[0017] The present application is explained in more detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It is understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for the interpretation of the invention in question and are not to be considered as limiting the invention. It should also be noted that, for ease of description, only the parts relevant to the invention are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
[0018] It should be noted that the embodiments and features in the embodiments in the present application can be combined with each other as long as there is no conflict. The present application will be explained in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and in conjunction with the embodiments. Embodiment 1
[0019] Reference is made to a schematic representation of a first overall structure of a damping blind rivet structure and a schematic representation of a connection between a damping blind rivet structure and a vibration element to be fixed as well as an inner support structure of a vehicle seat, which are formed by these in the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 illustrated embodiment. The damping blind rivet structure comprises in particular a damping blind rivet body 1, wherein the damping blind rivet body 1 is a one-piece elastic structure; wherein the damping blind rivet body 1 comprises a first connecting part 2, a first mounting part 3, and a first snap part 4 located between the first connecting part 2 and the first mounting part 3; wherein the first snap part is a groove structure; wherein at least one connecting through-hole 8 is provided on the first mounting part 3; the extension direction of the connecting through-hole 8 is arranged perpendicular to the length direction of the first connecting part 2; the connecting through-hole 8 can cooperate with a connecting element 9 to be connected to a vibration element 6 to be fixed and to connect the vibration element 6 to be fixed to an inner support structure of a vehicle seat via the first snap part 4.
[0020] In this embodiment, the plastic part used in the prior art to connect the air pump to the seat frame is replaced by the damping blind rivet body 1, thereby effectively reducing the transmission of vibrations generated during the operation of the air pump to the vehicle seat and improving the comfort of the vehicle seat (the existing blind rivet structure is in Fig. 18, and this blind rivet structure is a one-piece plastic structure. In comparison, the damping blind rivet body 1 in this embodiment is a one-piece elastic structure and can absorb the vibrations of the air pump to a certain extent. It can also cause the damping blind rivet body 1 to have a certain amount of elastic deformation and thus snap into the corresponding connection hole more easily. The first connection part 2 and the first snap part 4 included in the damping blind rivet body 1 are used for snap connection to the internal support structure of the vehicle seat, and the first mounting part 3 is used for connection to the vibration element 6 to be fixed. Here, the vibration element 6 to be fixed is, for example, an air pump or it can also be another vibration-generating component, without any particular restrictions.
[0021] In the actual design process, the first snap part 4 is a groove structure to ensure stable snapping of the first snap part 4 into the internal support structure of the vehicle seat. When the first snap part 4 snaps into the connection hole on the internal support structure of the vehicle seat, an end surface length of the first connecting part 2 and the first mounting part 3 near the first snap part 4 is larger than a diameter of the connection hole, so that the snap connection of the damping blind rivet body 1 with the internal support structure of the vehicle seat is more stable, and therefore the strength of the connection between the vibration element 6 to be fixed and the internal support structure of the vehicle seat is increased. The internal support structure of the vehicle seat is a structure such as a vehicle seat frame 7 or a back plate, etc.
[0022] In the actual connection process, the connecting element 9 can be passed through the connection through-hole 8 and then bound around the housing of the vibration element 6 to be fixed (see Fig. 2). Subsequently, the first connecting part 2 can protrude into the connection hole, and by dragging the first connecting part 2, which already partially protrudes into the connection hole, the connection of the vibration element 6 to be fixed to the vehicle seat frame 7 can be completed by snapping the first snap part 4 into the connection hole. It should be noted that a binding band can be selected as the connecting element 9, and the selection of the number of damping blind rivet bodies 1 can be adjusted according to the specifications of the vibration element 6 to be fixed, without any particular restrictions.
[0023] As in the Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 or Fig. 13 and Fig. 14, the first connecting part 2 further comprises a plug-on and plug-off section 21 and a snap-on transition section 22; wherein the snap transition portion 22 is connected to the first snap part 4, and the push-on and pull-off portion 21 is located on a side of the snap transition portion 22 remote from the first snap part 4; wherein the snap transition portion 22 is arcuate at the outer edge and has a cross-sectional area that gradually increases in the first direction away from the insertion and removal portion 21; and the stress-reducing part 5 is provided on the snap transition portion 22.
[0024] In order to reduce the difficulty of snapping the first connecting part 2 into the connecting hole and at the same time to strengthen the connection with the connecting hole, in a preferred embodiment, a stress-reducing part 5 is further provided on the snap transition section 22. In the process of actual design, the stress-reducing part 5 is at least one stress-reducing groove provided circumferentially on the snap transition section 22, and for its specific structure, reference can be made to Fig. 1 to 7. The stress-reducing groove not only causes the snap transition portion 22 to deform slightly when the blind rivet passes through the connecting hole, but can also perform a snapping and limiting action to reinforce the connection between the snap transition portion 22 and the connecting hole.
