Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a data analysis system based on artificial intelligence for translating and comparing the contents of files.

[0002] In the field of business data management, there is a growing need for tools capable of processing information quickly and accurately, while simultaneously translating the data into a suitable language that is both understandable and conducive to comparison with other data sources. This is particularly important for companies and entities that need to conduct comparative analyses, benchmarking, and strategic evaluations.

[0003] However, current data analysis tools often require extensive knowledge and expertise in specific programming languages and file formats, leading to a significant waste of time and resources. Furthermore, such tools are often inefficient when comparing data from different sources or in different formats, making comparative analysis difficult.

[0004] The main objective of the present invention is therefore to provide an artificial intelligence-based data analysis system capable of analyzing the contents of a file, effectively translating it into a simple and understandable language, and comparing the data contained therein with the data of other business units by accessing relevant databases, thereby minimizing data processing times and the need for expertise.

[0005] The above-mentioned objectives are achieved by the present invention of an artificial intelligence-based data analysis system as defined in claim 1.

[0006] Additional characteristic features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the description of a preferred, though not exclusive, embodiment of an artificial intelligence-based data analysis system for the translation and comparison of the contents of files, as illustrated in the attached figures in a clear but non-limiting manner, wherein: - Fig. 1 a general schematic representation of the system according to the invention; - Fig. 2 a general functional diagram of a language translation module of the system according to the invention; - Fig. 3 a general functional scheme of a data comparison module of the system according to the invention; - Fig. 4 a general functional scheme of a decision engine of the system according to the invention; - Fig. 5 illustrates a possible and preferred embodiment for the implementation of the decision engine of the system according to the invention; - Fig. Figure 6 illustrates a general functional diagram of a machine learning unit of the system according to the invention.

[0007] Fig. Figure 1 illustrates a general scheme of the data analysis system based on artificial intelligence. The system includes a language translation module ( Fig. 2) which performs the task of analyzing the contents of files and translating them into a simple and understandable language, thus enabling users to easily understand the information contained in the files.

[0008] The data comparison module ( Fig. 3) Performs the task of comparing the translated data with data from other business units, which is made possible by accessing external databases. This module enables comparative analyses, benchmarking, and strategic evaluations to be carried out quickly and efficiently.

[0009] The decision engine ( Fig. 4) is responsible for processing the information contained in the language translation and data comparison modules, and also provides users with suggestions and strategies based on the results of the analyses performed.

[0010] Fig. Figure 5 illustrates a possible and preferred embodiment of an implementation of the decision engine, which incorporates advanced artificial intelligence algorithms designed to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analyses performed.

[0011] Fig.Figure 6 finally shows a general functional diagram of a machine learning unit. This unit enables the system to perform automated learning based on new data and file formats, while continuously improving its performance and ability to adapt to different business requirements.

[0012] With particular reference to the figures mentioned above, the numerical reference symbol 20 is used to globally designate a data analysis system based on artificial intelligence (AI). System 20 according to the invention uses artificial intelligence to analyze the contents of a file, translate them into a simple and understandable language, and then compare the data contained therein with the data of other business units by accessing databases.

[0013] System 20 uses technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence and data analysis to interpret and analyze the data contained in the files and to translate the data into an easily understandable format.

[0014] In the event that System 20 itself determines that it needs to analyze data or file formats it has never encountered before, it is advantageously configured to be able to learn independently, thereby continuously improving its performance and ability to adapt to different business requirements.

[0015] Advantageously, System 20 is configured to operate effectively with a wide variety of file formats, such as spreadsheets, text documents, images, and videos.
