part. In the spirally wound state, the winding start section lies on the inner circumferential side, while the winding end section lies on the outer circumferential side. When the extension piece 34 is arranged on the support material 30, as in Fig. As illustrated in Figure 3, the winding can be arranged such that the main surface 31a of the carrier material 30 is located on the inside or the outside with respect to the main surface 31b. If the extension piece 34 is not arranged, it is sufficient if the winding is arranged such that the main surface 31a is located on the inside with respect to the main surface 31b.
[0044] If the carrier material 30 of the cabling component 20 is bent so that it surrounds the wire-like transmission elements 22, the cross-section does not necessarily have to be in the spirally wound state. As, for example, in Fig. As illustrated in Figure 4, the wiring component 20 can be folded in such a way that the wire-like transmission elements 22 are located on the inside with respect to the carrier material 30.
[0045] The wire-like transmission element 22 in the cabling component 20 can also be arranged such that it is in contact with both the carrier material 30 on the inner circumferential side and with the carrier material 30 on the outer circumferential side. In the example from Fig. In the spiral-shaped cabling component 20, the wire-like transmission element 22 on the outer circumferential side (the wire-like transmission element 22 on the outside of the portion wound once from the central section) is in contact with the carrier material 30 on both its own inner circumferential side and the carrier material 30 on its own outer circumferential side. The wire-like transmission element 22, which is in contact with the carrier material 30 both inwards and outwards with respect to itself, is attached to the carrier material 30 only on the inwards or only on the outwards. The reason for this is that the flat cabling component 20B is wound up to obtain the cabling component 20. In the Fig. In the illustrated example 2, the main surface 31a is wound in such a way that it is arranged inside with respect to the main surface 31b, which is why the wire-like transmission element 22, which is in contact with the carrier material 30 both inside and outside, is only attached to the carrier material 30 on the outside circumferential side by the carrier material 30 on the inside and outside circumferential sides.
[0046] A section may exist in which wire-like transmission elements 22, which are not adjacent to each other in the cabling component 20, face each other directly without the carrier material 30 between them. In the example from Fig. In the middle section of the spiral-shaped cabling component 20, there is a section in which the wire-like transmission elements 22 face directly towards each other without the carrier material 30 between them. Since the flat cabling component 20B is wound up to obtain the cabling component 20, a section can exist in which the wire-like transmission elements 22 face directly towards each other without the carrier material 30 between them.
[0047] The carrier material 30 can have a completely uniform thickness or be formed with sections of varying thickness. If the carrier material 30 is formed with sections of varying thickness, it is conceivable that the thickness of a section that is highly likely to be in contact with a surrounding component when the wiring component 20 is arranged in a vehicle or the like is specified as greater than the thickness of a section that is less likely to be in contact with a surrounding component. For example, if the carrier material 30 is formed with sections of varying thickness, the sections of varying thickness can be separated from one another in the longitudinal direction of the wire-like transmission elements 22, or the sections of varying thickness can be arranged in the orientation direction of the wire-like transmission elements 22.
[0048] The fixing element 40 has an attachment section 42, which is attached to the wiring component 20, and a fixing section 50, which is connected to the attachment section 42 and fixed to an object 80 to which the wiring component 20 is to be fixed. The attachment section 42 is positioned on the outside of the carrier material 30. When the attachment section 42 is attached to the wiring component 20, the carrier material 30 is held in a bent position. When the flat wiring component 20B is coiled up as the wiring component 20 and the attachment section 42 is removed from the wiring component 20, the carrier material 30 unfolds, allowing the wiring component 20 to return to its flat state.
[0049] The fixing element 40 according to the present example is a molded part formed by one-piece molding of the attachment section 42 and the fixing section 50. The attachment section 42 has an annular section 44 and a section 46 for maintaining an annular shape. The annular section 44 can change its state between an annular state, as in Fig. 2 illustrates, and change to a non-ring-shaped state, as in Fig. Figure 5 illustrates this. In the ring-shaped state, the ring-shaped section 44 surrounds the wiring component 20. The section 46 for maintaining the ring shape is arranged at one end section of the ring-shaped section 44. The section 46 for maintaining the ring shape holds back another end section of the ring-shaped section 44 to keep the ring-shaped section 44 in the ring-shaped state.
