Description

[0001] The invention relates to a sliding gate according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0002] Sliding gates, for example those used to close off a courtyard entrance or factory premises, are often constructed as a single piece. Sliding gate systems with such sliding gates comprise roller blocks fastened to the ground to the side of the gate opening, in the so-called clamping area, on which the sliding gate is slidably mounted with a roller profile arranged on its underside. To guide the sliding gate laterally, two guide posts are anchored in the ground opposite each other in the clamping area on either side of the sliding gate. These posts have opposing guide rollers between which the sliding gate is guided. To drive the sliding gate, a longitudinal rack is usually arranged on the rack, into which a gear wheel of a drive engages.

[0003] Sliding gates of the above type are typically constructed as a welded structure, with an upper chord and a lower chord, which features the roller profile, connected by cross sections. The cross sections are often welded parallel and orthogonal to the upper and lower chords, forming rectangular frames. Decorative door panels are inserted into these frames and attached to the adjacent cross sections.

[0004] The disadvantage of conventional sliding gates is that they are manufactured with a predetermined pitch that cannot be subsequently changed. If the intended gate panel deviates from the originally planned dimensions, or if the customer changes the desired pitch of the sliding gate panel in the meantime, adapting the sliding gate to the new dimensions is very difficult, if at all possible.

[0005] The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention is based on the object of creating a sliding gate that is easy to produce and can be adapted to changing door panel dimensions during pre-assembly. According to the invention, this object is achieved by a sliding gate with the features of claim 1.

[0006] The invention provides a sliding gate that is easy to produce and that can be adapted to changed gate filling dimensions even during pre-assembly. Because at least one transverse profile has a guide channel along its central axis, a first longitudinal profile has a longitudinally extending C-profile section on its side facing the second longitudinal profile, at least one threaded rod is provided with a sliding shoe at its end that is displaceably arranged in the C-profile section and is guided through the guide channel of a longitudinal profile and through a bore made for this purpose in the second longitudinal profile, and a nut is screwed onto the threaded rod, via which nut the two longitudinal profiles are clamped against the transverse profile, simple, weld-free production of the sliding gate using only detachable connections is possible. The at least one transverse profile can be easily displaced within the C-profile section according to a desired pitch via the sliding shoe arranged on the threaded rod and can then be clamped between the two longitudinal profiles by tightening the nut.

[0007] The threaded rod does not necessarily have to be provided with a continuous thread. It is sufficient if it is threaded at both ends, although the area between the two threads may be threadless.

[0008] In a further development of the invention, the guide shoe of at least one threaded rod has an internal thread with which it is screwed onto the threaded rod. This enables a simple, detachable connection of the threaded shoe to the threaded rod. For example, a commercially available T-nut can be used as the guide shoe, which is screwed onto the—also commercially available—threaded rod with its internal thread. The use of commercially available components enables a reduction in manufacturing costs.

[0009] In an embodiment of the invention, the guide channel of at least one transverse profile has a non-circular cross-section, wherein a first guide block is mounted on the threaded rod guided through the guide channel of the transverse profile, which first guide block is guided in the guide channel in a rotationally secure manner, wherein the first guide block has a threaded bore through which it is screwed onto the threaded rod. This enables a correct, rotationally secure arrangement of the transverse profile placed on the first guide block, wherein the first guide block simultaneously enables the threaded rod to be fastened to the longitudinal profile by tightening the slide block.

[0010] In a further embodiment of the invention, a second guide block is mounted on the threaded rod guided through the guide channel. This second guide block is guided in the guide channel in a rotationally secure manner and has a bore via which it is slidably mounted on the threaded rod on the side of the first guide block facing away from the slide shoe. This provides additional lateral support for the cross profile on the threaded rod. If the first guide block is arranged on the side of the cross profile facing the upper chord, the second guide block slides along the threaded rod to the opposite end of the cross profile due to the force of gravity, whereby the cross profile is supported at both ends. In a further embodiment, the second guide block can also have a slight oversize compared to the guide channel and can be inserted into it in a fixed position at its ends.In this embodiment, the threaded rod is guided through the bore of the second guide block fixed at the end in the guide channel.

[0011] In a further development of the invention, the cross section of the first guide block and / or the second guide block essentially corresponds to the cross section of the guide channel of the transverse profile in which it is arranged. Preferably, the guide channel, the first guide block, and / or the second guide block have a polygonal, particularly preferably a square, cross section.

