Abstract

Specific details are described below to enable those skilled in the art to fully understand the present disclosure. However, the present disclosure may be implemented in other ways than those described herein. Those skilled in the art can make such improvements without departing from the concept of the present disclosure. Therefore, the present disclosure is not limited by the embodiments disclosed below.Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a mower 100 of an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a machine body 110, a travel module 120, and a cutting mechanism 130.The travel module 120 includes a front wheel 122 and rear wheels 124 disposed on the engine body 110, and a travel motor 126 that drives the front wheel 122 and the rear wheels 124 to travel. The front wheel 122 and the rear wheels 124 form a wheel group. A front wheel 122 is disposed and located at the front end of the engine body 110. Two rear wheels 124 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the rear end of the engine body 110. Of course, a rear wheel may replace the pair of rear wheels for use. Similarly, a front wheel may replace the pair of front wheels for use. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the right-left direction is a feeding direction of the mower 100. Meanwhile, the advancing direction of the mower 100 may also be a direction from the rear end to the front end of the mower 100.The mower 100 of the present disclosure is a smart mower. Referring to FIG. 1, the machine body 110 is provided with a control module 112. The control module 112 is electrically connected to the travel module 120 and configured to control the mower 100, and is electrically connected to the cutting mechanism 130 and configured to control the cutting mechanism 130 to operate. The control module 112 may control the mower to travel along a preset boundary line to perform a cutting operation. The cutting mechanism 130 is disposed below the machine body 110 and configured to perform the cutting operation. In the present disclosure, the cutting mechanism 130 performs eccentric cutting. Specifically, referring to FIG. 1, the center line A is a position where the center axis of the machine body 110 is located, and the center line B is a position where the center axis of the cutting mechanism 130 is located. The center line B is not coincident with the center line A and is located on a side of the center line A and is located on the right side of the center line A in FIG. 1, so that the cutting mechanism 130 is disposed eccentrically below the machine body 110 and deflected to the right side of the machine body 110. In this way, the cutting mechanism 130 can scan as far as possible to the outside of the machine body 110 to cut the lawn at the boundary of a work area, i.e., the edge cut is effectively realized without manual trimming.A cutting mechanism 130 is arranged in the present disclosure. However, there may be more or equal to two cutting mechanisms 130, both of which are eccentrically disposed to perform the eccentric cutting. Further, all the cutting mechanisms 130 are deflected to one side of the machine body 110, or the deflected cutting mechanisms 130 are disposed on both sides of the machine body 110. For example, two cutting mechanisms 130 are arranged, then the central axis of the two cutting mechanisms 130 are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the central axis of the machine body 110, thereby expanding an operating range of the mower 100.The cutting mechanism 130 is disposed movably relative to the machine body 110 to conform to the shape of an obstacle at the boundary line of a cutting area and realize the following movement upon hitting the obstacle. Specifically, the machine body 110 is provided with a movable part 114 that is disposed movably relative to other parts of the machine body 110. The cutting mechanism 130 is connected to the movable part 114. The movable part 114 may drive the cutting mechanism 130 to move during the movement. Or, when the position of the cutting mechanism 130 is changed due to an external force, the position of the movable part 114 may be changed together with the cutting mechanism 130.In the present disclosure, the machine body 110 is provided with a drive mechanism 140 for actuating the movable part 114 in motion. The drive mechanism 140 drives the movable part 114 to move while working, and the movable part 114 drives the cutting mechanism 130 to move, rotate, or slide, for example. In FIG. 2, the cutting mechanism 130 can rotate relative to the machine body 110.In cutting the grass at the boundary of a complex working condition, as shown in FIG. 6, a wall or other obstacle is located at the boundary of the cutting working area, at which point a sensor detection element disposed on the control module 112 detects the shape of the obstacle in real time, and then sends a command to the travel mechanism 