[0050] In the present example, a band clamp 40 is used as the fixing element 40. In other words, the annular section 44 is a band section 44, and the section 46 for maintaining the annular shape is a band fixing section 46. The band section 44 has a completely bendable, narrow band shape. The band fixing section 46 has, for example, a body section 47 in which a band insertion hole 47h is formed through which the band section 44 can be inserted, and a locking lug (not shown) that projects from an inner circumferential surface of the band insertion hole 47h toward a space in the band insertion hole 47h. The band section 44 has several engaged sections (not shown) on which the locking lugs can selectively engage. When the locking lug engages in the engaged section in a state of insertion of the tape section 44 into the tape insertion hole 47h, the tape section 44 is held back on the tape fixing section 46.
[0051] In a state where, in the example from Fig. 2. Since a central section of the tape section 44 is wrapped around an outer circumferential section of the wiring component 20 and a tip end section of the tape section 44 is fixed to the tape fixing section 46, the attachment section 42 is in a state of attachment to the wiring component 20. It is sufficient if the attachment section 42 secures the wiring component 20. In this case, it is conceivable that the nonwoven fabric of the carrier material 30 is partially compressed at the point where the attachment section 42 is attached, unlike the nonwoven fabric of the carrier material 30 where the attachment section 42 is not attached. The nonwoven fabric of the carrier material 30 at the point of attachment of the attachment section 42 returns from the compressed state when the attachment section 42 is removed. The nonwoven fabric of the carrier material 30 at the point of application of the attachment section 42 retains a soft state. It is sufficient if the nonwoven fabric of the carrier material 30 at the point of application of the application section 42 maintains a state in which it is as soft or slightly less soft than the nonwoven fabric of the carrier material 30 where the application section 42 is not applied.
[0052] The fixing section 50 of the band clamp 40 is designed to engage in a through-hole 82 formed in a plate-like element 80, such as a panel. The fixing section 50 has a column section 52, which projects from the band fixing section 46, and a pair of locking pieces 54, which project from a pointed end section of the column section 52 to a side and a foot end of the column section 52. At one foot end of the pair of locking pieces 54, the two locking pieces 54 are designed such that their distance from their pointed end gradually increases. When the fixing section 50 is inserted into the through-hole 82 and comes into contact with the circumferential edge section of the through-hole 82, the two locking pieces 54 can deform elastically, thus reducing their distance as the circumferential edge section of the through-hole 82 exerts force on them. Once the tip end section has passed through the through-hole 82, the two locking pieces 54 elastically return to their original shape and snap into place on the circumferential edge section of the through-hole 82. In this way, the fixing section 50 is fixed to the object 80 to which the wiring component is to be fixed.
[0053] The insert element 60 is fixed to an outer circumferential section of the carrier material 30. The insert element 60 is arranged between the annular section 44 and the carrier material 30. The coefficient of friction on an outer surface of the insert element 60 with respect to the annular section 44 is higher than the coefficient of friction on an outer surface of the carrier material 30 with respect to the annular section 44. There are no particular restrictions regarding the material of the insert element 60, as long as the coefficient of friction on the outer surface of the insert element 60 with respect to the annular section 44 is higher than the coefficient of friction on the outer surface of the carrier material 30 with respect to the annular section 44. For example, it is conceivable that an adhesive tape could be used as the insert element 60 and fixed to the outer surface of the carrier material 30 by winding it around the outer surface. Manufacturing process
[0054] The following is a description of a method for manufacturing the wiring component with fixing element 10. The method for manufacturing the wiring component with fixing element 10 comprises the following steps (a), (b) and (c).
[0055] Step (a) is a step in the production of the flat cabling component (cabling component 20B), which comprises the multiple wire-like transmission elements 22 and the carrier material 30 on which the multiple wire-like transmission elements 22 are fixed side by side. The flat cabling component 20B is thus produced as an element that is flat and to which the multiple wire-like transmission elements 22 are fixed in an aligned state directly on the main surface 31a of the carrier material 30B.