[0012] In one embodiment of the invention, the C-profile section of the first longitudinal profile and the at least one sliding block of the at least one threaded rod guided therein each have a trapezoidal cross-section. This achieves good sliding behavior. Alternatively, the C-profile section of the first longitudinal profile and the at least one sliding block guided therein can also have another suitable cross-section, for example, a rectangular or semicircular cross-section.

[0013] Preferably, two sliding strips are arranged at a distance from each other on the longitudinal sides of the sliding shoe. This reduces the friction surface, thereby improving the sliding properties.

[0014] In a further embodiment of the invention, the at least one transverse profile, through whose guide channel a threaded rod is guided, has at least two pin receptacles on at least one end face. The longitudinal profile, against which the end face rests, is provided with at least two dowel pin bores that are aligned with the at least two dowel pin receptacles of the transverse profile. Dowel pins are inserted into the dowel pin bores and extend into the dowel pin receptacles. This provides improved anti-twist protection of the at least one transverse profile on the longitudinal profile.

[0015] In a further development of the invention, the at least one transverse profile has roll pin receptacles on both end faces, which are formed by preferably slotted plug-in channels extending longitudinally within the transverse profile. This allows for a structurally simple implementation of the roll pin receptacles, even during continuous casting production, with the roll pin receptacles being present independently of the subsequent cutting of the continuous casting profiles.

[0016] In one embodiment of the invention, at least two adjacent cross profiles have a longitudinal groove for receiving door filling elements on their side facing the other cross profile. This simplifies the installation of door filling elements by simply inserting them into the oppositely arranged longitudinal grooves. Preferably, all cross profiles have a longitudinal groove for receiving door filling elements on their two outer sides facing in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal profiles. This simplifies installation. Particularly preferably, all cross profiles are identically designed, which further reduces manufacturing and storage costs.

[0017] In a further embodiment of the invention, at least one of the longitudinal profiles has, on its side facing the other longitudinal profile, two webs arranged parallel to one another and extending in the longitudinal direction, the spacing of which essentially corresponds to the width of the transverse profiles, which are arranged with one end face between them. This further simplifies assembly. Furthermore, the transverse profiles are supported between the webs and the respective guide block arranged on this side.

[0018] In a further development of the invention, the longitudinal profile forming the upper chord has a longitudinally extending slide rail on each of its diametrically opposite side walls, each formed by shaping the longitudinal profile. This eliminates the additional assembly of slide rails required in the prior art, which is usually carried out by welding. The shapes forming the slide rails are preferably designed with a reinforced cross-section.

[0019] In one embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal profiles and / or the transverse profiles are manufactured as extruded profiles, preferably as extruded aluminum profiles. This enables cost-reduced production.

[0020] Further developments and refinements of the invention are specified in the remaining subclaims. An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawings and described in detail below. They show: Fig. 1 the schematic representation of a sliding gate system; Fig. 2 the detailed view of section “A” of the sliding gate of the sliding gate system from Fig. 1 in longitudinal section; Fig. 3 the representation of the connection point “A1” of the arrangement from Fig. 2 a) in longitudinal section; b) in cross-section; Fig. 4 the representation of the connection point “A2” of the arrangement from Fig. 2 a) in longitudinal section; b) in cross-section; Fig. 5 the connection point “B” of the sliding gate of the sliding gate system Fig. 1 in longitudinal section; Fig. 6 the representation of a cross-section of the sliding gate from Fig. 1 a) in spatial view; b) in cross-section; Fig. 7 the representation of the beam of the sliding gate from Fig. 1 in cross section; Fig. 8 shows a drill hole arrangement of the sliding gate beam from Fig. 1 for attaching a cross profile.

[0021] The example chosen in Fig. 1, a sliding gate system 1, shown only schematically, comprises two roller blocks 11 fixed to the ground at a distance from one another, on which a sliding gate 2 is slidably mounted. On either side of the sliding gate 2, two guide posts 12 are anchored in the ground opposite one another in the clamping area. These posts have opposing guide rollers between which the sliding gate 2 is guided. On the side of the area to be closed opposite the roller blocks 11, a stop post 13 is arranged, which is also anchored in the ground.

[0022] In the exemplary embodiment, the sliding gate 2 comprises two oppositely arranged longitudinal profiles 3, 4, which are connected to each other via four transverse profiles 5 arranged orthogonally to them, each of which is guided by a threaded rod 6. A first longitudinal profile 3 forms the upper chord, and the second longitudinal profile 4 forms the lower chord.