140. Further, the drive mechanism 140 drives the movable part 114 to rotate, and the movable part 114 may drive the header 130 to rotate to the left and right when rotating, so that the header 130 may conform to the shape of the obstacle as the mower 100 moves forward. The cutting mechanism 130 is set to be capable of extending out of a profile range of the machine body 110 to correspondingly extend the cut range of the mower deck 100 and ensure that there is no longer any residual grass during cutting of the complex working condition boundary. Moreover, the cutting mechanism 130 realizes the real-time tracking according to the shape of the obstacle, and the driving mechanism may not be arranged. For example, an elastic member may be directly disposed between the cutting mechanism 130 and the machine body 110. The elastic member is compressed when the cutting mechanism 130 is subjected to a pressure, and provides an elastic force that allows the cutting mechanism 130 to return when the pressure disappears. Therefore, the cutting mechanism 130 is in a normal state under the action of the elastic member at a position having the maximum cutting capacity, and can cut the lawn closer to the edge. As the mower 100 moves along the obstacle, the cutter 130 moves in a direction away from the boundary when the cutter 130 is subjected to the pressure of the boundary lawn or the obstacle during the advancement operation. After the pressure has disappeared, the elastic member actuates the cutting mechanism 130 to return. Therefore, the cutting mechanism 130 can realize the movement according to the shape of the obstacle and ensure that no residual grass remains in cutting the complex working condition boundary. The resilient member may be a torsion spring and may allow the cutting mechanism 130 to rotate or slide. The elastic member may also be a member having elasticity, such as a compression spring, which may allow the cutting mechanism 130 to slide.Referring to FIG. 7, the cutting height of the mower 100 of the present disclosure may be adjusted in real time along with the fluctuation of the surface of the earth to adapt to different terrain conditions. The height from the machine body 110 to the ground may be changed by adjusting a relative position between the machine body 110 and the wheel group to further change the cutting height, or the cutting height may be changed by changing the height of the cutting mechanism 130 on the machine body 110.Referring to FIGS. 1 and 3, the cutting mechanism 130 includes: a cutting motor 132, a cutting head 134, and cutting elements 136.The cutting motor 132 is mounted on the movable part 114. The movable part 114 may serve as a motor support. The movable part 114 is deflected to the right side of the machine body 110 so that the axis of a shaft of the cutting motor 132 is located on the right side of the central axis of the machine body 110. The cutter head 134 is disc-shaped and connected to the shaft of the cutter motor 132. When the cutting motor 132 operates, the cutting head 134 is driven to rotate. A plurality of cutting elements 136 are arranged and arranged evenly along the circumferential direction of the cutter head 134. The cutting elements 136 are cutting blades. When the position of the movable part 114 is changed, the movable part 114 drives the cutting motor 132, the cutting head 134, and the cutting elements 136 to move together. When the drive mechanism 140 is arranged to adjust the position of the cutting mechanism 130 to match cutting of various working condition limits, the drive mechanism 140 changes the position of the cutting mechanism 130 by driving the movable part 114. The drive mechanism 140 is mounted on the machine body 110.In an example related to FIG. 2, the drive mechanism 140 includes a worm gear 142 connected to the movable part 114, a worm 144 matched with the worm gear 142, and a motor 146 that drives the worm 144 to rotate. When the motor 146 drives the worm 144 to rotate, the worm gear 142 drives the movable part 114 to rotate about the axis of the worm gear 142. FIG. 2 shows two positions C and D of the cutting mechanism 130.However, the drive mechanism may be made of other types of transmission devices, for example, in another example, the drive mechanism 140 may be a gear and a rack and pinion mechanism. When the elastic member is disposed to provide the cutting mechanism 130 with the ability to conform to the shape of the boundary line obstacle, the elastic member may be disposed between other parts of the machine body 110 and the movable part 114 on the machine body 110. As mentioned above, the elastic member may be a torsion spring or an ordinary compression spring or other members having elasticity. In the present disclosure, the cutting mechanism 130 performs eccentric cutting and is arranged deflected below the machine body 110. Therefore, the cutting mechanism 130 is located closer to the outside