Description

The present invention relates to a luminaire kit for retrofitting a fluorescent luminaire to an LED luminaire, and to an LED luminaire retrofitted in this way.Fluorescent lamps are widely used. Fluorescent lamps used for this purpose, such as the known linear fluorescent lamps T 5 and T8, are widely used. Recently, however, fluorescent lamps have been increasingly affected by a market ban; for example, in the EU. There are some solutions to replace previous fluorescent lamps with LED lamps. In order to convert a corresponding existing fluorescent lamp "LED-capable", at least a certain amount of effort is currently required. For example, LED lamps are offered which, although based on the external appearance, are based on fluorescent lamps, are usually designed anew from the reason. Furthermore, individual solutions exist in individual cases, in which conventional fluorescent lamps are machined in order to convert them to LED technology. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a luminaire kit by means of which the conversion of a fluorescent luminaire to an LED luminaire can be carried out in a simple manner; and likewise a correspondingly simple-converted LED luminaire. This object is achieved by the subject matter of the independent claims. The dependent claims further develop the central idea of the present invention in a particularly advantageous manner.According to a first aspect, the present invention relates to a luminaire kit or a luminaire kit; in particular for converting a fluorescent luminaire to an LED luminaire. This has, on the one hand, a luminaire housing with housing-side fastening points for fastening luminaire components to the luminaire housing. The luminaire kit further comprises a first luminaire system of the fluorescent lamp type and a second luminaire system of the LED lamp type. The first light system includes a first light component. The first lamp component has first fastening points for fastening the first lamp component to the housing-side fastening points to form a fluorescent lamp. The second lamp system has a second lamp component. The second lamp component in turn has second fastening points for fastening the second lamp component to the fastening points, i.e. to at least part of the or all, on the housing side in order to form an LED lamp. The present invention makes it possible to use already existing housing-side fastening points of a luminaire housing (for example used hitherto for a fluorescent luminaire), which have been used for fastening a first luminaire component of a fluorescent luminaire, likewise for fastening the second luminaire component when converting to an LED luminaire. The already present housing-side fastening points can thus be reused in a corresponding conversion, which significantly simplifies the conversion of already existing fluorescent lamps to LED lamps. Thus, at best, only pure assembly activities are required, without the luminaire - more precisely the luminaire housing - having to be (post) machined and / or otherwise changed and / or at least partially reconstructed. Thus, for example, a surface-covering conversion of already existing phosphor lamps can also be carried out in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner; in order to meet new legal requirements, for example. Existing lamp housings (preferably an existing fluorescent lamp) can thus be retained in a simple manner and can be converted to another type of lamp (preferably the LED lamp type) purely by assembly activity without further processing. The first fastening points and the second fastening points can preferably be provided for fastening the respectively assigned luminaire component to the same housing-side fastening points. Thus, the fastening points of the luminaire kit or, in particular, the housing-side fastening points of the luminaire housing can be effectively used. In this case, preferably only a part of the fastening points on the housing side or else all of them can be used for the conversion. The first fastening points and the second fastening points can each have the same relative spatial distribution with respect to at least a part of the housing-side fastening points. Particularly preferably, the first fastening points and the second fastening points and the housing-side fastening points all have the same relative spatial distribution among their fastening points. In this way, the assembly can be simplified since it is always necessary to mount at the same positions. In addition, the fastening points of the respective components can thus be effectively used for fastening. Re-upgrading can thus be carried out simply and effectively. The first luminaire component preferably has a plurality of first subcomponents. A first of the first sub-components in turn preferably has a first group of the first fastening points for fastening the first of the first sub-components to a first group of the housing-side fastening points. A second of the first sub-components has a second group of the first fastening points for fastening the second of the first sub-components to a second group of the housing-side fastening points. A multipart first lamp component can thus also be fastened in a particularly simple and effective manner. In a comparable manner, the second lamp component