Technical field
[0002] The present application concerns the technical field of furniture and in particular a bed frame, a mattress topper and a children's bed. background
[0003] Children's beds are primarily used to provide children with a place to rest or play. To facilitate storage or transport, children's beds are typically designed with a foldable structure to reduce their size. Generally, a children's bed includes legs and several armrest tubes that can be folded and are connected between the legs. The armrest tubes are pivotally connected to each other. This pivoting connection allows the armrest tubes to move closer together, thus enabling the children's bed to be folded. However, conventional armrest tubes are limited by their design, with the upper surfaces of the armrest tubes being uneven after pivoting, which easily leads to crib covers that cover the armrest tubes not fitting well, which is detrimental to the appearance.
[0004] To make it easier for small babies to rest, a hammock is generally included in most modern cribs. To ensure the mattress lies flat on the hammock and the baby is more comfortable, the hammock typically features a support structure. This support structure can be folded away along with the crib. However, even when folded, the support structure of most modern cribs still has a considerable bulk, which is a disadvantage for storage and transport. Summary

Detailed description
[0069] To make the aforementioned tasks, features, and advantages of the present application more apparent and easier to understand, specific embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Many specific details are given in the following description to facilitate a complete understanding of the present application. However, the present application can be implemented in many other ways, different from those described here, and a person skilled in the field can make similar improvements without infringing the essence of the present application. Therefore, the present application is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
[0070] Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 to Fig. Figure 4 shows schematic views illustrating a children's bed 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application. The children's bed 1000 is primarily used to provide a place for children or toddlers to rest or play. In particular, the children's bed 1000 generally has a rectangular frame structure comprising: a bed frame 10 (see Figure 4). Fig. 5, Fig. 13 or Fig. 17) and a children's bed cover 1200 (such as a fabric cover and the like, see Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 to Fig. 4), which covers the bed frame 10. The bed frame 10 is a foldable structure, which is why the children's bed 1000 can be folded and switched between an open and a folded state. When folded, the children's bed 1000 has a small volume, which is convenient for storage and transport.
[0071] Fig. Figure 5 is a perspective view illustrating a bed frame 10 according to a first embodiment of the present application. The bed frame 10 comprises: a first leg 111, a second leg 112, and an armrest tube mechanism 120. The second leg 112 is arranged approximately parallel to the first leg 111. The armrest tube mechanism 120 is movably connected between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. The armrest tube mechanism 120 is in a folded-out position (see Figure 5). Fig. 5 and Fig. 6) and a folded position (see Fig. 8) adjustable. If the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, the armrest tube mechanism 120 is at least partially parallel to a horizontal plane.
[0072] In the aforementioned bed frame 10, the armrest tube mechanism 120 is movably connected between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 and therefore has an extended position and a folded position. When the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the folded position, the entire bed frame 10 can be folded to reduce its volume, which is convenient for easy storage and transport. Since the armrest tube mechanism 120 is at least partially parallel to the horizontal plane when in the folded position, the crib cover 1200 (for example, a fabric cover) attached to the armrest tube mechanism 120 tends to be flatter when the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the folded position and fits the armrest tube mechanism 120 better, making the bed frame 10, covered with the crib cover 1200, more aesthetically pleasing.
[0073] In some embodiments, several first legs 111 and several second legs 112 are provided. The several first legs 111 and the several second legs 112 are arranged alternately along the circumference, and the armrest tube mechanism 120 is arranged between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, which are adjacent to each other. In this way, when each armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the folded position, the first legs 111, the armrest tube mechanism 120, and the second legs 112 are sequentially connected and enclose an annular structure. It should be clear that "several," as used in the present application, means "at least two."
[0074] In particular, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, two first legs 111 and two second legs 112 are provided, and four armrest tube mechanisms 120 are provided. When each of the armrest tube mechanisms 120 is in the unfolded position, the first legs 111 are each connected to the second legs 112 by the armrest tube mechanisms 120 to form a rectangular bed frame 10. As shown in Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7 to Fig. As shown in Figure 8, the armrest tube mechanism 120 in some embodiments includes a first armrest tube assembly 121. The first armrest tube assembly 121 includes a first armrest tube 122. The first armrest tube 122 has a first pivoting end 1221A and a first sliding end 1221B. The first pivoting end 1221A is pivotably connected to the first leg 111 or the second leg 112. The first sliding end 1221B is pivotably and slidably connected to the second leg 112 or the first leg 111. In other words, if the first pivoting end 1221A is pivotably connected to one of the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, the first sliding end 1221B is pivotably and slidably connected to the other of the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. If the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 are separated from each other (see Fig. 5 and Fig. 6), and the corresponding first armrest tube 122 is at least partially parallel to the horizontal plane.
[0075] As in Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Figure 7, in some embodiments the first armrest tube 122 comprises a first tube segment 1222 and a second tube segment 1223, which are connected to each other and arranged at an angle to one another. A first end of the first tube segment 1222 furthest from the second tube segment 1223 is the first pivoting end 1221A, and a first end of the second tube segment 1223 furthest from the first tube segment 1222 is the first sliding end 1221B. The first pivoting end 1221A and the first sliding end 1221B are each arranged at the ends of the entire tube segments, which is advantageous in improving the ease of connecting the first armrest tube 122 to the first leg 111 and the second leg 112.Additionally, when the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, the first armrest tube 122 has its maximum unfolded length, so that the distance between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 reaches its maximum. This results in the bed frame 10 having a larger storage space in the unfolded state to support the crib cover 1200, thus increasing the surface area of the crib cover 1200 in the unfolded position and providing more space for the child to rest or play. In particular, as shown... Fig. 6 and Fig. Figure 7 shows that when the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, the first tube segment 1222 is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the second tube segment 1223 extends downwards from a second end of the first tube segment 1222.
[0076] In some embodiments, the angle α between the first tube segment 1222 and the second tube segment 1223 is greater than 90°.
[0077] In particular, the angle α between the first pipe segment 1222 and the second pipe segment 1223 is equal to 150° in some embodiments. In some alternative embodiments, the angle α between the first pipe segment 1222 and the second pipe segment 1223 can also be equal to 100°, 120° or 140° and the like, which is not subject to any specific limitation here.
[0078] To improve the comfort when connecting the first armrest tube 122 to the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, and to improve the comfort when switching the first armrest tube 122 between the extended position and the folded position, it includes how Fig. 6 and Fig. Figure 8 shows that the bed frame 10 in some embodiments further includes a corner element 130. In particular, the first leg 111 or the second leg 112 in some embodiments is provided with a corner element 130. The corner element 130 has a first pivoting part Q1. The first pivoting part Q1 is designed to be pivotably connected to the first pivoting end 1221A.
[0079] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the bed frame 10 also includes a sliding element 140. The sliding element 140 is slidably arranged on the first leg 111 or the second leg 112. The sliding element 140 has a second pivoting part Q2. The second pivoting part Q2 is designed to be pivotably connected to the first sliding end 1221B. If the corner element 130, which is connected to a first armrest tube 122, is arranged on one of the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, then the sliding element 140, which is connected to the first armrest tube 122, is connected to the other of the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. Does the user have to move the bed frame 10 from the unfolded state to the folded state, that is, does the armrest tube mechanism 120 move from the unfolded position to the folded position (from the one in Fig. 6 shown state to the one in Fig. (as shown in Figure 8), the user pushes or pulls the sliding element 140, causing the sliding element 140 to drive the first sliding end 1221B of the first armrest tube 122 to move downwards (in a direction F1) along the corresponding first leg 111 or second leg 112, thereby enabling the first sliding end 1221B of the first armrest tube 122 to rotate on the second pivoting part Q2 of the sliding element 140, and thereby enabling the first pivoting end 1221A of the first armrest tube 122 to rotate on the first pivoting part Q1 of the corner element 130, thus driving the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 to move closer together. Does the user have to move the bed frame 10 from the folded state to the unfolded state, that is, does the armrest tube mechanism 120 move from the folded position to the unfolded position (from the one in Fig. 8 shown condition to the one in Fig. If the state shown in Figure 6 is rearranged, the sliding element 140 is moved such that the sliding element 140 causes the first sliding end 1221B of the first armrest tube 122 to move upwards (in a direction F2) along the corresponding first leg 111 or second leg 112, thereby enabling the first sliding end 1221B of the first armrest tube 122 to rotate on the second pivoting part Q2 of the sliding element 140, and thereby enabling the first pivoting end 1221A of the first armrest tube 122 to rotate on the first pivoting part Q1 of the corner element 130, thereby causing the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 to move away from each other.
[0080] In particular, some embodiments, such as in Fig. 5 and Fig. As shown in Figure 6, in the ring-shaped bed frame 10, which is enclosed by connecting the several first legs 111, the several second legs 112, and the several first armrest tube assemblies 121, each corner element 130, which is arranged on the first leg 111 or the second leg 112, comprises a first corner part 131 and a second corner part 132. The first corner part 131 and the second corner part 132 are connected to each other and arranged at an angle to one another. The first corner part 131 and the second corner part 132 are each provided with the first pivoting part Q1. The first pivoting part Q1 is designed to be pivotably connected to the first pivoting end 1221A of the first armrest tube 122. Similarly, each sliding element 140 on the second leg 112 or the first leg 111 can also include a first sliding part 141 and a second sliding part 142.The first sliding element 141 and the second sliding element 142 are connected to each other and arranged at an angle to one another. The first sliding element 141 and the second sliding element 142 are each provided with the second pivoting element Q2. The second pivoting element Q2 is designed to be pivotably connected to the first sliding end 1221B of the first armrest tube 122. Therefore, when the sliding element 140 is moved on the second leg 112 or the first leg 111, the first sliding ends 1221B of the two first armrest tubes 122, which are connected to the same sliding element 140, are moved upwards and downwards with the sliding element 140 and pivoted relative to the sliding element 140. Additionally, the first pivoting elements 1221A of the two first armrest tubes 122, which are connected to the same corner element 130, pivot relative to the corner element 130.
