Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELDThe present invention relates to a portable lithium battery nailer, and more particularly to a high performance lithium battery nailer having a composite energy storage structure.PRIOR ARTLithium battery nailer is a portable, lithium battery powered nailing device that is used primarily in the construction, renovating, and furniture industries. The presently most widely used lithium battery nailer uses a motor, a gear reducer, and a rotation transmission mechanism to drive a piston so as to compress a spring and thus store energy. The nail is fired by the release of the compressed spring. With such a structure, the efficiency of the transmission mechanism, the resistance of the spring guide, the modulus of elasticity of the spring, the weight of a return member, the rebound force of the spring, etc. affect the striking force and the ease of operation during a nailing operation. After many years of use, the current structure of the lithium battery nailer has been found to have the following two major problems:1) Energy storage solely by springs is limited by the length and stiffness of the spring itself, resulting in insufficient energy storage capacity that does not meet the requirements of certain high intensity nailing operations;2) At the end of the nailing process, the spring is subjected to a repulsive force, which results in strong axial oscillations, which in turn cause an increased repulsive force, impair the operating comfort and increase the fatigue of the operator.CONTENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTIONIn view of the above problems, the present invention provides a high-performance lithium secondary battery nailer having a composite energy storage structure. Its energy storage structure organically combines a spring compression mechanism and a vacuum cylinder mechanism into one unit. This not only multiplies the energy storage capacity, but also effectively reduces axial and radial oscillations at the end of the nailing process. This also reduces physical effort and increases the comfort of nailing. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention uses the following technical solution:A high-performance lithium secondary battery nailer having a composite energy storage structure is proposed, comprising a tool body, wherein an energy storage structure is disposed at a rear portion of the tool body, characterized in that the energy storage structure is composed of a spring compression mechanism and a vacuum cylinder mechanism, which cooperate with each other. The spring compression mechanism basically includes a compression chamber, a spring, a spring piston, and a power piston rod. The spring and the spring piston are mounted in the compression chamber, wherein a rear end of the spring abuts a bottom side of the compression chamber and a front end of the spring abuts the spring piston, and wherein the spring has such a pre-compression in the initial state that the spring piston always has a forward movement tendency. A front end of the spring plunger is connected to the power piston rod that drives a striker for synchronous operation, and a lower portion of the power piston rod is provided with an upper rack structure. The vacuum cylinder mechanism includes a cylinder body and a cylinder piston disposed in the cylinder body. The cylinder piston forms a completely closed vacuum chamber together with a rear end of the cylinder body. In the initial state, the cylinder piston is located at a rear portion of the cylinder body, and a front end of the cylinder piston is connected to a vacuum cylinder piston rod protruding from the cylinder body. On an upper side of the vacuum cylinder piston rod, a lower rack structure is disposed. The lower rack structure is in gear engagement with the upper rack structure via a gear fixed to the tool body, and at the same time, at a front end of the vacuum cylinder piston rod, a gear structure for gear connection with a drive mechanism is disposed. In particular, it is provided that the lower rack structure is in wheel engagement with the upper rack structure via the gear wheel, wherein the tooth shapes of the three are straight, oblique or curved. In particular, it is provided that a spring seat for positioning the spring is arranged on a rear section of the compression chamber. In particular, it is provided that at the end of a nailing process, a front side of a last toothing of the upper rack structure of the working piston rod is separated from the gear wheel. In particular, it is provided that the gear structure comprises a drive arm arranged at a lower side of the front end of the vacuum cylinder piston rod, wherein the drive arm is provided with a first stop end and a second stop end to enable a secondary transmission with the drive mechanism. In particular, it is provided that the second stop end is formed directly by a rear end of the drive arm, wherein a front end of the drive arm extends downwards to such an extent that it forms the first stop end, and wherein the height of the first stop end is less than the height of the second stop end.In particular, it is provided that the drive arm is formed integrally with the vacuum cylinder piston rod.In particular, it is provided that the drive arm is arranged separately