can also have a plurality of second sub-components. A first of the second subcomponents then preferably has a first group of the second fastening points for fastening the first of the second subcomponents to one or the first group of the housing-side fastening points. A second of the second subcomponents then preferably has a second group of the second fastening points for fastening the second of the second subcomponents to one or the second group of the housing-side fastening points. Accordingly, the second lamp component can also be provided in multiple parts as required, wherein the sub-components thereof can effectively use the housing-side fastening points for fastening the same. The first group of the first fastening points and the first group of the second fastening points are preferably provided for fastening the respectively assigned sub-component to the same first group of the housing-side fastening points. Consequently, the subcomponents of both lamp systems which are to be fastened in each case to the or the same first group of the housing-side fastening points can be easily converted in replacement. In the same way, it is also conceivable that the second group of the first fastening points and the second group of the second fastening points are provided for fastening the respectively assigned sub-component to the same second group of the housing-side fastening points. Thus, the subcomponents of the two lighting systems to be fastened to the or the same second group of the housing-side fastening points can also be easily converted in replacement. The first group of the first fastening points and the first group of the second fastening points can preferably each have the same relative spatial distribution with respect to at least a part of the housing-side fastening points. Particularly preferably, the first group of the first fastening points and the first group of the second fastening points and the first group of the housing-side fastening points all have the same relative spatial distribution among their fastening points. The mounting or dismantling of the corresponding sub-components can thus also be implemented particularly easily and intuitively. In the same way, it is also conceivable that the second group of the first fastening points and the second group of the second fastening points each have the same relative spatial distribution with respect to at least a part of the housing-side fastening points. Particularly preferably, the second group of the first fastening points and the second group of the second fastening points and the second group of the housing-side fastening points all have the same relative spatial distribution among their fastening points. This also enables a particularly simple, effective and intuitive exchange for the corresponding sub-components and thus a re-conversion between the two light systems. The first group of housing-side fastening points may preferably be different from the second group of housing-side fastening points. Thus, if applicable, independently of the assignment of the housing-side fastening points to specific subcomponents of one of the luminaire systems, the assignment of the housing-side fastening points to associated subcomponents of the other luminaire system can be different or these can also be the same for the respective subcomponents. The latter results in particular when the aforementioned groups, i.e. the first group of housing-side fastening points and the second group of housing-side fastening points, preferably do not share any fastening points. The second fastening points can preferably be provided for fastening the second luminaire component to at least some (or even all) of the housing-side fastening points at which the first fastening points are provided for fastening the first luminaire component, preferably at least one of the first subcomponents. In other words, it is conceivable that the second lamp component also uses only a part of the housing-side fastening points which is / has been used by the first lamp component, in order to use the housing-side fastening points for retrofitting or refitting as required. The first lamp component can preferably have a light-transmissive lamp cover and / or a fluorescent lamp device carrier for accommodating electrical and / or electronic fluorescent lamp components. The luminaire kit thus makes it possible to replace customary luminaire components that make up the fluorescent lamp type or thus to convert a corresponding fluorescent luminaire effectively to an LED luminaire in a simple manner. The light transmissive lamp cover may preferably be one of the first sub-components; preferably, the first of the first sub-components. The light transmissive lamp cover may preferably include the first group of the first attachment points. Thus, the light-transmissive lamp cover embodied as a sub-component can be replaced in a simple manner or can be replaced at its position by a second lamp component or its second sub-component. The light-transmissive luminaire cover can preferably be or have a grid reflector and / or a cover grid and / or a light-transmissive cover plate and / or a luminaire optical unit and the like. Thus, different embodiment variants of fluorescent lamps can be part of the present lamp kit.The fluorescent