[0081] As in Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7 to Fig. As shown in Figure 8, the first armrest tube assembly 121 in this embodiment comprises two first armrest tubes 122. The first pivoting end 1221A of one of the first armrest tubes 122 is pivotably connected to the first leg 111, and the first sliding end 1221B of one of the first armrest tubes 122 is pivotably and slidably connected to the second leg 112. The pivoting end 1221A of the other of the first armrest tubes 122 is pivotably connected to the second leg 112, and the first sliding end 1221B of the other of the first armrest tubes 122 is slidably and pivotably connected to the first leg 111.In other words, if the first armrest tube assembly 121 includes two first armrest tubes 122, the first pivoting end 1221A of one of the first armrest tubes 122 is pivotably connected to the first leg 111, and the first sliding end 1221B of the first armrest tube 122 is pivotally and slidably connected to the second leg 112, while the first pivoting end 1221A of the other of the first armrest tubes 122 is pivotally connected to the second leg 112, and the first sliding end 1221B of the first armrest tube 122 is slidably and pivotally connected to the first leg 111.In particular, when the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, the two first armrest tubes 122 of the first armrest tube assembly 121 are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, and the projections of the first tube segments 1222 of the two first armrest tubes 122 onto a vertical plane that is perpendicular to the horizontal plane and parallel to the LR direction (i.e. the left-right direction) are at least partially overlapped (see . Fig. 7).
[0082] The statement “the two first armrest tubes 122 are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction and the projections of the first tube segments 1222 of the two first armrest tubes 122 onto the vertical plane, which is perpendicular to the horizontal plane and parallel to the LR direction (i.e. the left-right direction), are at least partially overlapped” according to the above description is explained below by means of Fig. 5 and Fig. 7 explained.
[0083] Fig. Figure 5 schematically shows the bed frame 10, which in this embodiment includes two first legs 111 and two second legs 112 as well as the armrest tube mechanisms 120. When the bed frame 10 is in the unfolded state, it has a substantially square horizontal cross-section, and any opposite sides of the four sides of the bed frame 10 are substantially symmetrical. As shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. Figure 7 shows that, if one of the first legs 111 and one of the second legs 112, which are arranged in the left-right direction, are taken as an example, and if the two first armrest tubes 122, which are each arranged between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, are in the unfolded position, the first tube segments 1222 of the two first armrest tubes 122 are arranged parallel to each other in the horizontal direction (especially in the front-back direction) and the two first tube segments 1222 are partially overlapped in the front-back direction.Alternatively, if one of the first legs 111 and one of the second legs 112, which are arranged in the front-back direction, are taken as an example, and the two first armrest tubes 122, which are each arranged between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, are in the unfolded position, then the first tube segments 1222 of the two first armrest tubes 122 are arranged parallel to each other in the horizontal direction (in particular in the left-right direction), and the two first tube segments 1222 are partially overlapped in the left-right direction.
[0084] Note that the orientation terms “front”, “back”, “left”, and “right” of the bed frame 10 in the various embodiments of the present application—unless otherwise clearly specified and limited—refer to the front, rear, left, and right directions of the bed frame 10 as shown in the figures, and that arrows B and P are used to schematically indicate the front and rear directions, and arrows L and R are used to schematically indicate the left and right directions. These orientation terms are used only to clarify the description of the embodiments of the present application and are not intended to unduly restrict the scope of protection of the present application.
[0085] As in Fig. 5 and Fig. As shown in Figure 6, in some embodiments the corner element 130 is arranged on each of the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. Each corner element 130 comprises the first corner part 131 and the second corner part 132.
[0086] As in Fig. 5 and Fig. As shown in Figure 6, in some embodiments the sliding element 140 is slidably arranged on each of the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. The sliding element 140 can be moved up and down on the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. Each sliding element 140 comprises the first sliding part 141 and the second sliding part 142. The first sliding part 141 and the second sliding part 142 are connected to each other and arranged at an angle to one another. The first sliding part 141 and the second sliding part 142 are each provided with the second pivoting part Q2. The second sliding part Q2 is designed to be pivotably connected to the first sliding end 1221B of the first armrest tube 122.When each first armrest tube assembly 121 is moved from the folded position to the folded position, the sliding elements 140, which are positioned on each first leg 111 and each second leg 112, move downwards along the corresponding first leg 111 and second leg 112 (in the direction F1), the first sliding end 1221B of each first armrest tube 122 pivots relative to the second pivoting part Q2 of the sliding element 140, and the first pivoting end 1221A of each first armrest tube 122 pivots relative to the first pivoting part Q1 of the corner element 130, so that the first legs 111 and the second legs 112 can be brought closer together and the bed frame 10 is moved from the unfolded state to the folded state. When each first armrest tube assembly 121 is moved from the folded position to the unfolded position, the sliding elements 140, which are positioned on each first leg 111 and each second leg 112, move upwards along the corresponding first leg 111 and second leg 112 (in the direction F2), the first sliding end 1221B of each first armrest tube 122 pivots relative to the second pivoting part Q2 of the sliding element 140, and the first pivoting end 1221A of each first armrest tube 122 pivots relative to the first pivoting part Q1 of the corner element 130, so that the first legs 111 and the second legs 112 can move away from each other, allowing the bed frame 10 to be moved from the folded state to the unfolded state.
[0087] As in Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the corner element 130 in some embodiments includes a locking mechanism 150. If the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, the locking mechanism 150 can be locked with the sliding element 140 to restrict the sliding element 140 from moving relative to the leg 110, so that the bed frame 10 remains in the unfolded state.
[0088] What's next in Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the locking mechanism 150 in some embodiments includes a locking element 151 which is pivotably connected to the corner element 130. In particular, the corner element 130 has a support base 133. The locking element 151 is pivotably connected to the support base 133. The locking element 151 has an actuating end 1511 and a locking end 1512. The sliding element 140 is provided with a locking fitting 143. The locking element 151 is pivotable between a locked position and an unlocked position. When the locking element 151 is in the locked position, the locking end 1512 can be locked and fitted to the locking fitting 143. If the locking element 151 is in the unlocked position, the locking end 1512 can be unlocked from the locking fitting 143.In particular, the pivot point between the locking element 151 and the support base 133 is positioned between the actuating end 1511 and the locking end 1512, such that when the locking element 151 pivots on the support base 133, it has approximately the structure of a seesaw or rocker, that is, the actuating end 1511 is pressed so that it rotates and is caused to move the actuating end 1511 closer to the center of the first leg 111 or the second leg 112, so that when the locking element 151 is rotated, the locking end 1512 lifts upwards and moves away from the center of the first leg 111 or the second leg 112. In other embodiments, the locking element 151 can also be designed to pull on the actuating end 1511 in order to unlock the locking end 1512 from the locking fitting part 143.
[0089] Furthermore, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the locking mechanism 150 in some embodiments also includes a reset element 152. The actuating end 1511 can be actuated to pivot the locking element 151 from the locked position to the unlocked position. The reset element 152 is designed to bias the actuating end 1511 in order to pivot the locking element 151 towards the locked position. The reset element 152 is, for example, a spring that rests against the actuating end 1511 and provides a reset force for the actuating end 1511 to move away from the center of the first leg 111 or the second leg 112.If the user needs to move the locking element 151 from the locked position to the unlocked position, the user only needs to push against the actuating end 1511, and the locking end 1512 will be lifted upwards and away from the center of the first leg 111 or the second leg 112, thereby disengaging the locking end 1512 and the locking fitting 143. Under the action of the reset element 152, the user only needs to release the actuating end 1511 to move the locking element 151 from the unlocked position to the locked position.
[0090] Optionally, the support base 133 can be omitted in other embodiments, and the locking element 151 is directly pivotably connected to the corner element 130 (see Fig. 32). In particular, a mounting base 134 is arranged on the corner element 130. A pressure channel 1341 is arranged in the mounting base 134. The actuating end 1511 of the locking element 151 extends into the mounting base 134 and is housed in the pressure channel 1341. In particular, the pressure channel 1341 runs through the mounting base 134 along its longitudinal direction, and a knob 153 is movably arranged in the pressure channel 1341. The knob 153 is positioned on a side of the actuating end 1511 facing away from the leg 110 and rests against the actuating end 1511. In this way, the user can slide the actuating end 1511 to a rotation about the pivot point between the locking element 151 and the corner element 130 by horizontally pressing the button 153, so that the locking end 1512 is lifted upwards to be out of engagement with the locking fitting 143.In this way, the user only needs to press the button 153 horizontally to drive the locking element 151 to a rotation, without having to press and turn the actuating end 1511; this makes operation more convenient and faster.
[0091] In some alternative embodiments, the locking mechanism 150 can be implemented in many ways, which are not subject to any specific restriction here, as long as the sliding element 140 can be locked.
[0092] As in Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8 to Fig. As shown in Figure 9, in some embodiments the first armrest tube assembly 121 further includes a rotary connection mechanism 123. The two first armrest tubes 122 are pivotably connected by the rotary connection mechanism 123. In particular, if the first armrest tube assembly 121 includes two first armrest tubes 122, the two first armrest tubes 122 are rotatably connected by the rotary connection mechanism 123. If the sliding element 140, which is arranged on one of the first armrest tubes 122, moves downwards along the first leg 111 or the second leg 112, the first sliding end 122B of this first armrest tube 122 moves downwards, so that the first armrest tube 122 is inclined and has a tendency to move downwards. In this case, the rotary connection mechanism 123 also moves downwards by driving the first armrest tube 122.Under the action of the swivel linkage mechanism 123, another of the first armrest tubes 122 can be driven to exhibit a tendency to move downwards; then the sliding element 140, which is arranged on the other of the first armrest tubes 122, can move downwards relative to the second leg 112 or the first leg 111. It is evident that the swivel linkage mechanism 123 has a coupling effect that can cause the two first armrest tubes 122 to rotate synchronously between the adjacent first legs 111 and second legs 112. By arranging the swivel linkage mechanism 123, the user can push or pull only a single sliding element 140 downwards to cause all armrest tube mechanisms 120 to fold in, thereby accomplishing the folding of the entire crib 1000.