[0023] The first longitudinal profile 3 (upper chord) is designed as a cuboid-shaped extruded aluminum profile and has, on its side facing the second longitudinal profile 4 (lower chord), a C-profile section 31 having a substantially trapezoidal cross-section. On its underside facing the C-profile section 31, two longitudinally extending webs 32 are arranged on the outside, opposite one another, the distance between which webs essentially corresponds to the width of the transverse profiles 5. Diametrically opposite the webs 32, on the sides of the first longitudinal profile 3 facing them, are two longitudinally extending slide strips 33 that are formed by cross-sectionally reinforced formations of the first longitudinal profile 3.

[0024] The second longitudinal profile 4 (lower chord) is also manufactured as an extruded aluminum part and has a cross-section formed from a closed hollow chamber profile section 41, to which a roller profile section 42 designed as a C-profile is connected. Rollers 111 of the roller block 11, on which the sliding gate 1 can be moved, are arranged in the roller profile section 42. On the outside, on one side of the roller section 42, a wing 43 extending in the longitudinal direction is arranged, to which a toothed rack 44 is attached for engaging a gear of a drive of the sliding gate system 2. On its upper side facing the first longitudinal profile 3 (upper chord), four bores 45 are spaced apart from one another in the hollow chamber profile section 41 of the second longitudinal profile 4. These bores are each positioned centrally in an arrangement of four dowel pin bores 46, which form the corners of an imaginary square (see Fig. 8).

[0025] The cross profiles 5 are identically designed and also manufactured as cuboid-shaped extruded aluminum profiles. In the center, the cross profile 5 has a guide channel 51 with a square cross-section. On two opposite longitudinal sides of the cross profile 5, a longitudinal groove 52 is arranged, each having a trapezoidal cross-section and whose groove base borders the guide channel 51. Laterally, the longitudinal grooves 52 border on a secondary channel 53 on both sides. In each of the four secondary channels 53, a plug-in channel 54 is arranged, bordering a corner of the guide channel 51, which is designed in the form of a slotted tube with a circular cross-section (see Fig. 6 b)).

[0026] The threaded rods 6 are cylindrical and have a continuous thread along their entire outside length. At the end facing the first longitudinal profile 3 (upper chord), a sliding shoe 61 is screwed onto each of the threaded rods 6. This sliding shoe is provided with an internal thread 611 for this purpose and, in the exemplary embodiment, has a trapezoidal cross-section. On both of its longitudinal sides, two sliding webs 62 extending in the longitudinal direction are arranged at a distance from one another on the sliding shoe 61.

[0027] The threaded rods 6 are inserted with their sliding shoes 61 into the C-profile section 31 of the first longitudinal profile 3 (upper chord). The sliding webs 62 of the sliding shoe 61 rest against the inclined inner walls of the C-profile section 31. A first guide block 7, provided with a threaded bore 71, is screwed onto each of the threaded rods 6 and tightened against the respective sliding shoe 61, whereby the threaded rods are fixed in their desired position. The first guide block 7 is cuboid-shaped and has a square cross-section that essentially corresponds to the cross-section of the guide channel 51 of the transverse profile 5. A second guide block 8 is arranged on the side of the first guide block opposite the sliding shoe 61. The second guide block 8 is also cuboid-shaped and has a square cross-section that essentially corresponds to the cross-section of the guide channel 51 of the transverse profile 5.A bore 81 is provided in the second guide block 8, the inner diameter of which is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the threaded rod 6, and via which the second guide block 8 is slidably mounted on the threaded rod 6.

[0028] The cross profiles 5 are each plugged with their guide channel 51 onto a first guide block 7 of a threaded rod 6. A door filling element 21 is inserted into the oppositely arranged longitudinal grooves 52 of two adjacent cross profiles 5. The cross profiles 5 rest against the second longitudinal profile 4 (bottom chord) with their end faces facing the latter, with plug-in channels 54 forming the roll pin receptacles each being aligned with a roll pin bore 46 of the hollow chamber profile section 41 of the second longitudinal profile. A roll pin 9 projects into two diagonally arranged plug-in channels 54 of each cross profile and is inserted into the roll pin bore 46 aligned with the respective plug-in channel 54. The threaded rod 6 is guided through the bore 45 arranged centrally between the two roll pin bores 46.At the end, a nut 63 is screwed onto each threaded rod 6 and tightened within the roller profile section 42 of the second longitudinal profile 4 (lower chord) against the hollow chamber profile section 41, whereby the transverse profiles 5 are clamped between the two longitudinal profiles 3, 4. The second guide blocks 8 slide downwards along the threaded rods 6 due to the force of gravity and rest on the second longitudinal profile (lower chord).