lamp device carrier can preferably be one of the first subcomponents; preferably the second of the first subcomponents. Thus, the device carrier associated with the fluorescent lamp type can also be replaced as part-i.e. preferably as a sub-component-of the first luminaire component correspondingly within the scope of a re-conversion. If the fluorescent lamp device carrier is one of the first sub-components and the light-transmissive lamp cover is another of the first sub-components, these form embossing features of the fluorescent lamp type, which preferably can be replaced in their entirety in a simple manner by a second lamp component or its second sub-component(s) and the lamp can thus be converted to the LED lamp type. The fluorescent lamp device carrier can preferably have the first and / or the second group of first fastening points. Thus, the fluorescent lamp equipment holder can be mounted at the desired housing-side mounting points. The fluorescent lamp device carrier can preferably have the electrical and / or electronic fluorescent lamp components. This enables a particularly simple replacement of the relevant fluorescent lamp components as well. The electrical and / or electronic fluorescent lamp components preferably have an electronic ballast (EVL) and / or a fluorescent lamp holder and / or a fluorescent lamp. Thus, conventional fluorescent lamp components can be easily exchanged with the associated fluorescent lamp device carrier and the luminaire can thus be converted to the LED lamp type. The second lamp component can preferably have a grid reflector and / or an LED lamp with an LED light source and / or an LED device carrier for receiving electrical and / or electronic LED components. The luminaire kit can thus provide common luminaire components of an LED luminaire for the exchange or conversion from a fluorescent luminaire to a second luminaire system of the LED lamp type in a particularly simple manner. The LED lamp can preferably be one of the second subcomponents; preferably the first of the second subcomponents. Thus, the LED lamp as a sub-component can be easily replaced with the first luminaire component or one of its first sub-components. If the LED lamp is the first of the second sub-components, which is replaced by the first of the first sub-components, preferably in the form of the light-transmissive lamp cover, then, for example, a fluorescent lamp of the conventional type can be converted into an LED lamp of the surface lamp type or with a lighting means closing off the lamp housing. The LED lamp can preferably have the first group of second fastening points, so that a defined fastening of the sub-component formed in this way is also possible in a simple manner; for example, in direct exchange with a corresponding one of the first sub-components.The LED lamp can preferably also have light-directing elements, such as lenses, reflectors and / or a micro prism optical unit. The LED lamp can likewise have an LED lamp housing. Overall, the LED lamp can have many conceivable (and generally known) components, so that different types of LED lamps can be provided with the luminaire kit or a corresponding fluorescent luminaire can be converted to different types of LED luminaires. The LED device carrier can preferably be one of the second subcomponents; preferably the second of the second subcomponents. The LED device carrier can thus also be exchanged individually in a simple manner or fastened to the luminaire housing for the conversion from a fluorescent luminaire to an LED luminaire. If the LED device carrier is the second of the second subcomponents, it is conceivable that the LED device carrier can easily replace the fluorescent lamp device carrier directly for re-adjustment in replacement, provided the latter also uses the same housing-side attachment points as the LED device carrier for attachment as the second of the first subcomponents. The LED device carrier can also be part of the LED lamp or, conversely, the LED lamp can have the LED device carrier. Thus, the LED device carrier can also be / have the second luminaire component or the first of the second sub-components, and thus serve, for example, in exchange with the first luminaire component or the first of the first sub-component.The LED device carrier preferably has the first and / or the second group of second fastening points. The LED device carrier can thus be provided in a simple manner at the corresponding fastening points on the housing side. If, for example, the fluorescent lamp device carrier has the second group of first fastening points in a comparable manner, the fluorescent lamp device carrier can be replaced in a simple manner by the LED device carrier, so that the assembly or conversion can be carried out simply, effectively and intuitively. Overall, the LED device carrier can thus be fastened or mounted at the corresponding fastening points as required. The LED device carrier can preferably have the LED components. Thus, the LED components can be provided easily at the conversion as required. The LED components preferably have an LED driver and / or a cable connection terminal and / or an LED lamp. Thus, LED components known with the LED device carrier can be provided in a simple manner for conversion to an LED luminaire. The