Description

The invention relates to the field of electronic control of commercially available roller lines, in particular an actuator (5), such as a servomotor or a magnetic switch, is connected via a wireless radio control with a radio module (7) which can operate with the networks: Wlan; Bluetooth; NFC and 433MHz band and thereby can release or again block the locking device of the line mechanism. The power is supplied by means of a rechargeable battery pack ( 1) or the like, the charge state of which can be read off by an LCD display ( 3). A main switch (9) is also installed for switching the system on and off. A hand-held transmitter with a button or other switching element is used as the triggering element. The hand transmitter can be used in various ways in special housings with special holders, such as, for example, as a handlebar remote control on a bicycle or simply as a hand transmitter in the form of a pocket. The entire system can be integrated completely into the roller line housing ( 8) as well as designed as an external structural unit. The rolling line is usually connected to the user via a fastening element, such as a belt or a harness. However, it is also conceivable to attach the rolling line to objects such as e.g. beams, pillars or a wall hook in a static manner, so that more line freedom can be given to the dog or another animal by means of the remote control when a button is pressed.Prior ArtConventional roller lines require manual actuation, which is impractical in particular when cycling or handling multiple objects. There are no established solutions that allow remote control and actuation of the line mechanics. The user must constantly engage directly with the hand on the roller line.In the course of my search, however, I have found an existing utility model [DE 202018003673U1], into which my invention would be integratable. This shows that my solution represents a reasonable addition or improvement and can be incorporated into existing systems. At the same time, this confirms the novelty and practical utility of my invention.Function of the InventionIntegrated variant of FIG. 1 (sheet 5 / 6)In the integrated version, all the necessary components, such as the actuator (5) for blocking and releasing the line, the actuator controller (6) or magnetic switch relay, the battery (1) and the radio module (7), are completely accommodated in the housing (8) of the rolling line. To release or block the line, either the button on the hand-held remote control or the button (2) on the housing is actuated. The servomotor or the magnetic switch is then actuated and the line mechanism is released or blocked again by actuating the push buttons again. The system is operated with a rechargeable 6V battery (1), the charge level of which can be read by an integrated LCD display (3), which provides the user with a reliable display of the remaining charge level in order to ensure that the system is ready for operation at all times. A main switch (9) is integrated into the system to completely cut off the current supply if necessary. The design enables a compact and space-saving design. The radio remote control allows the user to remotely control the line, for example during bicycling, while always allowing the hands to remain on the handlebar.External variant of FIG. 2 (sheet 6 / 6)Alternatively, the electronic control unit can be designed as a separate, removable structural unit which is fastened on the outside to the roller line housing or in the grip recess. This option provides flexibility for users wishing to retrofit their existing treadmill without fully replacing them. The external unit contains the same components as in the internal version. Both variants allow wireless control of the line locking and release via a remote control, which can either be held in the hand or fastened to the bicycle handlebar. The system has a manual override function (button 2) if the remote fails or the remote battery is empty.Advantages of the InventionThe invention can be integrated into the housing of the roller line as well as designed as an external structural unit in order to meet the different requirements of the users. The wireless remote control provides convenient and user-friendly control of the roller line from the bicycle handlebar, which greatly contributes to safety in road traffic or any other operation that may be used by the remote control. The system is operated with a rechargeable battery, the charge level of which can be read by an integrated LCD display, which provides the user with a reliable display of the remaining charge level in order to ensure that the system is ready for operation at any time. The innovative design of the external variant enables simple assembly on commercially available roller lines without additional tools or holders. The button on the housing also allows a condition without remote radio controlApplication areas:Dog Holders: Dog owners could use this technology to remotely adjust their dog's line length, particularly when driving wheels or performing other outdoor activities.Sportsists: jogger or runner could use the roll line actuator to maintain their dog in safe distance during exercise without having to directly grasp the carried roll line that is likely to be fitted with a belt, hip belt, or the like.Outdoor Enthusiast: people who are walking or camping gern could use electronic rolling line actuation to securely hold their domestic animals while having their hands free for other activities.Professional trainer: Professional dog trainers could use the roller line operation to precisely control the movements of their training dogs and promote certain behaviors. Especially when several dogs are trained simultaneously and are attached to static elements with the lines.People with limited mobility: people with limited mobility could benefit from this technology to securely hold their domestic animals as they move outside.Overall, electronic roll line actuation could be used in a variety of situations where precise control over the length and movement of a line is important.List of reference numbers:FIGS. 1 and 2 1 show battery 2 button 3 LCD 4 line 5 actuator 6 actuator control 7 radio receiver 8 roller line housing 9 main switch 10 actuating elementReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