of the machine body 110.To this end, referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the machine body 110 is further provided with a side guard 150 disposed outside the cutting mechanism 130 to establish a guard barrier in the side of the cutting mechanism 130. The side guard 150 extends in a height direction (vertical direction) of the machine body 110 to prevent a human body from coming into contact with the cutting elements 136 of the cutting mechanism 130 from the lateral direction of the mower 100, and to prevent damage. Moreover, the lower surface of the machine body 110 of the mower 100 is spaced apart from the ground by a certain distance, the lower end of the machine body of the smart mower is spaced apart from the ground by a certain distance, and due to this distance, feet or hands of persons may protrude below the machine body 110 and approach a cutter as a cutting element. The smart mower travels along a preset boundary area to operate in unmanned operation. Although the foregoing side guard 150 can prevent human tissue from extending below the machine body 110 from the lateral direction of the mower 100 and approaching the cutting element somewhat, the foregoing side guard 150 still has some defect in the event that passengers accidentally extend out of nourishing fingers and toes below the machine body 110.To this end, the mower 100 is further provided with a ground guard 160 for establishing a guard barrier from the underside of the header 130. A cut portion 1362 of the cutting elements 136 extends in the horizontal direction. The bottom guard 160 is set to extend below the header 130 along a direction (horizontal direction) perpendicular to the height direction of the machine body 110. The ground guard 160 is located below the cut region 1362 of the cutting elements 136 to provide protection between the cutting mechanism 130 and the ground, thereby thoroughly avoiding the possibility of human body tissue being in danger after extension below the machine body 110.The positions of the side guard 150 and the bottom guard 160 on the machine body 110 are deviated to one side of the machine body 110, and the deflections of the two are the same as those of the cutting mechanism 130.Referring to Figure 5, the ground guard 160 is provided with a grass inlet 162. The grass inlet 162 is a strip-shaped slit, and an angle range between the forming direction of the strip-shaped slit and the advancing direction of the mower 100 is 0-45 degrees. In other words, by taking the advancing direction as an axis, the forming direction of the grass inlet 162 can be freely arranged in a range deviated leftward and rightward by 45 degrees. Thus, when cutting the ground guard 160, the grass presses down during the advancement, and the pressed grass tends to restore the original shape. Therefore, when the grass inlet 162 moves to the pressed grass, the pressed grass can enter the cutting area of the cutting member 136 accurately along the grass inlet 162 and is cut smoothly, and grass jamming is difficult to occur. When the grass inlet 162 is the strip-shaped slot, the width in the direction perpendicular to the advancement direction of the mower 100 is less than 13 mm to prevent the fingers from contacting the cutting elements 136 through the grass inlet 162 after entering below the machine body 110. It should be noted that since the width is not the unique factor that decides whether the fingers can enter the grass inlet (there are other factors, for example, the length), the width of the grass inlet 162 is not limited thereto. However, if the width is set to be equal to the above size, the situation that the normally-sized fingers and toes of the persons possibly occurring in the working area of the mower 100 enter the grass inlet 162 can be prevented without considering other factors. The shape and the shape direction of the grass inlet 162 are not limited to the above behaviors, for example, a certain included angle may be formed between the shape direction of the grass inlet 162 and the advancing direction. For another example, in the present disclosure, the grass inlet 162 is the strip-shaped slot, and the ground guard 160 is fence-like. The grass inlet 162 may also be formed into other shapes, such as a mesh structure or an irregular structure, etc.One side of the bottom guard 160 back onto the header 130 is raised in an arc relative to the cutting mechanism 130. In other words, a ground-opposite side of the ground guard 160 is arc-shaped. Thus, during the advancement process of the mower 100, the ground guard 160 is not easily inserted into the ground of the work area, and uniform cutting is ensured. The ground guard 160 may prevent the human body from coming into contact with the cutting mechanism 130 after extending below the machine body 110, and the grass inlet 162 in the ground guard 160 may allow the cutting to be smoothly performed. While the side guard 150 and