[0002] Conventional charcoal briquettes are typically made of compressed charcoal or similar materials without special structural features to improve air circulation.
[0003] Previous improvements have focused primarily on material composition or the addition of ignition agents. Some products feature isolated notches or grooves, but without systematic perforation to optimize annealing.

[2] Barbecue charcoal briquette according to claim 1, wherein the perforation has a diameter or width between 1 mm and 10 mm. [3] Barbecue charcoal briquette according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the briquette has between 1 and 20 perforations. [4] Barbecue charcoal briquette according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the perforations are evenly distributed over the briquette. [5] Barbecue charcoal briquette according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the perforations are arranged in an arrangement corresponding to the dots of a die. [6] Barbecue charcoal briquettes according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the perforations are formed in the form of at least one of the following shapes: round, oval, rectangular, triangular, star-shaped, cross-shaped or any other geometric or irregular shape.