[0093] In particular, the swivel joint mechanism 123 is connected to the first tube segments 1222 of the two first armrest tubes 122. When the two first armrest tubes 122 are in the unfolded position, the two first tube segments 1222 have overlapping surfaces. When the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, that is, when the two first armrest tubes 122 are in the unfolded position, the swivel joint mechanism 122 is positioned under each first tube segment 1222. In this way, it is possible to prevent the swivel joint mechanism 123 from protruding from the horizontal plane where the first armrest tubes 122 are positioned, which would cause problems such as the crib cover 1200 not fitting properly.
[0094] Note that the statement “when the first two armrest tubes 122 are in the unfolded position, the swivel joint mechanism 123 is under each first tube segment 1222” means that when the armrest tube mechanism 120 is viewed in a direction in which a first connecting part 12311 (see Fig. 7) and a second connecting part 12312 (see Fig. 7) When arranged on the swivel joint mechanism 123, in the unfolded position, the height of the end of the swivel joint mechanism 123, which is provided with the first connecting part 12311, is lower than the height of the upper surface of the first tube segment 1222. In other words, the end of the swivel joint mechanism 123, which is provided with the first connecting part 12311, does not protrude from the horizontal plane where the upper surface of the first tube segment 1222 is positioned, which improves the fit of the crib cover 1200 to the armrest tube mechanism 120.
[0095] As in Fig. 6, Fig. 7 to Fig. As shown in Figure 8, the rotary connection mechanism 123 includes a rotary element or elements 1231 in some embodiments. Two rotary elements 1231 are provided. Each rotary element 1231 is provided with a first connecting part 12311 and a second connecting part 12312. Each first armrest tube 122 is connected to the first connecting part 12311 of the corresponding rotary element 1231. The two second connecting parts 12312 are rotatably connected. When the two first armrest tubes 122 of the first armrest tube assembly 121 are in the unfolded position, the two rotary elements 1231 overlap each other. When the first two armrest tubes 122 of the first armrest tube assembly 121 are moved from the unfolded position to the folded position, the two rotating elements 1231 rotate relative to each other through the second connecting part 12312, so that a certain angle is formed between the two rotating elements 1231.In particular, as the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 approach each other, the angle between the two rotating elements 1231 gradually increases.
[0096] In particular, it includes, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the rotating element 1231 in some embodiments comprises a first clamping plate 12313, a connecting plate 12314, and a second clamping plate 12315. The connecting plate 12314 is connected between the first clamping plate 12313 and the second clamping plate 12315. The first clamping plate 12313, the connecting plate 12314, and the second clamping plate 12315 enclose a clamping groove 12316 (see Figure 10). Fig. 10), so that the rotating element 1231 generally has a U-shaped structure. The first clamping plate 12313 and the second clamping plate 12315 are each provided with the first connecting part 12311 and the second connecting part 12312. The first connecting part 12311 is closer to an opening of the clamping groove 12316 than the second connecting part 12312. The first armrest tube 122 is caught in the clamping groove 12316 and connected to the two first connecting parts 12311. In particular, the first connecting part 12311 and the second connecting part 12312 are both limiting holes. The first armrest tube 122 is placed in the clamping groove 12316, and a connecting element, such as a screw or a bolt, extends through the limiting holes (i.e. the first connecting parts 12311) to be connected to the first armrest tube 122, so that the first armrest tube 122 can be stably installed on the rotating element 1231.Furthermore, the two rotating elements 1231 can be rotatably connected by a rotating shaft or the like, which extends through the limiting holes (i.e. the second connecting parts 12312).
[0097] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the rotating element 1231 in some embodiments further includes a reinforcing rib 12317. The first clamping plate 12313 and the second clamping plate 12315 are each provided with the reinforcing rib 12317. The reinforcing rib 12317 on the first clamping plate 12313 extends towards the second clamping plate 12315, and the reinforcing rib 12317 on the second clamping plate 12315 extends towards the first clamping plate 12313. The overall structural strength of the rotating element 1231 can be improved by arranging the reinforcing ribs 12317. For this purpose, an end of each reinforcing rib 12317 adjacent to the opening of the clamping groove 12316 can be used to support the first armrest tube 122 (see Figure 10). Fig. 7), which is trapped in the clamping groove 12316, to support.
[0098] As in Fig. 11 and Fig. As shown in Figure 12, the swivel joint mechanism 123, in some alternative embodiments, comprises two swivel joint parts 1232, each of which includes a clamping plate 12321 and a connecting pillar 12322 attached to the clamping plate 12321. The clamping plate 12321 is provided with the first connecting part 12311. The two first armrest tubes 122 are each connected to the first connecting parts 12311 of the two swivel joint parts 1232 and pivotably connected to each other by the connecting pillars 12322 of the two swivel joint parts 1232.
[0099] What's next in Fig. 11 and Fig. As shown in Figure 12, the clamping plates 12321 of the two swivel joint parts 1232 and the connecting pillars 12322 of the two swivel joint parts 1232 enclose the clamping groove 12316. The two first armrest tubes 122 are held in the clamping groove 12316 and connected to the corresponding first connecting parts 12311. Alternatively, one of the two first armrest tubes 122 is positioned in the clamping groove 12316 and connected to the corresponding first connecting part 12311, while the other of the two first armrest tubes 122 is positioned outside the clamping groove 12316 and connected to the corresponding first connecting part 12311. Alternatively, both of the two first armrest tubes 122 are positioned outside the clamping groove 12316 and connected to the respective first connecting parts 12311.
[0100] As in Fig. 13 and Fig. As shown in Figure 14, in some embodiments the bed frame 10 further includes a first protective component 160. In particular, the first protective component 160 is arranged on the first armrest tubes 122 and positioned at the pivot joint between the two first armrest tubes 122, that is, at the connecting section between the first armrest tube 122 and the pivoting connection mechanism 123. When the armrest tube mechanism 120 is moved from the extended position to the folded position, the two first armrest tubes 122 pivot relative to the pivoting connection mechanism 123, and the two first armrest tubes 122 and the pivoting connection mechanism 123 enclose a first enclosure area 127 (see Figure 14). Fig. 8) The first protective component 160 is designed to shield the first containment area 127 (see for comparison) Fig. 8 and Fig. 14) In this way, when the user folds the bed frame 10, not only can the crib cover 1200 be prevented from entering the first enclosure area 127, thus avoiding interference with the continuous folding of the bed frame 10, but it can also be prevented that a hand of the user accidentally enters the first enclosure area 127, thus preventing possible entrapment and injury.
[0101] In one embodiment, at least one of the two first armrest tubes 122 between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 is provided with the first protective component 160. In other words, any one of the first armrest tubes 122 can be provided with the first protective component 160, or both first armrest tubes 122 can be provided with the first protective component 160.
[0102] As in Fig. 14 and Fig. As shown in Figure 15, the first protective component 160, in some embodiments, comprises a first protective plate 161 and a first protective connector 162, which are connected to each other. The first protective plate 161 is designed to shield the first enclosure area 127. In this embodiment, the first protective plate 161 generally has a trapezoidal layer structure. The first protective component 162 is arranged at the base edge of the first protective plate 161. In this embodiment, the first protective plate 161 and the first protective connector 162 are integrally formed. In other embodiments, the first protective plate 161 and the first protective connector 162 can also be connected to each other by riveting, welding, or the like. A first arcuate concave surface 1621, which can be fitted to the outer wall of the first armrest tube 122, is formed on the side of the first protective connector 162 facing away from it.In this embodiment, two first connecting projections are spaced apart on one side of the first arcuate concave surface 1621, and each first connecting projection is provided with a first connecting hole 1622. In other embodiments, more than two or fewer than two first connecting projections and more than two or fewer than two first connecting projections or fewer than two first connecting projections 1622 may be provided. The corresponding first armrest tube 122 is provided with two first fastening holes (not shown) that correspond to the two first connecting holes 1622. Two fasteners (such as blind rivets, screws, or rivets, and the like) extend through the corresponding first connecting holes 1622 and the first fastening holes to fasten the first protective component 160 to the first armrest tube 122.In this way, the stability of the first protective component 160 can be improved after installation. In other alternative embodiments, the first protective component 160 can also be connected to the first armrest tube 122 by an engagement, or the first protective component 160 can also be formed integrally with the first armrest tube 122.
[0103] Fig. Figure 16a is a perspective view illustrating a bed frame 10 according to a second embodiment of the present application. Similar to the first embodiment described above, the bed frame 10 includes a first leg 111, a second leg 112, and an armrest tube mechanism 120. The second leg 112 is arranged parallel to the first leg 111. The armrest tube mechanism 120 is movably connected between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. The armrest tube mechanism 120 is in a folded position (see Figure 16a). Fig. 16 and Fig. 17) and an unfolded position (see Fig. 19) adjustable. If the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, the armrest tube mechanism 120 is at least partially parallel to the horizontal plane.
[0104] From a comparison of the bed frame 10 of the first embodiment and the bed frame 10 of the second embodiment (see Fig. 5 and Fig. 16) It is evident that the armrest tube mechanism 120 of the bed frame 10 of the second embodiment differs from the armrest tube mechanism 120 of the bed frame 10 of the first embodiment.
[0105] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 16, the armrest tube mechanism 120 in some embodiments includes a second armrest tube assembly 124. The second armrest tube assembly 124 includes a second armrest tube 125 and a third armrest tube 126. Two second armrest tubes 125 and two third armrest tubes 126 are provided. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 17, every second armrest tube 125 has a second pivoting end 1251A and a second sliding end 1251B. The two second pivoting ends 1251A are pivotably connected to each other. The two second sliding ends 1251B are slidably located relative to the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 and are pivotably connected to the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. Every third armrest tube 126 has a third pivoting end 1261A and a fourth pivoting end 1261B. The two third pivoting ends 1261A are pivotably connected to each other. The two fourth pivoting ends 1261B are pivotably connected relative to the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. When the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, at least one section of every second armrest tube 125 and at least one section of every third armrest tube 126 are parallel to the horizontal plane. Therefore, when the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, the crib cover 1200 (for example, a fabric cover) that is installed on the armrest tube mechanism 120 tends to be flat, so that the crib cover 1200 is better adapted to the armrest tube mechanism 120, making the bed frame 10, which is covered with the crib cover 1200, more attractive.