from the vacuum cylinder piston rod and the entire drive arm is fastened to the vacuum cylinder piston rod using a plurality of screws. In particular, it is provided that the drive mechanism essentially comprises a drive motor, a reduction gear and a crank gear. The drive motor is directly connected to the gear reduction, wherein the gear reduction has an output shaft that can rotate on one side, wherein the output shaft has gear teeth and the crank gear is arranged behind the output shaft, and wherein the crank gear is in toothed engagement with the gear teeth. On an upper end surface of the crank mechanism, a first pushing protrusion and a second pushing protrusion are arranged at intervals around the circumference, wherein the height of the first pushing protrusion is lower than the height of the second pushing protrusion, and wherein the first pushing protrusion corresponds to the position of the first stopper end and the second pushing protrusion corresponds to the position of the second stopper end. During a rotation of the crank mechanism, the first pushing projection initially abuts the first stop end and pushes the first stop end in such a way that the vacuum cylinder piston rod carries out a forward movement and thus a primary energy storage takes place. After completion of the primary energy storage, the second pushing protrusion abuts the second abutting end and pushes the second abutting end such that the forward movement of the vacuum cylinder piston rod is continued and thus a secondary energy storage is performed.Specifically, it is provided that a mounting seat is disposed over a front part of the power piston rod, an upper side of the mounting seat forms a connection platform provided with a connection hole, and the connection hole is movably connected to a rear portion of the striker by a screw. The energy storage structure of the high-capacity lithium secondary battery nailer according to the present invention is a composite energy storage structure consisting of a spring compression mechanism and a vacuum cylinder mechanism, which cooperate with each other. In operation, the drive mechanism moves the vacuum cylinder piston rod forwardly. This forward movement of the vacuum cylinder piston rod on the one hand moves the cylinder piston synchronously forward, as a result of which the vacuum chamber in the cylinder body is continuously enlarged and therefore energy storage in the vacuum is made possible. On the other hand, the forward movement of the vacuum cylinder piston rod is transmitted via the gear wheel engaged therewith, whereby the power piston rod moves rearward and the spring is further compressed to enable energy storage by spring compression. Both energy storage in vacuum and energy storage by spring compression constitute the energy source for actuation of the nailer by the firing pin. Once the driving mechanism is separated from the vacuum cylinder piston rod, the restoring force of the compressed spring acts as a first driving force and causes rapid extension of the power piston rod. At the same time, the enlarged vacuum chamber produces a strong rearward suction force under atmospheric pressure. This suction force rapidly moves the cylinder piston and the vacuum cylinder piston rod rearward, and the rearward movement of the vacuum cylinder piston rod is transmitted through the gear train gear engaged with each other, thereby providing a second driving force for the forward movement of the power piston rod. The first and the second driving force together form the driving force for the striker. In comparison with a single spring storage mechanism, a double nailing force can thus be achieved, which improves the penetration depth and the nail ejection speed during the nailing process and meets the requirements for high-intensity nailing operations. Moreover, the presence of the vacuum cylinder mechanism provides a good cushioning effect for the spring compression mechanism. At the end of the nailing process, the suction force of the vacuum chamber on the cylinder piston continues to exist, and the second drive force generated thereby pushes the working piston, so that it always has a tendency to move forwards. By this second driving force, the reaction force after the spring hits the position is effectively balanced, thereby achieving good cushioning, eliminating the axial and radial vibration of the spring at the end of the nailing process, improving the operating convenience of the nailer, and reducing the fatigue of the operator.