Description

[0001] The disclosure relates to a shoe, in particular a shoe with an elastic or springy heel.

[0002] As in the Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, a conventional shoe comprises an upper 1, an insole or lining 2 arranged inside the upper 1, a sole 3 fixed to the underside of the upper 1, and a heel counter or heel retainer 4 arranged between a heel section of the upper 1 and a heel section of the lining 2. The heel counter 4 supports the heel sections of the upper 1 and the insole 2 and prevents them from collapsing or folding together.

[0003] Referring to the Fig. 3-5 Because the heel cup 4 is not elastic, the user must pull the heel area of the upper 1 with their fingers to keep it in a normal position when inserting their heel into the insole 2, or the user must use a shoehorn (not shown) to prevent the heel area of the upper 1 from collapsing. However, this is uncomfortable for the user when wearing shoes. If the user cannot be bothered to keep the heel area of the upper 1 in its normal position, or if no shoehorn is available, the user may step directly on the heel area of the upper 1, causing the heel area of the upper 1 and the heel cup 4 to collapse and become deformed over time.

[0004] One aim of the disclosure is therefore to provide a shoe with an elastic heel that can eliminate at least one of the disadvantages of the prior art.

[0005] According to the disclosure, the shoe comprises a sole unit, an upper unit, an insole unit, a heel counter, and an adhesive layer. The sole unit includes a sole heel sidewall. The upper unit is arranged on the sole unit, defines an interior space with an access opening, and has an edge of the access opening that surrounds the access opening and an upper heel section that abuts the sole heel sidewall. The insole unit is arranged in the interior space, defines a receiving space that is open at an upper end to be in spatial communication with the access opening and closed at a lower end of the receiving space, and has an insole heel section that corresponds to the upper heel section. The heel counter, or...The heel retainer is elastically deformable, positioned between the upper heel section and the insert heel section, and comprises an elastic heel plate. The elastic heel plate has a compression section and two wing sections, each extending from two opposite sides of the compression section. The compression section has an upper edge adjacent to the edge of the access opening and a lower edge adjacent to the sole unit. The lower edge of the compression body is positioned lower along a vertical direction than the upper edge of the sole heel's sidewall. The adhesive layer is firmly bonded between an inner surface of the upper unit and an outer surface of the insert unit.

The upper heel section 231 has a rear upper heel contour 233 at a point where the upper heel section 231 intersects a reference plane 200 extending along a vertical direction (Z) and the longitudinal direction (X) (see Fig. 10 and Fig. 14). The center line 232 lies on the reference plane 200. The rear contour of the upper paragraph 233 has a linear shape and is inclined forward and upward (see Fig. 14).

[0013] The collar lining 24 has an access opening edge 241 that surrounds the access opening 281, and a collar lining lower part 242 that extends downwards from the access opening edge 241 (see Fig. 13 and Fig. 14).

[0014] The access opening edge 241 has an upper top segment 243 and two upper concave segments 244, each extending forward from two opposite ends of the upper top segment 243. Each of the upper concave segments 244 has a lowest point 245 and an upper rear arc portion 246 connected between the lowest point 245 and the upper top segment 243. A first angle of inclination (θ1) between a first horizontal reference line (L1) passing through the lowest point 245 along the longitudinal direction (X) and a first tangent line (T1) passing through the lowest point 245 and tangent to the upper rear arc portion 246 is not greater than 30 degrees.

[0015] As in the Fig. 8, Fig. 13 and Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the insert unit 30 is arranged in the interior 28 and is breathable and waterproof. The insert unit 30 comprises an insert 31 and a waterproof accessory 32.

[0016] The insert 31 has a loop-shaped upper end section 311 and a heel section 312 corresponding to the upper heel section 231. The insert 31 defines a receiving space 34, which is open at its upper end to be spatially connected to the access opening 281 and closed at its lower end. The upper end section 311 of the insert is located at the upper end of the receiving space 34 and extends upwards from the heel section 312 of the insert.

[0017] The tongue lining 27 has a tongue lining bottom section 271 that extends downwards to the receiving chamber 34 (see Fig. 13).

[0018] In this embodiment, the insert 31 is produced by sewing together custom-made or pre-cut insert pieces 33. As in Fig. As shown in Figure 15, each of the custom-made insert pieces 33 comprises a lining layer 331, a cover layer 332, a support layer 333 arranged between the lining layer 331 and the cover layer 332, and a breathable, waterproof layer 334 fixed to an outer surface of the cover layer 332.