[0106] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 18, in some embodiments the second armrest tube 125 includes a third tube segment 1252 and a fourth tube segment 1253, which are connected to each other and arranged at an angle to each other. A first end of the third tube segment 1252 furthest from the fourth tube segment 1253 is the second pivoting end 1251A, and a first end of the fourth tube segment 1253 furthest from the third tube segment 1252 is the second sliding end 1251B. Additionally, the third armrest tube 126 includes a fifth tube segment 1262 and a sixth tube segment 1263, which are connected to each other and arranged at an angle to each other. A first end of the fifth pipe segment 1262 furthest from the sixth pipe segment 1263 is the fourth pivot end 1261B, and a first end of the sixth pipe segment 1263 furthest from the fifth pipe segment 1262 is the third pivot end 1261A.When the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, every third tube segment 1252 and every fifth tube segment 1262 are positioned in the same horizontal plane, and the fourth tube segment 1253 extends downward from a second end of the third tube segment 1252, and the sixth tube segment 1263 extends downward from a second end of the fifth tube segment 1262. The second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126, both connected to either the first leg 111 or the second leg 112, are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, and the projections of the fifth tube segment 1262 and the third tube segment 1252 onto a vertical plane that is perpendicular to the horizontal plane and parallel to the front-to-back direction (BP direction) are partially overlapped.
[0107] The statement “the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126, both of which are connected to either the first leg 111 or the second leg 112, are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, and the projections of the fifth tube segment 1262 and the third tube segment 1252 onto a vertical plane that is perpendicular to the horizontal plane and parallel to the front-back direction are partially overlapped” according to the above description is explained below by reference to Fig. 16 and Fig. 18 explained.
[0108] Fig. Figure 16 schematically shows the bed frame 10, which in this embodiment includes two first legs 111 and two second legs 112 as well as an armrest tube mechanism 120. When the bed frame 10 is in the unfolded state, it has a substantially square horizontal cross-section, and any opposite sides of the four sides of the bed frame 10 are substantially symmetrical. In this embodiment, if one of the first legs 111 and one of the second legs 112, which are arranged in the front-back direction, are taken as an example, and if the two second armrest tubes 125 and the two third armrest tubes 126, which are arranged between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, are in the unfolded position, the second armrest tubes 125 and the third armrest tubes 126 are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction (in particular in the left-right direction), and the third tube segment 1252 of the second armrest tube 125 and the fifth tube segment 1262 of the third armrest tube 126 are partially overlapped in the left-right direction (see . Fig. 16 and Fig. 18).
[0109] As in Fig. 16 and Fig. As shown in Figure 18, the second pivoting elements 1251A of the two third tube segments 1252 are arranged laterally next to each other in the horizontal direction in some embodiments, and the projections of the second pivoting elements 1251A onto a vertical plane that is perpendicular to the horizontal plane and parallel to the front-back direction are partially overlapped. In particular, if one of the first legs 111 and one of the second legs 112, which are arranged in the front-back direction, are taken as an example, and if the two second armrest tubes 125, which are arranged between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, are in the unfolded position, the second pivoting ends 1251A of the corresponding two third tube segments 1252 are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction (in particular in the left-right direction), and the second pivoting ends 1251A of the corresponding two third tube segments 1252 are partially overlapped in the left-right direction.
[0110] In some embodiments, the angle α between the third tube segment 1252 and the fourth tube segment 1253 is greater than 90°.
[0111] In particular, the angle α between the third pipe segment 1252 and the fourth pipe segment 1253 is 150° in some embodiments. In some alternative embodiments, the angle α between the third pipe segment 1252 and the fourth pipe segment 1253 can also be 100°, 120°, 140°, and the like, without any specific limitation here.
[0112] In some embodiments, the angle α (not shown) between the fifth tube segment 1262 and the sixth tube segment 1263 is greater than 90°.
[0113] In particular, the angle α between the fifth pipe segment 1262 and the sixth pipe segment 1263 is 150° in some embodiments. In some alternative embodiments, the angle α between the fifth pipe segment 1262 and the sixth pipe segment 1263 can also be 100°, 120°, 140°, and the like, without any specific limitation here.
[0114] As in Fig. 16 and Fig. As shown in Figure 18, the second armrest tube assembly 124 further includes, for example, the rotary connection mechanism 123 as described in the first embodiment. In particular, the rotary connection mechanism 123 is connected to the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126. In this embodiment, a second armrest tube assembly 124 includes two rotary connection mechanisms 123. In a direction in which the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126 are parallel to each other, the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126, which point towards each other, are connected by the rotary connection mechanism 123.
[0115] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 16, the bed frame 10 in some embodiments includes, for example, the corner element 130, which contains the locking mechanism 150, and the sliding element 140 as described in the first embodiment. In the first embodiment, each first leg 111 and each second leg 112 are provided with the corner element 130 and the sliding element 140.
[0116] In particular, the corner element 130 comprises the first corner part 131 and the second corner part 132. The first corner part 131 and the second corner part 132 are connected to each other and arranged at an angle to each other. The first corner part 131 and the second corner part 132 are each connected to the first pivot part Q1. The first pivot part Q1 is pivotably connected to the fourth pivot end 1261B. In particular, the sliding element 140 comprises the first sliding part 141 and the second sliding part 142. The first sliding part 141 and the second sliding part 142 are connected to each other and arranged at an angle to each other. The first sliding part 141 and the second sliding part 142 are each connected to the second pivot part Q2. The second pivot part Q2 is pivotably connected to the second pivot end 1251B.
[0117] When using the bed frame 10 of the present embodiment, if the user has to change the bed frame 10 from the unfolded state to the folded state, that is, if the armrest tube mechanisms 120 have to be moved from the unfolded position to the folded position (from the position shown in the diagram), the following applies: Fig. 17 shown condition to the one in Fig. The armrest tube mechanism 120, which is located between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, is taken as an example to illustrate the working process of the armrest tube mechanisms 120 (as shown in Figure 19).
[0118] As in Fig. 17, Fig. 18 to Fig. As shown in Figure 19, the user pushes or pulls the sliding element 140, so that the sliding element 140 drives the second sliding end 1251B of the corresponding second armrest tube 125 to move downwards (in the direction F1) along the corresponding first leg 111 and second leg 112. Since it is in the unfolded state, every third tube segment 1252 is arranged horizontally, the fourth tube segment 1253 extends downwards from the second end of the third tube segment 1252, the fifth tube segment 1262 is arranged horizontally, and the sixth tube segment 1263 extends downwards from the second end of the fifth tube segment 1262, so that when the second sliding end 1251B moves downwards with the sliding element 140, the second armrest tubes 125 pivot and the two second pivoting ends 1251A rotate relative to each other, so that the two second armrest tubes 125 approach each other.Simultaneously, the swivel joint mechanism 123 moves downwards with the second armrest tube 125. Due to the coupling of the swivel joint mechanism 123, the third armrest tube 126 tends to rotate downwards relative to the corresponding corner element 130, and the two third pivots 1261A rotate relative to each other, so that the two third armrest tubes 126 approach each other, and finally the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 approach each other. By arranging the swivel joint mechanism 123, the user can push or pull only a single sliding element 140 downwards to cause all armrest tube mechanisms 120 to fold in, thereby folding the entire crib 1000.
[0119] When using the children's bed 10 of the present embodiment, if the user has to move the bed frame 10 from the folded state to the unfolded state, that is, if the armrest tube mechanisms 120 have to be moved from the folded position to the unfolded position (from the position shown in the image), the following may occur: Fig. 19 shown condition to the one in Fig. The armrest tube mechanism 120, which is located between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, is taken as an example to illustrate the working process of the armrest tube mechanisms 120 (as shown in Figure 17).
[0120] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 19, the user pushes the sliding elements 140, causing the sliding elements 140 to drive the second sliding ends 1251B of the second armrest tubes 125 to move upwards along the corresponding first leg 111 and second leg 112. In this case, the two second armrest tubes 125 move away from each other and push the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 apart. During this process, the fourth pivoting ends 1261B of the two third armrest tubes 126 rotate upwards relative to the first pivoting part Q1, and the two third armrest tubes 126 move away from each other, also pushing the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 apart. Once the two second armrest tubes 125 and the two third armrest tubes 126 are fully unfolded, the sliding elements 140 can be locked in the correct position on the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 by the locking mechanism 150.
[0121] As in Fig. 20, Fig. 21 to Fig. As shown in Figure 22, the bed frame 10 can, according to the second embodiment, further include a second protective component 170. Fig. Figure 20 shows a partial structure of the bed frame 10, in which the second armrest tube assembly 124 is in the folded position; Fig. 21 shows the bed frame 10 in Fig. 20, where the second armrest tube assembly 124 is in a transitional position between the folded-in position and the folded or unfolded position; and Fig. 22 shows the bed frame 10 of Fig. 20, where the second armrest tube assembly 124 is in the folded position. In this embodiment, the second protective component 170 is arranged on every second armrest tube 125 and / or every third armrest tube 126. In other words, the second protective component 170 can be arranged only on every second armrest tube 125, or only on every third armrest tube 126; or it can be arranged on both the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126.Furthermore, the second protective component 170 is positioned at the pivot connection between the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126, both of which are connected to either the first leg 111 or the second leg 112, that is, it is positioned at the connection section between the second armrest tube 125 and the swivel connection mechanism 123, and / or it is positioned at the connection section between the third armrest tube 126 and the swivel connection mechanism 123.When the armrest tube mechanism 120 is moved from the unfolded position to the folded position, the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126, both of which are connected to either the first leg 111 or the second leg 112, are each pivoted relative to the corresponding swivel joint mechanism 123, and the second armrest tube 125, the third armrest tube 126 and the corresponding swivel joint mechanism 123 enclose a second enclosure area 128 (see . Fig. 19). The second protective component 170 is designed to shield the second containment area 128 (see for comparison Fig. 19 and Fig. 22). In this way, when the user folds the bed frame 10, not only can the crib cover 1200 be prevented from entering the second enclosure area 128, which would impair the continuous folding of the bed frame 10, but it can also be prevented from accidentally entering the second enclosure area 128 by the user's hand, thus preventing possible entrapment and injury.