housing-side fastening points preferably have fastening openings, such as through openings and / or threaded openings. Components can thus be fastened in a simple manner via these fastening openings, for example by means of screws, bolts or rivets. The housing-side fastening points can preferably also have latching elements of a latching connection, such as a latching projection and / or a latching receptacle and / or a latch. Thus, a conversion can be carried out by means of a simple latching connection. The housing-side fastening points can preferably also generally have structural sections of a force-fit and / or form-fit connecting component, so that any fastening options can be used for refitting. The first fastening points and / or the second fastening points preferably have fastening openings, such as through openings or threaded openings. Thus, corresponding fastening openings can also be used on the side of the respective lamp systems or the lamp components, via which fastening openings a simple fastening of the corresponding lamp component can take place, for example, by means of screws, bolts or rivets. The first fastening points and / or the second fastening points can preferably also have latching elements of a latching connection, such as a latching projection or a latch and / or a latching receptacle. The corresponding lamp components can thus be used for retrofitting in a simple manner by means of a latching connection. The first fastening points and / or the second fastening points can generally preferably also have structural sections of a force-fit and / or form-fit connecting component, so that connection types provided for retrofitting can be used easily. The luminaire housing can preferably be produced from a sheet metal, preferably a steel sheet metal. Light and stable luminaire housings can thus be provided which are simple to produce. In addition, the corresponding housing-side fastening points can be easily represented on these fastening points. These can be provided or formed, for example, as separate elements on the luminaire housing and / or can also be formed integrally or integrally integrally integrally therewith.According to a further aspect, the present invention further relates to a method for converting a fluorescent lamp to an LED lamp by means of a lamp kit according to the present invention (as already described above). In a first step, a fluorescent lamp is first provided. The fluorescent lamp has the lamp housing and the first lamp system of the fluorescent lamp type. The first lamp component is fastened with its first fastening points to the housing-side fastening points of the lamp housing. In a second step, the first lamp system is removed from the lamp housing by cancelling the fastening between the first fastening points and the housing-side fastening points. In a third step, the second lamp component of the second lamp system of the LED lamp type is then fastened with its second fastening points to the fastening points, i.e. at at least a part or all, of the housing-side of the lamp housing in order to form the LED lamp. In this way, a known fluorescent lamp can be converted to an LED lamp by a simple time- and cost-saving procedure without complicated post-processing.According to a further aspect, the present invention further relates to an LED luminaire produced according to the method described above. This is distinguished in particular by the use of a known luminaire housing (in particular a prior fluorescent luminaire) and thus an economical production.According to a further aspect, the present invention further relates to an LED luminaire produced by a method for converting a fluorescent luminaire to an LED luminaire by means of a luminaire kit according to the invention (as already described above). In a first step: providing a fluorescent lamp comprising the lamp housing and the first lamp system of the fluorescent lamp type, wherein the first lamp component is fastened with its first fastening points to the housing-side fastening points of the lamp housing. In a second step: removing the first lamp system from the lamp housing by cancelling the fastening between the first fastening points and the housing-side fastening points. In a third step: fastening the second lamp component of the second lamp system of the LED lamp type with its second fastening points to the fastening points, i.e. at at least a part or all, of the housing-side fastening points of the lamp housing to form the LED lamp. The LED luminaire is distinguished in particular by the use of a known luminaire housing (in particular a former fluorescent luminaire) and thus an economical production.Further advantages and embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings. Particularly preferably, the second group G 32 of the first fastening points 3 and the second group G 52 of the second fastening points 5 and the second group G 12 of the housing-side fastening points 10 can all have the same relative spatial distribution among their fastening points 3, 5, 10. This is also shown by way of example in FIGS. 1-3a.Preferably, the first group G 11 of the housing-side attachment points 10 may be different from the second group G 12 of the housing-side attachment points 10. In this case, these groups G 11, G 12 preferably cannot share any fastening points 10. This can be seen by way of example from FIGS. 2 and 3.The second fastening points 5 can be used for fastening the second luminaire component 4 to at least some (cf. FIG. 3 aand especially. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 band 3 c) or all (cf. FIG. 3 a) of the housing-side fastening points 10 at which the first fastening points 3 are provided for fastening the first luminaire component 2, preferably at least one of the first subcomponents 6, 7.The light-transmissive lamp cover 20 can preferably be one of the first sub-components 6, 7, preferably the first of the first sub-components 6, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The light transmissive lamp cover 20 may preferably include the first group G 31 of the first attachment points 3 (see FIGS. 1-2 ).The fluorescent lamp device carrier 21 can preferably be one of the first subcomponents 6, 7, preferably the second of the first subcomponents 7, as is likewise shown by way of example in FIGS. 1 and 2. The fluorescent lamp device carrier 21 preferably has the second group G 32 of the first fastening points 3 (cf. FIGS. 1-2 ).The LED lamp 41 is preferably one of the second subcomponents 8, 9, preferably the first of the second subcomponents 8, as can be seen, for example, in FIGS. 1 and 3 a. The LED lamp 41 preferably has the first group G 51 of the second fastening points 5, as can likewise be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3 a. In principle, the LED lamp 41 can also be the or part of the second of the second subcomponents 9, as is shown by way of example in the exemplary embodiment of FIGS. 4-11. In this case, the LED lamp 41 then preferably has the second group G 52 of the second fastening points 5.The LED device carrier 43 is preferably one of the second subcomponents 8, 9 or it has the LED device carrier 43, preferably the second of the second subcomponents 9, as can be seen, for example, likewise from FIGS. 1 and 3 aand also 4-11. The LED device carrier 43 preferably has the second group G 52 of the second fastening points 5.In principle, it is conceivable that each type of first lamp component 2 with or without first subcomponents 6, 7 can be replaced by any type of second lamp component 4 with or without second subcomponents 8, 9 for the conversion from a fluorescent lamp 110 to an LED lamp 120, provided that the second fastening points 5 are fastened to at least one, a plurality or all of the housing-side fastening points 10 at which the first fastening points 3 were previously connected to these housing-side fastening points 10 in the fluorescent lamp 110 to be converted; consequently, at least one, a plurality or all of the housing-side fastening points 10 of the lamp housing 1, which was(s) used for the first lamp component 2, are also used for the second lamp component 4.For example, it is conceivable that, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 a, the same number of first sub-components 6, 7 is replaced by the same number of second sub-components 8, 9 (in the present case in each case two), wherein in the LED luminaire 120 formed in this way, one, more or all of the housing-side fastening points 10 used in the fluorescent luminaire 110 for fastening the first luminaire component 2 are also used in the LED luminaire 120 for fastening the second luminaire component 4. It is likewise conceivable that, for example, a plurality of first subcomponents 6, 7, as shown in FIG. 2, is replaced by more or fewer second subcomponents 8, 9 or a one-piece or integrally provided second luminaire component 4, as is shown by way of example in FIGS. 3 band 3 c, provided that the second luminaire component 4 uses at least one, a plurality or all of the housing-side fastening points 10 for fastening via its second fastening points 5, which the first luminaire component 2 used or could use for fastening via its first fastening points 3 in the case of the fluorescent luminaire 110 to be converted. Accordingly, it is also conceivable in the other way that an individual first luminaire component 2 is replaced by a multipart second luminaire component 4 with corresponding subcomponents 8, 9 in order to convert the fluorescent luminaire 110 into an LED luminaire 120.As is shown in particular in FIGS. 24- 26, the luminaire kit 100 or a luminaire 110, 120 produced therewith can furthermore have a releasing tool 200 for releasing at least one of the luminaire components 2, 4 from the luminaire housing 1.The release tool 200 is configured in such a way that the fastening between the first fastening points 3 and the housing-side fastening points 10 and / or the fastening between the second fastening points 4 and the housing-side fastening points are selectively canceled in order to remove the corresponding luminaire system L 1, L 2 from the luminaire housing 1 (see, for example, arrow D in FIG. 26 ).The release tool 200 and its function are described below by way of example with reference to FIG. 26 for the LED luminaire 120, but these apply equally to the fluorescent luminaire 110.The luminaire housing 1 can define a receiving space A which is accessible via a receiving opening O delimited by a circumferential edge section 220 of the luminaire housing 1.Here, the luminaire 120 has a planar lamp as the