the cutting mechanism 130 may be adjusted to approach the outside of the mower 100 as much as possible. In particular, the distance between the cutting elements 136 of the cutting mechanism and the outermost side of the machine body 110 is less than 20 mm, whereby the cutting of the lawn edge is realized while simultaneously satisfying the cutting and safety requirements. The length of the bottom guard 160 is set to be equal to or larger than a cutting diameter of the cutting mechanism 130, thereby preventing the human body from coming into contact with the cutting elements 136 of the cutting mechanism 130 after the human body crosses over the bottom guard 160. Moreover, the bottom guard 160 and the side portion guard 150 are integrally connected, therefore, on the one hand, integral molding is facilitated to reduce assembly operations, and on the other hand, there is no gap between the bottom guard 160 and the side portion guard 150, and the human body is prevented from entering the working range of the cutting members 136 from the gap between the two.The height of the cutting elements 136 of the cutting mechanism 130 on the machine body 110 is adjustable, and the side guard 150 and the bottom guard 160 both follow the cutting elements 136 for ascent and descent. Specifically, both the side portion protector 150 and the bottom protector 160 are supported by the movable part 114. Thus, the movable part drives the side part guard 150 and the bottom guard 160 to move together in moving. The side guard 150 and the bottom guard 160 follow the cutting mechanism 130 to move together. In this way, as the cutting mechanism 130 rotates, slides or descends up and down relative to the machine body 110, the side guard 150 and the bottom guard 160 can follow the cutting mechanism to move together and achieve a protection effect. In addition, a relative positional relationship between the side guard 150 and the bottom guard 160 and the cutting mechanism 130 and the cutting elements 136 is fixed unchanged, and does not need to be readjusted each time. The side part guard 150 and the bottom guard 160 may be fixed on the machine body 110, and the position is fixed without moving. The side guard 150 and the bottom guard 160 may be movably disposed at other positions of the machine body 110 instead of moving together with the cutting mechanism 110 as long as they are moved together with the cutting mechanism 130 each time.In the present disclosure, the cutting mechanism 130 is located below the machine body 110 and is located in a profile portion of the machine body 110. It should be noted that the header 130 may be placed in a state that the header 130 is wholly or partly disposed in the profile portion of the machine body 110. Since the side guard 150 and the bottom guard 160 are disposed, the human body can still not contact the cutting elements 136 of the cutting mechanism 130 from the side surface and the bottom, and damage is prevented.Referring to Fig. 3, to achieve the purpose of safety protection, the outer part of the machine body 110 is further provided with an outer shield 170. The outer shield 170 shields above the machine body 110 and the cutting mechanism 130 to protect the machine body 110 and the cutting mechanism 130 from the upper side and prevent damage.A further preferred embodiment of the mower deck will be explained in combination with the drawings.Referring to FIGS. 8 to 10, the mower 1001 of another embodiment of the present disclosure includes a housing 1101, a travel module 1201, a first cutting head 1301 disposed below the housing 1101, and a first cutting motor 1401 that drives the first cutting head 1301 to operate. The travel module 1201 is a wheel group mounted on the housing 1101 and configured to drive the mower 1001 for advancement and steering. In Fig. 8, the direction from right to left is the advancing direction of the mower 1001. Meanwhile, the advancing direction of the mower 1001 is the direction from the rear end to the front end of the mower 1001.The first cutting head 1301 is located below the housing 1101 and inside the outer wall 1121 of the housing 1101. The first cutting head 1301 is driven by the first cutting motor 1401 mounted below the housing 1101 to operate. The first cutting head 1301 includes a cutting head 1321 connected to a shaft of the first cutting motor 1401 and driven to rotate by the first cutting motor 1401, and a plurality of cutting elements 1341 arranged along the circumferential direction of the cutting head 1321. The cutting elements 1341 are usually blades made of a metallic material.A round first cut region is formed within the outer wall 1121 of the housing 1101 when the first cutting head 1301 is operating. When the mower 1001 operates, the first cutting head 1301 mainly cuts the grass below the pavement 1101, and cannot cut the grass outside the pavement 1101. The mower 1001 cuts in the working area defined by the