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSIn order to explain the technical solutions in the exemplary embodiments of the invention or in the prior art in a better manner, the drawings required for describing the exemplary embodiments are briefly presented below. Of course, the described embodiment does not represent all, but only a part of the embodiments according to the invention. All further embodiments which are obvious to the person skilled in the art without inventive activity starting from the embodiments of the invention also fall within the scope of protection of the invention.FIGS. 1 to 3 show a high-performance lithium rechargeable battery nail gun with a composite energy storage structure comprising a tool body 1, an energy storage structure being arranged on a rear section of the tool body 1.The energy storage structure is a composite structure consisting of a spring compression mechanism 2 and a vacuum cylinder mechanism 3 which cooperate with each other. The spring compression mechanism 2 basically includes a compression chamber 21, a spring 22, a spring piston 23, and a power piston rod 24.The spring 22 and the spring piston 23 are mounted one behind the other in the compression chamber 21, wherein a rear end of the spring 22 abuts against a lower side of the compression chamber 21 and a front end of the spring 22 is connected abuttingly to the spring piston 23, and wherein the spring 22 has such a pre-compression in the initial state that the spring piston 23 always has a tendency to move forward. In order to ensure the centering and effective positioning of the spring 22 during operation, a spring seat 221 for positioning the spring 22 is arranged at a rear portion of the compression chamber 21.A front end of the spring piston 23 is connected to the power piston rod 24 which drives a striker 4 for synchronous operation. At this time, a front end of the power piston rod 24 protrudes from the compression chamber 21, and a row of upper rack structures 241 is disposed at a lower portion thereof. The vacuum cylinder mechanism 3 includes a cylinder body 31 and a cylinder piston 32 disposed in the cylinder body 31, and the cylinder piston 32 forms a completely closed vacuum chamber 3 atogether with a rear end of the cylinder body 31, the cylinder piston 32 being located at a rear portion of the cylinder body 31 in the initial state, as shown in FIG. 2.A front end of the cylinder piston 32 is connected to a vacuum cylinder piston rod 33 protruding from the cylinder body 31. On an upper side of the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33, a lower rack structure 331 is disposed. The lower rack structure 331 is in gear engagement with the upper rack structure 241 via a gear 5 fixed to the tool body 1.Here, the tooth shapes of the upper rack structure 241, the gear 5, and the lower rack structure 331 represent either straight teeth, helical teeth, or curved teeth. In practice, the corresponding structure is assumed as required, and in practice, any other equivalent structures that allow intermeshing transmission between the three structures may also be selected. At the same time, at a front end of the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33, a detachable gear structure for gear connection with a drive mechanism 7 is arranged. In this embodiment, the gear structure comprises a drive arm 6, wherein the drive arm 6 is provided with a first stop end 61 and a second stop end 62 to enable secondary transmission with the drive mechanism 7. The second stop end 62 is formed directly by a rear end of the drive arm 6, wherein a front end of the drive arm 6 extends downwards to form the first stop end 61, and wherein the height of the first stop end 61 is lower than the height of the second stop end 62.The driving arm 6 may be formed integrally with the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33. In practice, however, for the sake of ease of processing, the driving arm 6 is generally disposed separately from the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33. The entire separate drive arm 6 is fixed to the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33 using a plurality of bolts. In this embodiment, only the separate structure is shown. The energy storage structure of the high-capacity lithium secondary battery nailer having such a structure is a composite energy storage structure consisting of a spring compression mechanism 2 and a vacuum cylinder mechanism 3 which cooperate with each other. In operation, the drive mechanism 7 moves the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33 forward to successively perform primary and secondary energy storage. With each forward movement of the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33, on the one hand, the cylinder piston 32 is moved synchronously forward, as a result of which the vacuum chamber 3 ain the cylinder body 31 is continuously enlarged and therefore energy storage in the vacuum is made possible. On the other hand, the forward movement of the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33 is transmitted via the gear 5 being in mesh, whereby the power piston rod 24 moves rearward and the spring 22 is further compressed to allow energy storage by the spring, as shown in FIG. 3. Both the energy storage in vacuum and the energy storage by the spring constitute the energy source for the actuation of the nailer by the firing pin 4. When the driving mechanism 7 is separated from the driving arm 6 at the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33, the restoring force of the compressed spring 22 acts as a first driving force F1 and causes the working piston rod 24 to extend rapidly, and at the same time, the vacuum chamber 3a which has completed the energy storage exerts a strong rear suction force F2 on the cylinder piston 32 under atmospheric pressure. This suction force F2 rapidly moves the cylinder piston 32 and the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33 rearward, and the rearward movement of the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33 is transmitted