Abstract
Description
Title of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a flexibly deployable ground anchor for double-rod mesh, made of metal, stainless steel, plastic, or aluminum. The material used applies to all variants of the possibilities shown in the drawings. State of the art:
[0002] The current state of the art is that there are no ground anchors for double wire mesh. Such fences are widely used and installed in both private and commercial areas. The surfaces of these wire fences are generally very sturdy, but depending on the length and height of the installed fence, instability on the ground can be observed, especially at the standard length of 2.50 m. This instability is particularly evident in the commercially available wire gauges 6-5-6 and 8-6-8.
[0003] Safety anchors, ground anchors, and tent pegs are available in a wide variety of forms. However, such products are not suitable for mounting on or onto double-rod mesh fences or wire mesh fences, as their shape or construction prevents them from being combined with these fences. Conventional ground anchors or similar products are either unsuitable due to their dimensions or difficult to install.
[0004] These systems may be suitable for securing tents, or for securing awnings in the garden, or for temporarily mooring an inflatable boat on the shore, for example.
[0005] Such commercially available systems are not suitable for the innovation mentioned above, nor are they suitable for use as ground reinforcement for double-rod fences. They are in no way suitable for permanent use on the ground or on double-rod fences.
[0006] The new safety anchor for double wire mesh fences can therefore be considered a novelty.
[0007] Solution to the problem: The task therefore lies in producing suitable ground securing devices made of metal, stainless steel, plastic or aluminum for double-rod fences, which can be flexibly attached to double-rod fences, especially in the ground area, and permanently installed.
[0008] Each ground anchor supports the double-rod mesh over a length of 2.00 - 2.50 m, or even shorter, and is installed centrally or in two places, depending on the fence height. Where foundations are present beneath the fence, the ground anchors can also be anchored by dowels.
[0009] Each ground anchor provides additional security for the double rod mesh against theft. It also provides protection during storms and strong winds, especially when privacy screens are in place.
[0010] It provides support on the sports field against rebound balls, e.g. in football and other sports.
[0011] It supports the fence against plant, root and tree pressure when plants grow or proliferate directly in front of the fence.
[0012] Each ground protection supports the fence against unwanted pressure or force exerted by animals that are in direct contact with the fence, as is the case in animal shelters, stables and zoos.
[0013] The ground support system supports longer fence systems in commercial and industrial applications, especially with the thinner 6-5-6 wire gauge. It supports any fence system in general, even on inclines or slopes.
[0014] The problem is solved by, for example, producing a securing spike as a ground anchor with the appropriate drive-in length and a secure enclosing hook, which can be flexibly attached to the ground or along the length of a fence panel and driven into the earth. This ground anchor has a lateral drive-in strut, which can be driven practically down to the turf until it is concealed as much as possible. Afterwards, all that would be visible is the actual enclosing hook, which, when positioned correctly, secures the fence in the ground area. The installation situations for double rod fences vary greatly and occur in all regions and trades. Starting with forest and meadow installations, double rod fences are also installed on curbs or erected along the property boundary so that practically every last centimeter is used.
[0015] For this reason, the invention is further developed by producing a flexible dowel-mounting safety device in the form of two angle elements that can be combined with each other, as well as an additional safety holder as a side safety device for lateral doweling. Both additional safety devices feature the same locking hook, matching the double-bar fence.
[0016] The invention is explained in more detail below using several embodiments as shown in the drawings.
[0017] The drawings show: Fig. I A side view of a first ground anchor for hammering in. The side view 1 shows the anchor in its basic cross-section. The anchor is driven into the ground using a hammer via the impact strut 4. The locking hook 15 secures the double-bar fence in cross-section 6. The anchor tip 8 is designed so that it can be driven safely and securely into the ground. As an additional anti-leverage device, so-called spring hooks 5 can be attached to the inside of the ground anchor 1. Fig. II shows a rear view of the ground anchor for driving in 2. The front view of the double-rod fence in view 7 shows a possible fixation. The impact strut 4 is located centrally of the ground anchor 2 and is shortened in height so that it can then be driven into the ground. The anchor tip 8 is designed so that it can be driven into the ground safely and securely. Fig. III shows the inside of ground anchor 3. The view of the double-rod fence in front view 7 shows a possible fixation. As an additional anti-leverage device, so-called spring hooks 5 can be attached to the inside of ground anchor 1. The anchor tip 8 is designed so that it can be driven securely and stably into the ground. Fig. IV shows another variant of a two-part ground anchor for bolting 10 to the foundation. The double-rod fence cross-section 6 clearly shows how the enclosing hook 15 of the front element encloses the double-rod fence. The additional angle element 16 is practically placed against it and screwed in place. Fig. V shows a top view of the double rod fence ground securing for dowelling 10. The double rod fence top view 9 shows the wire path in the enclosing hook 15. The angle element is placed against the enclosing hook and screwed and is then doweled into the foundation via the elongated hole 12. Fig. VI shows a rear view of the anchoring device 10. The angle element 16 is positioned against the enclosing element 15 and can be flexibly screwed in height via the slotted hole 11. The enclosing hook 15 rests securely on the double-bar fence 7, shown here as a front view. Fig. VII shows a ground securing device as a double-rod fence side protection 13. The enclosing hook 15 is, as already described, shown here in cross-section around the double-rod fence 6. Fig. VIII shows the double-rod fence side rail 13 from the rear. This is anchored to the concrete base 14 or foundation 14 via the slotted hole 11.
[0018] The double rod fence front view 7 shows a possible distance to the concrete base 14. The locking hook 15 rests securely here.