boundary line, when the smart mower goes to the edge of the lawn, the mower is automatically steered so that the lawn located at the edge outside the boundary line cannot always be mowed by the first cutting head 1301.For this purpose, the mower 1001 of the present disclosure is further provided with a second cutting head 1501. A second cutting motor 1601 that drives the second cutting head 1501 to operate is disposed below the housing 1101.The cutting elements of the second cutting head 1501 extend from the inside of the outer wall 1121 of the housing 1101 to the outside of the outer wall 1121. When the second cutting motor 1601 drives the second cutting head 1501, the second cut portion formed by the second cutting head 1501 extends from the inside of the outer wall 1121 of the housing 1101 to the outside of the outer wall 1121 of the housing 1101. Moreover, the first cut portion and the second cut portion together form a continuous cut portion in the direction perpendicular to the advancing direction of the mower 1001.When the mower 1001 cuts along the boundary line, the grass below the bass 1101 is cut with the first cutting head 1301, and the grass that is outside the bass 1101 and is in the lawn at the edge outside the boundary line is cut with the second cutting head 1501. In other words, when the mower 1001 cuts along the boundary line, the grass outside the boundary line is cut together without cutting the grass at the edge of the lawn with another mower after the work of the mower 1001 is finished. The second cut portion formed by the second cutting head 1501 extends from the inside of the outer wall 1121 of the housing 1101 to the outside of the outer wall 1121 of the housing 1101, and eliminates to some extent the shortage of cutting capacity of the first cutting head 1301. The first and second cut areas are continuous and form a large cut area, thereby enlarging a single working area of the mower 1001 and further improving working efficiency.Further, two second cutter heads 1501 are arranged, which are respectively arranged on both sides of the casing 1101, and the one-time operation range of the mower 1001 is widened as much as possible.Referring to FIG. 10, the second cutting head 1501 is a pair of scissors, and includes a first blade 1511 and a second blade 1521 capable of relative translation-reciprocal movement under the drive of a shaft of the second cutting motor 1601.The first blade 1511 and the second blade 1521 perform a relative translation-reciprocation movement, and the force of the two comes from the shaft of the second cutter motor 1601. For example, a particular implementation method may be as follows: the first cutting motor 1601 is mounted on the housing 1101, and the force is transmitted to a gear shaft 1541 using a reduction gear 1531. The transmission shaft 1541 is supported on a bracket 1551. The first blade 1511 is fixed on the support 1551 and is a fixed blade and keeps it still in relative translation-reciprocal movement. The second blade 1521 and the gear shaft 1541 transmit the force through an eccentric transmission mechanism, so that the rotational motion of the gear shaft 1541 is converted into the reciprocating motion of the second blade 1521.In addition, the first blade 1511 and the second blade 1521 are connected to the gear shaft 1541 through an eccentric transmission mechanism, so that the rotational motion of the gear shaft 1541 is converted into the relative reciprocating motion of the first blade 1511 and the second blade 1521. For example, the gear shaft 1541 may be provided with an eccentric gear, and the first blade 1511 and the second blade 1521 are respectively fixed at different positions of the eccentric gear. When the eccentric wheel rotates, the first blade 1511 and the second blade 1521 perform a relative reciprocating motion. The second cutting head 1501 is a pair of scissors, and the first blade 1511 and the second blade 1521 are usually strip-shaped and take a small space so that they can conveniently extend from the inside of the outer wall 1211 of the housing 1101 to the outside of the outer wall 1211, and it is also appropriate to arrange the second cutting motor 1601 below the housing 1101.The mower 1001 of the present disclosure is a smart mower and further includes a control module. The control module is electrically connected to the travel module 1201 and is configured to control the mower 1001 to travel; and is electrically connected to the first cutting head 1301 and the second cutting head 1501 and is configured to operate the first cutting head 1301 and the second cutting head 1501.Referring to FIG. 8, a shield 1701 for protecting the second cutting head 1501 is disposed further outside the outer wall 1121 of the housing 1101. The shield 1701 protects the part of the second cutting head 1501 outside the housing 1101 from the upper side direction, lateral directions, and front and rear sides, and the