Description

Technical area

[0001] The disclosure relates to the technical field of wire drawing, in particular to a centering device for wire drawing dies. Technical background

[0002] Microwire drawing is an important process step for producing high-precision, high-performance wire. However, in practice, improper installation or wear of a wire drawing die often results in the drawing hole not being concentric with the wire axis, causing a series of problems. For example, because the drawing hole of the wire drawing die is not concentric with the wire, the circumferential stress distribution of the wire drawing die is not uniform, and thus the drawing force of the wire is not uneven, ultimately resulting in the drawn wire being non-straight or not meeting dimensional accuracy requirements. These problems affect product quality and production efficiency, and increase costs.

[0003] Regarding the centering of wire drawing dies, the mounting angle of the wire drawing die is currently primarily adjusted manually based on the operator's experience, ensuring that the drawing hole is concentric with the wire. Manual adjustment is highly dependent on the operator's experience and skill, is highly subjective, and prone to errors. When drawing microwires with accuracy requirements in the micrometer range, it is difficult to achieve the desired high accuracy through manual adjustment. In addition, real-time monitoring and a feedback mechanism are lacking during manual adjustment. The effect after adjustment can only be indirectly verified through the quality of the drawn product, and the effect of centering cannot be confirmed immediately during adjustment.

[0004] In view of the above, the present disclosure is hereby proposed. Subject of revelation

[0009] Furthermore, the display device is located directly below the pull-through device.

[0010] Furthermore, the light emitting device comprises a laser.

[0011] The display device also includes a projection board.

[0012] Furthermore, the projection board is provided with scales.

[0013] Furthermore, the pulling device comprises a die holder, an actuator, a drawing die and a retaining spring.

[0022] It should be noted that terms such as "assemble," "connection," and "connect" in the description of the embodiments of this disclosure should be understood in a broad sense unless otherwise expressly stated and defined. For example, it could be either a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; it could be either a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; and it could be either a direct connection, an indirect connection through an intermediate link, or an internal communication between two elements. [0023] Referred to Fig. 1, this disclosure provides a centering apparatus for wire drawing dies, comprising a pulling device 1, a light emitting device and a display device.

[0024] A light emitting device is arranged symmetrically on each side of the pull-through device 1, which is designed to emit a light beam and projects the image of a wire passing through the pull-through device 1 onto the display.

[0025] The wire enters the pull-through device 1 via an inlet and, after a diameter reduction, can be dispensed from the outlet of the pull-through device 1. The two light-emitting devices are arranged symmetrically on either side of the pull-through device 1 and are designed to emit a light beam and project the image of the wire onto the display.

[0026] By means of the centering apparatus for wire drawing dies according to this disclosure, a wire is projected onto the display device during the drawing process using a projection method and the angle of the wire drawing die is controlled so that the wire on both the left and right sides of the wire drawing die is projected onto the same line in the projection and thus the centering is achieved.

[0027] During drawing, the two light emitting devices each emit a beam of light onto the wire on either side of the wire drawing die and thus onto the display device, with the image of the wire forming two lines on the display device that correspond to the image of the wire on either side of the wire drawing die. The operator observes the image of the wire on the display device. If the wire on either side of the drawing die is not in a straight line, the two lines shown on the display device will also not coincide exactly in a straight line, which means that the drawing hole of the wire drawing die is not concentric with the wire axis. If the two lines do not coincide in a straight line, the angle of the wire drawing die is adjusted so that the two lines on the display coincide exactly in a straight line.At this point, the wire drawing die is concentric with the wire and the centering process is complete.

[0028] With the centering apparatus for wire drawing dies of this disclosure, the problem of a lack of centering between the drawing hole and the wire due to improper attachment or wear of the die when pulling a microwire can be effectively solved by means of a projection method, thereby ensuring a uniform stress distribution on the die during pulling and improving the straightness of the wire.

[0029] In the wire drawing die centering device of this disclosure, projection technology can clearly display the wire image on the display device to accurately show the deviation between the wire and the die, enabling high-precision centering by adjusting the wire image to fall precisely on a straight line. Furthermore, the centering device enables real-time monitoring and feedback, allowing the centering effect to be immediately confirmed during adjustment.

[0030] In some embodiments, the angle of the light emitting device is adjustable and the adjustment angle of the light emitting device is 0°~30°, for example, 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°.

[0031] In some embodiments, the display is arranged just below the pull-through device 1, preferably horizontally.

[0032] When the pull-through device is rotated in a horizontal plane, the light-emitting device illuminates the wire directly above the display. If the wire projection in the display is not in a straight line, it is necessary to adjust the left or right angle of the pull-through device 1 so that the wire projection is returned to a straight line.

[0033] When the pull-through device is rotated in a vertical plane, the light-emitting device illuminates the wire obliquely at a specific angle relative to the display device. If the wire projection in the display device is not in a straight line, it is necessary to adjust the upward or downward angle of the pull-through device 1 such that the wire projection is returned to a straight line.