[0122] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 19, when the armrest tube mechanism 120 is moved from the unfolded position to the folded position, the two sixth tube segments 1263 pivot relative to each other and gradually enclose a third inclusion region 129. In particular, the third inclusion region 129 denotes the region enclosed by the inner surfaces of the two sixth tube segments 1263. In particular, as shown in Fig. 20, Fig. 21 to Fig. As shown in Figure 22, the second protective component 170 is arranged on every third armrest tube 126 in this embodiment. If the second protective component 170 is arranged on every third armrest tube 126, the second protective plate 170 extends from the fifth tube segment 1262 to the sixth tube segment 1263, so that the second protective component 170 is also designed to shield the third enclosure area 129 (see Figure 22). Fig. 19 and Fig. 22). In this way, not only can the crib cover 1200 be prevented from entering the third enclosure area 129, but it can also be prevented from a hand accidentally entering the third enclosure area 129.
[0123] In particular, it includes, as in Fig. Figure 23 shows the second protective component 170 of the bed frame 10 of the second embodiment, comprising a second protective plate 171 and a second protective connector 172, which are connected to each other. The second protective plate 171 is designed to shield the second enclosure area 128 and the third enclosure area 129. In this embodiment, the second protective plate 171 generally has a trapezoidal layer structure. The second protective connector 172 is arranged at the base edge and the side edge of one side of the second protective plate 171. In this embodiment, the second protective plate 171 and the second protective connector 172 are integrally formed. In other embodiments, the second protective plate 171 and the second protective connector 172 can also be connected by riveting, welding, or the like. The side of the second protective connector 172 facing away from the second protective plate 171 has a second arcuate concave surface 1721, which can be adapted to the outer wall of the second armrest tube 125 and / or the third armrest tube 126. In this embodiment, two second connecting projections are spaced apart on one side of the second arcuate concave surface 1721, and every second connecting projection is provided with a second connecting hole 1722. In other embodiments, more than two or fewer than two second connecting projections and more than two or fewer than two second connecting holes 1722 can be provided. The corresponding second armrest tube 125 and / or the third armrest tube 126 is / are provided with two second mounting holes (not shown), each corresponding to the two second connecting holes 1722.Two fasteners (such as blind rivets, screws, or rivets, etc.) extend through the corresponding second connecting holes 1722 and the second mounting holes to connect the second protective component 170 to the second armrest tube 125 and / or the third armrest tube 126. This improves the stability of the second protective component 170 after installation. In other embodiments, the second protective plate 170 can also be attached to the second armrest tube 125 and / or the third armrest tube 126 in other ways, for example, by means of an engagement or the like, which is not subject to any specific limitation here.
[0124] As in Fig. 17 and Fig. As shown in Figure 18, when the armrest tube mechanism 120 is switched between the unfolded and folded positions, the two sixth tube segments 1263 pivot relative to each other and gradually enclose the third inclusion area 129. Specifically, the third inclusion area 129 is the area enclosed by the outer sides of the two sixth tube segments 1263. Optionally, in other alternative embodiments, the second protective plate 171 of the second protective component 170 may also have other shapes. For example, the second protective plate 171 has an approximately rectangular layered structure. As shown in Figure 18, the second protective plate 171 has a rectangular layered structure. Fig. 27 and Fig. As shown in Figure 28, in one embodiment the second protective plate 171 comprises a first plate body 1711 and a second plate body 1712, which are connected to each other. The first plate body 1711 has an approximately rectangular trapezoidal layer structure, and the second plate body 1712 has an approximately triangular layer structure. The second plate body 1712 is arranged at the sloping side edge of the first plate body 1711, so that the entire second protective plate 171 is approximately rectangular. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 24, Fig. 25 to Fig. As shown in Figure 26, when the second protective plate 171 is installed on every third armrest tube 126, the first protective plate 1711 is designed to shield the second inclusion area 128 and the third inclusion area 129 simultaneously, with the third inclusion area 129 being shielded throughout. This means that the third inclusion area 129 enclosed by the inner sides of the sixth tube segments 1263 and the third inclusion area 129 enclosed by the outer sides of the sixth tube segments 1263 are both shielded (see Figure 26). Fig. 18, Fig. 19, Fig. 22 and Fig. 26). In particular, as in Fig. 27 and Fig. As shown in Figure 28, an arc groove 1713 is formed at the connecting section between the first plate body 1711 and the second plate body 1712. The arc groove 1713 is designed to be adapted to the sixth tube segment 1263 and to act as a barrier, so that, after the second protective plate 171 is installed on the third armrest tube 126, the first plate body 1711 and the second plate body 1712 can be in the same vertical plane, respectively, to shield the third enclosure area 129 enclosed by the inner sides of the sixth tube segments 1263 and the third enclosure area 129 enclosed by the outer sides of the sixth tube segments 1263. In particular, the second connecting hole 1722 is formed at each of the groove walls of the arc groove 1713 and the first plate body 1711.The two fasteners (such as blind rivets, screws or rivets) each extend through the corresponding second connecting holes 1722 to be connected to the sixth tube segment 1263 and the rotary connection mechanism 123 (such as the rotary element 1231 or the clamping plate 12321) in order to connect the second protective component 170 to the third armrest tube 126.
[0125] Note that the “inside” of the sixth tube segment 1263 refers to the side of the sixth tube segment 1263 that faces an angle of less than 180° formed between the sixth tube segment 1263 and the fifth tube segment 1262, while the “outside” of the sixth tube segment 1263 refers to the side of the sixth tube segment 1263 that faces away from the angle of less than 180° formed between the sixth tube segment 1263 and the fifth tube segment 1262. In other words, the “inside” of the sixth tube segment 1263 refers to the lower side of the sixth tube segment 1263 when the armrest tube mechanism is in the extended position, as shown in Fig. 24 is shown, while the “outside” of the sixth tube segment 1263 denotes the upper side of the sixth tube segment 1263 when the armrest tube mechanism is in the unfolded position, as in Fig. Figure 24 shows that, optionally, in some alternative embodiments, the armrest tube mechanism 120 includes the second armrest tube assembly 124. The second armrest tube assembly 124 can only include two second armrest tubes 125, as described above. Each second armrest tube 125 has the second pivoting end 1251A and the second sliding end 1251B. Two second pivoting ends 1251A are pivotably connected to each other. Two second sliding ends 1251B are slidably arranged relative to the first leg 111 and the second leg 112 and are pivotably connected relative to the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. When the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, at least one section of each second armrest tube 125 is parallel to the horizontal plane.
[0126] Optionally, in some other alternative embodiments, the armrest tube mechanism 120 includes the second armrest tube assembly 124. The second armrest tube assembly 124 can only include two third armrest tubes 126, as described above. Each third armrest tube 126 has the third pivoting end 1261A and the fourth pivoting end 1261B. Two third pivoting ends 1261A are pivotably connected to each other. Two fourth pivoting ends 1261B are pivotably connected to the first leg 111 and the second leg 112. When the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the extended position, at least one section of each third armrest tube 126 is parallel to the horizontal plane.
[0127] Fig. Figure 29 is a perspective view illustrating a bed frame 10 according to a third embodiment of the present application. The bed frame 10 has a design similar to that of the first or second embodiment described above. The bed frame 10 includes several legs 110 (which can be considered the first leg 111 and second leg 112 of the first or second embodiment, respectively) and several armrest tube mechanisms 120. In particular, the several legs 110 are spaced apart from one another along the circumference, and the armrest tube mechanism 120 is movably connected between two adjacent legs 110. The armrest tube mechanism 120 can be moved between the unfolded position and the folded position, so that the bed frame 10 can be moved between the unfolded and folded states. When the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, it is at least partially parallel to the horizontal plane. When the bed frame 10 is in the unfolded state, the multiple legs 110 can be spaced apart (see figure). Fig. 17); if the bed frame 10 is in the folded state, then the multiple legs 110 are folded together.
[0128] In some examples of the third embodiment, the armrest tube mechanism 120 includes at least one of the first armrest tube assembly 121 and the second armrest tube assembly 124.
[0129] In particular, the bed frame 10 in the third embodiment, which is described in Fig. Figure 29 shows both the first armrest tube assembly 121 and the second armrest tube assembly 124. In particular, reference can be made to the first armrest tube assembly 121 of the bed frame 10 in the first embodiment in connection with the first armrest tube assembly 121, and reference can be made to the second armrest tube assembly 124 of the bed frame 10 in the second embodiment in connection with the second armrest tube assembly 124.
[0130] In some designs, the bed frame includes 10, as shown in Fig. Figure 29 shows four legs 110 spaced apart along the circumference. To better understand the armrest tube mechanisms 120 arranged between the legs 110, the four legs 110 can be designated successively as first leg 111, second leg 112, third leg 113, and fourth leg 114. The first armrest tube assembly 121 is arranged between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, and between the third leg 113 and the fourth leg 114, with the two first armrest tube mechanisms 121 facing each other. The second armrest tube assembly 124 is arranged between the first leg 111 and the fourth leg 114, and between the second leg 112 and the third leg 113, with the two second armrest tube assemblies 124 facing each other. When the bed frame 10 is in an unfolded state, the bed frame 10 generally has a rectangular shape.