condition that accidental injuries occur during work because the second cutting head 1501 is exposed is avoided. Moreover, when the mower 1001 operates, the blade 1701 is placed in a state in which the distance between the lower surface of the blade and the ground is equal to or less than 35 mm to prevent fingers or toes from entering from the lower side of the blade 1701.The rollers 1801 are disposed on two sides of the outer wall 1121 of the housing 1101 via two sides of the second cutting head 1501. The blade 1701 is mounted on a rolling shaft of the rollers 1801, thereby providing better support. Moreover, the rollers 1801 achieve the effect of protecting the second cutting head 1501 to some extent. The preferred embodiments of the mower deck will be explained in combination with the drawings.Referring to FIGS. 11 to 13, the mower 1002 of the further embodiment of the present disclosure includes a housing 1102, a travel module 1202, a cutting head 1302 disposed below the housing 1102, and a cutting motor 1402 that drives the cutting head 1302 to work. The mower of the present disclosure is a smart mower 1002 and also includes a control module. The control module is electrically connected to the travel module 1202 and configured to control the mower 1002 to travel; and electrically connected to the cutting head 1302 and configured to control the cutting head 1302 to operate. The travel module 1202 is a wheel group mounted to the housing 1102 and configured to drive the mower 1002 for advancement and steering. In Fig. 11, the direction from right to left is the advancing direction of the mower 1002. Meanwhile, the advancing direction of the mower 1002 is the direction from the rear end to the front end of the mower 1002.The cutting head 1302 extends from the inside of the outer wall 1122 of the casing 1102 to the outside of the outer wall 1122, and forms a continuous cut portion extending from the inside of the outer wall 1122 of the casing 1102 to the outside of the outer wall 1122 in the direction perpendicular to the advancing direction of the mower 1002.When mower 1002 cuts along the boundary line, the portion of cutting head 1302 that is below the bass 1102 may cut the grass below the bass 1102, and the portion of cutting head 1302 that is outside outer wall 1122 of the bass 1102 may cut the grass that is outside the bass 1102 and is on the lawn at the edge outside the boundary line.As compared with the conventional mower in which a rotary cutter head is disposed at the middle position below the pavement, in the mower 1002, along the boundary line, the grass inside and outside the boundary line can be cut together, therefore, in one aspect, the one-time operation range of the mower 1002 is larger and the work efficiency is improved. And, on the other hand, no other mower is additionally used to cut the grass at the edge of the lawn after the work of the mower 1002 is finished.Referring to FIGS. 13 and 14, the cutting head 1302 is a pair of scissors and includes a first blade 1312 and a second blade 1322 that are capable of relative translation-reciprocation motion under the drive of a shaft of the cutting motor 1402.The first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 perform a relative translation-reciprocation movement, and the force of the two comes from the shaft of the cutting motor 1402. For example, one particular implementation method is as follows: The cutting motor 1402 is mounted to the housing 1102, the force is transmitted to a driven wheel 1332 of the cutting head 1302 using a drive wheel 1522 and a conveyor belt 1542. The driven gear 1332 transmits the rotational force to the transmission shaft 1342. The transmission shaft 1342 is supported on a support 1352. The first blade 1312 is fixed on the support 1352 and is a fixed blade that is maintained stationary in the relative translation-reciprocation movement. The second blade 1322 and the gear shaft 1342 transmit the force through an eccentric transmission mechanism, so that the rotational motion of the gear shaft 1342 is converted into the reciprocating motion of the second blade 1322.In addition, the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 are connected to the gear shaft 1342 through the eccentric transmission mechanism, so that the rotational motion of the gear shaft 1342 is converted into the relative reciprocating motion of the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322. For example, the gear shaft 1342 may be provided with an eccentric gear, and the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 are supported at different positions of the eccentric gear. As the eccentric wheel rotates, the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 can realize the relative reciprocating motion. The cutting head 1302 is a pair of scissors, and the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 are normally strip-shaped and take a small space to conveniently