Abstract

A panel (10), comprising: a housing (14) arranged on a rear side of the panel (10); a first fastening claw (18); and a second fastening claw (18); wherein the fastening claws (18) are arranged on different sides of the housing (14) or opposite one another on the housing (14); each of the fastening claws (18) comprises a first portion (20) having an elongated opening (24), in particular a slot, into which a fastening element (30) extending from the housing engages; each of the fastening claws (18) comprises a second portion (22) which, in a first position, bears against the housing and, in a second position, bears against a rear side of a structure (16) that borders a cutout in which the panel (10) is arranged;wherein in the housing (14) a first surface region (32) is formed around each of the fastening elements (30), to which a second surface region (34) adjoins in the direction of a housing center line (L1, L2) or a housing center (Z); wherein the second surface region (34) forms a recess into which the first section (20) is at least partially immersed when the second section (22) is pivoted away from the structure (16) starting from the first position;

Claims

[1] Panel (10), comprising: a housing (14) arranged on a rear side of the panel (10); a first fastening claw (18); and a second fastening claw (18); wherein the fastening claws (18) are arranged on different sides of the housing (14) or opposite one another on the housing (14); each of the fastening claws (18) comprises a first portion (20) having an elongated opening (24), in particular an elongated hole, into which a fastening element (30) extending from the housing engages; each of the fastening claws (18) comprises a second portion (22) which, in a first position, bears against the housing and, in a second position, bears against a rear side of a structure (16) which borders a cutout in which the panel (10) is arranged; wherein in the housing (14) a first surface region (32) is formed around each of the fastening elements (30), to which a second surface region (34) adjoins in the direction of a housing center line (L1, L2) or a housing center (Z); wherein the second surface region (34) forms a recess into which the first section (20) is at least partially immersed when the second section (22) is pivoted away from the structure (16) starting from the first position. [2] Panel (10) according to claim 1, further comprising: a touch-sensitive screen (12) arranged on a front side of the panel (10); [3] Panel (10) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein each of the first surface areas (32) has a recess (28) and the fastening element (30) is designed as a screw (30) engaging in the recess, the screw (30) loosely connecting the fastening claw (18) to the housing (14) when the screw (30) is not tightened, and fastening the fastening claw (18) to the housing (14) when the screw (30) is tightened. [4] Panel (10) according to claim 3, wherein the first surface region (32) is flat; wherein the first portion (20) of the fastening claw (18) has a flat surface segment around the elongated opening (24) facing the housing (14); and wherein the flat surface segment abuts the first surface region (32) when the fastening claw (18) is fastened to the housing (14). [5] Panel (10) according to claim 4, wherein the second surface region (34) is flat; wherein the flat surface segment abuts the second surface region (32) when the fastening claw (18) is loosely connected to the housing (14) and the second section (22) is pivoted away from the structure (16) from the first position to the stop. [6] Panel (10) according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first section (20) and the second section (22) are angled to each other and preferably enclose an angle of 90° with each other. [7] Panel (10) according to claim 6, wherein the second portion (22) is U-shaped; and wherein each of the fastening claws (18) comprises a third portion (36) extending between the legs of the U-shaped second portion (22) from its base (38) and forming a V-shaped projection (40) adapted to spring rearward behind an edge (26) of the structure (16) when the panel (10) is inserted into the cutout to temporarily fix the panel (10) in a mounting position. [8] Panel (10) according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein each of the fastening claws (18) is formed in one piece, preferably from a metal. [9] Panel (10) according to claim 8, wherein each of the fastening claws (18) is formed as a stamped and bent part. [10] Panel (10) according to one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the fastening claws (18) are designed as spring claws. [11] System comprising a panel (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 10 and a wall or a door, wherein the structure (16) is formed by the wall or a door leaf of the door.