[0131] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 29, in some embodiments the corner element 130 and the sliding element 140 are arranged on each of the first leg 111, the second leg 112, the third leg 113, and the fourth leg 114. The corner element 130 comprises the first corner part 131 and the second corner part 132. The first corner part 131 and the second corner part 132 are connected to each other and arranged at an angle to one another. The first corner part 131 and the second corner part 132 are both provided with the first pivoting part Q1. In particular, one of the first pivoting parts Q1 is pivotably connected to the first pivoting end 1221A of the first armrest tube 122, while the other of the first pivoting parts Q1 is pivotably connected to the fourth pivoting end 1261B of the third armrest tube 126.
[0132] What's next in Fig. As shown in Figure 29, the sliding element 140 in some embodiments includes the first sliding part 141 and the second sliding part 142. The first sliding part 141 and the second sliding part 142 are connected to each other and arranged at an angle to one another. The first sliding part 141 and the second sliding part 142 are both connected to the second pivoting part Q2. In particular, one of the second pivoting parts Q2 is pivotably connected to the first sliding end 1221B of the first armrest tube 122, while the other of the second pivoting parts Q2 is pivotably connected to the second sliding end 1251B of the second armrest tube 125.
[0133] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 30, in the third embodiment, the bed frame 10 further includes both the first protective component 160 and the second protective component 170. In particular, reference can be made to the first protective component 160 of the bed frame 10 in the first embodiment in connection with the design of the first protective component 160, and reference can be made to the second protective component 170 of the bed frame 10 in the second embodiment in connection with the design of the second protective component 170, which is why no repeated description of this is given.
[0134] Note that in the third embodiment, the second protective plate 171 of the second protective component 170 has the trapezoidal layer structure as described above (see Fig. 23 and Fig. 30), or the rectangular layer structure as described above (see Fig. 27 and Fig. 31).
[0135] As in Fig. 33 and Fig. As shown in Figure 34, a fourth embodiment of the present application further provides a bed frame 10, which is a modified example of the bed frame 10 shown in the first embodiment, and which includes several legs 110 and several armrest tube mechanisms 120. The several legs 110 are spaced apart from one another along the circumference. The armrest tube mechanism 120 is movably connected between each pair of adjacent legs 110. The armrest tube mechanism 120 includes at least one pair of armrest tubes. The pair of armrest tubes includes two armrest tubes that intersect each other and are pivotably connected to one another. Each armrest tube mechanism 120 is switchable between the unfolded position and the folded position, so that the bed frame 10 can be switched between the unfolded state and the folded state.
[0136] Note that in the fourth embodiment, the “pair of armrest tubes” can refer to the first two armrest tubes 122. Also note that the first two armrest tubes 122 are straight tubes, meaning that the first tube segment 1222 and the second tube segment 1223 are on the same straight line. Additionally, compared to the bed frame 10 of the first embodiment, the pivoting connection mechanism 123 is omitted in the bed frame 10 of the fourth embodiment. This means that when the two armrest tubes 122 are arranged between the two legs 110, the first two armrest tubes 122 are directly pivotally connected to each other, instead of being pivotally connected to each other via the pivoting connection mechanism 123.
[0137] Furthermore, it includes how Fig. 35 and Fig. Figure 36 shows that in the fourth embodiment, the bed frame 10 also has several third protective components 180. In particular, each pair of armrest tubes is provided with the third protective component 180. The third protective component 180 is installed on at least one of the armrest tubes and positioned at the pivot joint between the two armrest tubes. When each armrest tube mechanism 120 is switched between the unfolded position and the folded-in position, each third protective component 180 is designed to provide a fourth enclosure area α1 (see Figure 36). Fig. 34), which is formed between the two armrest tubes (that is, the two first armrest tubes 122) in the corresponding pair of armrest tubes, to shield. In this way, when this type of bed frame 10 is folded, it is also possible to prevent the crib cover 1200 or hands from accidentally entering the fourth enclosure area α1.
[0138] In particular, it includes how Fig. 35 and Fig. Figure 36 shows the third protective component 180 comprising a third protective plate 181 and a third protective connector (not shown) connected to each other. The third protective plate 181 is designed to shield the fourth containment area α1. In this embodiment, the third protective plate 181 has an approximately rectangular layered structure, and the third protective connector is arranged on a side edge of the third protective plate 181. In this embodiment, the third protective plate 181 and the third protective connector are integrally formed. In other embodiments, the third protective plate 181 and the third protective connector can also be connected by riveting, welding, or the like. A third arcuate concave surface (not shown), which can be adapted to the outer wall of the armrest tube, is formed on one side of the third protective plate 181.In this embodiment, two third connecting projections (not shown) are spaced apart on one side of the third arcuate concave surface, and each third connecting projection is provided with a third connecting hole (not shown). In other embodiments, more than two or fewer than two third connecting projections and more than two or fewer than two third connecting holes may be provided. The corresponding armrest tube is provided with two third mounting holes (not shown) that correspond to the two third connecting holes. Two fasteners (such as blind rivets, screws, or rivets, and the like) extend through the corresponding third connecting holes and the third mounting holes to connect the third protective component 180 and the armrest tube. In this way, the stability of the third protective component 180 can be improved after installation. In other alternative embodiments, the third protective component 180 can also be connected to the armrest tube by means of an engagement, or the third protective component 180 can also be formed integrally on the armrest tube.
[0139] As in Fig. 37 and Fig. As shown in Figure 38, a fifth embodiment of the present application further provides a bed frame 10, which is a modified example of the bed frame 10 shown in the second embodiment, and which includes several legs 110 and several armrest tube mechanisms 120. The several legs 110 are spaced apart from one another along the circumference. The armrest tube mechanism 120 is movably connected between each pair of adjacent legs 110. The armrest tube mechanism 120 includes two pairs of armrest tubes. The two pairs of armrest tubes are pivotably connected to one another. In particular, each pair of armrest tubes includes two armrest tubes. The two armrest tubes intersect each other and are pivotably connected to one another. Each armrest tube mechanism 120 can be switched between the unfolded position and the folded position, so that the bed frame 10 can be switched between the unfolded state and the folded state.
[0140] Note that in the fifth embodiment, the “pair of armrest tubes” can refer to the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126; note also that the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126 are straight tubes, meaning that the third tube segment 1252 and the fourth tube segment 1253 are on the same straight line, and the fifth tube segment 1262 and the sixth tube segment 1263 are on the same straight line. Additionally, compared to the bed frame 10 in the second embodiment, the pivot connection mechanism 123 is omitted in the bed frame 10 of the fifth embodiment. This means that the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126 are directly pivotally connected to each other, instead of being pivotally connected to each other by the pivot connection mechanism 123.
[0141] Furthermore, as in Fig. 39 and Fig. As shown in Figure 40, the bed frame 10 in the fifth embodiment further comprises several third protective components 180. In particular, each pair of armrest tubes is connected to the third protective component 180. The third protective component 180 is installed on at least one of the armrest tubes and positioned at the pivot joint between the two armrest tubes; that is, the third protective component 180 can be installed on the second armrest tube 125 and / or the third armrest tube 126. Therefore, when each armrest tube mechanism 120 is switched between the unfolded position and the folded-in position, each third protective component 180 can be configured to enclose the fourth enclosure area α1 (see Figure 40). Fig. 34), which is formed between the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126. In this way, when this type of bed frame 10 is folded, it is also possible to prevent the crib cover 1200 or a hand from accidentally entering the fourth enclosure area α1.
[0142] The present application further provides a bed frame 10 (not shown) comprising several legs 110 and several armrest tube mechanisms 120. The several legs 110 are spaced apart from one another along the circumference. The armrest tube mechanism 120 is movably connected between each pair of adjacent legs 110. In particular, the armrest tube mechanism 120 for the entire bed frame 10 comprises the armrest tube mechanism 120 of the fourth embodiment described above and the armrest tube mechanism 120 of the fifth embodiment described above. In other words, the bed frame 10 can have a configuration similar to that of the bed frame 10 shown in the third embodiment described above, with the following exception: Each of the first armrest tubes 122 of the first armrest tube assembly 121 is a straight tube, and the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126 of the second armrest tube assembly 124 are both straight tubes, and the pivot connection mechanism 123 is omitted. The two first armrest tubes 122 of the first armrest tube assembly 121 are directly pivotably connected to each other. The second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126 of the second armrest tube assembly 124 are directly pivotably connected to each other.Since each of the armrest tube mechanisms 120 of the bed frame 10 is further equipped with the third protective component 180, the bed frame 10 can prevent the crib cover 1200 from being enclosed, or, through the third protective component 180, prevent a hand from being trapped during the folding process. In short, depending on the type of bed frame 10, different types of protective components (such as the first protective component 160, the second protective component 170, or the third protective component 180, and the like) can be selectively arranged on the armrest tubes of the bed frame 10.When each armrest tube mechanism 120 is moved between the unfolded position and the folded position, each protective component is designed to shield the enclosure area (such as the first enclosure area 127, the second enclosure area 128, the third enclosure area 129, the fourth enclosure area α1, and the like) formed between the two armrest tubes in the corresponding pair of armrest tubes. This prevents the crib cover or hands from becoming trapped.
[0143] The bed frame 10 and the children's bed 1000, according to one aspect of the present application, exhibit at least the following technical effects.
[0144] In the bed frame 10 and the children's bed 1000 of the present application, the armrest tube mechanism 120 is movably connected between the first leg 111 and the second leg 112, and the armrest tube mechanism 120 can be in both the extended and the folded positions, such that when the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the folded position, the entire bed frame 10 can be in the folded state. As a result, the volume of the bed frame 10 is reduced for easier storage and transport. When the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the extended position, it is at least partially parallel to the horizontal plane. Therefore, if the armrest tube mechanism 120 is in the unfolded position, the crib cover (for example, a fabric cover) installed on the armrest tube mechanism 120 tends to be flat, so that the crib cover fits the armrest tube mechanism 120 better, making the bed frame 10, which is covered by the crib cover, more attractive. In other words, if the bed frame 10 and the crib 1000, which includes the bed frame, are in the unfolded state according to the present application, the upper surfaces of the armrest tube are flat, so that the crib cover covering the bed frame is more comfortable and flatter.
[0145] The bed frame 10 and the children's bed 1000, according to another aspect of the present application, exhibit at least the following technical effects.