extend from the inside of the outer wall 1122 of the housing 1102 to the outside of the outer wall 1122.The cutting head 1302 may also be adjusted to be capable of rotating at a preset angle relative to the housing 1102, so that the cutting head 1302 can realize the tracking in real time according to the shape of an obstacle. In the present disclosure, when the support 1352 rotates relative to the housing 1102, the support 1352 drives the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 to move together through the gear shaft 1342, the support 1352 movably supports the housing 1102, thereby realizing the movement of the cutting head 1302.In particular, an elastic element may be arranged between the support 1352 and the housing 1102. The elastic member is compressed when the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 are subjected to a pressure, and provides an elastic force that allows the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 to return after the pressure has disappeared. When the mower 1002 advances and the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 are subjected to the pressure of the edge lawn or the obstacle during the advancement operation, the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 move in a direction opposite to the pressure. After the pressure is released, the elastic member actuates the first blade 1312 and the second blade 1322 to return. Therefore, the cutting head 1302 may move according to the shape of the obstacle, as illustrated by an arrow in FIG. 12, the cutting head 1302 may swing to and fro and ensure that there is no residual grass when cutting the complex working condition boundary. The resilient member may be a torsion spring and may allow the cutting head 1302 to rotate or slide. The resilient element may also be an element having elasticity, for example a compression spring, which may allow the cutting head 1302 to slide. Moreover, the cutting head 1302 realizes the tracing in real time according to the shape of the obstacle, and a drive mechanism that drives the support 1352 in motion may also be disposed. For example, a worm gear worm gear may be arranged, a worm is driven by the motor to rotate, the worm drives the worm gear to rotate about the axis of the worm gear, and the worm gear drives the support 1352 to rotate when rotating. When the mower 1002 cuts along the boundary line of the cutting area, when a wall or other obstacles are present at the boundary of the work area, a sensor detection element disposed on the control module detects the shape of the obstacle in real time, then sends a command to the driving mechanism, further, the driving mechanism drives the support 1352 to rotate, and the left and right rotation of the cutting head 1302 is realized, therefore, the cutting head 1302 can conform to the shape of the obstacle as the mower 1002 advances.Referring to FIG. 11, a shield 1602 for protecting the cutting head 1302 is disposed further outside the outer wall 1122 of the housing 1102. The shield 1601 protects the part of the cutting head 1302 outside the housing 1102 from the upper side direction, lateral directions, and front and back sides, and the state that accidental injuries occur during work because the cutting head 1302 is exposed is avoided. Moreover, when the mower 1002 operates, the blade 1602 is placed in a state in which the distance between the lower surface of the blade and the ground is equal to or less than 35 mm to prevent fingers or toes from entering from the lower side of the blade 1602.The rollers 1702 are disposed on the outer wall 1122 of the housing 1102 at two sides of the cutting head 1302. The blade 1602 is mounted on a rolling shaft of the rollers 1702 and thereby provides better support. Moreover, the rollers 1702 achieve the effect of protecting the cutting head 1302 to some extent. As shown in FIG. 15, the present disclosure discloses still another embodiment of the smart mower 1003, wherein the smart mower 1003 can automatically trim the grass on the lawn and includes a body 1103, a drive system, a cutting system, and a position control system 1303, the above drive system including a drive wheel 1213 and a drive motor (not shown). The driving wheel 1213 is disposed on the lower side of the body 1103, the driving motor drives the driving wheel 1213 lying above to rotate, and further allows the smart mower 1003 to travel on the lawn. The cutting system consists of a cutting motor (not shown) and a knife (not shown), the cutting motor driving the knife to rotate and using the knife to trim the lawn. The above position control system 1303 is connected to the cutting system and is configured to change a relative positional relationship between the cutting system and the body 1103 when the smart mower 1003 trims the lawn and hits an obstacle and cannot trim the grass near the obstacle, the position control system 1303 controls the cutting system to escape