luminaire component 4 (here, for example, the LED lamp 41). The lamp 41 can preferably be inserted into the receiving space A in this way (cf. for example. FIGS. 12, 17, 26) so that a circumferential gap S is formed between an outer circumference of the lamp 41 and the edge section 220 (in particular an inner circumference of the edge section 220), as can be seen in particular in FIG. 26.The luminaire housing 1 preferably has a first latching element 12 of a latching connection R as the housing-side fastening point 10. The two latching elements 12, 52 preferably interact in a latching manner in the inserted state of the lamp 41 in the lamp housing 1 or the receiving space A in such a way as to hold the lamp 41 in the lamp housing 1 in a supporting manner, as can be seen, for example, in FIGS. 12, 17, 26. In this case, the two latching elements 12, 52 can particularly preferably interact in a latching manner in the inserted state of the flat lamp 41 in the receiving space A in such a way that the lamp 41 can no longer be separated without tools in order to hold it in the lamp housing 1 in a supporting manner. This can be achieved, for example, by the latching elements 12, 52 (mutually) blocking against an insertion direction C of the flat lamp 41 into the luminaire housing 1 or its receiving space A or against the fastening direction C of the latching connection R-thus therefore in a separating direction or releasing direction D (cf. FIG. 26 ) or even pushing them into the latching connection RAt least one of the latching elements (here the second latching element 52 of the lamp 41) can have a latching spring 250, as can be seen in particular in FIGS. 12-14 17, 19, 21.At least one of the latching elements 12, 52 has a latching element provided integrally with the luminaire housing 1 or the lamp 41 (both of the latching elements 12, 52) and preferably also integrally (cf. the first latching element 12 of the luminaire housing 1).At least one of the latching elements (in the present case the second latching element 52 of the lamp 41) is preferably designed as a movable latch or has such a latch in order optionally to form or release the latching connection R. In principle, it is conceivable that both of the latching elements 12, 52 are also correspondingly designed as movable latches or comprise such a latch in order to selectively form or release the latching connection R.One of the first and second latching elements 12, 52 can preferably have a latching receptacle (here the first latching element 12 of the luminaire housing 1) and the other of the first and second latching elements 52, 12 (here the second latching element 52 of the lamp 41) can preferably have one or the movable latch, as can be seen, for example, from FIGS. 12, 17, 26.The first latching element 12 can preferably have the latching receptacle, and the second latching element 52 can preferably have the movable latch, as can likewise be seen from FIGS. 12, 17, 26.As can be seen in particular from the overview of FIGS. 12 and 26 and FIG. 14, viewed in an alignment of the gap S from outside the luminaire 120, a release section 206 of the latching connection R is preferably positioned in the receiving space A, via which the latching connection R can be released by means of the release tool 200 introduced via the gap S.The movable latching element, preferably the movable latch, in the present case for example the second latching element 52 of the luminaire 41, can preferably have the release section 206, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 14.As can be seen in particular from FIG. 13, the luminaire 120 can preferably have a plurality of the latching connections R, which in the inserted state of the lamp 41 are arranged distributed, preferably uniformly distributed, along the gap S in the receiving space A.The release section 206 can preferably have a stop 207 on which an engagement section 211 of the release tool 200 can engage when the engagement section 211 of the release tool 200 is inserted via the gap S into the luminaire housing 1, i.e. into the receiving space A, as shown by way of example in FIG. 26, for example, and is tilted about a tilting axis X running along or parallel to the gap S (see arrow P 1 in FIG. 26 ) in order thus to release the latching connection R (see arrow P 2 in FIG. 26 ).The luminaire kit 100 or the luminaire(s) 110, 120 can / can preferably have the release tool 200 with the engagement section 211 for insertion via the gap S into the luminaire housing 1 and thus for engagement with the release section 206 for releasing the latching connection R. An example of such a release tool 10 can be seen in FIGS. 24-26.The release tool 200 may preferably further comprise a grip portion 212 from which the engagement portion 211 extends. This can also be seen from FIGS. 24-26.As is illustrated by way of example in FIG. 25, the engagement section 211 can extend away from the grip section 212 in an angled manner. The tilting axis X can preferably extend between the grip section 212 and the engagement section 211 when the release tool 200, as shown in FIG. 26, is inserted with its engagement section 211 via the gap S into the luminaire housing 1-thus into the receiving space A.The release tool 200 can preferably be made of a sheet metal (for example.