[0146] In the bed frame 10 and the children's bed 1000 of the present application, regardless of how the bed frame 10 is designed (for example, the upper ends of the armrest tube mechanisms 120 are coplanar, or the first armrest tube 122, the second armrest tube 125 and the third armrest tube 126 can all be straight tubes, and the like), protective components can be provided to shield the respective enclosure areas; for example, the first protective component 160 is provided to shield the first enclosure area 127, the second protective component 170 is provided to shield the second enclosure area 128 and the third enclosure area 129, or the protective component 180 is provided to shield the fourth enclosure area α1.When the user folds the bed frame 10, not only can the children's bed cover 1200 be prevented from entering the enclosure area, thus preventing any impairment of the continuous folding of the bed frame 10, but it can also be prevented that a user's hand accidentally enters the enclosure area, thus preventing possible entrapment and injury.
[0147] As again in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 to Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the crib cover 1200 of the crib 1000 can comprise a substantially rectangular base support layer 1210 and four side support layers 1220, which are connected to four sides of the base support layer 1210. The shape of the base support layer 1210 is adapted to the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the bed frame 10 in the unfolded state. In this embodiment, the horizontal cross-sectional shapes of the bed frame 10 in the unfolded state and of the base support layer 1210 are, for example, both rectangular. In particular, each side support layer 1220 is connected between the corresponding first leg 111 and second leg 112; that is, the side support layer 1220 is connected between each first leg 111 and each second leg 112. The base support layer 1210 is connected to two first legs 111 and two second legs 112. The bottom support layer 1210 and the four side support layers 1220 enclose a receiving cavity.
[0148] In some embodiments, the crib cover 1200 may also include a protective element 1230. The protective element 1230 is connected to the end of each side support layer 1220 furthest from the base support layer 1210. The protective element 1230 is wrapped around each armrest tube mechanism 120. By connecting the base support layer 1210 and the side support layer 1220 to the bed frame 10, a play area for the crib 1000 can be defined. The child can play in this play area. Additionally, the protective element 1230 is wrapped around the armrest tube mechanism 120, which prevents bumping and pinching due to the armrest tube mechanism 120 being exposed and improves the aesthetics of the crib 1000. The protective element 1230 can be made of a flexible material. For example, the protective element 1230 can be a fabric cover.
[0149] In some embodiments, the side support layer 1220 is, for example, a fabric layer or a mesh layer, and the like, which is not subject to any specific restriction here. If the side support layer 1220 is also a mesh layer, it can be essentially transparent, and the user can observe the child's position in the recording space at any time from outside the bed frame 10.
[0150] Furthermore, in some embodiments an actuating element 1300 is located at a substantially central position of the base support 1210 (as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. (as shown in Figure 41). The actuating element 1300 can, for example, be a component such as a strap, a rope, or a ring (such as a fixed pull ring, a handle, or a hook). In the present embodiment, the actuating element 1300 can be a strap pull ring. The actuating element 1300 can be actuated to change the bed frame 10 from the unfolded state to the folded state.
[0151] If the user needs to change the cot 1000 from the unfolded state to the folded state, the user presses the actuating end 1511 to cause the locking element 151 to be in the unlocked position; then the user pulls the actuating element 1300 upwards or pushes or pulls the sliding element 140 in the direction F1, so that the first legs 111 and the second legs 112, which are contained in the bed frame 10, can be brought closer together with the armrest tube mechanisms 120, the corner elements 130 and the sliding elements 140, so that the cot 1000 can be folded up.
[0152] As in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 to Fig. As shown in Figures 4, 41, and 43, the children's bed 1000, in some embodiments, further includes a support 200. The support 200 is detachably connected to the bed frame 10 and installed within the bed frame 10. In some alternative embodiments, the support 200 can also be permanently connected to the bed frame 10. In one embodiment of the present application, the support 200 can be received in the receiving cavity formed by the base support 1210 and the four side support 1220.
[0153] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 1, the support 200 in one embodiment is provided with an actuating opening 201. The actuating opening 201 faces the actuating element 1300. If the user needs to move the crib 1000 from the unfolded state to the folded state, the user can reach through the actuating opening 201 to pull the actuating element 1300 upwards. The upward movement of the actuating element 1300 causes the base support 1210 to fold upwards, and the folding of the base support 1210 causes the four legs to fold in, thus moving the crib 1000 to the folded state. When the crib 1000 is in the unfolded state, a mattress can be placed on the support 200 to cover the actuating opening 201, thereby facilitating carrying the child. The mattress topper 200 and the cot have a small volume when folded, which is convenient for storage and transport.
[0154] In particular, the edition includes 200 copies, as in Fig. 41 and Fig. Figure 43 shows a support cover 210 and a support assembly 220, which is supported at the base of the support cover 210. The support cover 210 includes a base cover 211, which is approximately rectangular, and four side covers 212, each connected to the four sides of the base cover 211. The base cover 211 and the four side covers 212 enclose a receiving cavity 230 for receiving a mattress 300 and a child. In the present embodiment, the four side covers 212 are detachably connected to the four side support layers 1220 by zippers 240. In other embodiments, the four side covers 212 can also be detachably connected to the four side support layers 1220 by a button fastening, a hook-and-loop fastener, or the like, or be directly connected to the four side support layers 1220.A first opening 2111, pointing towards the actuating element 1300, is arranged on a substantially central section of the base cover 211. In the present embodiment, the support cover 210 consists of a mesh material, so that the entire support 200 is lighter and more breathable. In other embodiments, the mattress cover 210 can also consist of other lightweight and breathable non-mesh materials.
[0155] In particular, the support assembly 220 includes, as shown in Fig. 43, Fig. 44 to Fig. Figure 45 shows a pivot base 221 and several support tube components 222, which are pivotably connected to the pivot base 221 in the circumferential direction. In the present embodiment, the pivot base 221 has a generally annular structure. A second opening 2211 is formed in the center of the pivot base 221. The second opening 2211 faces the first opening 2111 and the actuating element 1300; that is, the actuating opening 201 of the present application can include the second opening 2211 and the first opening 2111. An operator can actuate the actuating element 1300 via or through the second opening 2211 and the first opening 2111. The pivot base 221 includes a first surface 2212 (as shown in Figure 45). Fig. 45), which points away from the floor covering 211, and a second surface 2213 (as shown in Fig. (as shown in Figure 46), which points to the base cover 211. Several pivoting assemblies 2214 are arranged circumferentially on the second surface 2213 of the pivoting base 221. Each pivoting assemblies 2214 includes two pivoting elements 2214a, which are spaced apart from each other. In the present embodiment, four pivoting assemblies 2214 are provided, and four support tube components 222 are provided and pivotably connected to the four pivoting assemblies 2214.
[0156] Furthermore, when the support 200 is in the unfolded state, the length of each support tube component 222 is smaller than the length of each leg 110. Therefore, the length of each support tube component 222 is small, and the moment of gravity absorbed by each support tube component 222 is small, so the support stability of the entire support assembly 222 is better.
[0157] In particular, each support tube component 222 comprises several tube segments that are connected to one another. The several tube segments can be at least partially folded together. It should be obvious that the term "several" here refers to at least two. In the present embodiment, as shown in Fig. 43, Fig. 44 to Fig. As shown in Figure 45, each support tube component 222 has an inner support tube 2221 and an outer support tube 2222, which is slidably mounted on the inner support tube 2221. The inner support tube 2221 has a first end 2221a and a second end 2221b. The outer support tube 2222 has a third end 2222a and a fourth end 2222b. The first end 2221a of the inner support tube 2221 is pivotably connected to the corresponding pivot assembly 2214, and the second end 2221b of the inner support tube 2221 is inserted into the corresponding outer support tube 2222 via the third end 2222a of the outer support tube 2222 and slidably connected to the outer support tube 2222. The fourth end 2222b of the outer support tube 2222, furthest from the pivot base 221, is connected to the support cover 210.In other embodiments not shown, each support tube component 222 comprises a first tube segment, a second tube segment, and a third tube segment connected sequentially in a direction away from the pivoting base 221. The second tube segment and the first tube segment can be folded in together, or the second tube segment and the third tube segment can be folded in together. However, the present application is not limited to this, and the support tube component 222 can also be rolled up by other means beyond sliding or folding.
[0158] In the present embodiment, as in Fig. 43 and Fig. As shown in Figure 44, the four ends 2222b of the four support tube components 222 are each connected to four corners of the base cover 211. In particular, the four corners of the base cover 211 are each provided with sleeves 2112 that extend towards the center of the base cover 211. In the present embodiment, the sleeve 2112 is sewn onto the base cover 211 and is made of the same mesh material as the base cover 211. The outer support tube 2222 of each support tube component 222 is inserted into the corresponding sleeve 2112. The outer support tube 2222 is firmly connected to the sleeve 2112 by a fastener 2113, such as a blind rivet. In the present embodiment, the length of the sleeve 2112 is the same as the length of the outer support tube 2222.Such an arrangement can, on the one hand, prevent the sleeve 2112 from being too long and impairing the extension and retraction of the support tube component 222, but, on the other hand, can ensure that the sleeve 2112 has a sufficient length to prevent the outer support tube 2222 from oscillating irregularly when the support tube component 222 is folded in or out with the cot 1000, thus preventing any impairment of the folding and unfolding process.
[0159] As in Fig. 45, Fig. 46 to Fig. As shown in Figure 47, the support tube component 222 can be switched between an extended state and a shortened state. In the present embodiment, the extended state of the support tube component 222 denotes a state in which the first end 2221a of the inner support tube 2221 and the fourth end 2222b of the outer support tube 2222 are furthest apart, while the shortened state of the support tube component 222 denotes a state in which the first end 2221a of the inner support tube 2221 and the fourth end 2222b of the outer support tube 2222 are closest together. When the support tube component 222 is in the extended state, the inner support tube 2221 is at least partially extended from the outer support tube 2222. If the support tube component 222 is in the shortened state, the inner support tube 2221 is drawn into the outer support tube 2222, that is, the inner support tube 2221 is completely hidden in the outer support tube 2222.In other embodiments, the inner support tube 2221 may not be completely concealed within the outer support tube 2222; that is, a section of the inner support tube 2221 is concealed within the outer support tube 2222. The distance between the first end 2221a of the inner support tube 2221 and the fourth end 2222b of the outer support tube 2222 is, when the support tube component 222 is in the shortened state, smaller than the distance between the first end 2221a of the inner support tube 2221 and the fourth end 2222b of the outer support tube 2222 when the support tube component 222 is in the extended position.