[0019] In this embodiment, the support layer 333 is an upright velvet or plush layer sewn between the lining layer 331 and the cover layer 332, but it is not limited to this. In another embodiment, the support layer 333 can be a foam layer.

[0020] The waterproof accessory 32 has a variety of waterproof strips 321. The waterproof strips 321 are firmly connected to an outer surface of the insert 31 to seal the seams of the insert 31.

[0021] In this embodiment, the collar lining bottom section, or lower part 242 of the collar lining 24, extends downwards from the access opening edge 241 to the receiving space 34, and the tongue lining bottom section, or lower part 271 of the tongue lining 27, extends downwards to the receiving space 34. The lower section 242 of the collar lining is folded outwards and sewn to the upper end section 311 of the footbed, and the lower section 271 of the tongue lining is folded outwards and sewn to the upper end section 311 of the footbed. The lower part of the collar lining 242 of the collar lining 24 and the lower part of the tongue lining 27 are connected to each other and together cover and surround the upper end section 311 of the insert or sock lining 31.

[0022] As in the Fig. 9 and Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the heel cap 40 is elastically deformable and is located between the upper heel part 231 and the heel part 312 of the insole (see Figure 10). Fig. 14).

[0023] As in the Fig. 11, Fig. 12 and Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the heel cap 40 comprises an elastic heel plate 41 and a hot melt adhesive layer 42, which is arranged on an inner surface of the elastic heel plate 41.

[0024] The elastic heel plate 41 has a compression section 43 and two wing sections 44, each extending from two opposite sides of the compression section 43. The compression section 43 has a pressure body upper edge 431, which adjoins the access opening edge 241, and a pressure body lower edge 432, which adjoins the sole unit 10. The lower edge 432 of the pressure body is lower in the vertical direction (Z) than the upper edge of the sole heel sidewall 11. The elastic heel plate 41 has a Shore durometer value between 90 HA and 98 HA. In this embodiment, the uppermost segment 243 of the access opening edge 241 is higher than the upper edge 431 of the pressure body 43 along the vertical direction (Z), and the upper edge 431 of the pressure body extends upwards to the uppermost segment 243. The elastic heel plate 41 is made of a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), and the thickness of the elastic heel plate 41 is 1.5 mm.

[0025] The pressing or pressure section 43 of the elastic heel plate 41 has a rear heel contour 433, which is formed at a point where the elastic heel plate 41 intersects the reference plane 200 (see Fig. 12) The posterior heel contour 433 has a linear shape and is inclined forward and upward from the lower edge 432 of the pressure body to the upper edge 431 of the pressure body. The upper posterior heel contour 233 corresponds to the posterior heel contour 433.

[0026] With reference to the Fig. 9, Fig. 11 and Fig. 12 Each of the wing sections 44 of the heel cap 40 has an upper arc edge 441 connected to the upper edge 431 of the pressure body of the pressure section 43, a lower arc edge 442 connected to the lower edge 432 of the pressure body of the pressure section 43, and a wing-side connecting edge 443 located between the upper arc edge 441 and the lower arc edge 442 of the wing. A second tangent (T2), passing through a connection between the upper arc edge of the wing 441 and the wing-side connecting edge 443, and tangent to the upper arc edge of the wing 441, is inclined at a second angle of inclination (θ2) to a second horizontal reference line (L2) passing in the longitudinal direction (X) through the connection between the upper arc edge of the wing 441 and the wing-side connecting edge 443.The second angle of inclination (θ2) is not greater than 30 degrees, and the first angle of inclination (θ1) is equal to the second angle of inclination (θ2).

[0027] As from the Fig. 9, Fig. 10 and Fig. As can be seen from Figure 14, the heel contour 40, due to its configuration, can not only support the upper heel section 231 of the outer shell 23 and the heel section 312 of the insert 31, but can also support the upper top segment 243 of the access opening edge 241 of the collar lining 24 and the upper rear arch parts 246 of the upper concave segments 244, so that the upper rear heel contour 233, which corresponds to the rear heel contour 433, and the first inclination angle (θ1), which corresponds to the second inclination angle (θ2), are maintained.

[0028] As in the Fig. 8, Fig. 13 and Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the separating unit 50 is arranged between the heel section 312 of the insert unit 30 and the HMA layer 42 of the heel cap 40, separating them. The HMA layer 42 of the heel cap 40 is bonded to the separating unit 50.