through the gear 5 in mesh, thereby providing a second driving force for the forward movement of the power piston rod 24. The first and second driving forces together form the driving force for the firing pin 4. Thus, in comparison with a single spring storage mechanism, a double nailing force can be achieved within the same distance, which improves the penetration depth and the nail ejection speed during the nailing process and meets the requirements for high-intensity nailing operations. Here, the presence of the vacuum cylinder mechanism 3 provides a good cushioning effect to the spring compression mechanism 2, and at the end of the nailing process, the suction force of the vacuum chamber 3a to the cylinder piston 32 continues to exist under atmospheric pressure, and the second driving force thereby generated pushes the power piston rod 24 so as to always have a forward movement tendency. This second driving force effectively balances the rearward reaction force after the spring 22 hits the position, thereby eliminating the axial and radial vibration of the spring 22 at the end of the nailing process, improving the ease of operation of the nailer, and reducing operator fatigue.Furthermore, the working piston rod 24 still has a high forward inertia at the time of termination of the nailing process. This inertial force leads to a strong impact force between the upper rack structure 241 and the gear teeth of the transmission gear 5. this impact force may lead not only to the teeth of the two being easily caught but even to the teeth breaking by the impact, which seriously deteriorates the durability of the power piston rod 24 and the transmission gear 5. In order to solve this problem, it is provided according to the invention that at the end of the nailing process, a front side of a last toothing 241 aof the upper rack structure 241 of the working piston rod 24 is separated from the gear wheel 5. In this way, the inertial force of the power piston rod 24 cannot be transmitted to the transmission gear 5, thereby basically eliminating the stress between them and avoiding the entanglement and breakage of the teeth. At this time, a rear side of the last gear 241 aof the upper rack structure 241 abuts on the pinion gear 5. As a result, the axial movement of the power piston rod 24 is still limited by the gear wheel 5 and the vacuum cylinder mechanism 3, so that good vibration damping and elimination is possible. In this embodiment, the drive mechanism 7 essentially comprises a drive motor 71, a gear reduction 72 and a crank gear 75; the drive motor 71 is directly connected to the gear reduction 72, wherein the gear reduction 72 has an output shaft 73 that can rotate on one side, wherein the output shaft 73 has gear teeth 74 and the crank gear 75 is arranged behind the output shaft 73, and wherein the crank gear 75 is in toothed engagement with the gear teeth 74. On an upper end surface of the crank gear 75, a first pushing protrusion 751 and a second pushing protrusion 752 are arranged at intervals around the circumference, the height of the first pushing protrusion 751 is lower than the height of the second pushing protrusion 752, and the first pushing protrusion 751 corresponds to the position of the first stopper end 61 and the second pushing protrusion 752 corresponds to the position of the second stopper end 62.In operation, when the drive motor 71 rotates the crank gear 73, the first pushing protrusion 751 first abuts against the first abutting end 61 and pushes the drive arm 6 such that the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33 moves forward, thereby performing primary energy storage. After completion of the primary energy storage, the first pushing protrusion 751 is separated from the first abutting end 61. Now, the second pushing protrusion 752 abuts against the second abutting end 62, and further pushes the driving arm 6 such that the forward movement of the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33 is continued, and thus secondary energy storage is performed. This process continues until the secondary energy storage is complete. Now, the second pushing protrusion 752 separates from the second abutting end 62, while the first pushing protrusion 751 and the first abutting end 61 are also in a separated state, i.e., the driving mechanism 7 fully releases the vacuum cylinder piston rod 33 and then a nailing working state is activated.Since the striker 4 in the nailer is in a high-frequency, reciprocating working state, it is also a wear part which has to be frequently replaced during use. To this end, according to the present invention, a mounting seat 242 is disposed over a front part of the power piston rod 24, an upper surface of the mounting seat 242 forms a connection platform provided with a connection hole 2421, and the connection hole 2421 is movably connected to a rear portion of the striker 4 by a bolt 2422. The striker 4 can be quickly and easily replaced during use by loosening the screw 2422.Only preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, which do not limit the invention in any way. Any simple modification, equivalent change or modification of the above embodiments based on the technical principles of the present invention remains within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
