Abstract
Description
[0001] The Lindenberg coupling is for model railways of gauge 1 and gauge 2 (gauge G).
[0002] It is visually similar to the Scharfenberg coupling and belongs to the central buffer couplings.
[0003] The coupling enables simple and, above all, safe coupling and uncoupling of model railway trains.
[0004] It consists of a movable coupling body with a bolt and a recess next to it.
[0005] When couplings are opposite each other, the bolt of one coupling engages in the recess of the other coupling.
[0006] The clutch body has a deep slot on top, and the bolt has a notch on the top.
[0007] When coupled, the slot and the notch of the opposite pin form a line. When coupling, a rod falls into the slot of the coupling and the notch of the opposite coupling, thus holding the couplings together.
[0008] Since this happens on both opposite couplings, there is double redundancy.
[0009] The rod is held by a bracket running around the bottom of the coupling body.
[0010] The coupling body's bolt is designed to push the rod of the opposite coupling upward during engagement, before the rod falls into the notch. By pushing the bracket and rod upward (by hand or with an electric uncoupler), the coupling can be released again.
[0011] I would be very pleased if my application could be processed quickly.
Claims
[1] Model railway coupling, characterized by that it is equipped with a bolt (1) facing the direction of travel and a bushing (2) adjacent to it and that this bolt (1) fits into the bushing (2) of an opposite coupling. [2] Bolt (1) of the coupling according to claim 1, characterized by that it has a transverse groove at the top to allow the coupling rod (4) of the opposite coupling to engage in it. [3] Model coupling according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that it has a guide on the right and left to accommodate a closer bracket (3) and a slot is provided at the top for a closer rod (4). [4] Closing bracket (3) with closing rod (4) of the model coupling according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that it is pushed upwards by the bolt (1) of the opposite coupling when coupling and the coupling rod (4) falls into the notch of the bolt (1). [5] Closing bracket (3) of the model coupling according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that when driving over an elevation (e.g. uncoupling track) or by pushing it up by hand, the locking rod (4) lifts out of the notch of the opposite bolt and the couplings can thus be separated.