[0034] In some embodiments, light sources of the two light-emitting devices arranged on both sides of the pull-through device 1 are rotated or controlled in a synchronized manner to match the rotation angles of the light sources of the two light-emitting devices so that the resulting projection is more accurate.

[0035] The light emitting device has an adjustment angle of 0° to 30° and should not be rotated too far so that the projection would not leave the display device.

[0036] During operation of the wire drawing die centering device, the light emitting device can initially shine just above the display to determine the rotation of the drawing device 1 in the horizontal plane. Subsequently, the two light emitting devices are synchronized by a certain angle to check the rotation of the drawing device 1 in the vertical plane.

[0037] In some embodiments, the light emitting device comprises a laser.

[0038] In some embodiments, a first laser 2 is arranged on one side of the drawing device and a second laser 3 is arranged on an opposite side, with the two lasers being symmetrically distributed. The first laser 2 is used to emit a laser beam and projects the wire at the inlet 5 on one side of the drawing die onto the display device to form a first projection image 7; the second laser 3 is used to emit a laser beam and projects the wire at the outlet 6 on an opposite side of the drawing die onto the display device to form a second projection image 8.

[0039] In some embodiments, the display device comprises a projection panel 4.

[0040] In some embodiments, the projection board 4 is provided with scales, preferably horizontal scales. The projection board 4 is provided with horizontal fine scales, which facilitate the operator's adjustments according to the wireframe image.

[0041] With the centering apparatus for wire drawing dies of this disclosure, the projection of the wire is shown sharply on the projection board 4 by combining the projection method with the laser technology, whereby the deviation of the wire is clearly recognizable and high-precision centering is enabled by fine adjustment using horizontal scales.

[0042] The wire drawing die centering apparatus of this disclosure uses laser projection technology and a projection board 4 with horizontal fine scales, whereby the centering operation can be easily performed by operators without using complicated instruments.

[0043] With the wire drawing die centering device of this disclosure, high-precision centering is possible, so that the force is evenly applied to the die and the problem of eccentric loads on the die during the drawing process is avoided, thus further reducing die wear and wire bending and increasing the straightness and quality of the drawn product.

[0044] The wire drawing die centering device of this disclosure, which is easy to operate, results in a simplified centering process, a reduced time consumption and an increased production efficiency, and is particularly suitable for industrial scenarios for drawing a micro wire at a high speed.

[0045] Referred to Fig. 2, in some embodiments, the pulling device 1 comprises a die holder 11, an actuator, a pulling die 12 and a retaining spring 13.

[0046] The retaining spring 13 and the drawing die 12 are arranged within the die holder 11 and the drawing die 12 is located between the retaining spring 13 and the inner wall of the die holder 11.

[0047] The actuator is arranged on the die holder 11 and serves to adjust the angle of the drawing die 12.

[0048] During the drawing process, the wire enters the drawing device 1 via the inlet of the drawing device 1 and, after a diameter reduction by the drawing dies 12, can be discharged from the outlet of the drawing device 1.

[0049] In some embodiments, a plurality of retaining springs 13 are arranged symmetrically on one side of the drawing die 12, wherein the number of retaining springs 13 may be, for example, two, four or the like, as long as a symmetrical force is exerted on the drawing die 12.

[0050] In some embodiments, two retaining springs 13 are arranged symmetrically on one side of the drawing die 12, wherein the symmetrical arrangement of the retaining springs 13 ensures a symmetrically distributed holding force by the retaining springs 13 on the drawing die 12 in order to avoid the influence on wire drawing by eccentric loads during the drawing process.

[0051] Two retaining springs 13 and a drawing die 12 are arranged in the die holder 11, wherein the two retaining springs 13 are mounted in the die holder 11 and the drawing die 12 is clamped between the retaining springs 13 and the inner wall of the die holder 11, and wherein the angle of the drawing die 12 is adjustable by the actuator on the die holder 11.

[0052] In some embodiments, the actuator comprises a first actuator 14 and a second actuator 15, wherein the first actuator 14 serves to adjust the up and down angle of the drawing die 12 and the second actuator 15 serves to adjust the left and right angle of the drawing die 12.

[0053] The vertical angle and horizontal angle of the drawing die 12 are adjustable using the actuator on the die holder 11. The two lines on the projection board 4 can be aligned with respect to their vertical position by adjusting the vertical angle of the drawing die 12. The two lines on the projection board 4 can be aligned with respect to their horizontal position by adjusting the horizontal angle of the drawing die 12.

[0054] In some embodiments, the actuator comprises a micrometer.

[0055] In some embodiments, the die holder 11 is provided with a first micrometer and a second micrometer, wherein the first micrometer serves to adjust the upward or downward angle of the drawing die 12 and the second micrometer serves to adjust the left or right angle of the drawing die 12.

[0056] During wire drawing, the laser projects the wire onto the projection board 4. If the two projected lines on the projection board 4 are not in a straight line, centering is carried out by finely adjusting the vertical or horizontal angle of the drawing die 12 using a micrometer until the projection of the wire on both sides of the drawing die 12 onto the projection board 4 is in a straight line.