[0056] Step (b) involves bending the carrier material 30B such that the carrier material 30 surrounds the wire-like transmission elements 22. Both the main section 32 and the extension piece 34 of the carrier material 30B are bent. A section of the cabling component 20B, which is to be newly wound from one end section to another in the direction of the wire-like transmission elements 22, is located on the outer circumferential side of an already wound section. In this way, the cross-section of the cabling component 20 is in a spirally wound state after the carrier material 30 has been bent. Regarding the arrangement of the wire-like transmission elements 22, the arrangement changes from a state of being arranged side by side in a row in the flat cabling component 20B to the spiral arrangement in the cabling component 20.Since the cabling component 20 is used, which is obtained by winding the flat cabling component 20B, to whose carrier material 30B the wire-like transmission elements 22 have been pre-fixed, it is not necessary to compress the wire-like transmission elements 22, thus making the winding process easy. Furthermore, in its state as a cabling component 20, the predetermined arrangement of the wire-like transmission elements 22 is less likely to be disrupted.
[0057] Step (c) is a step of attaching the attachment section 42 of the fixing element 40 to the wiring component 20 such that the attachment section 42 is arranged on the outside of the carrier material 30 and holds the carrier material 30 in a bent state, wherein the fixing element 40 has the attachment section 42 and the fixing section 50 is connected to the attachment section 42 and fixed to the object 80 to which the wiring component 20 is to be fixed. The fixing element 40 is the band clamp 40 with the band section 44 and the band fixing section 46 as the attachment section 42. In this case, after the band section 44 has been wound around the carrier material 30 from the outside, the pointed end section of the band section 44 is guided through the band insertion hole 47h of the band fixing section 46 and fixed.
[0058] It should be noted that when manufacturing the wiring component 20 with the insert element 60, it is sufficient to perform one step of providing the insert element before step (c). For example, if the insert element 60 is adhesive tape, after step (b) an adhesive tape is wrapped around the outer circumferential section where the fixing element 40 is positioned in the wiring component 20. In this case, it is sufficient if the wrapping is carried out such that the adhesive tape serving as the insert element 60 restrains the winding end section at the part that overlaps the inner circumferential side of the winding end section. In this way, the insert element 60 serves as a temporary restraint section that reduces the spreading of the wiring component 20 until the fixing element 40 is provided.
[0059] According to the wiring component with fixing element 10, the carrier material 30 is held in a bent state when the mounting section 42 is attached to the wiring component 20, and surrounds the wire-like transmission elements 22. Thus, the entire circumference of the wire-like transmission elements 22 in the wiring component 20 can be protected by the carrier material 30. The wiring component 20 has a spirally wound cross-section, and therefore the carrier material 30 can easily be formed in the bent state in which it surrounds the wire-like transmission elements 22.
[0060] The fixing element 40 can be a molded part formed by the mounting section 42 and the fixing section 50 being formed in one piece. The mounting section 42 can include the annular section 44, which is capable of changing its state between an annular state and a non-annular state and which, in the annular state, surrounds the wiring component 20, and the section 46 for maintaining an annular shape, which is arranged at one end section of the annular section 44 and holds back another end section of the annular section 44 to keep the annular section 44 in the annular state. In this case, as in this example, an ordinary band clamp 40 can be used as the fixing element 40.
[0061] The carrier material 30 comprises the main section 32, to which the wire-like transmission elements 22 are attached, and the extension piece 34, which connects to the main section 32. In the wiring assembly 20, the extension piece 34 is wrapped once or several times around an outer surface of the main section 32. Thus, the entire outer surface of the main section 32 can be covered by the extension piece 34. However, in the wiring assembly 20, the extension piece 34 need not necessarily be wrapped once or several times around an outer surface of the main section 32. The area in which the extension piece 34 is wrapped around the outer surface of the main section 32 in the wiring assembly 20 can comprise half or less than the entire outer surface.
[0062] Furthermore, an insert element 60 is provided, which is fixed to an outer circumferential section of the carrier material 30 and is arranged between the annular section 44 and the carrier material 30. The coefficient of friction on an outer surface of the insert element 60 with respect to the annular section 44 is higher than the coefficient of friction on an outer surface of the carrier material 30 with respect to the annular section 44. Thus, the annular section 44 can reduce the rotation of the wiring component 20 in the circumferential direction. The insert element 60 is not strictly necessary. If the coefficient of friction between the outer surface of the carrier material 30 and the inner surface of the annular section 44 is high, rotations between the carrier material 30 and the annular section 44 can also be reduced without the insert element 60.For example, if the outer surface of the carrier material 30 is an element without significant smoothness, or if an anti-slip bump is formed on the inner surface of the annular section 44, the coefficient of friction between the outer surface of the carrier material 30 and the inner surface of the annular section 44 can be increased. Second embodiment
[0063] The following is a description of a cabling component with a fixing element according to a second embodiment. Fig. Figure 6 is a front view illustrating a wiring component 110 with a fixing element according to the second embodiment. Fig. Figure 7 is an illustrative view of a state with the locking element 140 open. It should be noted that elements similar to those described in the first embodiment above are provided with the same reference numerals and are omitted from their description. The same applies below to the description of further embodiments.
