Abstract

The lighting for distillery plants (Figure 3) is characterized by the fact that 1. it consists of a base body (Figure 1) and an LED holder ring (Figure 2). 2. Both the base body (Figure 1) and the LED holder ring (Figure 2) are made of heat-resistant material up to at least 100 °C, preferably aluminum. 3. A battery compartment (1) is a fixed component on the base body (Figure 1) into which a battery holder can be inserted. 4. the base body (Figure 1) has pins (2) which can be attached to the union nuts of the sight glass of the distillery system 5. the base body (Figure 1) and the LED holder ring (Figure 2) are connected to each other by means of screws via existing drill holes on the base body (3) and threads on the LED holder ring (4). 6. The base body (Figure 1) has a groove (5) between the battery compartment (1) and the LED holder ring (Figure 2) to ensure cable routing between the battery holder in the battery compartment (1) and the LED holder ring (Figure 2). 7. The LED retaining ring contains holes (6) through which LED diodes are passed. 8. The radius of the LED retaining ring (Figure 2) corresponds to the externally visible radius of the sight glass.

Description

[0001] Distillery plants often do not have any illumination of the sight glasses.

[0002] Since it is extremely dark inside the plant, it is difficult to get a good view of what is happening behind the viewing glasses on the individual bell jar floors.

[0003] Conventional retrofitting of lighting requires a specialist company that makes complex structural changes to the system.

[0004] Retrofitting includes, for example, laying permanently installed cables.

[0005] The lighting for distillery systems is made of lightweight, heat-resistant aluminum and is equipped with an LED ring and a battery compartment.

[0006] The lighting for distillery systems is simply attached to the standardized union nuts of the distillery systems.

[0007] Through lighting for distillery systems - no structural changes to the system are necessary - no specialist company is necessary - no technical knowledge is required - no additional aids / tools are required - it is possible to install lighting on all sight glasses of the same standard in a matter of seconds - standard batteries can be used

[0008] An embodiment of the invention is shown in the Fig. 1 to 3 explained. Fig. 1 shows the basic body of the invention Fig. 2 shows an LED holder ring Fig. Figure 3 shows the invention as a whole. It is the result after Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are connected to each other.
