Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for repelling moles, particularly for use in gardens and agricultural areas. The aim of the device is to repel moles without chemicals or traps by transmitting vibrations into the ground.

[0002] The device essentially consists of: 1. Shaft / rod: o Hexagonal rod made of aluminum or stainless steel Variable length, suitable for installation in the ground 2. Vibration motor: Power: 30-200 W, 230 V o Protection by a cover made of plastic or metal 3. Optional: Modulated AC voltage between 100 and 230V, which makes the motor whine like a siren. Ends of the rod: o Bottom side: Point for easier insertion of the device into the ground o Top side: Protective cap, screwed or plugged in to protect the rod 4. Variants / additional features: Removable or replaceable tip Alternative energy supply: battery or solar o Switch or timer mechanism for periodic activation, o Personal protection plug with RCD switch o Combination with optical or acoustic deterrents o Mobile use via ground spike or ground anchor Note regarding sketches:

[0003] To illustrate the design, two sketches (Figures 1 and 2) of the product are used. These show the rod, the tip, the vibration motor with its cover, and the protective cap.