the obstacle and trim the grass near the obstacle.Specifically, the position control system 1303 includes a movable part 1313 and a rotating shaft 1323. The movable part 1313 is mounted on the lower surface of the body 1103 through the rotation shaft 1323, the movable part 1313 can be partially exposed outside a side of the body 1301, the blade is fixed to the lower surface of the movable part 1313, the rotation shaft 1323 is connected between the body 1103 and the movable part 1313, and the rotation shaft 1323 is connected to a non-geometric center position of the movable part 1313 when the movable part 1313 hits an obstacle 2003 as shown in FIG. 16, the movable part 1313 moves relative to the rotation shaft 1323 due to the reaction force of the obstacle, so that the movable part 1313 makes the cutting system move in a manner that holds on the edge of the obstacle 2003, Further, the blade disposed on the lower surface of the movable part 1313 may trim the grass in the vicinity of the obstacle 2003.In order to better trim the grass near the obstacle 2003, the rotating shaft 1323 is disposed at a position of the movable part 1313 near the edge. In this way, the movable part 1313 can make contact as far as possible with the lawn in the vicinity of the obstacle and trim the grass in this position.Specifically, the above position control system 1303 also includes a rotation controller 1333. When the movable part 1313 of the smart mower 1003 hits the obstacle as the smart mower 1003 continues to advance, the movable part 1313 will certainly rotate, and when the smart mower 1003 continues to advance so as not to contact the movable part with the obstacle 2003, the rotation control means 1333 allows the movable part 1313 to return to the initial position. For example, the rotation control device 1333 may be an elastic member, the elastic member is connected between the movable member 1313 and the body 1103, when the movable member 1313 rotates after hitting the obstacle 1303, the positions of two attachment points of the elastic member respectively fixed to the movable member 1313 and the body 1103 are changed such that the elastic member generates some elasticity, further, when the movable member 1313 does not contact the obstacle 2003, the movable member 1313 returns to the initial position due to the elasticity effect of the elastic member. The above elastic member may be a tension spring, two ends of the tension spring are fixed to the movable member 1313 and the body 1103, respectively, and when the movable member 1313 hits the obstacle 2003, the tension spring is elongated due to the rotation of the movable member 1313, and continues to generate a pulling force. When the movable part 1313 does not contact the obstacle 2003, the tension spring allows the movable part 1313 to return to the initial position by the pulling force. The elastic member may be a torsion spring or a leaf spring, the difference being that the torsion spring or the leaf spring generates a corresponding torsion or bending stress due to the change in position of the movable member 1313, and the principle is the same as that of the tension spring and is not repeated here in the present disclosure.Besides the elastic member type, the rotation control device 1333 may also use a control motor to control the movable member 1313 to rotate about the rotation shaft 1323 so that the cutting system and the movable member 1313 avoid the obstacle or the movable member 1313 returns to the initial position, in particular, the control may be performed in a manner in which a control program is manually input or the obstacle is automatically detected, and the above control method may adopt a manner well known to those skilled in the art and not repeated here in the present disclosure.According to the smart mower 1003, a relative positional relationship between the cutting system and the body 1103 can be changed because the movable part 1313 of the position control system 1303 rotates after being subjected to the resistance action of the obstacle, the blade on the lower surface of the movable part 1313 cuts the grass, so the grass near the obstacle can be trimmed when the smart mower hits the obstacle, and the problem that the grass near the obstacle cannot be trimmed thoroughly when the conventional mower hits the obstacle is solved. The respective technical features of the above embodiments can be freely combined, and for the sake of brevity, not all possible combinations of the above technical features will be described. However, the combinations of these technical features fall within the scope mentioned in the present disclosure as long as they do not conflict with each other. The above embodiments merely express several modes of implementation of the present disclosure, and the description thereof is relatively specific and detailed, which therefore cannot be understood as limiting the scope of the present disclosure.
