Abstract
Description
The invention falls within the field of automotive accessories, particularly motor vehicle and hand-held vehicles accessories.Motor vehicle rear-end features are popular among both the hand-held operators* and the owners of motor vehicles. Previously known designs are not flexible enough to cover both areas and their installation requires special knowledge and special tools, since the vehicle body must be modified for a secure fastening. In addition, in previous embodiments compatibility with cabinet or bed structures is not taken into account, as a result of which the space available is not used in a meaningful manner and no completely thought-out solution is presented to the customer.Vehicle drawer systems are limited in size by the dimensions of the body, but in the motorhome and handwork sector any maximizing of the usable interior space is included. Vehicle drawer systems are limited in size by the dimensions of the body, but in the field of mobile homes and handsets any maximizing of the usable interior space is included. The invention to be protected consists of four dimensionally stable, laser-cut and folded metal parts made of stainless steel with a pre-drilled hole pattern and having a thickness of four millimeters, which allow the customer to screw a drawer system to various screw threads already present in the vehicle in a simple and temporary but also long-term manner. Due to the special design, no special knowledge and no permanent change of the base vehicle are required for the installation, whereby the customer circle is unduly enlarged. Installation in laying or rental vehicles is also made possible in this way, since the extraction system can be removed quickly and without residue. For the drawer consisting of a left and a right pull-out rail, two separate fastening parts are used for mounting per rail, which fastening parts are placed in front of and behind the wheel boxes, whereby the pull-out rails abut against the wheel boxes and the body width between the wheel boxes is fully utilized in order to maximize the width of the drawer. The projections are located on the underside of the angles, which has a positive effect on the stability of the construction and significantly simplifies the assembly process for the customer. When used in the motor vehicles transporters T 5 and T 6 of the manufacturer people's truck, the usable platform width between the pull-out rails increases to 120 centimeters due to this solution, whereby the pull-out is clearly gaining in use for travelers and handworkers, but also in the everyday life of private persons. Inter alia, the entire drawer can thus be used for standardized euro boxes or common comb modes with a width of 120 centimeters can be mounted thereon. An embodiment of the invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows the angle set consisting of four angles, FIG. 2 shows the four angles with mounted extracts, FIG. 3 is a partial side view of the mounted bed frame angles L1 and L2, FIG. 4 is a partial side view of the assembled angle with the extension extended. The fastening elements L 1, L 2, R 1 and R 2 are illustrated in the figures. The elements L 1 and L 2 are used for mounting the left-hand pull-out rail, the elements R 1 and R 2 are used for mounting the right-hand pull-out rail. The bore holes A1 to A7 serve for the fixed screw connection of the extensions and are specially adapted to these in distance and dimension. The bore holes B1 to B4 serve for the firm screw connection to screw threads already present in the vehicle floor and are specially adapted to these in terms of distance and dimension. The bore holes B1 and B2 are lowered for use with countersunk head screws in order to allow a pull-out just above the vehicle interior floor. The boreholes C 1 to C 3 serve, in combination with the borehole A 2, for the fixed screwing of a frame which is built up on the fastening elements and which can be designed laterally and above the drawer as a cabinet system, bed system or a mixture of the two without having to modify the base vehicle lastingly. The hole pattern is dimensioned specifically for a 30 x 30 mm groove profile. The fastening elements with their rounded portions U 1 and U 2 conceal the fastening points in the vehicle floor from dirt and foreign bodies in a visually appealing manner. The compact and resource-saving design of the fastening elements contributes to the weight reduction of the vehicle superstructure and enables an attractive purchase price.List of reference charactersL1 Front fastening for left drawer L2 Rear fastening for left drawer R1 Front fastening for right drawer R2 Rear fastening for right drawer A1 to A7 Bore holes for screwing the drawer rails B1 to B4 Bore holes for screwing to the vehicle floor C1 to C3 Bore holes for screwing an assembled cabinet or bed system U1 and U2 Rounded portions corresponding to the openings in the body floor S1 Left drawer rail S2 Right drawer rail
Claims
Angle set for mounting a drawer in vehicles, characterised in that two separate angles are used on the left and right in front of and behind the wheel arch in order to mount the drawers in contact with the wheel arch.Angle set according to claim 1, characterised in that, due to the inward folding over of the angles L2 and R2 per angle, both screw threads present in the vehicle floor can be used for fastening.Angle set according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a matching hole pattern is pre-drilled for screwing to the screw threads already present in the vehicle floor.Angle set according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a hole pattern matching the hole pattern of the extensions is pre-drilled for screwing the extensions together.Angle set according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mounted extensions rest on the angles.Angle set according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a hole pattern for screwing a frame is pre-drilled from groove profiles.Angle set according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the angles are shaped in such a way that they cover the fastening points in the vehicle floor.Angle set according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the boreholes B1 and B2 are lowered for the use of countersunk head screws in order to allow a deep extraction platform which is mounted only a few millimetres above the vehicle floor.Angle set according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bores B3 and B4 allow, through their pellet-like shape, a vertical correction of the extensions in order to compensate inaccuracies in the threaded positions present in the vehicle.Angle set according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that they are of compact and material-saving design, which simplifies handling and shipping and has a positive effect on the purchase price and the vehicle weight.