[0029] In this embodiment, the separating unit 50 comprises an upper separating foam piece 51, which is arranged on the heel section 312 of the insert and covers the upper end section 311 of the insert, and a lower separating piece 52, which is arranged on the heel section 312 of the insert and is located beneath the upper separating foam piece 51. The separating foam piece 51 is curved such that it partially covers the upper end section 311 of the insert and extends into the receiving space 34. The lower separating piece 52 is made of a TPU material and has a thickness of 0.8 mm to 1 mm. It should be noted that the upper foam separating piece 51 and the lower separating piece 52 can prevent the HMA layer 42 of the heel cap 40 from directly contacting the breathable waterproof layers 334 of the custom-made inserts. The insole 31 is glued to the parts 33, preventing the breathable waterproof layers 334 from being broken or damaged (due to the different material properties of the insole 30 and the heel counter 40) if the heel counter 40 deforms, thus increasing the durability of the shoe 100. In some embodiments, the lower separator 52 can be sewn to the upper end section 311 of the insole. Furthermore, the upper separator foam piece 51 can prevent the HMA layer 42 of the heel sole 40 from flowing into the interior of the insole 30, thereby avoiding aesthetic problems.

[0030] The heel padding part 60 is arranged between the separating unit 50 and the upper heel section 231 of the upper unit 20, and in this embodiment the heel padding part 60 is made of a foam.

[0031] As in the Fig. As shown in Figures 13 to 15, the adhesive layer 70 is firmly bonded between an inner surface of the upper unit 20 and an outer surface of the insert 30.

[0032] With reference to the Fig. 13, Fig. 16 and Fig. 17. When wearing shoe 100, the user places the front part of their foot (not shown) into the receiving space 34 of the insole 31 of the insole unit 30 and steps directly onto the upper heel part 231 of the outer shell 23 of the upper unit 20 with the heel part of the user's foot (not shown). In doing so, the pressure section 43 of the resilient heel plate 41 of the heel cup 40 abuts the sole heel side wall 11 of the sole unit 10 and is inclined downwards. Simultaneously, the access opening 281 of the interior 28 of the upper unit 20 is widened by the wing sections 44 of the elastic heel plate 41 along a horizontal direction (Y), making it convenient for the user to place the heel part of their foot into the receiving space 34 of the insole 31 of the insole unit 30.When the user slightly lifts the heel area of the foot, an elastic force of the elastic heel plate 41 drives the upper heel area 231 of the outer shell 23 of the upper unit 20 to the in . Fig. 9 to restore the original condition shown, allowing the user to easily wear the shoe 100 without bending over and using their hands and shoehorn.

[0033] The implications or effects of this disclosure are as follows: 1. Due to the design of the heel cup 40 and the sole heel sidewall 11 of the sole unit 10, the user can easily wear the shoe 100 using the elastic force of the heel cup 40 to automatically return the upper heel section 231 of the outer shell 23 of the upper unit 20 to its original state without bending over or using their hands and a shoehorn. Compared to the prior art, this is not only convenient but also effectively prevents the upper heel section 231 of the outer shell 23 of the upper unit 20 from collapsing, folding, or deforming due to the user's stepping. 2. The design of the separating unit 50 and the heel cup 40 prevents the HMA layer 42 of the heel cup 40 from being directly bonded to the breathable, waterproof layers 334 of the custom-made insole pieces 33 of the insole 31. This prevents the breathable, waterproof layers 334 from being damaged, as the material properties of the insole 30 and the heel cup 40 differ when the heel cup 40 deforms, thus increasing the durability of the shoe 100. Furthermore, the upper separating foam piece 51 prevents the heat-melt adhesive or HMA layer 42 of the heel cup 40 from flowing into the interior of the insole 30, thereby avoiding aesthetic problems. 3. Due to the construction of the heel cushion piece 60 and the heel cap 40, a cushioning effect is created between the heel cap 40 and the heel area of the user's foot when the user steps onto the upper heel area 231 of the outer shell 23 of the upper unit 20, giving the user a better shoe wearing experience. 4. By folding the lower collar lining section 242 of the collar lining 24 outwards and sewing it to the upper insert end section 311 of the insert 31, and by folding the lower tongue lining section 271 of the tongue lining 27 outwards and sewing it to the upper insert end section 311 of the insert 31, the seams between the collar lining 24 and the insert 31 and the seams between the tongue 27 and the insert 31 are covered and concealed, thereby simplifying the stitching of an inner part of the disclosure, increasing the texture, and further improving the user's comfort.

[0034] In summary, the shoe 100 with the elastic heel, as disclosed herein, not only allows the user to wear the shoe 100 easily and comfortably without bending over and using their hands and a shoehorn, but also prevents the upper heel section 231 of the outer shell 23 of the upper unit 20 from collapsing and deforming due to the user's stepping. The objective of the disclosure is thus achieved.
