Description

The "harness system with safety vests for children" (FIG. 1 ) is a safety solution, whereby a group of children can be safely guided in public areas. A human convoli (closed federation) is also recognized by traffic sets.Previous child safety solutions have been comprised of various devices aimed at securing and controlling small children. These include straps or lines guiding a child adjacent an adult as disclosed in US2010089338A1 -Child safety tether-OCT 2008 or US4666017A -Infant Harness or the like-SEP 1986. Many other such inventions are for safety and prevent children from accidentally removing. Most of these systems are based on straps or ropes attached to the wrist, waist, or as complete tableware around the child's upper torso. All such designs associate with animal lines or guidance of the animals, which is not a human question. Therefore, many parents do not use these systems themselves and do not allow those to be used by children's caregivers. The same embodiments are also disclosed in safety solutions for children's groups, as disclosed in GB2477720A -Safety strap for guiding a group of children-FEB 2010 or US2006225669A1 -Group ether device for children-APR2005 or US5423292A -Safety harness for children-MAR 1994. These group systems, besides the association with animal guidance, also associate with children guidance, which in no case should have a connection to children. Nowadays, some children's gardens and schools guide children with a simple rope to which the children hold themselves. Although human looking, it is not efficient. The supervisor at the beginning of the convoise does not get with him if a child releases the ropes. And it is impossible to force children to be small to catch on the rope for a long time.In contrast to direct body connection, the "belt system with safety vests for children" (FIG. 1 ) with the securing and monitoring of large groups of children sets to an indirect securing, in which the connection is made via the warning vests, which is significantly more person-aware. This utility model is particularly useful for children's gardens, schools, and organizations watching children on out-flights, in public areas, indoors (e.g., museums), etc. The colored colors add security. A particular advantage of this system is modularity, as already disclosed in US6047665A - Multi-child modular tether-urea combination-AUG 1998. This modularity makes it possible to adapt easily to groups of different sizes. In addition, it is easy and easy to operate. The system described herein can secure two children simultaneously in a basic embodiment. However, it is of modular construction and can be flexibly extended by adding further modules. The design is based on strap material with quick-action fastening connections, whereby the system is simple to handle, cost-effective, reliable and secure. The system consists of a central connection unit, called a module. This module contains four quick-action fastening connections in the form of a cross, which are adjoined by safety vests and extension strap which serves for system extension. The preferred embodiment consists of flexible woven belts or bands, which can be made of plastics such as nylon or of natural fibres such as cotton or wool, with adjustable lengths for optimum adaptation to different age groups or which allow enough movement space of individual children. Nowadays, such belts are used in various applications, for example in luggage, back bags and other daily objects. All connections are made by means of quick-action fastening connections which make possible a quick setting and setting. Similar materials and closures are also found in numerous inventions mentioned above as "prior art".FIG. 2 shows the structure of a child's convois (30) with two modules (11) and an extension strap (12). In this configuration, an attendant (31) can guide four children (32). Optionally, the convoli may be accompanied by another supervisor (33) for added security. The safety vest carried by each member of the convois is connected to the modules via a quick-action connection (20). The male plug-in closure (21) is integrated into the safety vest, while the female plug-in closure (22) is connected to the module (11) via an adjustable strap (15). This length adjustment provides sufficient spacing between the children in all directions. At both ends of the extension strap (12) are male plug-in closures (21).The arrangement of the male (21) and female (22) plug locks on the modules (11), extension straps (12) and safety vests (31)(32)(33) provides the modularity of the system and allows for a flexible size of the condom. With the addition of a module and an extension strap, two further children can be accommodated in the convoli, respectively. The number of connected modules is unlimited, so that the convoli can be of any desired size: 2, 5, 6, 9,... 16,... 33,... 40... Children.Only for better comprehension, in FIG. 2, is the quick-action locking connection ( 20) shown as a plug-in buckle. The quick-action fastener connection (20) can of course be any of those available on the market, such as carabiner (carabiner) which connects it all through punched holes on the module (11) and extension straps (12) and warning vest (31) (32) (33).List of reference characters11 Module 12 Extension strap 20 Quick-action connection 21 Male plug-in closure 22 Female plug-in closure 30 Representation of Convoli 31 32 33 Safety vest / Warning vestReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
