Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of control of the wall-type cut-circle boiler, in particular to an apparatus for detecting and controlling high-temperature corrosion of a wall-type cut-circle boiler based on real-time CO measurement. STATE OF THE ART

[0002] High-temperature corrosion of the water-cooled wall of the combustion chamber was first found in the water-cooled wall of the high-pressure boiler in the working medium temperature of about 317°C on the liquid slagging of the combustion chamber. Later, in the high-parameter, large-capacity, especially poor coal-fired power plant boilers, it was found to be more serious problems of tube corrosion of the water-cooled wall. The more corrosive boilers, the corrosion rate of up to 3.0mm / year, the resulting water-cooled wall of the boiler tube rupture and other accidents caused by the possibility of a significant increase, will seriously affect the safe production of electricity. In the recently put into operation supercritical (ultracritical) critical boiler plants, the sectional circle boiler has been widely used. With the increasing operation time, most of these boilers will experience high-temperature corrosion of the water-cooled wall.

[0003] The 660 MW supercritical (ultracritical) boiler systems at the Huadian Anhui Branch Power Plant and the 660 MW supercritical (ultracritical) boiler systems at the Datang Jiangsu Branch Power Plant are experiencing high-temperature corrosion of the water-cooled walls across a wide range. This severe high-temperature corrosion throughout the entire burner area seriously compromised the safe operation of the boiler systems. The power plant required major overhauls due to the occurrence of high-temperature corrosion in the area of large-scale plasma anti-corrosive spraying.

[0004] Although the current flue gas composition can be analyzed, and the burner pressure and flow rate can be controlled according to the analyzed situation to control high-temperature corrosion of the wall-type sectional boiler, this process may result in inaccurate analysis results during flue gas analysis.
