Abstract
Description
For storage and transport, articles are often stacked on edge on pallets and banded or filmed for securing.When the pallet breaks, there is the risk that the goods will tip over and be damaged as a result or even damage someone. Therefore, the loose goods must be secured against falling over or falling down.The invention recited in claim 1 is intended to satisfy the condition of reliably preventing the falling over of an article stored on edge.For this purpose, it should be simple to operate, function as low in maintenance as possible, and project as little as possible beyond the goods to be secured, in order to take up as little storage space as possible and to present no risk of injury.These requirements are fulfilled by the invention by the features listed in claim 1.The invention enables a simple, quick and secure manner of securing against falling over without additional tools.A design of the fuse clip is shown: FIG. 1 : longitudinal section, scale 1:5 FIG. 2 : Cross section A-A, scale 1:1 FIG. 3 : Detail of the pressure plate with fastening of the tension spring, scale 1:1 FIG. 4 : perspective view, scale 1:5As described in claim 2, the tension force and length of the spring must be selected so that the material to be secured is reliably held against falling over and the length of the clamp can be pulled by one hand from half to the full width of the packaging unit.
Claims
A safety clamp against falling / over of goods mounted on edge, metal profiles which are displaceable in themselves and held together by spring force and each have a pressure plate at the opposite end and a handle on the upper side of the outer profile.The tension force and length of the spring must be selected so that the material to be secured is reliably held against falling over and the length of the clamp can be pulled by one hand from half to the full width of the packaging unit.