[0025] Based on the above structure of the first connecting part 2 in combination with some schematic representations of connections in the Fig. 2, Fig. 16 and Fig. 17 shows that the first connecting part 2 must be inserted into the connecting hole on the vehicle seat frame 7. In order to reduce the difficulty of insertion, the snap transition section 22 is designed to be curved on the outer edge and a stress-reducing groove is provided thereon to further reduce the rigidity here (see Fig. 3 for details).
[0026] In order to further increase the stability of the snapping of the damping blind rivet body 1 into the connection hole or to improve the strength of the connection between the damping blind rivet body 1 and the inner support structure of the vehicle seat, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in the Fig. 6, Fig. 7 and Fig. 9, a reinforcing part 10 is further arranged at an end of the first mounting part 3 connected to the first snap part 4; wherein the reinforcing part 10 has a circular disk shape; and the diameter of the reinforcing part 10 is larger than the diameter of the connection hole for connection to the first snap part 4 on the inner support structure of the vehicle seat, thereby ensuring that the damping blind rivet body 1 cannot be easily removed from the connection hole.
[0027] In order to reduce the rigidity of the first mounting part 3 and to improve the damping effect of the blind rivet body 1, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in the Fig. 9, 11-15, at least one vibration-isolating through-hole 11 is further provided on the first mounting part 3, and the vibration-isolating through-hole 11 is located between the reinforcement part 10 and the connection through-hole 8. At the same time, in order not to impede the use of the connection through-hole 8, the extension direction of the vibration-isolating through-hole 11 may be arranged parallel to the extension direction of the connection through-hole 8. The specific arrangement position and extension direction of the vibration-isolating through-hole 11 can be adjusted according to actual circumstances without any particular restrictions.
[0028] In a preferred embodiment, as shown in the Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, a mounting surface is formed outside the first snap-in part 4. It can be seen from the preceding figures that the surface of the first snap-in part 4 is considerably enlarged here, so that a mounting surface is formed. The mounting surface is used for connection to an externally provided protective ring, wherein the protective ring serves to protect the damping blind rivet body 1 from damage. If the damping blind rivet body 1 is guided through a connection hole with ridges, for example, the protective ring can be connected beforehand, and the damping blind rivet body 1 can then snap into the protective ring.
[0029] In the following, with reference to the Fig. 8, Fig. 10, Fig. 11 and Fig. 12 a structure of the guard ring is described as follows: The guard ring comprises a guard ring body 12, wherein the guard ring body 12 comprises a second snap part 13 and a connecting chamber 14 extending through the guard ring body 12 in a first direction; wherein the connecting chamber 14 is used for placement on the mounting surface; wherein the second snap part 13 has a snap groove (particularly referring to the Fig. 12, which snaps into the vehicle seat frame) which is arranged externally surrounding the protective ring body 12; and the second snap part 13 is used for snap connection to the inner support structure of the vehicle seat.
[0030] In order to facilitate the snapping of the guard ring body 12 into the connection hole, in a preferred embodiment at least one stress-reducing hole 15 is further provided on the guard ring body 12, wherein the stress-reducing hole 15 extends from one end of the guard ring body 12 near the first mounting part 3 to the bottom of the second snap part 13. Embodiment 2
[0031] As in the Fig. 2, Fig. 16 and Fig.17, this embodiment provides a vehicle seat to which a damping blind rivet structure according to Embodiment 1 is applied, the vehicle seat further comprising an inner support structure of the vehicle seat, wherein connection holes are provided on the inner support structure of the vehicle seat, the connection holes being used for snap connection with the damping blind rivet body 1 or with the damping blind rivet body 1 and the guard ring body 12 to fix the vibration element 6 to be fixed to the inner support structure of the vehicle seat.
[0032] In this embodiment, the internal support structure of the vehicle seat can be a vehicle seat frame 7 or a back plate. The vibration element 6 to be fixed is a component that vibrates during its own operation, for example, an air pump. Taking an air pump as the example of the vibration element 6 to be fixed, the air pump itself vibrates during its operation. In this embodiment, by completing a connection between the air pump and the vehicle seat frame 7 using the damping blind rivet body 1, the vibrations generated during the operation of the air pump itself can be well absorbed, so that the transmission of these vibrations to the internal support structure of the vehicle is reduced and the comfort of the vehicle seat is improved.
[0033] The above description represents only preferred embodiments of the present application and an illustration of the technical principles applied. Those skilled in the art should understand that the scope of the present application is not limited to technical solutions formed by a specific combination of the above-mentioned technical features, but is intended to encompass other technical solutions formed by any combination of the above-mentioned technical features or their equivalents, without departing from the inventive concept.
