Description

[0001] (1) The invention relates to a football training device which consists of a cube which is mobile by means of a hidden lifting and rolling mechanism and which has mounting points for further accessories, for example a ball-shooting ramp, a ball basket, a tennis net or training bands.

[0002] (2) Especially for the training of children and young people, training equipment is regularly required on the football field or in the indoor soccer hall to practice the players' shooting technique. In addition to familiar devices that, for example, promote dribbling technique, equipment that allows for the training of shooting technique is particularly needed. A typical function of such devices is to either automatically dispense balls or, alternatively, to allow balls to be returned to the player.

[0003] (3) In the case of existing training devices, the trajectories of the balls typically either exhibit considerable variation, making targeted training impossible, or the balls are delivered to the player with too much precision, making training too static. In addition, the construction of existing training devices is rather fragile, making them unsuitable for the rigors of everyday training, for example in football clubs. These devices also have a significant propensity for vandalism if they are left on a football pitch overnight. These devices are also designed in such a way that the ball is actively moved by the device towards the player, either by a movement triggered by (electric) motors and a remote control, or by cable systems that set the ball in motion in response to a manual impulse.Especially for smaller football clubs, it is financially difficult to purchase and maintain various training equipment.

Previously known (apart from devices serving completely different training purposes) are exclusively football training devices, which can be divided into two broad categories: Firstly, purely passive, sometimes stationary training devices that serve a single training function or only allow the training of one movement, such as traditional goal walls. Some of these devices can also be arranged at different angles as a combination of several rebounding walls, as is previously known from patent 10 2015 002 240.7. The device in patent 10 2015 002 240.7 differs from the present invention in particular in that several rebounding walls are arranged in a star shape on a central vertical center column, but not in the shape of a cuboid. This star-shaped arrangement also does not allow for the attachment of additional accessories.This invention also differs from the previously known device in that the device presented there does not have the ability to roll, but rather requires that it be lifted and carried in order to be moved. Due to the large openings in at least one side panel, this device also does not allow for the attachment of all sides; in addition, this device does not allow for the attachment of any accessories, but merely represents rebounding walls arranged at an angle of 90° to each other. Furthermore, there are various devices designed to actively move the ball toward the player—for example, via cable systems or motors—so that the player can dynamically receive the ball from a specific position and play it toward the device. [0005] (5) The object of the present invention is to develop a football training device which has a considerable resistance, can be used flexibly in different locations and allows a diverse and varied training of the shooting movement.

[0006] (6) The object is achieved according to the invention in that the training device itself (claim 1) consists of a cube-shaped profile frame system, the upper side and sides of which are covered with interchangeable panels made of a rebounding material. A ball can be played against these panels from any direction and from any angle in such a way that, by utilizing its kinetic energy E kinbounces off them and moves back toward the player, who can then uninterruptedly launch a new shot at the cube. The panels allow for replacement at any time in case of damage and also offer the advantage of being flexible and printable, for example, with advertising motifs.
