Description

[0001] The invention relates to a device for applying liquid, solid-containing fertilizers, in particular liquid manure, by means of a deflector plate attached to a trailing shoe rod at the lower end of a supply hose. The deflector plate is designed so that the outgoing fertilizer flow impinges on a raised impact surface at a shallow angle and is then distributed over a wide area via a fan-shaped, sloping base plate. The incoming fertilizer flow is thus subject to a transverse distribution ratio that—measured by the diameter of the supply line—ranges from 1:2 to 1:6.

[0002] The device allows for a combination of a clamp connection to the hose and an optional mechanical locking device via a bracket. The distance to the hose end is adjustable, allowing the application width to be adjusted. The design enables a modular, low-wear, and efficient application technology. Fig. 1 shows the device in a perspective overall view with the illustrated impact area (20) and the clamping area (10), which is divided into a section for hose clamping (12) and an area for direct mounting on trailing shoe rods. Fig. 2 shows a side view of the impact plate (20) with the central impact surface (22a), the distribution area (24) and the outwardly fan-shaped base plate (26), which slopes down towards the tip (26a). Fig. 3 shows a top view showing the optional fixation via a console (14) with a locking mechanism (16). Fig. 4 shows an overall view of the distributor in the mounted state on a hose (30) and additionally attached to a manufacturer's console (50). Fig.5 shows a side view of the mounted distributor and visualizes the alignment to the horizontal - related to the soil profile (60) and the trailing shoe distributor.

Claims

[1] Device for applying liquid, solid-containing fertilizers, in particular liquid manure, on a trailing shoe rod (50), characterized by that the device comprises a baffle plate (20) fastened to the lower end of a supply hose, wherein the baffle plate is designed such that the fertilizer flow emerging from the hose strikes a raised impact area (22a) at a shallow angle, is distributed over a distribution area (24) lying between the impact area (22a) and the base plate (26) and is deposited on a fan-shaped, sloping base plate (26), and the device can be mechanically fixed by a hose clamp (12). [2] Device according to claim 1, characterized by that the feed angle between the supply hose and the impact plate is selected such that the inclination of the base plate (26) relative to the horizontal is ideally between 0° and 15°, based on the base profile (60). [3] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the baffle plate is made of a durable plastic and is replaceably attached to the supply hose. [4] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the impact plate has a geometry in which the width of the base plate increases by at least 30% from the impact zone (22a) to the front edge (26a), measured at the center line. [5] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the base plate (26) of the impact plate slopes towards the tip (26a) and thus creates an additional scattering effect. [6] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the attachment to the supply hose (10) is movable, whereby the distance between the end of the hose and the point of impact can be varied in order to specifically adjust the width of the application zone. [7] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the distributor has additional fixing options such as a screw connection or locking mechanisms (16) on the console in order to permanently secure the component position.