[0064] In the wiring component with fixing element 110 of the present example, the shape of the fixing element 140 differs from the shape of the fixing element 40 of the first embodiment. Specifically, the fixing element 140 in this example is also a molded part formed by the one-piece molding of an attachment section 142 and a fixing section 150. The attachment section 142 has an annular section 144, which is capable of changing its state between an annular state and a non-annular state, and surrounds the wiring component 20 in the annular state. It also has a section 146 for maintaining an annular shape, which is arranged at one end section of the annular section 144 and holds back another end section of the annular section 144 to keep the annular section 144 in the annular state. The present example is an example in which a clamp 140 rotatable about a hinge (also referred to as a two-part clamp) is used as the fixing element 140.
[0065] In the clamp 140, the annular section 144 has several (here two) annular sections 144a and 144b and a hinge section 144c. The annular sections 144a and 144b have a circumferentially divided shape. The several annular sections 144a and 144b form a ring shape when combined. The annular sections 144a and 144b each have sufficient strength to maintain their annular shape. Ribs are arranged on the inner surfaces of the annular sections 144a and 144b. The ribs are continuous in the circumferential direction. Several ribs are arranged axially apart from one another. The ribs can engage with the outer surface of the wiring component 20. The hinge section 144c couples the adjacent ring-shaped sections 144a and 144b in such a way that they can pivot relative to each other. For example, hinge section 144c is a thin section.
[0066] Section 146 for maintaining the ring shape is arranged at the circumferential end sections of the ring-shaped sections 144a and 144b. A locking lug 147 is formed on section 146 for maintaining the ring shape. The locking lug 147 can engage with a locking section 144d, which is formed at the circumferential end section of the ring-shaped section 144b.
[0067] The fixing section 150 is designed to allow the insertion and locking of a plate-like fixing piece 84, which is arranged on an object 180 to which the wiring component is to be fixed. The fixing section 150 is integral with the section 146 for maintaining the ring shape. Specifically, a box section is formed at the circumferential end section of the ring-shaped section 144b, and the locking lug 147 is formed at one end of the box section, while the fixing section 150 is arranged at the other end of the box section. Third example
[0068] The following is a description of a wiring component with a fixing element according to a third embodiment not according to the invention. Fig. Figure 8 is a side view illustrating a wiring component 210 with a fixing element according to a third embodiment. Fig.Figure 9 is a front view illustrating the wiring component with fixing element 210 according to the third embodiment.
[0069] In the wiring component with fixing element 210 of the present example, the shape of the fixing element 240 differs from the shape of the fixing elements 40 and 140 of the first and second embodiments. Specifically, the fixing element 240 of the present example is also a molded part formed by molding the mounting section 242 and the fixing section 50 in one piece. The mounting section 242 according to the present example is a plate-like section 242 with the shape of an elongated plate. It is mounted in a state in which the longitudinal direction of the plate-like section 242 runs parallel to the wiring component 20. One main surface of the plate-like section 242 faces the wiring component 20. The fixing section 50 is arranged such that it projects from the other main surface of the plate-like section 242.Although the fixing section 50 is arranged on a longitudinally central section of the plate-like section 242, the fixing section 50 can also be provided on an end section of the plate-like section 242 in the longitudinal direction.
[0070] The wiring component with fixing element 210 further comprises a bundling element 70 that bundles the mounting section 242 and the wiring component 20. Adhesive tape 70, for example, can be used as the bundling element 70. The adhesive tape 70 is wrapped around the plate-like section 242 and the wiring component 20 everywhere except at the point on the plate-like section 242 where the fixing section 50 is located.
[0071] The fixing element 240 is a molded part formed by the one-piece molding of the mounting section 242 and the fixing section 50. The mounting section 242 is formed in a plate-like shape that extends longitudinally along the wiring component 20. The wiring component 20 with the fixing element 240 also includes the bundling element 70, which bundles the mounting section 242 and the wiring component 20. Thus, as in this example, the universal adhesive tape 240 or the like can be used as the fixing element 240.