[0160] In the present embodiment, both the inner and outer tubes have a hollow tube structure. The length of the outer support tube 2222 is greater than or equal to the length of the inner support tube 2221, so that when the support tube component 222 is in the shortened state, the inner support tube 2221 is completely retracted into the outer support tube 2222. In the present embodiment, the length of the outer support tube 2222 is slightly greater than the length of the inner support tube 2221 to ensure that the inner support tube 2221 is retracted into the outer support tube 2222 to the maximum extent. In other embodiments, the lengths of the outer support tube 2222 and the inner support tube 2221 can be adapted according to the size and folding condition of the crib. As in Fig. 48 and Fig. As shown in Figure 49, when the crib is in the folded state, the several support tube components 222 pivot relative to the pivot base 221 to positions that are essentially positioned below the pivot base 221, and the support tube components 222 are repositioned to the retracted state, so that the crib can have a smaller volume that is convenient for storage and transport. The support 200 is built into the bed frame 10, and the support 200 can be moved between the unfolded and folded states. One or more armrest tube mechanisms 120 of the bed frame 10 can form an upper frame 1110 of the bed frame 10. When the support 200 is in the folded state, the folded height of the support assembly 220 is lower than the height of the highest point of the upper frame 1110.This means that the length of the outer support tube 2222 is less than or equal to the vertical distance from the floor cover 211 to the highest point of the upper frame 1110 when the support 200 is in the unfolded state, so that the overall height of the folded cot can be reduced.
[0161] One of the support assemblies 220 is taken as an example for the detailed description.
[0162] As in Fig. 50 and Fig. As shown in Figure 51, the support assembly 220 further includes an anti-contact assembly 223. The anti-contact assembly 223 is arranged between the inner support tube 2221 and the outer support tube 2222 to prevent the inner support tube 2221 and the outer support tube 2222 from being in direct contact with each other. In particular, the anti-contact assembly 223 includes a first anti-contact element 2231, which is arranged on the inner support tube 2221, and a second anti-contact element 2232, which is arranged in the outer support tube 2222. The first anti-contact element 2231 and the second anti-contact element 2232 are positioned at least partially between the inner support tube 2221 and the outer support tube 2222.
[0163] The anti-contact assembly 223 is arranged such that only the first anti-contact element 2231 is partially in contact with the outer support tube 2222, and only the second anti-contact element 2232 is partially in contact with the inner support tube 2221. The inner support tube 2221 and the outer support tube 2222 are not in direct contact, so the contact area is small and the displacement is continuous. Furthermore, the first anti-contact element 2231 and the second anti-contact element 2232 can both be made of a plastic material to reduce the friction between them and the inner support tube 2221 or the outer support tube 2222, thus making the relative displacement between the inner support tube 2221 and the outer support tube 2222 more continuous.
[0164] As in Fig. 54 and Fig. As shown in Figure 55, the first anti-contact element 2231 comprises a first insertion part 2231a and a first contact part 2231b, which are connected to each other. The first insertion part 2231a has an approximately cylindrical structure. A first engagement finger 2231c is arranged on the side wall of the first insertion part 2231a. The first contact part 2231b has an approximately frustoconical structure with a radial size larger than that of the first insertion part 2231a. The first contact part 2231b and the first insertion part 2231a are integrally formed, and the first contact part 2231b closes one end of the first insertion part 2231a. The first contact part 2231b is attached to and closes this end of the first insertion part 2231a. The inner support tube 2221 is provided with a first access hole 2221c.Once the first anti-contact element 2231 is installed on the inner support tube 2221, the first insertion part 2231a is inserted into the inner support tube 2221 via the second end 2221b of the inner support tube 2221, and the first engagement finger 2231c engages with the first engagement hole 2221c, thereby securing the first anti-contact element 2231 and the inner support tube 2221. The first contact part 2231b is positioned outside the inner support tube 2221 and closes the second end 2221b of the inner support tube 2221. The radial size of the first contact part 2231b is larger than the outer diameter of the inner support tube 2221.
[0165] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 55, the second anti-contact element 2232 comprises a second insertion part 2232a and a second contact part 2232b, which are connected to each other. The second insertion part 2232a has an approximately cylindrical structure. A second engagement finger 2232c is arranged on the side wall of the second insertion part 2232a. The second contact part 2232b generally has a nose structure that is integrally formed at one end of the first insertion part 2231a. Alternatively, the second contact part 2232b generally has a nose structure that is attached to the end of the first insertion part 2231a. A second engagement hole 2222c is located on the outer support tube 2222 (see Figure 55). Fig. 48 and Fig. 49) arranged. If the second anti-contact element 2232 is installed on the outer support tube 2222, the second insertion part 2232a is inserted into the outer support tube 2222 via the third end 2222a of the outer support tube 2222, and the second engagement finger 2232c engages with the second engagement hole 2222c, thereby securing the second anti-contact element 2232 and the outer support tube 2222.
[0166] Furthermore, as in Fig. 50 and Fig. As shown in Figure 51, the fourth end 2222b of the outer support tube 2222 is further provided with an end cover 224. The end cover 224 is at least partially inserted into the outer support tube 2222 in order to close the outer support tube 2222.
[0167] If the support 200 is in the unfolded state, the support tube components 222 are in the extended state; if the support 200 is in the folded state, the support tube components 222 are in the shortened state. If the support tube component 222 is in the extended state, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 51, the first contact section 2231b of the first anti-contact element 2231 and the second insertion section 2232a of the second anti-contact element 2232 are in contact, thus achieving a position limiting effect. In this way, the maximum extension length of the support tube component 222 can be limited, and the inner support tube 2221 can be prevented from falling off the outer support tube 2222. When the support 200 is in the folded-in state, the first contact section 2231b of the first anti-contact element 2231 and the end cover 224 are in contact, thus achieving a position limiting effect. In other embodiments, the third end 2222a of the outer support tube 2222, that is, the end of the outer support tube 2222 in which the second anti-contact element 2232 is inserted, can rest against the pivoting base 221, thereby achieving a position limiting effect.
[0168] The process of folding up the crib of the present embodiment is described in detail below.
[0169] When the cot is folded up after the locking element 151 has been unlocked as described above, the four legs 110 are in the unlocked state, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 41, the actuating element 1300 can be pulled upwards over the first opening 2111 and the second opening 2211 to roll the base support 1210 towards the actuating element 1300, i.e., towards the central position, and to pull the base support 1210 upwards. Simultaneously, the base support 1210 causes the four legs 110 to move together towards the central position. In this way, the base support 1210 is rolled up between the four legs 110 in the folded state and does not fall off. Furthermore, when the base support 1210 is pulled upwards, an upward thrust force can be exerted on the pivoting base 221, allowing the support assembly 220 to fold in securely. This means that the support tube components 222 pivot downwards relative to the pivoting base 221 and into the state shown in Figure 41. Fig. As shown in Figure 49, the crib can be retracted by the sliding action of the base support layer 1210 and the base cover 211. Therefore, the crib is gradually moved from the intermediate state shown in Figure 49. Fig. 56 shows the folded state, which is shown in Fig. As shown in section 57, the cot is folded up. After the cot has been folded up, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 58, the folded crib can be wrapped with the mattress 300 and secured to the mattress 300 by a strap 310. Since the folded height of the support assembly 220 is lower than the height of the highest point of the upper frame 1110 when the support 200 is in the folded state, the folded support 200 is wrapped within the crib, and the highest point of the support 200 is lower than the upper frame 1110. Therefore, the folded support 200 does not affect the folded size of the crib, thus ensuring that the folded volume of the crib is smaller.
[0170] In an embodiment not shown, the actuating element 1300 can be omitted. When the crib is folded, the four legs 110 can be directly unlocked and then folded together by applying an external force. In this case, the base support 1210 can fall downwards under the influence of gravity, which is why the base support 1210 must be manually pulled upwards and folded in. During the folding process, the support tube components 222 do not automatically pivot downwards and are not retracted relative to the pivot base 221. In this case, the support assembly 220 prevents the crib from folding in as a whole. Therefore, the pivot base 221 must be manually lifted to cause the support tube components 222 to rotate and retract relative to the pivot base 221, after which the crib can be folded into the folded position.
[0171] In the present embodiment, during the process of folding the crib, after the support tube component 222 has been pivoted downwards relative to the pivot base 221, the inner support tube 2221 of the support tube component 222 can be automatically moved into the outer support tube 2222. That is, the support tube component 222 can retract automatically, so that the folded height of the support assembly 220 is lower than the height of the highest point of the upper frame 1110. In other embodiments, during the process of folding the crib, after the support tube component 222 has been pivoted downwards relative to the pivot base 221, the inner support tube 2221 of the support tube component 222 does not automatically move into the outer support tube 2222.In this case, an external force must be applied to cause the inner support tube 2221 to be moved into the outer support tube 2222, so that the support tube component 222 retracts and the folded height of the support assembly 220 is lower than the height of the highest point of the upper frame 1110.
[0172] The aforementioned children's bed and the aforementioned 200-piece mattress have at least the following technical effects.
[0173] The aforementioned children's bed includes the bed frame and the mattress. The bed frame comprises the upper frame, and the mattress includes the mattress cover and the support assembly. When the mattress is installed in the bed frame, the children's bed can be switched between the extended and folded positions. In the folded position, the height of the support assembly is lower than the height of the highest point of the upper frame, resulting in a smaller mattress volume when folded, which is convenient for storage and transport.
